便携式洗车装置 技术领域
本发明属于洗车装置技术领域,具体涉及一种便携式洗车装置。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,汽车保有量越来越多,汽车的清洗、保养工作也越来越多,但清洗问题一直没有得到很好的解决。汽车作为一个移动的工具,其清洗的需求应该是随时随地的,那么现在的洗车房就达不到这一要求。目前国内及国际市场清洗车辆的器具以高压水枪及便携式水枪加毛刷为主,存在的问题是:
1、高压水枪必须和水管连接,限制了清洗的地点,且耗水量大;
2、便携式水枪加毛刷用水量大,漆面磨损大,器具沉重,携带和使用不够方便,无法携带在旅途中使用,不能实现随时随地洗车,使用户难以达到方便、快捷的清洗目标;
3、洗车用毛刷普遍直径粗、排列散,毛刷厚度偏小,毛丝长度相对长,带来的问题是车身泥沙、脏污不能干净、快速、高效去除。
4、大型车辆很难处理,便携式对大型车辆无能为力,高压水枪水花四射,污染环境,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种便携式洗车装置,其结构简单,实现方便且成本低,携带方便,使用操作便捷,耗水量少,功能完备,清洁效果好,且能够很好地保护汽车的漆面,实用性强,便于推广使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种便携式洗车装 置,其特征在于:包括握手部、长度可调连接杆和洗车刷头,所述握手部内设置有清洗液输送软管、设置在清洗液输送软管上的水泵和用于为水泵供电的供电电池,所述长度可调连接杆的一端与握手部可拆卸连接,所述长度可调连接杆的另一端与所述洗车刷头可拆卸连接,所述清洗液输送软管穿出握手部外部并与洗车刷头连接。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述洗车刷头包括清洗元件连接架和清洗元件,所述清洗元件连接架上设置有用于卡合连接所述长度可调连接杆的卡合连接头,所述清洗元件为清洗毛刷、清洗海绵和清洗刮板中两个的组合,所述清洗毛刷、清洗海绵和清洗刮板上均设置有清洗液喷出口和用于连接清洗液输送软管的清洗液输送软管连接头,所述清洗元件连接架上开有两个用于卡合连接清洗元件的卡槽。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗毛刷包括毛刷架、固定连接在毛刷架一侧的多根刷丝和设置在毛刷架另一侧且与卡槽相配合的毛刷卡合连接条,所述清洗液喷出口设置在毛刷架上且位于设置有刷丝的一侧,所述清洗液输送软管连接头设置在毛刷架上且位于与设置有刷丝的一侧相垂直的一侧。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述刷丝的直径为0.05mm~0.1mm,所述刷丝的长度为20mm~35mm。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述刷丝的材质为尼龙PA612或改性尼龙;
所述改性尼龙的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、称取以下质量百分比的各种原料:尼龙PA612 83%~90%,聚四氟乙烯7%~14%,SiO2 3%~9%;
步骤二、将聚四氟乙烯与SiO2在温度为300℃的条件下熔融,得到聚四氟乙烯与SiO2的熔融混合物;
步骤三、将尼龙PA612在温度为260℃~290℃的条件下熔融,得到尼龙PA612的熔融物;
步骤四、将步骤二中所述的聚四氟乙烯与SiO2的熔融混合物与步骤三中所述的尼龙PA612的熔融物混合均匀,然后加入注塑机内注塑成型,得到改性尼龙。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗海绵包括海绵架、固定连接在海绵架一侧的海绵和设置在海绵架另一侧且与卡槽相配合的海绵卡合连接条,所述清洗液喷出口设置在海绵架上且位于设置有海绵的一侧,所述清洗液输送软管连接头设置在海绵架上且位于与设置有海绵的一侧相垂直的一侧。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗刮板包括刮板架、固定连接在刮板架一侧的刮板和设置在刮板架另一侧且与卡槽相配合的刮板卡合连接条,所述清洗液喷出口设置在刮板架上且位于设置有刮板的一侧,所述清洗液输送软管连接头设置在刮板架上且位于与设置有刮板的一侧相垂直的一侧。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗元件连接架为长方体形状,所述清洗元件连接架的长度为15cm~20cm,所述清洗元件连接架的宽度为3cm~5cm,所述清洗元件连接架的高度为2cm~4cm,所述卡合连接头设置在清洗元件连接架长度方向的中间位置处,两个所述卡槽均沿清洗元件连接架的长度方向设置。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗元件连接架为长方体形状,所述清洗元件连接架的长度为3cm~5cm,所述清洗元件连接架的宽度为1.5cm~2.5cm,所述清洗元件连接架的高度为2cm~4cm,所述卡合连接头设置在清洗元件连接架宽度方向的中间位置处,两个所述卡槽均沿清洗元件连接架的长度方向设置。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述长度可调连接杆为可伸缩杆或由多节通过卡套卡合连接的连接杆组成。
上述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述卡合连接头为卡合连接套筒,所述卡合连接套筒内底部设置有第一强磁铁,所述长度可调连接杆的 端部设置有用于与第一强磁铁吸合的第二强磁铁。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明结构简单,设计新颖合理,实现方便且成本低。
2、本发明的体积小,握手部、长度可调连接杆、车身清洗刷头和车轮清洗刷头均可以制作为配件,使用时进行组装即可,携带方便,且使用组装方便。
3、本发明使用时的耗水量少,可以采用废弃的饮料瓶式塑料器皿储水,节能低碳,且无需随车携带较大的储水容器。
4、本发明的车身清洗刷头和车轮清洗刷头能够方便地更换组合使用,且车身清洗刷头设置有毛刷、海绵和刮板两两组合的方式,能够用于汽车车身清洗和汽车轮胎、轮毂、挡泥板等的清洗,功能完备。
5、本发明车身清洗刷头的毛刷的刷丝由尼龙丝或改性尼龙制成,弹性、柔软度均很好,不仅对汽车车身有很好的清洁效果,而且均不会对车辆的漆面造成磨损,能够很好地保护汽车的漆面。
6、本发明的实用性强,使用效果好,便于推广使用。
综上所述,本发明结构简单,实现方便且成本低,携带方便,使用操作便捷,耗水量少,功能完备,清洁效果好,且能够很好地保护汽车的漆面,实用性强,便于推广使用。

实施例1
如图1和图3所示,本实施例的便携式洗车装置,包括握手部1、长度可调连接杆和洗车刷头3,所述握手部1内设置有清洗液输送软管5、设置在清洗液输送软管5上的水泵6和用于为水泵6供电的供电电池7,所述长度可调连接杆的一端与握手部1可拆卸连接,所述长度可调连接杆的另一端与所述洗车刷头3可拆卸连接,所述清洗液输送软管5穿出握手部1外部并与洗车刷头3连接。具体实施时,所述握手部1外壁上设置有水 泵开关4,所述水泵6通过水泵开关4与供电电池7连接。
如图1和图3所示,本实施例中,所述洗车刷头3包括清洗元件连接架3-1和清洗元件,所述清洗元件连接架3-1上设置有用于卡合连接所述长度可调连接杆的卡合连接头,所述清洗元件为清洗毛刷3-4和清洗海绵3-5的组合,所述清洗毛刷3-4和清洗海绵3-5上均设置有清洗液喷出口3-2和用于连接清洗液输送软管5的清洗液输送软管连接头3-3,所述清洗液输送软管5与设置在清洗毛刷3-4上的清洗液输送软管连接头3-3连接,所述清洗元件连接架3-1上开有两个用于卡合连接清洗元件的卡槽3-7。
如图10、图11和图12所示,本实施例中,所述清洗毛刷3-4包括毛刷架3-41、固定连接在毛刷架3-41一侧的多根刷丝3-42和设置在毛刷架3-41另一侧且与卡槽3-7相配合的毛刷卡合连接条3-43,所述清洗液喷出口3-2设置在毛刷架3-41上且位于设置有刷丝3-42的一侧,所述清洗液输送软管连接头3-3设置在毛刷架3-41上且位于与设置有刷丝3-42的一侧相垂直的一侧。所述刷丝3-42的直径为0.05mm~0.1mm,所述刷丝3-42的长度为20mm~35mm。所述刷丝3-42的材质为尼龙PA612。
如图13、图14和图15所示,本实施例中,所述清洗海绵3-5包括海绵架3-51、固定连接在海绵架3-51一侧的海绵3-52和设置在海绵架3-51另一侧且与卡槽3-7相配合的海绵卡合连接条3-53,所述清洗液喷出口3-2设置在海绵架3-51上且位于设置有海绵3-52的一侧,所述清洗液输送软管连接头3-3设置在海绵架3-51上且位于与设置有海绵3-52的一侧相垂直的一侧。
如图3所示,本实施例中,所述清洗元件连接架3-1为长方体形状,所述清洗元件连接架3-1的长度为15cm~20cm,所述清洗元件连接架3-1的宽度为3cm~5cm,所述清洗元件连接架3-1的高度为2cm~4cm,所述卡合连接头设置在清洗元件连接架3-1长度方向的中间位置处,两个所述卡槽3-7均沿清洗元件连接架3-1的长度方向设置。
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述长度可调连接杆由可伸缩杆2制成。
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述卡合连接头为卡合连接套筒8,所述卡合连接套筒8内底部设置有第一强磁铁9,所述长度可调连接杆的端部设置有用于与第一强磁铁9吸合的第二强磁铁10。
具体实施时,两个卡槽3-7之间的夹角为120°~240°,所述卡槽3-7横截面的形状为T字形,相应所述毛刷卡合连接条3-43横截面的形状和所述海绵卡合连接条3-53横截面的形状均为T字形。
具体实施时,所述刷丝3-42横向、纵向均紧密排列,在单位面积内形成车与车身表面接触面积最大,带来的清洁效果也有大幅提升。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例与实施例1不同的是:所述清洗液输送软管5与设置在清洗海绵3-5上的清洗液输送软管连接头3-3连接,本实施例的其它结构与实施例1相同。

步骤三、将尼龙PA612在温度为260℃的条件下熔融,得到尼龙PA612的熔融物;

步骤一、称取以下质量百分比的各种原料:尼龙PA612 84%,聚四氟乙烯7%,SiO2 9%;
步骤二、将聚四氟乙烯与SiO2在温度为300℃的条件下熔融,得到聚四氟乙烯与SiO2的熔融混合物;
步骤三、将尼龙PA612在温度为275℃的条件下熔融,得到尼龙PA612的熔融物;
步骤四、将步骤二中所述的聚四氟乙烯与SiO2的熔融混合物与步骤三中所述的尼龙PA612的熔融物混合均匀,然后加入注塑机内注塑成型,得到改性尼龙。

本发明使用时,实施例1~6中的结构适用于车身的清洗,实施例7~12中的结构适用于汽车轮胎、轮毂、挡泥板等的清洗。
本发明实施例3、实施例4、实施例7、实施例9和实施例10中采用了高温熔融法制备改性尼龙,在高温下使聚四氟乙烯表面的结晶形态发生变化,嵌入一些表面能高、易粘接的物质SiO2,冷却后就会在聚四氟乙烯表面形成一层嵌有易粘接物质SiO2的改性层,由于易粘接物质SiO2的分子已进入聚四氟乙烯表层分子中,所以粘接强度很高。由改性尼龙制成的刷丝弹性、柔软度均很好,对汽车车身有很好的清洁效果。

  1. 一种便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:包括握手部(1)、长度可调连接杆和洗车刷头(3),所述握手部(1)内设置有清洗液输送软管(5)、设置在清洗液输送软管(5)上的水泵(6)和用于为水泵(6)供电的供电电池(7),所述长度可调连接杆的一端与握手部(1)可拆卸连接,所述长度可调连接杆的另一端与所述洗车刷头(3)可拆卸连接,所述清洗液输送软管(5)穿出握手部(1)外部并与洗车刷头(3)连接。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述洗车刷头(3)包括清洗元件连接架(3-1)和清洗元件,所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)上设置有用于卡合连接所述长度可调连接杆的卡合连接头,所述清洗元件为清洗毛刷(3-4)、清洗海绵(3-5)和清洗刮板(3-6)中两个的组合,所述清洗毛刷(3-4)、清洗海绵(3-5)和清洗刮板(3-6)上均设置有清洗液喷出口(3-2)和用于连接清洗液输送软管(5)的清洗液输送软管连接头(3-3),所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)上开有两个用于卡合连接清洗元件的卡槽(3-7)。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗毛刷(3-4)包括毛刷架(3-41)、固定连接在毛刷架(3-41)一侧的多根刷丝(3-42)和设置在毛刷架(3-41)另一侧且与卡槽(3-7)相配合的毛刷卡合连接条(3-43),所述清洗液喷出口(3-2)设置在毛刷架(3-41)上且位于设置有刷丝(3-42)的一侧,所述清洗液输送软管连接头(3-3)设置在毛刷架(3-41)上且位于与设置有刷丝(3-42)的一侧相垂直的一侧。
  4. 按照权利要求3所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述刷丝(3-42)的直径为0.05mm~0.1mm,所述刷丝(3-42)的长度为20mm~35mm。
  5. 按照权利要求3所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述刷丝(3-42)的材质为尼龙PA612或改性尼龙;
    所述改性尼龙的制备方法包括以下步骤:
    步骤一、称取以下质量百分比的各种原料:尼龙PA612 83%~90%,聚四氟乙烯7%~14%,SiO2 3%~9%;
    步骤二、将聚四氟乙烯与SiO2在温度为300℃的条件下熔融,得到聚四氟乙烯与SiO2的熔融混合物;
    步骤三、将尼龙PA612在温度为260℃~290℃的条件下熔融,得到尼龙PA612的熔融物;
    步骤四、将步骤二中所述的聚四氟乙烯与SiO2的熔融混合物与步骤三中所述的尼龙PA612的熔融物混合均匀,然后加入注塑机内注塑成型,得到改性尼龙。
  6. 按照权利要求2所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗海绵(3-5)包括海绵架(3-51)、固定连接在海绵架(3-51)一侧的海绵(3-52)和设置在海绵架(3-51)另一侧且与卡槽(3-7)相配合的海绵卡合连接条(3-53),所述清洗液喷出口(3-2)设置在海绵架(3-51)上且位于设置有海绵(3-52)的一侧,所述清洗液输送软管连接头(3-3)设置在海绵架(3-51)上且位于与设置有海绵(3-52)的一侧相垂直的一侧。
  7. 按照权利要求2所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗刮板(3-6)包括刮板架(3-61)、固定连接在刮板架(3-61)一侧的刮板(3-62)和设置在刮板架(3-61)另一侧且与卡槽(3-7)相配合的刮板卡合连接条(3-63),所述清洗液喷出口(3-2)设置在刮板架(3-61)上且位于设置有刮板(3-62)的一侧,所述清洗液输送软管连接头(3-3)设置在刮板架(3-61)上且位于与设置有刮板(3-62)的一侧相垂直的一侧。
  8. 按照权利要求2所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)为长方体形状,所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)的长度为15cm~20cm,所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)的宽度为3cm~5cm,所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)的高度为2cm~4cm,所述卡合连接头设置在清洗元件连接架 (3-1)长度方向的中间位置处,两个所述卡槽(3-7)均沿清洗元件连接架(3-1)的长度方向设置。
  9. 按照权利要求2所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)为长方体形状,所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)的长度为3cm~5cm,所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)的宽度为1.5cm~2.5cm,所述清洗元件连接架(3-1)的高度为2cm~4cm,所述卡合连接头设置在清洗元件连接架(3-1)宽度方向的中间位置处,两个所述卡槽(3-7)均沿清洗元件连接架(3-1)的长度方向设置。
  10. 按照权利要求1所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述长度可调连接杆为可伸缩杆(2)或由多节通过卡套(11)卡合连接的连接杆(12)组成。
  11. 按照权利要求2所述的便携式洗车装置,其特征在于:所述卡合连接头为卡合连接套筒(8),所述卡合连接套筒(8)内底部设置有第一强磁铁(9),所述长度可调连接杆的端部设置有用于与第一强磁铁(9)吸合的第二强磁铁(10)。
