一种使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,包括有手柄、外壳、毛刷辊、电机、水泵以及电源线;该外壳设置于手柄的前端,外壳具有一凹腔,凹腔开口侧缘设置有水盒,水盒上设置有多个间隔排布的出水孔;该毛刷辊设置于凹腔内并外露于外壳,出水孔正对毛刷辊,毛刷辊上设置有刷毛,刷毛与毛刷辊轴心成斜角;该电机带动毛刷辊转动,该水泵通过管道连通水盒内部,该电源线连接电机和水泵;该手柄包括有前杆件、转接头、中杆件和后杆件,该前杆件可拆卸地安装于外壳上,该转接头与前杆件的尾端摆动连接,转接头的前端与前杆件的尾端之间设置有第一锁定机构,该中杆件的前端与转接头的尾端连接,该后杆件可前后来回伸缩地设置于中杆件的尾端,后杆件与中杆件之间设置有第二锁定机构;该外壳的左右两侧均敞开而形成有缺口,该缺口正对毛刷辊的外端面,针对每一缺口均设置有一侧板,该侧板可旋转地安装于外壳上,每一侧板的外侧面均设置有滚轮,该滚轮的局部侧缘凸出侧板的边缘。
作为一种优选方案,所述外壳包括有前壳体和后壳体,前述凹腔设置于前壳体上,该后壳体设置于前壳体的后侧,该电机设置于后壳体内。
作为一种优选方案,所述前杆件具有一定位腔,该后壳体嵌入定位腔中,该外壳上设置有弹性卡扣,该前杆件的前端设置有扣孔,该弹性卡扣与扣孔配合卡扣。
作为一种优选方案,所述前杆件的后端具有一枢接部,该枢接部与转接头枢接,枢接部上设置有多个定位孔,该转接头的前端侧面具有空腔,转接头的前端设置有端盖,该端盖盖住空腔的开口,该第一锁定机构设置于空腔中,第一锁定机构包括有定位件和按压片,该定位件可侧向来回活动地设置于空腔中,定位件上具有多个定位柱,该多个定位柱嵌入对应的定位孔中,该按压片的一端抵于定位件的内侧面上促使定位件侧向向外活动,该按压片的另一端伸出空腔外。
作为一种优选方案,所述中杆件的前端与转接头的尾端之间通过锁紧盖连接固定,该中杆件的前端为中空结构,该转接头的尾端具有外螺纹和多个夹紧片,外螺纹位于多个夹紧片的前侧,该多个夹紧片抵于中杆件的前端周围,该锁紧盖套设于中杆件的前端与转接头的尾端之间,该锁紧盖的前端与外螺纹螺合连接固定,锁紧盖的后端内部具有促使夹紧片向中心靠近而压紧在中杆件前端表面的抵压斜面。
作为一种优选方案,所述后杆件可前后来回伸缩地设置于中杆件的尾端内部,后杆件的尾端伸出中杆件,该第二锁定机构包括有螺合件和膨胀件,该螺合件的后端与后杆件的前端固定连接,螺合件的前端外表面设置有外螺纹,螺合件的后端外表面设置有撑开斜面,该膨胀件可轴向来回活动地设置于中杆件内,且膨胀件套设于螺合件上与外螺纹螺合连接,该膨胀件包括有多个一体成型连接的膨胀块,当膨胀件相对螺合件向后移动到位后,该撑开斜面促使多个膨胀块径向张开而压紧在中杆件的内壁面上。
作为一种优选方案,所述外壳的两侧均设置有定位槽,该侧板的上侧边缘嵌于定位槽中定位。
作为一种优选方案,所述侧板的内侧面延伸出有轴部,该外壳上设置有轴孔,该轴部可转动地安装于轴孔中,该轴部的端面设置有多个第一定位齿,对应地,该轴孔内设置有多个第二定位齿,该第二定位齿与多个第一定位齿彼此齿合定位,该轴部的端面延伸出有定位柱,该轴孔内设置有定位孔,该定位柱插入定位孔中。
作为一种优选方案,所述侧板上设置有安装孔,该滚轮的内侧延伸出有安装轴,该安装轴的外端侧缘凸设有卡扣,该安装轴从侧板的外侧插入安装孔内,该卡扣与安装孔的边缘卡扣。
作为一种优选方案,所述管道和电源线拼合连接在一起,所述管道和电源线均从手柄的后端伸入手柄并与外壳可拆卸地安装连接。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过利用前杆件可拆卸地安装于外壳上,使得手柄根据需要进行拆装,便于包装和运输,并通过中杆件的前端与前杆件的尾端可摆动地连接,后杆件可前后来回伸缩地设置于中杆件的尾端,使得手柄的角度和长度可调,可根据刷洗位置的高度和角度进行合理调整,操作简单方便,从而给用户刷洗车辆带来方便;以及,通过在外壳的左右两侧均敞开而形成有缺口,并配合侧板可旋转地安装于外壳上,使得侧板可根据需要翻上或翻下,翻上时,可使得毛刷辊更加容易对车身边角进行有效刷洗,也便于毛刷辊的拆装,通过将滚轮设置于侧板的外侧面,有效节省外壳的内部空间,翻下时,两侧板的滚轮与毛刷辊同心,以保证手柄在任何角度毛刷辊与清洗面的距离恒定不变,确保刷洗效果,且减少操作人员的劳动强度;该外壳设置于手柄前端,外壳下侧设有水盒,水盒靠毛刷辊侧有一排出水孔;毛刷辊置于外壳内并部分露出外壳,出水孔正对毛刷辊;电机置于手柄内部,通过传动机构带动毛刷辊转动,毛刷辊滚动的同时水盒往毛刷辊上微量喷水,达到和动物舌头边舔食边分泌唾液一样的效果,节约了水资源且避免脏水重复洗车。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图10所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有手柄10、外壳20、毛刷辊31、电机32、水泵33以及电源线34。
该外壳20设置于手柄10的前端,外壳20具有一凹腔201,凹腔201开口侧缘设置有水盒40,水盒40位于外壳20的下侧,水盒40上设置有多个间隔排布的出水孔41;该毛刷辊31设置于凹腔201内并部分外露于外壳20,出水孔41正对毛刷辊31,毛刷辊31上设置有刷毛(图中未示),刷毛与毛刷辊31轴心成斜角,保证在清洗过程中刷毛是横扫过清洗面,既提高清洗效率,又保证对清洗面零伤害,在本实施例中,所述毛刷辊31为左右设置的两个。该电机32设置于手柄10内,通过传动机构带动毛刷辊31转动,毛刷辊31滚动的同时水盒40往毛刷辊31上微量喷水,达到和动物舌头边舔食边分泌唾液一样的效果,节约了水资源且避免脏水重复洗车,提高工作效率;该水泵33通过管道35连通水盒40内部,该电源线34连接电机32和水泵33。并且,该手柄10内还设置有蓄电池36,该蓄电池36连接电机32和水泵33。
该手柄10包括有前杆件11、转接头12、中杆件13和后杆件14,该前杆件11可拆卸地安装于外壳20上,该转接头12与前杆件11的尾端摆动连接,转接头12的前端与前杆件11的尾端之间设置有第一锁定机构50,该中杆件13的前端与转接头12的尾端连接,该后杆件14可前后来回伸缩地设置于中杆件13的尾端,后杆件14与中杆件13之间设置有第二锁定机构60。
所述外壳20包括有前壳体21和后壳体22,前述凹腔201设置于前壳体21上,该后壳体22设置于前壳体21的后侧,该电机32设置于后壳体22内,所述前杆件11具有一定位腔101,该后壳体22嵌入定位腔101中,该外壳20上设置有弹性卡扣202,该前杆件11的前端设置有扣孔102,该弹性卡扣202与扣孔102配合卡扣,以使得前杆件11与外壳20安装连接。
所述前杆件11的后端具有一枢接部111,该枢接部111与转接头12枢接,枢接部111上设置有多个定位孔103,该转接头12的前端侧面具有空腔104,转接头12的前端设置有端盖121,该端盖121盖住空腔104的开口,该第一锁定机构50设置于空腔104中,第一锁定机构50包括有定位件51和按压片52,该定位件51可侧向来回活动地设置于空腔104中,定位件51上具有多个定位柱511,该多个定位柱511嵌入对应的定位孔103中,该按压片52的一端抵于定位件51的内侧面上促使定位件51侧向向外活动,该按压片52的另一端伸出空腔104外,并且,所述空腔104内设置有促使定位件51和按压片52复位的弹簧(图中未示);以及,所述转接头12的前端两侧面均具有前述空腔104,每一空腔104内均设置有一前述第一锁定机构50。
该中杆件13的前端与转接头12的尾端之间通过锁紧盖90连接固定,该中杆件13的前端为中空结构,该转接头12的尾端具有外螺纹122和多个夹紧片123,外螺纹122位于多个夹紧片123的前侧,该多个夹紧片123抵于中杆件13的前端周围,该锁紧盖90套设于中杆件13的前端与转接头12的尾端之间,该锁紧盖90的前端与外螺纹122螺合连接固定,锁紧盖90的后端内部具有促使夹紧片123向中心靠近而压紧在中杆件13前端表面的抵压斜面91。
以及,所述后杆件14可前后来回伸缩地设置于中杆件13的尾端内部,后杆件14的尾端伸出中杆件13,该第二锁定机构60包括有螺合件61和膨胀件62,该螺合件61的后端与后杆件14的前端固定连接,螺合件61的前端外表面设置有外螺纹601,螺合件61的后端外表面设置有撑开斜面602,该膨胀件62可轴向来回活动地设置于中杆件13内,且膨胀件62套设于螺合件61上与外螺纹601螺合连接,该膨胀件62包括有多个一体成型连接的膨胀块621,当膨胀件62相对螺合件61向后移动到位后,该撑开斜面602促使多个膨胀块621径向张开而压紧在中杆件13的内壁面上。并且,所述螺合件61的前端扣合安装有一用于对膨胀件62进行限位防止膨胀件62向前移出螺合件61的限位环63。原始状态下,撑开斜面602促使多个膨胀块621径向张开而压紧在中杆件13的内壁面上使得后杆件14相对中杆件13固定不可以前后移动;当需要调节时,转动后杆件14,使得螺合件61转动,该膨胀件62相对螺合件61移动并离开撑开斜面602,然后,轴向前后移动后杆件14,将后杆件14移动到合适的位置上,然后将后杆件14反向转动,使得螺合件61转动,该膨胀件62相对螺合件61反向移动并移至撑开斜面602上,撑开斜面602促使多个膨胀块621径向张开而压紧在中杆件13的内壁面上使得后杆件14相对中杆件13固定不可以前后移动。
该外壳20的左右两侧均敞开而形成有缺口203,该缺口203正对毛刷辊31的外端面,针对每一缺口203均设置有一侧板70,该侧板70可旋转地安装于外壳20上,每一侧板70的外侧面均设置有滚轮80,该滚轮80的局部侧缘凸出侧板60的边缘。在本实施例中,所述外壳20的两侧均设置有定位槽204,该侧板70的上侧边缘嵌于定位槽204中定位,并且,所述侧板70的内侧面延伸出有轴部71,该外壳20上设置有轴孔205,该轴部71可转动地安装于轴孔205中,所述轴部71的端面设置有多个第一定位齿72,对应地,该轴孔205内设置有多个第二定位齿206,该第二定位齿206与多个第一定位齿72彼此齿合定位,所述轴部71的端面还延伸出有定位柱73,该轴孔205内设置有定位孔207,该定位柱73插入定位孔207中;以及,所述侧板70上设置有安装孔74,该滚轮80的内侧延伸出有安装轴81,该安装轴81的外端侧缘凸设有卡扣82,该安装轴81从侧板70的外侧插入安装孔74内,该卡扣82与安装孔74的边缘卡扣,并且,所述滚轮80的外周缘套设有软胶环83,以防止滚轮80刮伤车身。
详述本实施例的工作过程如下:
使用时,将水泵33放置在水中,并将电源线34接通电源,然后,手持手柄10的尾端,按压控制钮使得水泵33和电机32开启,水泵33将水抽至水盒40,并从各个出水孔41喷出,喷出的水射向毛刷辊31,与此同时,电机32通过传动机构带动毛刷辊31转动,此时即可将外壳20靠近车身,使得滚轮80抵于车身上,利用沾上水的毛刷辊31模拟动物舔食动作对车身进行洗刷,在洗刷车身的过程中,根据洗刷的角度,通过控制第一锁定机构50,使得转接头12相对前杆件11转动一角度,以便于对车身进行洗刷,当洗刷位置过高时,通过控制第二锁定机构60,使得后杆件14相对中杆件13向外伸出,从而使得手柄10变长,以便够到所需高度进行洗刷,反之,而当洗刷位置较低时,通过控制第二锁定机构60,使得后杆件14相对中杆件13向内缩短,从而使得手柄10变短即可。当需要清洗车身边角时,可将侧板70连通滚轮80一起向上翻转,以便毛刷辊31对车身边角进行洗刷。本产品的功率仅为25W,较为节能,每清洗一辆小车只需使用10kg水,较为节水、环保、污染少,每清洗一辆小车仅需花15分钟时间,较为快捷,本产品仅长1米,体积小,重量仅有1.8kg,重量较轻,并且脏水边洗边冲走,不伤车。
本发明的设计重点在于:通过利用前杆件可拆卸地安装于外壳上,使得手柄根据需要进行拆装,便于包装和运输,并通过中杆件的前端与前杆件的尾端可摆动地连接,后杆件可前后来回伸缩地设置于中杆件的尾端,使得手柄的角度和长度可调,可根据刷洗位置的高度和角度进行合理调整,操作简单方便,从而给用户刷洗车辆带来方便;以及,通过在外壳的左右两侧均敞开而形成有缺口,并配合侧板可旋转地安装于外壳上,使得侧板可根据需要翻上或翻下,翻上时,可使得毛刷辊更加容易对车身边角进行有效刷洗,也便于毛刷辊的拆装,通过将滚轮设置于侧板的外侧面,有效节省外壳的内部空间,翻下时,两侧板的滚轮与毛刷辊同心,以保证手柄在任何角度毛刷辊与清洗面的距离恒定不变,确保刷洗效果,且减少操作人员的劳动强度;该外壳设置于手柄前端,外壳下侧设有水盒,水盒靠毛刷辊侧有一排出水孔;毛刷辊置于外壳内并部分露出外壳,出水孔正对毛刷辊;电机置于手柄内部,通过传动机构带动毛刷辊转动,毛刷辊滚动的同时水盒往毛刷辊上微量喷水,达到和动物舌头边舔食边分泌唾液一样的效果,节约了水资源且避免脏水重复洗车。

  1. 一种使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,包括有手柄、外壳、毛刷辊、电机、水泵以及电源线;该外壳设置于手柄的前端,外壳具有一凹腔,凹腔开口侧缘设置有水盒,水盒上设置有多个间隔排布的出水孔;该毛刷辊设置于凹腔内并外露于外壳,出水孔正对毛刷辊,毛刷辊上设置有刷毛,刷毛与毛刷辊轴心成斜角;该电机带动毛刷辊转动,该水泵通过管道连通水盒内部,该电源线连接电机和水泵;其特征在于:该手柄包括有前杆件、转接头、中杆件和后杆件,该前杆件可拆卸地安装于外壳上,该转接头与前杆件的尾端摆动连接,转接头的前端与前杆件的尾端之间设置有第一锁定机构,该中杆件的前端与转接头的尾端连接,该后杆件可前后来回伸缩地设置于中杆件的尾端,后杆件与中杆件之间设置有第二锁定机构;该外壳的左右两侧均敞开而形成有缺口,该缺口正对毛刷辊的外端面,针对每一缺口均设置有一侧板,该侧板可旋转地安装于外壳上,每一侧板的外侧面均设置有滚轮,该滚轮的局部侧缘凸出侧板的边缘。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,其特征在于:所述前杆件具有一定位腔,该后壳体嵌入定位腔中,该外壳上设置有弹性卡扣,该前杆件的前端设置有扣孔,该弹性卡扣与扣孔配合卡扣。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,其特征在于:所述前杆件的后端具有一枢接部,该枢接部与转接头枢接,枢接部上设置有多个定位孔,该转接头的前端侧面具有空腔,转接头的前端设置有端盖,该端盖盖住空腔的开口,该第一锁定机构设置于空腔中,第一锁定机构包括有定位件和按压片,该定位件可侧向来回活动地设置于空腔中,定位件上具有多个定位柱,该多个定位柱嵌入对应的定位孔中,该按压片的一端抵于定位件的内侧面上促使定位件侧向向外活动,该按压片的另一端伸出空腔外。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,其特征在于:所述中杆件的前端与转接头的尾端之间通过锁紧盖连接固定,该中杆件的前端为中空结构,该转接头的尾端具有外螺纹和多个夹紧片,外螺纹位于多个夹紧片的前侧,该多个夹紧片抵于中杆件的前端周围,该锁紧盖套设于中杆件的前端与转接头的尾端之间,该锁紧盖的前端与外螺纹螺合连接固定,锁紧盖的后端内部具有促使夹紧片向中心靠近而压紧在中杆件前端表面的抵压斜面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,其特征在于:所述后杆件可前后来回伸缩地设置于中杆件的尾端内部,后杆件的尾端伸出中杆件,该第二锁定机构包括有螺合件和膨胀件,该螺合件的后端与后杆件的前端固定连接,螺合件的前端外表面设置有外螺纹,螺合件的后端外表面设置有撑开斜面,该膨胀件可轴向来回活动地设置于中杆件内,且膨胀件套设于螺合件上与外螺纹螺合连接,该膨胀件包括有多个一体成型连接的膨胀块,当膨胀件相对螺合件向后移动到位后,该撑开斜面促使多个膨胀块径向张开而压紧在中杆件的内壁面上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,其特征在于:所述外壳的两侧均设置有定位槽,该侧板的上侧边缘嵌于定位槽中定位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,其特征在于:所述侧板的内侧面延伸出有轴部,该外壳上设置有轴孔,该轴部可转动地安装于轴孔中,该轴部的端面设置有多个第一定位齿,对应地,该轴孔内设置有多个第二定位齿,该第二定位齿与多个第一定位齿彼此齿合定位,该轴部的端面延伸出有定位柱,该轴孔内设置有定位孔,该定位柱插入定位孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,其特征在于:所述侧板上设置有安装孔,该滚轮的内侧延伸出有安装轴,该安装轴的外端侧缘凸设有卡扣,该安装轴从侧板的外侧插入安装孔内,该卡扣与安装孔的边缘卡扣。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的使用方便节能省水零伤害的可调式仿生微型洗车机,其特征在于:所述管道和电源线拼合连接在一起,所述管道和电源线均从手柄的后端伸入手柄并与外壳可拆卸地安装连接。
