Description

Switch device
The present invention relates to a switch device.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a switch device including a switch main body (for example, Patent Document 1) having an operation portion supported so as to be movable relative to a base portion and a pedestal portion having a mounting hole into which the base portion is inserted is well known. By inserting the base into the mounting hole, the base is fixed to the pedestal. Such a switch device is assumed to be used for switching the shift range of the vehicle, and is provided, for example, on the front panel.
In many cases, the front panel is not limited to a switch body for switching the shift range, but a plurality of switch bodies for adjusting air conditioning and the like are attached. That is, the plurality of switch bodies share a front panel corresponding to the pedestal portion. Since it is necessary to provide a plurality of mounting holes corresponding to the bases of the plurality of switch bodies in such a front panel, the front panel is often manufactured by injection molding.
There is a need to arrange some switch devices for switching the shift range among a plurality of switch devices provided on the front panel so that they can be easily operated from the driver. However, the front panel to be injection molded needs to be die-cut. For this reason, when it is going to arrange | position some switch apparatuses among a plurality of switch apparatuses incline compared with another switch apparatus, the axial direction and the mold release direction of some attachment holes will shift | deviate. Therefore, the front panel must be thinned excessively. For this reason, it is necessary to correspond to the shape of the switch main body, more precisely the base portion, so as to fill the lacking portion. However, there are right-hand drive vehicles and left-hand drive vehicles in vehicles, and the angle of the switch device that is desired to be tilted differs depending on the vehicle type. Considering the difference between right-hand drive vehicles and left-hand drive vehicles, the number of vehicle types is enormous. However, it is necessary to prepare as many switch devices (switch bodies) that are tilted as are equivalent to the number of vehicle types. In other words, it is difficult to share a switch device that is inclined and arranged between different vehicle types.
An object of the present invention is to provide a switch device that is arranged at an angle and is easy to share components.
One aspect of the present invention is a switch device, a pedestal having an attachment hole, a switch body having a base attached to the pedestal by being inserted into the attachment hole, and the pedestal and the base. A rattling suppression groove provided on one of them, and a rattling suppression wall provided on the other of the pedestal part and the base part, with the insertion of the base part into the mounting hole, At least one of the rattling suppression wall that comes into contact with the rattling suppression groove by being inserted relative to the rattling suppression groove, the rattling suppression groove, and the rattling suppression wall. And a crushing rib that is crushed and deformed by contact between the rattling suppression groove and the rattling suppression wall, and the groove width of the rattling suppression groove is relative to the rattling suppression wall. Toward the opposite side of the insertion direction It has spread people to.
According to this configuration, the rattling suppression groove is provided in the pedestal portion because the groove width gradually increases toward the side opposite to the relative insertion direction of the rattling suppression wall. Even if the rattling suppression groove or the rattling suppression wall is inclined with respect to the punching direction, the punching can be performed. Therefore, the pedestal portion can be manufactured by a molding method that requires a die cutting process.
The switch device of the present invention is arranged at an angle and has an effect of easily sharing components.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a switch device will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the switch device 10 includes a front panel 20 and a switch body 30. The switch body 30 includes a base portion 40 attached to the front panel 20 and an operation portion 50 attached to the base portion 40. For example, the operation unit 50 is attached to the base 40 so as to be capable of relative rotation.
The front panel 20 is formed by injection molding. As shown in FIG. 2, the front panel 20 has a mounting hole 21. The attachment hole 21 has a cylindrical shape that gradually increases in diameter toward the front side (upper side of the drawing) of the front panel 20. Here, the front side of the front panel 20 refers to a portion of the front panel 20 that is exposed in the vehicle when the front panel 20 is attached to a body (not shown). The axis of the mounting hole 21 is inclined by an angle α with respect to the mold release direction of the mold.
In addition, as shown in FIG.4 (b), the rattling suppression groove | channel 22 is recessedly provided in the internal peripheral surface which divides the attachment hole 21 of the front panel 20. As shown in FIG. The rattling suppression groove 22 has inner side surfaces 23 and 24 that face each other. The groove width (opposed distance between the inner side surfaces 23 and 24) L1 of the rattling suppression groove 22 is gradually increased toward the front side of the front panel 20.
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 4A, the base 40 includes a cylindrical portion 41, a flange portion 42, and a rattling suppression wall 43.
The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 41 is set slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the smallest part in the mounting hole 21.
The flange portion 42 is continuous to the edge of the cylindrical portion 41, and the outer diameter thereof is set to be the smallest part of the mounting hole 21, that is, the inner diameter of the opening portion of the mounting hole 21. A cylindrical operation part 50 is attached to the flange part 42 on the opposite side to the cylindrical part 41 so as to be rotatable relative to the base part 40 (flange part 42).
The rattling suppression wall 43 has a first wall portion 44 and a second wall portion 45 provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 41. The first wall portion 44 and the second wall portion 45 are shaft-shaped members having a rectangular cross section in the axial direction, and portions facing each other (opposing surfaces) extend along the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 41. . In other words, the switch main body 30 includes an operation unit 50 attached to the first end of the base 40, and the rattling suppression wall 43 extends from the first end on the outer peripheral surface of the base 40. It extends to the second end opposite to the end. That is, the switch body 30 has a long shape, and the rattling suppression wall 43 extends along the longitudinal direction of the switch body 30 on the outer peripheral surface of the base 40. In addition, a separation distance between the outer surface 46 of the first wall portion 44 opposite to the second wall portion 45 and the outer surface 47 of the second wall portion 45 opposite to the first wall portion 44 (hereinafter referred to as “the second wall portion 45”). The wall width L2 of the rattling suppression wall 43 is gradually increased toward the flange portion. The groove width L1 and the groove width L2 are set so that the increasing ratio of the wall width L2 that increases toward the flange portion 42 is equal to the increasing ratio of the groove width L1 that increases toward the front side of the front panel 20. Has been. Further, the wall width L2 at the boundary portion between the cylindrical portion 41 and the flange portion 42 and the groove width L1 at the opening portion of the attachment hole 21 are set to be equal.
Note that, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, a crushing rib 48 projects from the outer surface 47. The crushing rib 48 extends between two ends of the outer surface 47 in the longitudinal direction of the outer surface 47, that is, in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 41. In other words, the rattling suppression groove 22 includes two wall surfaces facing each other, and the rattling suppression wall 43 includes two side surfaces 47 respectively facing the two wall surfaces of the rattling suppression groove 22 and is crushed. The rib 48 is formed on at least one of the two wall surfaces of the rattling suppression groove 22 and the two side surfaces (47) of the rattling suppression wall 43. The crushing rib 48 is a very thin plate-like member, and the protruding length d from the outer surface 47 is sufficiently smaller than the groove width L1 and the wall width L2. However, it is exaggerated in the figure. When the crushing rib 48 receives pressure from the projecting direction, it crushes and deforms. The protruding length d of the crushing rib 48 is set uniformly.
Next, the operation and effect of the switch device 10 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3B, the switch body 30 is attached to the front panel 20 by an engagement relationship (not shown) with the front panel 20 by inserting the base 40 into the attachment hole 21.
At this time, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the rattling suppression wall 43 enters the rattling suppression groove 22.
Here, the increasing ratio of the groove width L1 of the rattling suppression groove 22 is equal to the increasing ratio when the wall width L2 of the rattling suppression wall 43 is directed to the front side of the front panel 20, and the largest groove width. L1 and wall width L2 are equal. Therefore, when the rattling suppression wall 43 enters the rattling suppression groove 22, the inner side surface 23 and the outer side surface 46 come into contact with each other, and the inner side surface 24 and the outer side surface 47 come into contact with each other.
Here, as shown in FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B, a crushing rib 48 projects from the outer surface 47. For this reason, the crushing rib 48 is sandwiched between the inner side surface 24 and the outer side surface 47 and is crushed and deformed. Due to the crushing deformation in the crushing rib 48, the contact pressure between the inner side surface 24 and the outer side surface 47 and the contact pressure between the inner side surface 23 and the outer side surface 46 are maintained in a high state. Thus, since the contact pressure between the rattling suppression groove 22 and the rattling suppression wall 43 is held in a high state, the die cutting direction and the axial direction of the mounting hole 21 are inclined, Even if a slight gap is generated between the mounting hole 21 and the cylindrical portion 41, rattling is suppressed.
Furthermore, according to this configuration, the switch body 30 having the above configuration can be attached to the front panel 20 if the mounting hole 21 and the rattling suppression groove 22 can be punched even if the tilt direction changes. In addition, since there is no restriction | limiting between the die cutting direction and the axial direction of the attachment hole 21, if it can die-cut, when the inclination angle differs, in other words, the switch main body 30 can be shared also between different vehicle types.
In addition, since the protrusion length d of the crushing rib 48 is made uniform, the crushing deformation tends to be uniform. For this reason, the contact pressure between the inner surface 24 and the outer surface 47 tends to be uniform in the axial direction of the rattling suppression groove 22 and the rattling suppression wall 43.
In addition, you may change the said embodiment as follows.
In the above embodiment, a plurality of crushing ribs 48 may be provided between the inner side surface 24 and the outer side surface 47. With this configuration, the crushing rib 48 can be crushed and deformed in a wider range between the inner side surface 24 and the outer side surface 47. Accordingly, the contact pressure between the inner side surface 24 and the outer side surface 47 becomes more stable. As a result, rattling between the switch body 30 and the front panel 20 is further suppressed.
