Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。まず、航空機用ターボファンエンジン等のジェットエンジンについて説明する。図1は、ジェットエンジン8の構成を示す図である。ジェットエンジン8は、圧縮機やタービン等を備えている。圧縮機やタービン等は、複数の翼を備えた翼構造体で構成されている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。本発明の第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と気流生成部の構成が相違する。図5は、翼32の構成を示す図である。なお、同一の要素には同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。翼32は、翼本体20と、翼本体20に設けられる気流生成部34と、を含んでいる。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。本発明の第3実施形態では、第1、2実施形態と気流生成部の構成が相違する。図6は、翼44の構成を示す図である。なお、同一の要素には同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。翼44は、翼本体20と、翼本体20に設けられる気流生成部46と、を含んでいる。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。本発明の第4実施形態では、第1から第3実施形態と気流生成部の構成が相違する。図7は、翼54の構成を示す図である。なお、同一の要素には同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。翼54は、翼本体20と、翼本体20に設けられる気流生成部56と、を含んでいる。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。本発明の第5実施形態では、第1から第4実施形態と気流生成部の構成が相違する。図8は、翼64とケース65との構成を示す図である。なお、同一の要素には同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第6実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。本発明の第6実施形態では、第1から第5実施形態と気流生成部の構成が相違する。図9は、翼76と支持体78との構成を示す図である。
Claims (11)
- ジェットエンジンに用いられる翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記翼構造体は、複数の翼と、前記翼の下端側を支持する支持体と、前記翼の上端側を覆うケースと、を備え、前記翼は、前記翼の長手方向に延びて形成される翼本体と、前記翼本体に設けられ、プラズマを発生させて誘起気流を生成する気流生成部と、を含み、
前記気流生成部を形成する工程は、
前記翼本体に、第1電極を形成する第1電極形成工程と、
前記翼本体に、前記第1電極を覆うようにしてセラミックス粉末を常温衝撃固化して成膜し、誘電体層を形成する誘電体層形成工程と、
前記誘電体層の表面に露出させて、前記第1電極と電気的接続されて交流電圧が印加される第2電極を形成する第2電極形成工程と、
を有している、翼構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記第1電極形成工程は、前記第1電極を、前記翼本体における前縁側の翼側面に形成し、
前記誘電体層形成工程は、前記誘電体層を、前記翼本体における前縁側の翼側面に形成し、
前記第2電極形成工程は、前記第2電極を、前記誘電体層における翼本体側と対向する表面に露出させて形成する、翼構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記第1電極形成工程は、前記第1電極を、前記翼本体の翼側面における後縁側の負圧側面から前縁側を通って後縁側の正圧側面まで形成し、
前記誘電体層形成工程は、前記誘電体層を、前記翼本体における翼側面の全体に形成し、
前記第2電極形成工程は、前記第2電極を、前記誘電体層における翼本体側と対向する表面に露出させて形成する、翼構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記第1電極形成工程は、前記第1電極を、前記翼本体の上端面に形成し、
前記誘電体層形成工程は、前記誘電体層を、前記翼本体の上端面に形成し、
前記第2電極形成工程は、前記第2電極を、前記誘電体層の側面に露出させて形成する、翼構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記第1電極形成工程は、前記第1電極を、前記翼本体の上端面に形成し、
前記誘電体層形成工程は、前記誘電体層を、前記翼本体の上端面に形成し、
前記第2電極形成工程は、前記第2電極を、前記誘電体層における翼本体側と対向する表面に露出させて形成する、翼構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記気流生成部を形成する工程は、前記誘電体層の表面に露出させると共に、前記第2電極と離間させて、前記第1電極と電気的接続されて直流電圧が印加される第3電極を形成する第3電極形成工程を有している、翼構造体の製造方法。 - ジェットエンジンに用いられる翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記翼構造体は、複数の翼と、前記翼の下端側を支持する支持体と、前記翼の上端側を覆うケースと、を備え、前記翼は、前記翼の長手方向に延びて形成される翼本体を有し、前記ケースは、前記翼の上端側を覆うケース本体を有し、
前記翼本体と前記ケース本体とに、プラズマを発生させて誘起気流を生成する気流生成部が設けられており、
前記気流生成部を形成する工程は、
前記翼本体の上端面に、第1電極を形成する第1電極形成工程と、
前記翼本体の上端面に、前記第1電極を覆うようにしてセラミックス粉末を常温衝撃固化して成膜し、誘電体層を形成する誘電体層形成工程と、
前記ケース本体における前記誘電体層と対向する表面に露出させて、前記第1電極と電気的接続されて交流電圧が印加される第2電極を形成する第2電極形成工程と、
を有する、翼構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項7に記載の翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記気流生成部を形成する工程は、前記ケース本体における前記誘電体層と対向する表面に露出させると共に、前記第2電極と離間させて、前記第1電極と電気的接続されて直流電圧が印加される第3電極を形成する第3電極形成工程を有する、翼構造体の製造方法。 - ジェットエンジンに用いられる翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記翼構造体は、複数の翼と、前記翼の下端側を支持する支持体と、前記翼の上端側を覆うケースと、を備え、前記翼は、前記翼の長手方向に延びて形成される翼本体を有し、前記支持体は、前記翼の下端側を支持する支持体本体を有し、
前記翼本体と前記支持体本体とに、プラズマを発生させて誘起気流を生成する気流生成部が設けられており、
前記気流生成部を形成する工程は、
前記翼本体の翼側面から前記支持体本体の翼側表面に、第1電極を形成する第1電極形成工程と、
前記翼本体の翼側面から前記支持体本体の翼側表面に、前記第1電極を覆うようにしてセラミックス粉末を常温衝撃固化して成膜し、誘電体層を形成する誘電体層形成工程と、
前記誘電体層における翼本体側及び支持体本体側と対向する表面に露出させて、前記第1電極と電気的接続されて交流電圧が印加される第2電極を形成する第2電極形成工程と、
を有する、翼構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載の翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記気流生成部を形成する工程は、前記誘電体層における翼本体側及び支持体本体側と対向する表面に露出させると共に、前記第2電極と離間させて、前記第1電極と電気的接続されて直流電圧が印加される第3電極を形成する第3電極形成工程を有する、翼構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の翼構造体の製造方法であって、
前記誘電体層形成工程は、前記誘電体層を、エアロゾルデポジション法により形成する、翼構造体の製造方法。
