　上記非一時的な（non-transitory）情報記録媒体は、コンピュータとは独立して配布・販売することができる。ここで、非一時的な情報記録媒体とは、有形な（tangible）情報記録媒体をいう。非一時的な情報記録媒体は、例えば、コンパクトディスク、フレキシブルディスク、ハードディスク、光磁気ディスク、ディジタルビデオディスク、磁気テープ、半導体メモリ等である。また、一時的な（transitory）情報記録媒体とは、伝送媒体（伝搬信号）それ自体を示す。一時的な情報記録媒体は、例えば、電気信号、光信号、電磁波等である。なお、一時的な（temporary）記憶領域とは、データやプログラムを一時的に記憶するための領域であり、例えば、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）等の揮発性メモリである。
　本発明によれば、商品名を簡潔にしつつ、様々な情報に基づいて商品を検索できる好適な管理装置、管理方法、プログラム、及び、非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な情報記録媒体を提供することができる。

（１．全体構成）
　本発明の実施形態に係る管理装置１００は、図１に示すように、インターネット４００に接続される。インターネット４００には、管理装置１００と、ショッパー端末２０１、２０２～２０ｍ（以下、これらを総称して「ショッパー端末２００」という）と、ショップ端末３０１、３０２～３０ｎ（以下、これらを総称して「ショップ端末３００」という）と、が接続されている。
　管理装置１００は、インターネット上で商品の売買が行われる電子市場において扱われる商品の商品名を管理する装置である。管理装置１００は、ショップが販売する商品名等の情報をショップ又は電子市場の管理者から受け付け、当該情報を登録する。また、管理装置１００は、電子市場のショッピングサイトにおいて検索された商品のリストを、検索した者に提供する装置である。なお、管理装置１００は、商品名の管理の他、電子市場を管理する様々な機能を有していてもよい。
　ショッパー端末２００は、電子市場においてショップが販売する商品の閲覧・購入を行うショッパーが使用する端末である。
　ショップ端末３００は、電子市場において商品を販売するショップが使用する端末である。
（２．情報処理装置の概要構成）
　本発明の実施形態に係る管理装置１００が実現される典型的な情報処理装置６００の概要構成について説明する。
　情報処理装置６００は、図２に示すように、ＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）６０１と、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）６０２と、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）６０３と、記憶装置６０４と、ＮＩＣ（Network Interface Card）６０５と、画像処理部６０６と、音声処理部６０７と、ディスプレイ６０８と、スピーカ６０９と、コントローラ６１０と、を備える。
　ＣＰＵ　６０１は、情報処理装置６００全体の動作を制御し、各構成要素と接続され、制御信号やデータをやりとりする。
　ＲＯＭ　６０２には、情報処理装置６００全体の動作制御に必要なオペレーティングシステムのプログラムや各種のデータが記録される。
　ＲＡＭ　６０３は、データやプログラムを一時的に記憶するためのもので、記憶装置６０４から読み出したプログラムやデータ、その他、通信に必要なデータ等が保持される。
　記憶装置６０４は、ハードディスクやフラッシュメモリ等から構成され、情報処理装置６００で処理するデータを記憶する。また、記憶装置６０４は、ＣＤ（Compact Disc）等の情報記録媒体からデータを読み出すデバイス等を備えるように構成されてもよい。
　ＮＩＣ　６０５は、情報処理装置６００をインターネット等のコンピュータ通信網に接続するためのものであり、ＮＩＣ　６０５を介して他の情報処理装置等とやりとりをする。
　画像処理部６０６は、記憶装置６０４等から読み出されたデータをＣＰＵ　６０１や画像処理部６０６が備える画像演算プロセッサによって加工処理し、画像処理部６０６が備えるフレームメモリに記録する。フレームメモリに記録された画像情報は、所定の同期タイミングでビデオ信号に変換され、ディスプレイ６０８に出力される。
　音声処理部６０７は、記憶装置６０４等から読み出されたデータをアナログ音声信号に変換し、スピーカ６０９から出力させる。
　コントローラ６１０は、ユーザからの指示入力を受け付ける。
　以下、上記情報処理装置６００において実現される管理装置１００について、図１乃至図１５を参照して説明する。情報処理装置６００に電源が投入されると、実施形態に係る管理装置１００として機能させるプログラムが実行され、実施形態に係る管理装置１００が実現される。
（３．実施形態の管理装置の概要構成）
　実施形態の管理装置１００は、ショップが販売する商品の商品名を管理するものである。
　管理装置１００は、図３に示すように、受付部１０１と、取得部１０２と、修正部１０３と、登録部１０４と、検索部１０５と、から構成される。
　本実施形態において、ＣＰＵ　６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０５が協働して、受付部１０１、取得部１０２、登録部１０４、及び、検索部１０５として機能する。また、ＣＰＵ　６０１が修正部１０３として機能する。
　また、本実施形態において、電子市場のショップが商品の登録用カテゴリ・登録用商品名・登録用タグを指定し、電子市場のショッパーが登録された商品を検索する場合を例に、管理装置１００の機能について説明する。なお、管理装置１００に登録用カテゴリ等を指定する者や、商品を検索する者は、上記の者に限らない。例えば、電子市場の管理者が登録用カテゴリ等を指定してもよいし、ショップが登録された商品を検索してもよい。
　受付部１０１は、ショップが販売しようとする商品が属すべき登録用カテゴリと、商品の登録用商品名と、商品に付与しようとする登録用タグと、を受け付ける。
　登録用カテゴリとは、ショップが販売しようとする商品が属するカテゴリであり、電子市場では、登録用カテゴリに基づいて、複数のショップが扱う商品が分類され、商品を検索する際に登録用カテゴリを指定すると、検索結果に表示される商品が指定された登録用カテゴリに含まれる商品に絞り込まれる。
　登録用商品名とは、ショップが販売しようとする商品の商品名を示すものであり、商品の検索結果に表示される商品名である。商品名には、商品そのものの名称の他に、商品の特徴等の検索キーに指定され得る文字列を含めることができる。
　登録用タグとは、登録された商品の管理に用いられるタグである。タグには、商品の特徴や識別情報等の商品そのものに関する情報の他に、商品の販売形態、又は、商品を販売しているショップに関する情報等の商品に関する情報以外の情報が用いられる。
　例えば、受付部１０１は、電子市場で扱う商品を登録するための商品登録ページ５００（図４）を、商品の登録を行う者に提示する。商品登録ページ５００には、登録用カテゴリと、登録用商品名と、登録用タグと、を記入する欄が設けられている。また、商品を特定するための商品ＩＤを記入する欄や、商品画像を登録するための欄が設けられていてもよい。
　例えば、ショップＸが管理装置１００にアクセスし、ショップＸに商品登録ページ５００が提示されたとする。ショップＸが、自身が販売する商品について、登録用カテゴリを「ＡＡＡ（スマートフォン本体の機種名）」、登録用商品名を「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１（型番）　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料」と記入し、登録用タグを空欄のままで、送信ボタン５０１を押すと、受付部１０１は、これらの情報を受け付ける。
　取得部１０２は、登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグを表す付与可能タグ文字列を取得する。
　付与可能タグ文字列とは、あるカテゴリに含まれる商品に付与することができるタグの文字列である。
　例えば、登録用カテゴリがスマートフォン本体の機種名を示す「ＡＡＡ」の場合、付与可能タグ文字列とは、機種名「ＡＡＡ」の文字列、スマートフォン本体の形態的特徴や性能、又は、「送料無料」や「ポイント１０倍」等の販売に関する情報を示す文字列である。
　例えば、付与可能タグ文字列は、タグＤＢ　７０１に格納される付与可能タグテーブル７０１ａ（図５）に登録されているとする。なお、タグＤＢ　７０１は管理装置１００が有していても良いし、外部の装置であっても良い。図５の付与可能タグテーブル７０１ａには、商品のカテゴリ７０１ａ１と、当該カテゴリに属する商品の付与可能タグ文字列７０１ａ２と、が対応付けて登録されている。
　図５の付与可能タグテーブル７０１ａの１行目は、商品のカテゴリが「ＡＡＡ」であり、このカテゴリに属する商品の付与可能タグ文字列として「ＡＡＡ」の文字列があることを示す。
　例えば、受付部１０１が、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」を受け付けると、取得部１０２は、付与可能タグテーブル７０１ａを参照して、「ＡＡＡ」、「シルバー」、「ゴールド」等のカテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」に対応付けられた全ての付与可能タグ文字列を取得する。
　修正部１０３は、付与可能タグ文字列が登録用商品名に含まれれば、登録用商品名から付与可能タグ文字列を除去し、登録用タグに、除去された付与可能タグ文字列により表されるタグを追加する。
　例えば、修正部１０３は、受け付けた登録用商品名の「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料」のうち、「ＡＡＡ」、「シルバー」、「６４ＧＢ」、「送料無料」が付与可能タグ文字列と判断し、登録用商品名からこれらの付与可能タグ文字列を除去して、登録用商品名を「１２３－１」と修正する。そして、登録用タグに、「ＡＡＡ」、「シルバー」、「６４ＧＢ」、「送料無料」のタグを追加する。
　登録部１０４は、登録用カテゴリ、登録用商品名、及び、登録用タグに係る商品をショップが販売する旨を登録する。
　例えば、電子市場において販売される商品は、その登録用カテゴリ、登録用商品名、及び、登録用タグが、登録商品ＤＢ　７０２に格納される登録商品テーブル７０２ａ（図６）に登録されるとする。
　図６の登録商品テーブル７０２ａには、電子市場においてショップを特定するためのショップＩＤ　７０２ａ１と、当該ショップが販売する商品を特定するための商品ＩＤ　７０２ａ２と、当該商品の登録用カテゴリ７０２ａ３と、当該商品の登録用商品名７０２ａ４と、当該商品に付与される登録用タグ７０２ａ５と、が対応づけて登録されている。
　図６の登録商品テーブル７０２ａの１行目は、ショップＸ（ショップＩＤ「Ｘ」）により販売される商品１（商品ＩＤ「１」）は、登録用カテゴリが「ＡＡＡ」、登録用商品名が「１２３－１」、登録用タグが「ＡＡＡ」、「シルバー」、「６４ＧＢ」、「送料無料」であることを示す。
　例えば、登録部１０４は、ショップＸから受け付けた登録用カテゴリ・登録用商品名・登録用タグ、又は、修正された登録用商品名や追加された登録用タグを、ショップＩＤ及び商品ＩＤと対応付けて、登録商品テーブル７０２ａに登録する。
　検索部１０５は、タグを含む検索キーにより、登録された商品を検索する。そして、検索部１０５は、検索キーによる検索により得られた検索結果に含まれる商品の各々について、当該検索キーに含まれるタグが当該商品の登録用タグに含まれれば、当該検索キーに含まれるタグを商品の登録用商品名に追加してから、当該検索結果を提示する。
　例えば、ショッパーＱが、「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」を検索キーとして電子市場で扱われている商品の検索を行うと、検索部１０５は、登録商品テーブル７０２ａの登録用タグ７０２ａ５を参照し、「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」のタグが登録用タグとして登録されている商品を抽出する。
　そして、検索部１０５は、抽出した商品の登録用商品名に、検索キーに含まれるタグ「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」を追加して、検索結果に表示する商品名とする。例えば、検索部１０５は、ショップＸの商品名については、登録用商品名「１２３－１」にタグ「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」を追加し、商品名を「１２３－１　ＡＡＡ　送料無料」（図８の項目８０１）とした検索結果を提示する。
　図７に、検索キーが「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」に基づいて検索された検索結果であって、管理装置１００が適用されない、従来の検索結果の例を示す。従来の検索結果に含まれる項目８０１～８０４には、各ショップが指定した商品名が記される。
　一方、図８に、管理装置１００が適用された検索結果の例を示す。例えば、検索部１０５は、ショップＸの商品名については、登録用商品名「１２３－１」にタグ「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」を追加し、商品名を「１２３－１　ＡＡＡ　送料無料」（図８の項目８０１）とした検索結果を提示する。検索部１０５は、検索キー「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」により検索された商品の全てについて、登録商品テーブル７０２ａに登録された登録用商品名に「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」のタグを追加して表示する。
　なお、登録用商品名に検索キーで指定されたタグを追加して検索結果に表示する際、追加するタグの位置は、商品名の末尾に限らない。例えば、項目８０２～８０４のように、登録用商品名で指定された語順に従うようにしてもよい。また、項目８０２、８０３のように、検索キーの文字列（「送料無料」）の前後に付された記号（「［」、「］」、「！」）や文字列（「月末まで」）が、検索キーの文字列と一体と見なせる場合は、一緒に表示するようにしてもよい。
　本実施形態によれば、検索結果に含まれる商品名を簡潔にすることができるので、商品を検索する者に検索結果を見やすく提示することができる。また、本実施形態によれば、商品名から削除された文字列に基づいて検索ができるので、商品を登録する者の希望が反映された検索が行われるようにすることができる。また、検索結果に表示される商品名には、検索キーで指定されたタグは表示されるので、検索結果に表示される商品が、どの検索キーに該当したのかを知ることができる。さらに、商品登録時に、登録を行う者が登録用タグに適当なタグが分からなかったとしても、適当なタグを付して登録することができる。
　また、取得部１０２は、登録用カテゴリと類似関係にあるが、登録用カテゴリと包含関係にない類似カテゴリを取得し、類似カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグを取得し、取得された類似カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグであって、登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグではないタグを表す混同惹起タグ文字列を取得するようにしてもよい。そして、修正部１０３は、混同惹起タグ文字列が登録用商品名に含まれれば、警告するようにしてもよい。
　類似カテゴリとは、登録用カテゴリと類似関係にあるが包含関係にないカテゴリである。
　混同惹起タグ文字列とは、類似カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグであるが、登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグではないタグを表す文字列である。すなわち、混同惹起タグ文字列とは、登録用カテゴリに付与するには適当でないタグ文字列であり、登録用カテゴリに含まれる商品に付与すると、類似カテゴリに属する商品と混同を生ずるおそれのあるタグ文字列である。
　例えば、カテゴリ「ＢＢＢ」は、カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」と同様にスマートフォン本体のカテゴリを示すものであるが、「ＡＡＡ」と異なるメーカの機種であるとする。この場合、取得部１０２は、カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」とカテゴリ「ＢＢＢ」は、共に、スマートフォン本体の機種名であるので、類似関係にあるが、異なる機種であるので、包含関係にはないと判断する。したがって、取得部１０２は、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」に対し、類似カテゴリを「ＢＢＢ」と特定する。
　次に、取得部１０２は、図５の付与可能タグテーブル７０１ａを参照し、商品のカテゴリが「ＢＢＢ」の付与可能タグ文字列を取得する。そして、取得部１０２は、カテゴリ「ＢＢＢ」に対応付けられた付与可能タグ文字列のうち、カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」に対応付けられていない付与可能タグ文字列を、混同惹起タグ文字列とする。例えば、取得部１０２は、登録カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」について混同惹起タグ文字列を「ＢＢＢ」、「ブラック」、「直営」と特定する。
　修正部１０３は、例えば、ショップＸが「ＢＢＢ」を含む登録用商品名を図４の商品登録ページ５００に入力した際に、特定された混同惹起タグ文字列が含まれると判断する。そして、修正部１０３は、図９に示すように、登録用商品名に含まれる文字列「ＢＢＢ」が、商品名として適当で無いことを通知する警告メッセージ５０２を表示させる。
　このような構成によれば、登録用商品名に、他の類似するカテゴリに属する商品にのみ付与可能なタグ文字列が含まれている場合、商品を登録する者に、登録用商品名として適当でないことを警告することができる。これにより、適当でない商品名で登録されることを防止することができ、また、商品を検索する者に、商品の混同を生じさせる商品名を提示することを防ぐことができる。
　また、取得部１０２は、商品が属するカテゴリの包含関係を木構造により表現し、当該木構造において当該カテゴリが対応付けられたノード同士の距離が所定閾値以内であり、かつ、一方のノードが他方のノードの祖先でも子孫でもないのであれば、当該一方のノードに対応付けられるカテゴリと、当該他方のノードに対応付けられるカテゴリとは、包含関係にないが類似関係にあると判断するようにしてもよい。
　例えば、取得部１０２は、電子市場で扱われる商品が属するカテゴリの包含関係を、図１０に示す木構造により表現する。この木構造において、根ノードから下方に離れたノードほど、より細分化されたカテゴリに対応付けられているとする。そして、同じ親ノードを有する子ノード同士は、商品の分類上同等のカテゴリが対応付けられているとする。
　図１０の木構造の最上位にある根ノード９１１には、「商品」のカテゴリが対応付けられており、「商品」のカテゴリは、電子市場で扱われる商品の全てが属するカテゴリである。また、末端の葉ノード９４１～９４５には、スマートフォン本体の機種が対応付けられている。なお、図１０の木構造では、「スマートフォン本体」及び「タブレットＰＣ」以外のカテゴリに対応付けられたノードの下層のノードは、適宜省略している。
　ノードの祖先とは、あるノードから見て、当該ノードの親ノード及びその親ノードの先のノード全てを指す。また、ノードの子孫とは、あるノードから見て、当該ノードの子ノード及びその子ノードの先のノード全てを指す。例えば、ノード９３１を基準とすると、ノード９３１の祖先は、ノード９２１、９１１であり、ノード９３１の子孫は、ノード９４１～９４３である。
　ここで、ノード同士の距離とは、あるノードから他のノードへの移動距離である。例えば、あるノードと、そのノードの親ノード又は子ノードとの距離は、“１”である。本実施形態において、所定閾値を“２”とする。
　例えば、登録用カテゴリが「ＡＡＡ」の場合、カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」に対応付けられているノード９４１との距離が所定閾値“２”以内のノードは、ノード９２１、９３１、９４２、９４３である。これらのノードのうち、祖先でも子孫でもないノードはノード９４２、９４３である。よって、取得部１０２は、ノード９４２、９４３に対応付けられたカテゴリ「ＢＢＢ」、「ＣＣＣ」が、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」と包含関係にないが類似関係にあると判断し、「ＢＢＢ」、「ＣＣＣ」を類似カテゴリと特定する。
　このような構成によれば、カテゴリ同士の類似関係を適確に判断することができる。
　また、取得部１０２は、登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与できないタグを表す付与禁止タグ文字列を取得し、修正部１０３は、付与禁止タグ文字列が登録用商品名に含まれれば、警告するようにしてもよい。
　付与禁止タグ文字列とは、あるカテゴリに属する商品に付与するためには、資格や承認が必要な文字列や、法令に違反する恐れのある表記の文字列、あるいは、その商品に付与することが管理者等に禁止されている文字列である。なお、付与禁止タグ文字列は各国の法制により異なる。
　例えば、古物営業の許可を得たショップでなければ、中古品を販売することはできないので、許可を得ていないショップは、商品名に「中古」の文字列を付与することはできない。よって、「中古」の文字列は付与禁止タグ文字列である。
　また、例えば、事業者が競争事業者に係るものよりも取引の相手方に著しく有利であると一般消費者に誤認される表示は、景品表示法で禁止されている。よって、「世界最安値」、「日本で唯一」等の表示は、実際に調査をして証拠を提示するのは困難であるため、付与禁止タグ文字列としてもよい。
　また、例えば、健康の維持及び増進に役立つという食品の機能性を表示することができる機能性表示食品に、疾病の治療効果又は予防効果を標榜する用語を用いることは、日本の食品表示法で禁止されている。よって、機能性表示食品に該当するカテゴリについて、「風邪予防に効果あり」、「医薬品」の文字列は付与禁止タグ文字列となる。
　例えば、付与禁止タグ文字列は、タグＤＢ　７０１に格納される付与禁止タグテーブル７０１ｂ（図１１）に登録されているとする。図１１の付与禁止タグテーブル７０１ｂには、商品のカテゴリ７０１ｂ１と、当該カテゴリに含まれる商品の付与禁止タグ文字列７０１ｂ２と、が対応付けて登録されている。
　図１１の付与禁止タグテーブル７０１ｂの１行目は、商品のカテゴリが「ＡＡＡ」であり、このカテゴリに含まれる商品の付与禁止タグ文字列として「中古」の文字列があることを示す。
　例えば、受付部１０１が、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」、登録用商品名「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料　中古」を受け付けると、取得部１０２は、付与禁止タグテーブル７０１ｂを参照して、「中古」、「世界最安値」等のカテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」に対応付けられた全ての付与禁止タグ文字列を取得する。そして、修正部１０３は、受け付けた登録用商品名に付与禁止タグ文字列「中古」が含まれると判断し、図１２に示すように、登録用商品名に含まれる「中古」の文字列が付与可能でない旨を示すメッセージ５０３を提示して、警告をする。
　なお、登録用商品名に付与禁止タグ文字列が含まれる場合であっても、ショップが、付与禁止タグ文字列を使用する資格を有することが、電子市場の管理者により確認がされている場合、その付与禁止タグ文字列を登録用商品名に含めることができるようにしてもよい。例えば、登録用商品名に「中古」の付与禁止タグ文字列が含まれるとの警告を受けた後に、古物商許可証の番号を入力すると、「中古」を含む登録用商品名を登録できるようにしてもよい。
　このような構成によれば、あるカテゴリに属する商品に付与することができないタグを示す文字列が登録用商品名に含まれる場合、商品を登録する者に登録用商品名に誤りの可能性があることを警告することができる。
　また、取得部１０２は、販売上の制約が課せられる制約付カテゴリに属する商品にのみ付与可能なタグを表す制約付タグ文字列を取得し、修正部１０３は、制約付タグ文字列が登録用商品名に含まれ、かつ、登録用カテゴリが制約付カテゴリでなければ、警告するようにしてもよい。
　制約付カテゴリとは、販売上の制約が課せられる商品のカテゴリである。例えば、キャラクター商品は、そのキャラクターの権利者の許可を得なければ、キャラクターが用いられた商品を販売することができない。よって、「キャラクター商品」は、制約付カテゴリである。
　制約付タグ文字列とは、制約付カテゴリに属する商品にのみ付与可能なタグを表す文字列である。例えば、キャラクター名を示す文字列は、制約付タグ文字列である。
　例えば、制約付タグ文字列は、タグＤＢ　７０１に格納される制約付タグテーブル７０１ｃ（図１３）に登録されているとする。図１３の制約付タグテーブル７０１ｃには、制約付カテゴリ７０１ｃ１と、制約付タグ文字列７０１ｃ２と、が対応付けて登録されている。
　図１３の制約付タグテーブル７０１ｃの１行目は、制約付カテゴリが「キャラクター商品」であり、このカテゴリに含まれる商品の制限付タグ文字列として「ＴＴＴ（キャラクター名）」の文字列があることを示す。
　例えば、取得部１０２は、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」及び登録用商品名「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料　ＴＴＴ」を受け付けると、取得部１０２は、図１３の制約付タグテーブル７０１ｃを参照して、制約付タグ文字列「ＴＴＴ」、「ＺＺＺ（キャラクター名）」等を取得する。そして、修正部１０３は、制約付タグ文字列「ＴＴＴ」が登録用商品名に含まれ、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」は制約付カテゴリ「キャラクター商品」でないと判断し、図１４に示すように、登録カテゴリが誤りの可能性を示すメッセージ５０４を提示して警告する。
　このような構成によれば、販売上の制約が課せられるカテゴリに属する商品にのみ付与することができるタグを示す文字列が、登録用商品名に含まれる場合、商品を登録する者に、登録用カテゴリに誤りの可能性があることを警告することができる。
（４．実施形態の管理装置の動作）
　本実施形態の管理装置１００の動作について説明する。管理装置１００は、例えば、電源が投入されると、図１５に示す管理処理を開始する。
　受付部１０１は、商品登録の要求を受け付けたか否かを判断する（ステップＳ１０１）。受付部１０１が、商品登録の要求を受け付けたと判断すると（ステップＳ１０１；Ｙｅｓ）、ショップが販売しようとする商品が属すべき登録用カテゴリと、商品の登録用商品名と、商品に付与しようとする登録用タグと、を受け付ける（ステップＳ１０２）。一方、受付部１０１が、商品登録の要求を受け付けていないと判断すると（ステップＳ１０１；Ｎｏ）、検索部１０５は、検索キーが指定された検索の要求を受け付けたか否かを判断する（ステップＳ１１３）。
　例えば、ショップＸから商品登録の要求を受け付けると、受付部１０１は商品登録ページ５００（図４）を、ショップＸのショップ端末３００に送信する。そして、商品登録ページ５００において、登録用カテゴリを「ＡＡＡ」、登録用商品名を「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料」が記入され、登録用タグを空欄のままで、送信ボタン５０１がクリックされると、登録用カテゴリ、登録用商品名、及び、登録用タグの各欄の記入された情報を受け付ける。一方、商品登録の要求を受け付けていない場合、検索キーが指定された検索要求を受け付けたか否かを判断する。
　取得部１０２は、登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグを表す付与可能タグ文字列を取得する（ステップＳ１０３）。
　例えば、取得部１０２は、付与可能タグテーブル７０１ａ（図５）を参照して、受付部１０１が受け付けた登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」の付与可能タグ文字列「ＡＡＡ」、「シルバー」、「ゴールド」等を取得する。
　修正部１０３は、登録用商品名に付与可能タグ文字列が含まれるか否かを判断する（ステップＳ１０４）。修正部１０３は、登録用商品名に付与可能タグ文字列が含まれると判断すると（ステップＳ１０４；Ｙｅｓ）、登録用商品名から付与可能タグ文字列を除去し、登録用タグに、除去された付与可能タグ文字列により表されるタグを追加する（ステップＳ１０５）。一方、修正部１０３は、登録用商品名に付与可能タグ文字列が含まれないと判断すると（ステップＳ１０４；Ｎｏ）、処理はステップＳ１０６に進む。
　例えば、修正部１０３は、登録用商品名の「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料」に、付与可能タグ文字列「ＡＡＡ」、「シルバー」、「６４ＧＢ」、「送料無料」が含まれると判断し、登録用商品名からこれらの付与可能タグ文字列を除去して、登録用商品名を「１２３－１」と修正する。そして、登録用タグに、「ＡＡＡ」、「シルバー」、「６４ＧＢ」、「送料無料」のタグを追加する。一方、登録用商品名が「１２３－１」であるとすると、修正部１０３が登録用商品名に付与可能タグ文字列が含まれないと判断し、ステップＳ１０６に進む。
　取得部１０２は、混同惹起タグ文字列を取得する（ステップＳ１０６）。
　例えば、取得部１０２は、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」に対して類似カテゴリを「ＢＢＢ」と特定する。そして、取得部１０２は、図５の付与可能タグテーブル７０１ａを参照し、カテゴリ「ＢＢＢ」の付与可能タグ文字列を特定し、このうち、「ＡＡＡ」の付与可能タグ文字列ではない文字列「ＢＢＢ」、「ブラック」、「直営」等を、混同惹起タグ文字列として取得する。
　修正部１０３は、登録用商品名に混同惹起タグ文字列が含まれるか否かを判断する（ステップＳ１０７）。修正部１０３が、登録用商品名に混同惹起タグ文字列が含まれると判断すると（ステップＳ１０７；Ｙｅｓ）、修正部１０３は警告する（ステップＳ１１５）。一方、修正部１０３が、登録用商品名に混同惹起タグ文字列が含まれないと判断すると（ステップＳ１０７；Ｎｏ）、ステップＳ１０８に進む。
　例えば、登録用商品名が「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料　ＢＢＢ」であるとすると、修正部１０３は登録用商品名に混同惹起タグ文字列「ＢＢＢ」が含まれると判断し、図９に示すように、メッセージ５０２を表示して警告をおこなう。一方、登録用商品名が「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料」であるとすると、修正部１０３は登録用商品名に混同惹起タグ文字列が含まれないと判断し、ステップＳ１０８に進む。
　取得部１０２は、付与禁止タグ文字列を取得する（ステップＳ１０８）。
　例えば、取得部１０２は、付与禁止タグテーブル７０１ｂ（図１１）を参照して、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」の付与禁止タグ文字列「中古」、「世界最安値」等を取得する。
　修正部１０３は、登録用商品名に付与禁止タグ文字列が含まれるか否かを判断する（ステップＳ１０９）。修正部１０３が、登録用商品名に付与禁止タグ文字列が含まれると判断すると（ステップＳ１０９；Ｙｅｓ）、修正部１０３は警告する（ステップＳ１１５）。一方、修正部１０３が、登録用商品名に付与禁止タグ文字列が含まれないと判断すると（ステップＳ１０９；Ｎｏ）、ステップＳ１１０に進む。
　例えば、登録用商品名が「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料　中古」であるとすると、修正部１０３は登録用商品名に付与禁止タグ文字列「中古」が含まれると判断し、図１２に示すように、メッセージ５０３を表示して警告をおこなう。一方、登録用商品名が「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料」であるとすると、修正部１０３は登録用商品名に付与禁止タグ文字列が含まれないと判断し、ステップＳ１１０に進む。
　取得部１０２は、制約付タグ文字列を取得する（ステップＳ１１０）。
　例えば、取得部１０２は、制約付タグテーブル７０１ｃ（図１３）を参照して、制約付タグ文字列「ＴＴＴ」、「ＺＺＺ」等を取得する。
　修正部１０３は、登録用商品名に制約付タグ文字列が含まれるか否か、及び、登録用カテゴリが制約付カテゴリであるか否かを判断する（ステップＳ１１１）。修正部１０３は、登録用商品名に制約付タグ文字列が含まれ、登録用カテゴリが制約付カテゴリでないと判断すると（ステップＳ１１１；Ｙｅｓ）、修正部１０３は警告する（ステップＳ１１５）。一方、修正部１０３は、登録用商品名に制約付タグ文字列が含まれない、又は、登録用カテゴリが制約付カテゴリであると判断すると（ステップＳ１１１；Ｎｏ）、ステップＳ１１２に進む。
　例えば、登録カテゴリが「ＡＡＡ」で、登録用商品名が「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料　ＴＴＴ」であるとすると、修正部１０３は登録用商品名に制約付タグ文字列が含まれ、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」は「ＴＴＴ」が対応付けられた制約付カテゴリではないと判断する。この場合、修正部１０３は、図１４に示すように、メッセージ５０４を表示して警告をおこなう。一方、登録用商品名が「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料」であるとすると、修正部１０３は登録用商品名に制約付タグ文字列が含まれないと判断し、ステップＳ１１２に進む。
　登録部１０４は、登録用カテゴリ、登録用商品名、及び、登録用タグに係る商品をショップが販売する商品として登録する（ステップＳ１１２）。
　例えば、ショップＸから、登録用カテゴリを「ＡＡＡ」、登録用商品名を「ＡＡＡ　１２３－１　シルバー　６４ＧＢ　送料無料」、登録用タグを「」（空欄）を受け付けた場合、登録部１０４は、ショップＸの情報と対応付けて、登録用カテゴリ「ＡＡＡ」、登録用商品名「１２３－１」、登録用タグ「ＡＡＡ」、「シルバー」、「６４ＧＢ」、「送料無料」を、登録商品テーブル７０２ａ（図６）に登録する。そして、処理が終了後、ステップＳ１０１に戻る。
　ステップＳ１１３において、検索部１０５が、検索キーが指定された検索の要求を受け付けたと判断すると（ステップＳ１１３；Ｙｅｓ）、検索部１０５は、検索結果を提示する（ステップＳ１１４）。一方、検索部１０５が、検索キーが指定された検索の要求を受け付けていないと判断すると（ステップＳ１１３；Ｎｏ）、ステップＳ１０１に戻る。
　例えば、ショッパーＱから検索キー「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」が指定された検索の要求を受け付けると、検索部１０５は、登録商品テーブル７０２ａの登録用タグ７０２ａ５を参照し、「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」のタグが登録用タグとして登録されている商品を抽出する。そして、検索部１０５は、抽出した商品の登録用商品名に「ＡＡＡ」及び「送料無料」を追加した検索結果のページ８００（図８）を生成し、ページ８００をショッパーＱのショッパー端末２００に送信する。
　なお、本実施形態の管理装置１００が行う処理は、図１５のフローチャートに限らない。例えば、ステップＳ１０６、Ｓ１０８、Ｓ１１０の処理は、ステップＳ１０３の処理と同時に行われてもよい。また、ステップＳ１０４、Ｓ１０７、Ｓ１０９、Ｓ１１１の処理は、各処理において参照される文字列が取得されているならば、各ステップの順序は適宜変更することができる。
　本発明は、本発明の広義の精神と範囲を逸脱することなく、様々な実施の形態及び変形が可能とされるものである。また、上述した実施の形態は、この発明を説明するためのものであり、本発明の範囲を限定するものではない。すなわち、本発明の範囲は、実施の形態ではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示される。そして、特許請求の範囲内及びそれと同等の発明の意義の範囲内で施される様々な変形が、この発明の範囲内とみなされる。

Claims (9)

  1. 　ショップが販売しようとする商品が属すべき登録用カテゴリと、前記商品の登録用商品名と、前記商品に付与しようとする登録用タグと、を受け付ける受付部、
    　前記登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグを表す付与可能タグ文字列を取得する取得部、
    　前記付与可能タグ文字列が前記登録用商品名に含まれれば、前記登録用商品名から前記含まれる付与可能タグ文字列を除去し、前記登録用タグに、前記除去された付与可能タグ文字列により表されるタグを追加する修正部、
    　前記登録用カテゴリ、前記登録用商品名、及び、前記登録用タグに係る商品を前記ショップが販売する旨を登録する登録部、
    　を備えることを特徴とする管理装置。
  2. 　タグを含む検索キーにより、前記登録された商品を検索する検索部をさらに備え、
    　前記検索部は、前記検索キーによる検索により得られた検索結果に含まれる商品の各々について、当該検索キーに含まれるタグが当該商品の前記登録用タグに含まれれば、当該検索キーに含まれるタグを前記商品の前記登録用商品名に追加してから、当該検索結果を提示する
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の管理装置。
  3. 　前記取得部は、
    　前記登録用カテゴリと類似関係にあるが、前記登録用カテゴリと包含関係にない類似カテゴリを取得し、
    　前記類似カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグを取得し、
    　前記取得された類似カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグであって、前記登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグではないタグを表す混同惹起タグ文字列を取得し、
    　前記修正部は、前記混同惹起タグ文字列が前記登録用商品名に含まれれば、警告する
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の管理装置。
  4. 　前記取得部は、
    　前記商品が属するカテゴリの包含関係を木構造により表現し、当該木構造において当該カテゴリが対応付けられたノード同士の距離が所定閾値以内であり、かつ、一方のノードが他方のノードの祖先でも子孫でもないのであれば、当該一方のノードに対応付けられるカテゴリと、当該他方のノードに対応付けられるカテゴリとは、包含関係にないが類似関係にあると判断する
    　ことを特徴とする請求項３に記載の管理装置。
  5. 　前記取得部は、前記登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与できないタグを表す付与禁止タグ文字列を取得し、
    　前記修正部は、前記付与禁止タグ文字列が前記登録用商品名に含まれれば、警告する
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の管理装置。
  6. 　前記取得部は、販売上の制約が課せられる制約付カテゴリに属する商品にのみ付与可能なタグを表す制約付タグ文字列を取得し、
    　前記修正部は、前記制約付タグ文字列が前記登録用商品名に含まれ、かつ、前記登録用カテゴリが前記制約付カテゴリでなければ、警告する
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の管理装置。
  7. 　管理装置が実行する管理方法であって、
    　前記管理装置が、ショップが販売しようとする商品が属すべき登録用カテゴリと、前記商品の登録用商品名と、前記商品に付与しようとする登録用タグと、を受け付ける受付工程、
    　前記管理装置が、前記登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグを表す付与可能タグ文字列を取得する取得工程、
    　前記管理装置が、前記付与可能タグ文字列が前記登録用商品名に含まれれば、前記登録用商品名から前記含まれる付与可能タグ文字列を除去し、前記登録用タグに、前記除去された付与可能タグ文字列により表されるタグを追加する修正工程、
    　前記管理装置が、前記登録用カテゴリ、前記登録用商品名、及び、前記登録用タグに係る商品を前記ショップが販売する旨を登録する登録工程、
    　を備えることを特徴とする管理方法。
  8. 　コンピュータを、
    　ショップが販売しようとする商品が属すべき登録用カテゴリと、前記商品の登録用商品名と、前記商品に付与しようとする登録用タグと、を受け付ける受付部、
    　前記登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグを表す付与可能タグ文字列を取得する取得部、
    　前記付与可能タグ文字列が前記登録用商品名に含まれれば、前記登録用商品名から前記含まれる付与可能タグ文字列を除去し、前記登録用タグに、前記除去された付与可能タグ文字列により表されるタグを追加する修正部、
    　前記登録用カテゴリ、前記登録用商品名、及び、前記登録用タグに係る商品を前記ショップが販売する旨を登録する登録部、
    　として機能させることを特徴とするプログラム。
  9. 　コンピュータを、
    　ショップが販売しようとする商品が属すべき登録用カテゴリと、前記商品の登録用商品名と、前記商品に付与しようとする登録用タグと、を受け付ける受付部、
    　前記登録用カテゴリに属する商品に付与可能なタグを表す付与可能タグ文字列を取得する取得部、
    　前記付与可能タグ文字列が前記登録用商品名に含まれれば、前記登録用商品名から前記含まれる付与可能タグ文字列を除去し、前記登録用タグに、前記除去された付与可能タグ文字列により表されるタグを追加する修正部、
    　前記登録用カテゴリ、前記登録用商品名、及び、前記登録用タグに係る商品を前記ショップが販売する旨を登録する登録部、
    　として機能させることを特徴とするプログラムを記録した非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な情報記録媒体。
