Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un système pour fournir un service d'arbitrage de garantie de remboursement pour une location de bien immobilier à court terme et une location de produit immobilier, qui peut maintenir une transaction sûre entre un bailleur et un locataire en permettant à un serveur d'arbitrage, pour arbitrer mutuellement un terminal de bailleur et un terminal de locataire par rapport à un acompte avant l'utilisation et une période non utilisée, de payer un dépôt de garantie pour un remboursement au locataire selon une réglementation de remboursement, lorsqu'une fin de mi-bail se produit par rapport à la location de bien immobilier à court terme, tel qu'une chambre d'étudiant personnelle, une auberge de jeunesse pour étudiants, une maison d'hôtes, un appartement studio, et une pension, où un contrat de bail a été réalisé pour une période prédéterminée, et une location de produit immobilier capable d'être utilisé pendant une période prédéterminée par l'intermédiaire d'un contrat.
