一种无人机减震装置,包括两个脚架(1)和用于安装无人机的面板(2)。每个脚架(1)对应设置有至少两个用于夹紧脚架(1)的夹具(3)进行夹持。该装置还包括用于托起夹具(3)的托架(4)。托架(4)与面板(2)下表面连接设置。夹具(3)与面板(2)之间设置有弹性装置(5)。该无人机设置两个脚架(1),并在脚架(1)上设置至少两个夹具(3),以及在夹具(3)与面板(2)之间设置弹性装置(5)。在无人机降落与地面接触时,多个位置进行减震,减震效果好。该装置整体结构简单,成本低。

一种无人机减震装置 技术领域
本发明涉及无人机技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种无人机减震装置。
背景技术
无人机在降落时由于自身重量、降落速度调节失误等因素会与地面发生碰撞或着地后发生弹跳等,脚架的强烈振动会导致机器搭载的精密电子设备出现故障,因而降落时的缓冲装置尤为重要。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种有效减震的无人机减震装置。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种无人机减震装置,包括两个脚架和用于安装无人机的面板;其中,每个所述脚架对应设置有至少两个用于夹紧所述脚架的夹具进行夹持;还包括用于托起所述夹具的托架,所述托架与所述面板下表面连接设置;所述夹具与所述面板之间设置有弹性装置。
本发明所述的无人机减震装置,其中,弹性装置包括导柱;所述面板与所述导柱通过螺钉固定连接;所述导柱外表面套接有弹簧;所述夹具上设置有与所述导柱配合的通孔,所述通孔内设置有与所述弹簧配合的第一缺口。
本发明所述的无人机减震装置,其中,所述导柱背离所述面板一端设置有凸缘;所述通孔设置有与所述凸缘配合的第二缺口。
本发明所述的无人机减震装置,其中,所述夹具包括左夹块和右夹块;所述通孔设置在所述左夹块上。
本发明所述的无人机减震装置,其中,所述螺钉螺帽与所述面板接触处还设置有垫板。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:设置两个脚架,并脚架上设置至少两个夹具,以及在夹具与面板之间设置弹性装置,在无人机降落与地面接触时多个位置进行减震,减震效果好;整体结构简单,成本低。

本发明较佳实施例的无人机减震装置如图1所示,同时参阅图2,包括两个脚架1和用于安装无人机的面板2;每个脚架1对应设置有至少两个用于夹紧脚架1的夹具3进行夹持;还包括用于托起夹具3的托架4,托架4与面板2下表面连接设置;夹具3与面板2之间设置有弹性装置5;设置两个脚架,并脚架上设置至少两个夹具,以及在夹具与面板之间设置弹性装置,在无人机降落与地面接触时多个位置进行减震,减震效果好;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1所示,弹性装置5包括导柱50;面板2与导柱50通过螺钉51固定连接;导柱50外表面套接有弹簧52;夹具3上设置有与导柱50配合的通孔30,通孔30内设置有与弹簧52配合的第一缺口300。
如图1所示,导柱50背离面板2一端设置有凸缘500;通孔30设置有与凸缘500配合的第二缺口301。
如图1所示,夹具3包括左夹块31和右夹块32;通孔30设置在左夹块31上。
如图1所示,螺钉51螺帽与面板2接触处还设置有垫板53。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种无人机减震装置,包括两个脚架和用于安装无人机的面板;其特征在于,每个所述脚架对应设置有至少两个用于夹紧所述脚架的夹具进行夹持;还包括用于托起所述夹具的托架,所述托架与所述面板下表面连接设置;所述夹具与所述面板之间设置有弹性装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无人机减震装置,其特征在于,弹性装置包括导柱;所述面板与所述导柱通过螺钉固定连接;所述导柱外表面套接有弹簧;所述夹具上设置有与所述导柱配合的通孔,所述通孔内设置有与所述弹簧配合的第一缺口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无人机减震装置,其特征在于,所述导柱背离所述面板一端设置有凸缘;所述通孔设置有与所述凸缘配合的第二缺口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无人机减震装置,其特征在于,所述夹具包括左夹块和右夹块;所述通孔设置在所述左夹块上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无人机减震装置,其特征在于,所述螺钉螺帽与所述面板接触处还设置有垫板。
