权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种旋转切削工具, 包括切削部, 其特征在于, 所述切削部具有多条 螺旋角相同的主螺旋槽, 各所述主螺旋槽沿周向均布且各所述主螺旋 槽的旋向为右旋; 所述切削部还设置有副螺旋槽, 所述副螺旋槽包括 一条由所述切削部的前端向后端螺旋上升设置的左旋螺旋槽; 螺旋上 升的副螺旋槽和各所述主螺旋槽在切削部形成有多个切削齿, 所述切 削齿的断面形状呈梯形, 沿着副螺旋槽的螺旋方向, 相邻切削齿之间 齿宽部分重叠。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的旋转切削工具, 其特征在于, 所述主螺旋槽设置 有 5至 8条。

[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 6所述的旋转切削工具, 其特征在于, 所述主螺旋槽的右 旋螺旋角范围 22°-28°; 所述副螺旋槽的左旋螺旋角范围 78°至 82°。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的旋转切削工具, 其特征在于, 所述切 削齿的外底角为 80°至 100°。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的旋转切削工具, 其特征在于, 相邻所 述切削齿之间齿宽部分重叠的重叠范围为 10%至 30%的齿宽, 相邻所 述切削齿之间齿间距为 2至 3.5倍齿宽。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的旋转切削工具, 其特征在于, 所述主 螺旋槽、 副螺旋槽的沟幅比值交错变化设置。
