前記ガイド治具の前記中空内壁面には、軸方向に沿って半径方向の内側に向って突出する板状のガイド壁が設けられており、
前記ガイド壁の前記中空内壁面からの突出量は、一方端側から他方端側に向けて徐々に大きくなるように設けられており、
前記押込み治具は、
盤状の押込みプレートと、
前記押込みプレートの一方面から延びるように設けられ、前記シール材の前記ロッドヘッド側への押し込み時に、前記ガイド壁の両側面に沿って押入れられる一対のスライド壁と、
前記押込みプレートの一方面から延びるように設けられ、前記シール材の前記ロッドヘッド側への押し込み時に前記中空内壁面に沿って内側に弾性変形可能なように押入れられる押込み部材と、を備える、シール材装着用治具。
