Description

一种可折叠式货箱 技术领域
本发明属于运输技术领域,涉及一种可折叠式货箱。
背景技术
货箱是现代化物流运输中十分重要的工具。目前的货箱基本都是固定封装的形式,这类型的货箱多为钢板或木板组装形成。这样的货箱不足之处在于:1、在货物卸载完毕之后,空货箱需要占用很大的空间,不仅搬运起来很麻烦,而且回程运输麻烦,运输费用高;2、在装货过程中,需要叉车将货箱堆叠在货箱内,整个过程较为麻烦,而且浪费时间。
为了解决上述问题,目前人们设计了可折叠的货箱,例如中国专利文献公开的一种运转汽车零部件用可拆卸可折叠货箱【授权公告号CN203937840U】,该专利中货箱的其中两个相对的侧板与底板通过铰链铰接,另外两个侧板分别通过铰链铰接在两个相对的侧板上,侧板和侧板之间以及侧板与底板之间通过插销定位。虽然上述结构能实现货箱的折叠,但是该货箱各侧板之间、侧板与底板之间均是通过铰链铰接,这样的结构本身难以形成稳定的结构,虽然具有插销来实现定位,但还是无法保证货箱具有较高的稳定性;另外,该货箱在组装时,需要将各侧板分别展开到合适的角度,且各个插销需要对准位置,当其中一侧板位置不正确时,便会影响到其他侧板位置的准确性,因此组装过程十分麻烦,浪费时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种 可折叠式货箱,本发明解决的技术问题是在保证货箱使用稳定的情况下实现快速折叠。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种可折叠式货箱,包括底座和箱体,所述箱体包括两个相互平行的支撑侧板和两个位于支撑侧板之间的折叠侧板,其特征在于,两个支撑侧板可拆连接在底座上,支撑侧板上设置有导轨,所述折叠侧板由若干折立板依次铰接形成,所述折立板的一边为自由边,另一边为滑动边,位于最下端折立板的滑动边与底座铰接,相邻折立板的滑动边铰接,折立板的滑动边与导轨连接并能沿导轨的长度方向滑动,相邻折立板的自由边铰接并且在折叠时所述折立板的自由边能相对导轨的两侧自由移动,所述折立板和支撑侧板之间设有在若干折立板展开时使得折立板固定在支撑侧板上的锁定结构,位于最上端的折立板上铰接有顶板,所述顶板能将箱体的上端口封闭。
支撑侧板能在货箱装货时与底座连接,连接强度大,折叠侧板在货箱装货时展开并通过设置在支撑侧板上的导轨与支撑侧板连接,因而折叠侧板能稳定的与支撑侧板连接,保证了货箱在使用时的强度,提高了使用稳定性;在无需货箱装货时,支撑侧板能与底座拆卸下来放置,由折立板铰接组成的折叠侧板可折叠起来放置,可将支撑侧板与折叠后的折叠侧板堆叠在一起存放,占用空间小;折叠侧板与支撑侧板组装时,由于折立板的滑动边始终与导轨连接,而折立板的自由边能以滑动边为轴线摆动,在折叠折叠侧板时相邻折立板的自由边会向箱体的内侧或外侧折叠,而折立板的滑动边则沿着导轨滑动,只需打开锁定结构,将折立板向下拉,折立板会自动折叠,在展开折叠侧板时,将最上端的折立板向上拉,折立板会随着展开,折叠侧板完全展开后通过锁定结构锁定使得折叠侧板保持展开状态;折叠侧板在展开或者折叠时均通过导轨引导,使得操作方便,能实现快速折叠;顶板与 折叠侧板铰接,在将折叠侧板展开时能一并将顶板安装到位,在将折叠侧板折叠时也能一并将顶板收回,进一步提高货箱折叠的速度,实现快速折叠。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,所述支撑侧板包括至少两块卡接板,相邻两块卡接板之间可拆连接,位于最下端的卡接板与底座之间可拆连接,每块卡接板上均设置有导轨段,在所述卡接板连接固定后所述导轨段对齐形成上述导轨。在无需货箱装货时,该结构的支撑侧板拆卸呈若干块卡接板堆叠,使得支撑侧板存放所需占用的空间更小;导轨由卡接板上的导轨段拼接形成,因而在堆叠存放时与卡接板共同存放,不占用多余的空间。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,位于最上端的卡接板上还设置有水平导轨段,所述水平导轨段与导轨段之间通过圆弧导轨段连接,所述顶板的两侧面上均固定有滑动件,所述滑动件与导轨滑动连接,且在顶板封闭箱体的上端口时所述滑动件与水平导轨段连接。顶板能沿着水平导轨段、圆滑导轨段以及导轨滑动,在将折叠侧板折叠时,顶板能沿着水平导轨段、圆弧导轨段以及导轨滑动至折叠位置,在将折叠侧板展开时,顶板能沿着导轨、圆弧导轨段以及水平导轨段滑动至箱体的顶部并定位,因而在折叠或者展开折叠侧板时顶板均能准确的移动至指定位置,无需额外的操作,提高货箱折叠和展开的速度。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,所述锁定结构包括锁定杆和与锁定杆固定的握柄,所述折立板与导轨相对的侧面上均开有锁定孔,所述折立板的外板面上开有锁定卡槽和解锁卡槽,所述锁定卡槽和解锁卡槽均与锁定孔连通,所述锁定杆位于锁定孔内,导轨上开有插孔,折立板展开时所述插孔与锁定孔对齐,在握柄位于解锁卡槽内时所述锁定杆的端部穿出锁定孔并能插入导轨的插孔内,在握柄位于解锁卡槽内时所述锁定杆的端部位于锁定孔内。由于折立板的滑动边始终与导轨连接,因而在若干折立板展开后 锁定孔与导轨正对,也就使得插孔与锁定孔对齐,通过握柄将锁定杆推向导轨使得锁定杆插入导轨的插孔内,锁定杆无法相对导轨移动,因而折立板无法相对导轨滑动,从而避免了折立板的上下移动,将折立板定位在竖直状态,使得折叠侧板保持展开状态;锁定卡槽和解锁卡槽与握柄的配合能限定锁定杆的位置,使得锁定杆保持在锁定位置或者解锁位置。
作为另一种情况,在上述的可折叠式货箱中,锁定结构包括锁定杆和与锁定杆固定的握柄,所述折立板的自由边以及滑动边所在的端面上均开有锁定孔,在折立板展开时相邻折立板上的锁定孔对齐,所述锁定杆位于锁定孔内,所述折立板的外板面上开有锁定卡槽和解锁卡槽,所述锁定卡槽和解锁卡槽均与锁定孔连通,在折立板展开且握柄卡入锁定卡槽时锁定杆能插入相邻折立板上与其相对的锁定孔内,握柄卡入解锁卡槽使得锁定杆的端部位于锁定孔内。折立板展开后相邻的折立板通过锁定杆限位而无法相对转动,能保持住展开状态,因而通过折立板的滑动边与导轨的连接使得折立板在展开时与支撑侧板固定。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,所述锁定孔位于折立板侧面靠近滑动边处。在折叠侧板展开时,折立板的滑动边与导轨连接,折立板的自由边通过锁定杆与导轨连接,因此折立板的上下两端均与导轨连接,在受到箱体内货物冲击时折立板能更稳定的保持展开状态,提高货箱使用时的强度及稳定性。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,所述折立板的自由边和滑动边均开有若干让位凹口,相邻所述折立板上的让位凹口对齐设置,让位凹口内固定有铰接轴,相邻所述折立板上的铰接轴通过铰接套连接,所述铰接套具有截面呈长条形的铰接孔,铰接套位于两个对齐的让位凹口之间且两个对齐让位凹口内的两根铰接轴穿过铰接套的铰接孔。折立板通过上述结构的铰接套铰接能在折立板折叠时相邻两个折立板之间能完全贴合,能减少折叠侧板折叠后的 所占用的空间。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,折立板的两侧面上均固定有限位销,所述限位销固定在折立板的侧面靠近滑动边处,所述限位销的端部具有滑动连接在导轨内的限位部,限位部的端面上开有定位凹槽,所述导轨上开有连通孔,折立板展开时所述限位部的定位凹槽与连通孔相对设置,所述支撑侧板上开有定位孔,所述定位孔与连通孔对齐,所述定位孔内设有定位销,所述定位销的一端穿出定位孔并朝向导轨,所述定位销和定位孔之间设有使得定位销始终具有穿过连通孔趋势的弹簧,所述定位销的另一端穿出定位孔的另一端,所述定位销的另一端连接有解锁杆。折立板的滑动边通过限位销与导轨滑动连接,在折立板展开时,定位销能穿过连通孔作用在定位凹槽内,通过该结构能使得限位销无法相对导轨滑动,也就能放置折立板滑动,从而使得折立板保持在展开状态;定位销与锁定杆配合使得折立板能更稳定的保持在展开状态,在受到箱体内货物冲击时折立板能更牢固的定位,提高货箱使用时的强度及稳定性;在定位销的端部位于限位部的定位凹槽内时解锁杆与支撑侧板抵靠,在需要折叠折立板时通过解锁杆拉动定位销使得定位销脱离限位部的定位凹槽,使得限位部能沿导轨自由滑动。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,所述卡接板的上侧面以及底座上均开有若干限位卡槽,所述限位卡槽槽口的宽度小于限位卡槽底部的宽度,所述限位卡槽其中一端为贯通端,所述卡接板的下侧面上具有若干与限位卡槽相适配的卡块。卡接板与底座以及相邻卡接板之间通过卡块卡入限位卡槽定位,在安装时只需将卡块从限位卡槽的贯通端推入即可,在拆卸时只需将卡块从贯通端推出即可,安装拆卸方便,使得货箱能快速折叠。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,所述卡接板的上侧面和下侧面均开有插接孔,所述卡接板的侧面开有与插接孔连通的锁定槽和解 锁槽,所述插接孔内设有插销,在所述插销的手柄定位在锁定槽时所述插销的端部穿出插接孔,在所述插销的手柄定位在解锁槽时所述插销的端部位于插接孔内。插销通过锁定槽和解锁槽定位,在卡接板装配时,相邻卡接板上的插接孔相互对齐,其中一块卡接板上的插接孔内设有插销,将插销推入相邻的卡接板的插接孔内,从而避免相邻卡接板之间在横向出现位于导致卡块脱离限位卡槽,进一步提高卡接板之间的定位强度,提高货箱使用时的强度及稳定性。
在上述的可折叠式货箱中,最下端的折立板和底座之间设有连接件,所述底座上还开有定位卡槽,所述连接件包括卡座和连接套,所述卡座固定在定位卡槽内,所述折立板的滑动边上的铰接轴穿过连接套并能相对连接套转动。连接件通过卡座固定在底座上,通过连接套使得最下端的折立板稳定的铰接在底座上,提高货箱使用时的强度及稳定性。
与现有技术相比,本可折叠式货箱的支撑侧板由卡接板组成,折叠侧板有铰接的折立板组成,折立板能沿着支撑侧板上拼接的导轨滑动实现折叠,因而具有在无需货箱装货时占用空间少,在展开或者折叠折叠侧板时操作简单且速度较快,同时展开的折叠侧板的强度大,货箱装货稳定的优点。

实施例一
如图1所示,可折叠式货箱包括底座1和箱体2,箱体2包 括两个相互平行的支撑侧板21和两个位于支撑侧板21之间的折叠侧板22,两个支撑侧板21可拆连接在底座1上。
如图8至图10以及图17所示,支撑侧板21上设置有导轨6,支撑侧板21包括至少两块卡接板3,相邻两块卡接板3之间可拆连接,位于最下端的卡接板3与底座1之间可拆连接,每块卡接板3上均设置有导轨段63,在卡接板3连接固定后导轨段63对齐形成导轨6,位于最上端的卡接板3上还设置有水平导轨段64,水平导轨段64与导轨段63之间通过圆弧导轨段65连接。
如图8、图13至图16所示,卡接板3的上侧面以及底座1上均开有若干限位卡槽31,限位卡槽31槽口的宽度小于限位卡槽31底部的宽度,限位卡槽31其中一端为贯通端,卡接板3的下侧面上具有若干与限位卡槽31相适配的卡块32,卡接板3与底座1以及相邻卡接板3之间通过卡块32卡入限位卡槽31定位;卡接板3的上侧面和下侧面均开有插接孔33,卡接板3的侧面开有与插接孔33连通的锁定槽34和解锁槽35,插接孔33内设有插销36,在插销36的手柄定位在锁定槽34时插销36的端部穿出插接孔33,在插销36的手柄定位在解锁槽35时插销36的端部位于插接孔33内,在卡接板3装配时,相邻卡接板3上的插接孔33相互对齐,插销36能插入相邻的卡接板3的插接孔33内。
如图2至图4所示,折叠侧板22由若干折立板4依次铰接形成,折立板4的一边为自由边41,另一边为滑动边42,位于最下端折立板4的滑动边42与底座1铰接,相邻折立板4的滑动边42铰接,折立板4的滑动边42与导轨6连接并能沿导轨6的长度方向滑动,相邻折立板4的自由边41铰接并且在折叠时折立板4的自由边41能相对导轨6的两侧自由移动,折立板4上开有握孔43,握孔43方便操作折立板4。
如图6、图11、图12和图17所示,折立板4的自由边41和滑动边42均开有若干让位凹口44,相邻折立板4上的让位凹 口44对齐设置,让位凹口44内固定有铰接轴45,相邻折立板4上的铰接轴45通过铰接套7连接,铰接套7具有截面呈长条形的铰接孔,铰接套7位于两个对齐的让位凹口44之间且两个对齐让位凹口44内的两根铰接轴45穿过铰接套7的铰接孔,两根铰接轴45分别与铰接孔两端的孔壁抵靠,铰接套7位于铰接孔两端的外侧面为圆弧面,该圆弧面与让位凹口44的底面抵靠,在折立板4折叠时相邻两个折立板4之间能完全贴合。
如图16和图17所示,最下端的折立板4和底座1之间设有连接件71,底座1上还开有定位卡槽11,连接件71包括卡座711和连接套712,卡座711固定在定位卡槽11内,折立板4的滑动边42上的铰接轴45穿过连接套712并能相对连接套712转动,通过连接套712使得最下端的折立板4稳定的铰接在底座1上。
如图2至图5所示,两个折叠侧板22中位于最上端的折立板4上均铰接有顶板23,在两个折叠侧板22展开后两个顶板23能能将箱体2的上端口封闭。顶板23的两侧面上均固定有滑动件231,顶板23的每个侧面上均具有两个滑动件231,两个滑动件231分别位于顶板23侧面的两端处,滑动件231与导轨6滑动连接,且在顶板23封闭箱体2的上端口时滑动件231与水平导轨段64连接;顶板23与折立板4铰接的一边也开有让位凹口44,让位凹口44内固定有铰接轴45,顶板23的让位凹口44与相邻折立板4上的让位凹口44对齐设置,折立板4上的铰接轴45与折立板4上的铰接轴45通过铰接套7连接。顶板23能沿着水平导轨段64、圆滑导轨段63以及导轨6滑动,在将折叠侧板22折叠时,顶板23能沿着水平导轨段64、圆弧导轨段65以及导轨6滑动至折叠位置,在将折叠侧板22展开时,顶板23能沿着导轨6、圆弧导轨段65以及水平导轨段64滑动至箱体2的顶部并定位,因而在折叠或者展开折叠侧板22时顶板23均能准确的移动至指定位置。
如图6、图9、图12至图14所示,折立板4和支撑侧板21之间设有在若干折立板4展开时使得折立板4固定在支撑侧板21上的锁定结构,锁定结构包括锁定杆5和与锁定杆5固定的握柄51,折立板4与导轨6相对的侧面上均开有锁定孔52,锁定孔52位于折立板4侧面靠近滑动边42处且锁定孔52的中心线与铰接轴45的轴心线共线;折立板4的外板面上开有锁定卡槽53和解锁卡槽54,锁定卡槽53和解锁卡槽54均与锁定孔52连通,锁定杆5位于锁定孔52内,导轨6上开有插孔61,折立板4展开时插孔61与锁定孔52对齐,在握柄51位于解锁卡槽54内时锁定杆5的端部穿出锁定孔52并能插入导轨6的插孔61内,在握柄51位于解锁卡槽54内时锁定杆5的端部位于锁定孔52内。通过握柄51将锁定杆5推向导轨6使得锁定杆5插入导轨6的插孔61内,锁定杆5无法相对导轨6移动,因而折立板4无法相对导轨6滑动,使得折叠侧板22保持展开状态。
如图6和图7所示,折立板4的两侧面上均固定有限位销8,限位销8固定在折立板4的侧面靠近滑动边42处,限位销8的端部具有滑动连接在导轨6内的限位部81,限位部81的端面上开有定位凹槽811,导轨6上开有连通孔62,折立板4展开时限位部81的定位凹槽811与连通孔62相对设置,支撑侧板21上开有定位孔9,定位孔9与连通孔62对齐,定位孔9内设有定位销91,定位销91的一端穿出定位孔9朝向导轨6的一端,定位销91和定位孔9之间设有使得定位销91始终具有穿过连通孔62趋势的弹簧92,定位销91的另一端穿出定位孔9的另一端,定位销91的另一端连接有解锁杆93,在定位销91的端部位于限位部81的定位凹槽811内时解锁杆93与支撑侧板21抵靠。折立板4的滑动边42通过限位销8与导轨6滑动连接,在折立板4展开时,定位销91能穿过连通孔62作用在定位凹槽811内,通过该结构能使得限位销8无法相对导轨6滑动,也就能放置折立板4滑动, 从而使得折立板4保持在展开状态。
如图1所示,支撑侧板21能在货箱装货时与底座1连接,连接强度大,折叠侧板22在货箱装货时展开并通过设置在支撑侧板21上的导轨6与支撑侧板21连接,因而折叠侧板22能稳定的与支撑侧板21连接,保证了货箱在使用时的强度,提高了使用稳定性;如图5所示,在无需货箱装货时,支撑侧板21能与底座1拆卸下来放置,由折立板4铰接组成的折叠侧板22可折叠起来放置,可将支撑侧板21与折叠后的折叠侧板22堆叠在一起存放,占用空间小;如图2至图4所示,折叠侧板22与支撑侧板21组装时,由于折立板4的滑动边42始终与导轨6连接,而折立板4的自由边41能以滑动边42为轴线摆动,在折叠折叠侧板22时相邻折立板4的自由边41会向箱体2的内侧或外侧折叠,而折立板4的滑动边42则沿着导轨6滑动,只需打开锁定结构,将折立板4向下拉,折立板4会自动折叠,在展开折叠侧板22时,将最上端的折立板4向上拉,折立板4会随着展开,折叠侧板22完全展开后通过锁定结构锁定使得折叠侧板22保持展开状态;折叠侧板22在展开或者折叠时均通过导轨6引导,使得操作方便,能实现快速折叠;顶板23与折叠侧板22铰接,在将折叠侧板22展开时能一并将顶板23安装到位,在将折叠侧板22折叠时也能一并将顶板23收回,进一步提高货箱折叠的速度,实现快速折叠。

本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,不一样的地方在于:锁定结构包括锁定杆和与锁定杆固定的握柄,折立板的自由边以及滑动边所在的端面上均开有锁定孔,在折立板展开时相邻折立板上的锁定孔对齐,锁定杆位于锁定孔内,折立板的外板面上开有锁定卡槽和解锁卡槽,锁定卡槽和解锁卡槽均与锁定孔连通,在折立板展开且握柄卡入锁定卡槽时锁定杆能插入相邻折立板上与其相对的锁定孔内,握柄卡入解锁卡槽使得锁定杆的端 部位于锁定孔内。折立板展开后相邻的折立板通过锁定杆限位而无法相对转动,能保持住展开状态,因而通过折立板的滑动边与导轨的连接使得折立板在展开时与支撑侧板固定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可折叠式货箱,包括底座(1)和箱体(2),所述箱体(2)包括两个相互平行的支撑侧板(21)和两个位于支撑侧板(21)之间的折叠侧板(22),其特征在于,两个支撑侧板(21)可拆连接在底座(1)上,支撑侧板(21)上设置有导轨(6),所述折叠侧板(22)由若干折立板(4)依次铰接形成,所述折立板(4)的一边为自由边(41),另一边为滑动边(42),位于最下端折立板(4)的滑动边(42)与底座(1)铰接,相邻折立板(4)的滑动边(42)铰接,折立板(4)的滑动边(42)与导轨(6)连接并能沿导轨(6)的长度方向滑动,相邻折立板(4)的自由边(41)铰接并且在折叠时所述折立板(4)的自由边(41)能相对导轨(6)的两侧自由移动,所述折立板(4)和支撑侧板(21)之间设有在若干折立板(4)展开时使得折立板(4)固定在支撑侧板(21)上的锁定结构,位于最上端的折立板(4)上铰接有顶板(23),所述顶板(23)能将箱体(2)的上端口封闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,所述支撑侧板(21)包括至少两块卡接板(3),相邻两块卡接板(3)之间可拆连接,位于最下端的卡接板(3)与底座(1)之间可拆连接,每块卡接板(3)上均设置有导轨段(63),在所述卡接板(3)连接固定后所述导轨段(63)对齐形成上述导轨(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,位于最上端的卡接板(3)上还设置有水平导轨段(64),所述水平导轨段(64)与导轨段(63)之间通过圆弧导轨段(65)连接,所述顶板(23)的两侧面上均固定有滑动件(231),所述滑动件(231)与导轨(6)滑动连接,且在顶板(23)封闭箱体(2)的上端口时所述滑动件(231)与水平导轨段(64)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,所述锁定结构包括锁定杆(5)和与锁定杆(5)固定的握柄(51),所述折立板(4)与导轨(6)相对的侧面上均开有锁定孔 (52),所述折立板(4)的外板面上开有锁定卡槽(53)和解锁卡槽(54),所述锁定卡槽(53)和解锁卡槽(54)均与锁定孔(52)连通,所述锁定杆(5)位于锁定孔(52)内,导轨(6)上开有插孔(61),折立板(4)展开时所述插孔(61)与锁定孔(52)对齐,在握柄(51)位于解锁卡槽(54)内时所述锁定杆(5)的端部穿出锁定孔(52)并能插入导轨(6)的插孔(61)内,在握柄(51)位于解锁卡槽(54)内时所述锁定杆(5)的端部位于锁定孔(52)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,所述锁定孔(52)位于折立板(4)侧面靠近滑动边(42)处。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,所述折立板(4)的自由边(41)和滑动边(42)均开有若干让位凹口(44),相邻所述折立板(4)上的让位凹口(44)对齐设置,让位凹口(44)内固定有铰接轴(45),相邻所述折立板(4)上的铰接轴(45)通过铰接套(7)连接,所述铰接套(7)具有截面呈长条形的铰接孔,铰接套(7)位于两个对齐的让位凹口(44)之间且两个对齐让位凹口(44)内的两根铰接轴(45)穿过铰接套(7)的铰接孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,折立板(4)的两侧面上均固定有限位销(8),所述限位销(8)固定在折立板(4)的侧面靠近滑动边(42)处,所述限位销(8)的端部具有滑动连接在导轨(6)内的限位部(81),限位部(81)的端面上开有定位凹槽(811),所述导轨(6)上开有连通孔(62),折立板(4)展开时所述限位部(81)的定位凹槽(811)与连通孔(62)相对设置,所述支撑侧板(21)上开有定位孔(9),所述定位孔(9)与连通孔(62)对齐,所述定位孔(9)内设有定位销(91),所述定位销(91)的一端穿出定位孔(9)并朝向导轨(6),所述定位销(91)和定位孔(9)之间设有使得定位销(91) 始终具有穿过连通孔(62)趋势的弹簧(92),所述定位销(91)的另一端穿出定位孔(9)的另一端,所述定位销(91)的另一端连接有解锁杆(93)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,最下端的折立板(4)和底座(1)之间设有连接件(71),所述底座(1)上还开有定位卡槽(11),所述连接件(71)包括卡座(711)和连接套(712),所述卡座(711)固定在定位卡槽(11)内,所述折立板(4)的滑动边(42)上的铰接轴(45)穿过连接套(712)并能相对连接套(712)转动。
  9. 根据权利要求2或3所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,所述卡接板(3)的上侧面以及底座(1)上均开有若干限位卡槽(31),所述限位卡槽(31)槽口的宽度小于限位卡槽(31)底部的宽度,所述限位卡槽(31)其中一端为贯通端,所述卡接板(3)的下侧面上具有若干与限位卡槽(31)相适配的卡块(32)。
  10. 根据权利要求2或3所述的可折叠式货箱,其特征在于,所述卡接板(3)的上侧面和下侧面均开有插接孔(33),所述卡接板(3)的侧面开有与插接孔(33)连通的锁定槽(34)和解锁槽(35),所述插接孔(33)内设有插销(36),在所述插销(36)的手柄定位在锁定槽(34)时所述插销(36)的端部穿出插接孔(33),在所述插销(36)的手柄定位在解锁槽(35)时所述插销(36)的端部位于插接孔(33)内。
