本实用新型首先要解决的是原有的按键结构在按压按键本体出现卡键或按键失效的问题。

结合图3和图5所示,外环结构包括至少三个周向布置的外安装座23,外安装座23固定在环形缓冲部21的外侧,每个外安装座23分别通过一个卡接位与上盖30进行卡接。优选地,外安装座23设为均匀布置的四个,需要说明的是,还可以设置为四个以上,如五个、六个等,为了确保弹力臂20的弹性作用,优选为四个。在本实施例中,外安装座23上设有第二定位孔25,上盖30上设有与第二定位孔25相对应的第三凸起31,第三凸起31与第二定位孔25卡接,一个第三凸起31与一个第二定位孔25卡接形成一个卡接位,由此实现了按键本体10和弹力臂20的卡接。此外还可以是,外安装座23上设有第三凸起31,上盖30上设置相对应的第二定位孔25,由此同样可以通过第三凸起31和第二定位孔25卡接的方式实现上盖30与弹力臂20的卡接。
其中,内安装座22可以设置在环形缓冲部21内侧的任意位置,相应地,外安装座23也可以设置在环形缓冲部21外侧的任意位置,为了使得按键本体10的压力能够通过内安装座22和外安装座23更直接地分散,优选地,本实施例的内安装座22和外安装座23相对设置在环形缓冲部21的内外两侧。
优选地,在弹力臂20的环形缓冲部21的上表面设有环形凹槽26,由此可提高弹力臂20的弹力,增加使用时的手感。按键本体10的下表面设有与该环形凹槽26相对应的环形凸起 12,该环形凸起12与环形凹槽26卡接,以提高按键本体10与弹力臂20的连接结构的稳定性,避免弹力臂20发生过大的弹性形变。
此外,作为按键结构的另一个实施例,弹力臂20的内环结构、外环结构还可以为一体式环形结构,并在为一体式环形结构的内环结构上、外环结构上分别设置至少三个卡接位,用以分别与按键本体10、上盖30卡接。
进一步地,如图6所示,PCB板50的边缘支撑在机构本体60的上方,优选地:机构本体60的上表面与PCB板50相对的位置设有凹陷61,PCB板50的边缘支撑在该凹陷61侧壁的上方;机构本体60的上表面优选为凹陷61的内部且位于PCB板50的下方设有第一凸起80,该第一凸起80对PCB板50起到支撑的作用,可提高按键使用时的可靠性,PCB板50不易发生变形,有效防止PCB板50下陷。
PCB板50的边缘与机构本体60的侧壁可拆卸连接,优选地,PCB板50的边缘与机构本体60的侧壁卡接,具体是可以通过卡接件进行卡接。
第一凸起80可位于PCB板50下方的任意位置,该第一凸起80可设置为一个或多个,图6和图7所示为设置一个第一凸起80的结构,图8为设置两个第一凸起80的结构,第一凸起80的位置可以是位于按键开关40的正下方,也可以是位于PCB板50下方的其它位置,由于按键开关40是按压点,压力的受力点,因此,优选地,如图6和图7所示,第一凸起80位于按键开关40的正下方,由此在向下按压按键开关40时,第一凸起80可直接对PCB板50所受到的压力产生相反的抵抗力,加强了对PCB板50的支撑作用。其中,为了方便按键的使用和安装,按键开关40位于PCB板50的中间位置,相应地,可将第一凸起80设于PCB板50下方的中间位置。
第一凸起80的顶部与PCB板50的底部应做到基本持平,为了方便加工,如图8所示,第一凸起80的顶部与PCB板50的底部之间具有一定的间隙L,该间隙L可避免第一凸起80将PCB板50顶起导致PCB板50的边缘翘起而影响按键的使用。该间隙L可为0.1-0.4mm,优选为0.2mm。第一凸起80可以为任意的形状,如可以是圆柱体、圆锥体、多面体或其它规则或不规则的形状。此外,为了方便脱模,第一凸起80的顶部设有拔模斜度。第一凸起80可以是与机构本体60一体成型的结构,第一凸起80也可以是与机构本体60可拆卸连接的结构,其根据不同的需求进行加工。
上盖30的下表面设有多个连接柱33,PCB板50和机构本体60上分别设有与连接柱33相对应的过孔,通过连接件依次穿过机构本体的过孔62和PCB板的过孔51与上盖30的连 接柱33连接,由此将上盖30、PCB板50和机构本体60连接在一起,并将按键本体、弹力臂20和按键开关40限制在上盖30和PCB板50之间。为了解决上盖30的连接柱33在注塑工艺导致的缩水、应力痕等不良问题,以提高产品的生产率,上盖30的上表面与连接柱33相对的位置设有第四凸起34。
综上,本实用新型的弹力臂20包括环形缓冲部21,该环形缓冲部21的内侧通过至少三个卡接位与按键本体10卡接,环形缓冲部21的外侧通过至少三个卡接位与上盖30卡接,环形缓冲部21在按键按压时提供缓冲的效果,由此可提高按键本体10按压时的稳定性,对于直径较小或较大的按键本体10,都没有明显的杠杆效应,由此使得按键本体10不易侧翻进而发生卡键或按键失效的问题,提高了按键的使用手感,本实施例的按键结构特别适用于直径较大的按键本体10使用;此外,在PCB板50的下方设置第一凸起80作为支撑结构,可提高按键使用的可靠性,防止PCB板50下陷变形。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种按键结构,包括上盖、按键本体、弹力臂、机构本体和设有按键开关的PCB板,其特征在于,所述PCB板设于所述机构本体的上方,所述弹力臂设于所述PCB板的上方并将所述按键开关包覆在其内部,所述上盖盖合于所述按键本体上,且所述上盖上设有使所述按键本体露出的第一通孔;
    所述弹力臂包括内环结构、外环结构以及设于所述内环结构和外环结构之间的环形缓冲部,所述内环结构通过至少三个卡接位与所述按键本体进行卡接;所述外环结构通过至少三个卡接位与所述上盖进行卡接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述PCB板的边缘支撑在所述机构本体的上方,所述机构本体的上表面位于所述PCB板的下方设有第一凸起。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述按键本体由硬塑料制成,所述弹力臂由软塑料或硅胶制成。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述环形缓冲部的截面为中间薄两端厚的结构。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述内环结构包括至少三个周向布置的内安装座,每个所述内安装座分别通过一个卡接位与所述按键本体进行卡接;
    所述外环结构包括至少三个周向布置的外安装座,每个所述外安装座分别通过一个卡接位与所述上盖进行卡接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述内安装座上设有第一定位孔,所述按键本体上设有与所述第一定位孔相对应的第二凸起,所述第二凸起和第一定位孔卡接;
    所述外安装座上设有第二定位孔,所述上盖上设有与所述第二定位孔相对应的第三凸起,所述第三凸起与第二定位孔卡接。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述内安装座和外安装座均设置为均匀布置的四个。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述第一凸起位于所述按键开关的正下方。
  9. 如权利要求1或2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述上盖的下表面设有多个连接柱,所述PCB板和机构本体上分别设有与所述连接柱相对应的过孔,一连接件依次穿过所述机构 本体的过孔和所述PCB板的过孔与所述上盖的连接柱连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述上盖的上表面与所述连接柱相对的位置设有第四凸起。
  11. 如权利要求1或2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述按键结构还包括与所述上盖相互盖合的下盖,所述下盖上设有使所述机构本体露出的第二通孔。
