[0024] 使用吋, 声音和振动主要通过两种途径传递到咪头 21上, 一种是通过空气的声 波传递, 另一种是通过固体结构件传递到咪头 21上。 从空气传递的声波强度不 是很大, 但是固体结构件传导上来的声音和振动非常强烈, 往往会发生强烈的 自反馈效应, 即自激效应 (同一声音频率经过不断放大) , 这吋喇叭 3里就会发 处持续的不断加强的某固定频率的声音, 俗称啸叫, 完全破坏产品的正常使用 [0025] 由于声音是一种通过振动而产生和传播的波, 它的本质是一种振动的力, 当扬 声器 (即喇叭 3) 发出声音的吋候, 它的振膜正在做特定频率的前后振动, 这个 振动推动着附近的空气或者其它介质的振动, 于是这种振动便传播出去, 声音 也便得到了传播。 当主体音腔 1里只有一个喇叭 3吋, 喇叭 3便会带动整个主体音 腔 1以及和主体音腔 1相连的所有结构件产生相同频率的振动, 当咪头 21放置在 它的某个部位, 这种振动便传递给了咪头 21 (声自激效应即啸叫便不可避免地 产生了) 。
[0026] 为了在某个特定的位置让这种振动减弱甚至消失, 避免发生啸叫反应, 本申请 利用相位抵消的原理让这种振动消失。 具体地说, 在主体音腔 1的两边各设置一 个性能、 规格完全相同的喇叭 3, 并且相反方向放置。 当同一个频率的声音发生 的吋候, 因为它们的相位相同, 振幅相同, 频率相同, 而方向却是相反的, 所 以当这两个振动波在介质中相遇的吋候, 就会互相抵消、 减弱。
[0027] 本实施例通过将两个喇叭 3对称设置在主体音腔 1内, 使两个喇叭 3发出的振动 相互抵消, 从而利用相位抵消原理避免啸叫的产生。 可以理解的是, 本实施例 并不限定安装在主体音腔 1内的喇叭 3的数量, 喇叭 3还可以包括多个, 多个喇叭 3均匀分布在主体音腔 1内。 根据上述相位抵消的原理, 不仅是两个喇叭 3, 只要 多个喇叭 3利用相位抵消的原理, 通过对称排列, 在靠近多个喇叭 3的对称轴的 位置上, 振动一样会被抵消, 声反馈相现象也会避免。 例如, 当喇叭 3包括三个 吋, 三个喇叭 3呈 120°对称分布在主体音腔 1内, 此吋, 主体音腔 1的外侧壁上幵 设有三个幵口 10, 三个幵口 10呈 120。对称设置在主体音腔 1上, 每一喇叭 3安装在 对应的幵口 10处、 并与幵口 10密封连接。
[0028] 此外, 本实施例也不限定喇叭 3的安装方向, 喇叭 3的出声口还可以朝向主体音 腔 1的中心处设置。 当喇叭 3的出声口朝向主体音腔 1的中心处吋, 只需在主体音 腔 1上幵设音孔 (未示出) , 使声音传出即可。
[0029] 主体音腔 1上还连接有喇叭筒 4及保护壳 5, 喇叭筒 4主要起到固定喇叭 3和密封 主体音腔 1的作用, 保护壳 5可以保护喇叭 3不受物理损坏, 并起到一定的装饰作 用。 具体的, 每一喇叭 3固定在对应的喇叭筒 4上, 喇叭筒 4与主体音腔 1固定连 接, 保护壳 5套设在喇叭筒 4外。 喇叭 3与喇叭筒 4、 喇叭筒 4与主体音腔 1及保护 壳 5与主体音腔 1之间可以通过螺纹或扣合等方式固定连接, 但是并不限于上述 连接方式。
[0030] 麦克风组件 2主要包括咪头 21、 咪头支架 22、 固定座 23和网头 24。 其中, 咪头 2 1固定在咪头支架 22上, 咪头支架 22通过固定座 23连接在主体音腔 1上, 网头 24 套设在咪头 21外并与主体音腔 1固定连接。
[0031] 为了有效抑制啸叫的发生, 咪头 21与主体音腔 1的连接点位置在两个喇叭 3的对 称轴的 0~20cm范围内, 或咪头 21与主体音腔 1的连接点位置在多个喇叭 3的对称 轴的 0~20cm范围内。 优选的, 咪头 21与主体音腔 1的连接点位置与两个或多个喇 叭 3的对称轴之间距离为 0, 即咪头 21与主体音腔 1的连接点位置与两个或多个喇 叭 3的对称轴重合, 此吋啸叫的抑制效果最好。 喇叭 3对称放在主体音腔 1的两边 , 而咪头支架 22与主体音腔 1连接的位置, 恰恰落在两只喇叭 3的对称轴之上 ( 咪头支架 22与主体音腔 1连接的位置越靠近对称轴, 喇叭 3产生的振动越小) , 所以声音产生的振动, 在这个位置被完全抵消了, 不会再传递到咪头 21上来, 确保不会把喇叭 3的声音传递给咪头 21, 声音的自反馈现象也便不会发生。
[0032] 为了降低从固体结构件传递到咪头 21上的声音振动, 可以将咪头支架 22采用软 质材料制得, 这种软质材料制成的咪头支架 22可以有效减缓声音的振动, 极大 的抑制喇叭 3产生的声音振动传递到咪头 21上。
[0033] 优选的, 咪头支架 22可以由硅胶制成, 由于硅胶的硬度较低, 能有效起到缓振 的作用。 可以理解的是, 咪头支架 22也可以选择其它软质材料, 如橡胶或者 TPU , 也可以选用硬度在 80度以下的软塑胶, 只要硬度较低能够有效缓振即可。
[0034] 优选的, 咪头支架 22可以呈拱形结构、 镂空状或弹簧状, 但也可以是其它形状 , 在此不做限制。 拱形结构的柔性材质的咪头支架 22, 可以避免因误差引起的 微弱振动, 进一步打破振动的频率, 确保不把喇叭 3的声音传递给咪头 21, 声音 的自反馈现象也便不会发生。
[0035] 固定座 23固定在主体音腔 1上, 咪头支架 22固定在固定座 23上。 咪头支架 22可 以通过螺纹连接在固定座 23上, 也可以与固定座 23插接相连, 也可以直接通过 包胶、 采用胶水等方式粘接在固定座 23上。 固定座 23也可以通过粘接、 螺纹连 接或一体成型等方式固定在主体音腔 1上。
[0036] 网头 24套设在咪头支架 22外, 以用于保护咪头 21不受物理破坏, 网头 24可以对 人的声音起到一定的过滤作用, 并起一定的装饰作用, 增加麦克风的美观性。
[0037] 控制单元 6固定在主体音腔 1的侧壁上, 咪头 21与喇叭 3分别与控制单元 6电连接
。 控制单元 6上还连接有幵关组件 7, 以控制产品的功能和幵关机。 由于控制单 元 6与幵关组件 7的具体结构及电连接方式均为现有技术的惯用技术手段, 在此 不再赘述。
[0038] 本申请的麦克风音箱一体设备还包括连接杆 8及用于为该设备提供工作所需电 能的电池组件 (未示出) , 连接杆 8可以起到手柄的作用, 以方便使用者握持。 本实施例中, 电池组件安装在连接杆 8内, 连接杆 8连接在主体音腔 1背离麦克风 组件 2的一端面上, 并与咪头 21共轴线。 但是本实施例并不限定连接杆 8的具体 连接位置, 连接杆 8还可以连接在主体音腔 1的其它端面上。
[0039] 进一步的, 主体音腔 1的外侧壁上还安装有面板 9, 面板 9可以保护控制单元 6及 幵关组件 7不受物理损坏, 同吋也可以起到装饰产品的作用。

[权利要求 1] 一种麦克风音箱一体设备, 其特征在于, 包括控制单元 (6) 、 主体 音腔 (1) 及连接在所述主体音腔 (1) 上的麦克风组件 (2) , 所述 主体音腔 (1) 内安装有至少两个对称设置的喇叭 (3) , 所述麦克风 组件 (2) 包括咪头 (21) 及咪头支架 (22) , 所述咪头 (21) 及所 述喇叭 (3) 分别与所述控制单元 (6) 电连接。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的麦克风音箱一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述主体 音腔 (1) 为内部具有容纳腔的柱体结构, 所述主体音腔 (1) 上幵设 有至少两个对称设置的幵口 (10) , 每一所述喇叭 (3) 连接在对应 的所述幵口 (10) 上、 并与所述幵口 (10) 密封连接。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的麦克风音箱一体设备, 其特征在于, 每一所述 幵口 (10) 处连接有喇叭筒 (4) , 所述喇叭 (3) 固定在对应的所述 喇叭筒 (4) 上。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的麦克风音箱一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述喇叭 筒 (4) 外套设有保护壳 (5) 。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的麦克风音箱一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述咪头
(21) 与所述主体音腔 (1) 的连接点位置在两个或多个所述喇叭 (3 ) 的对称轴的 0~20CM范围之内。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的麦克风音箱一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述咪头 支架 (22) 由软质材料制成, 所述咪头支架 (22) 为硅胶、 橡胶、 T PU或软塑胶中的任意一种。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的麦克风音箱一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述麦克 风组件 (2) 还包括固定座 (23) 及网头 (24) , 所述固定座 (23) 固定在所述主体音腔 (1) 的外侧壁上, 所述网头 (24) 套设在所述 咪头 (21) 外、 并与所述主体音腔 (1) 固定连接。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的麦克风音箱一体设备, 其特征在于, 还包括连 接杆 (8) , 所述连接杆 (8) 连接在所述主体音腔 (1) 的外侧壁上
