この親機認識信号を受信した集中集合玄関機1は、集中集合玄関機制御部15の制御により、呼出信号は送出されず、自身も呼出確認音を鳴動しない。代わりに、現在呼び出しできない状況にあることを表示部12の所定の表示或いはアナウンス等で訪問者に通知する。

更に、呼出信号送信先の住戸親機3が通話中の場合も、集中集合玄関機1でそれを認識できるため、訪問者は状況を把握でき不安にならずに済む。
また、呼出テーブル記憶部51を棟制御機5に設けているが、棟集合玄関機2に設けても良い。
Claims (4)
- 複数の棟から成る集合住宅において訪問者が任意の棟の居住者を呼び出すために設置された集中集合玄関機と、前記集中集合玄関機からの呼び出しに居住者が応答するために個々の住戸に設置された住戸親機と、前記集中集合玄関機と前記住戸親機との間の通信を制御する集中制御機とを有する集合住宅インターホンシステムであって、
それぞれの前記住戸親機は自身のIDを記憶し、
前記集中集合玄関機は、居住者を呼び出すための前記IDの入力操作が成されると、最初にID確認要求信号を全ての前記住戸親機に送信して該当する前記住戸親機からの返信を待ち、返信した住戸親機に対して呼出信号を送出して呼び出しを実施する呼出制御部を有することを特徴とする集合住宅インターホンシステム。 - 集合住宅の各棟のエントランスには、棟内の居住者を呼び出すための棟集合玄関機が設置されると共に、前記棟集合玄関機と前記住戸親機との間の通信を制御する棟制御機を有し、
前記棟集合玄関機或いは前記棟制御機が、住戸親機の住戸番号と前記IDを関連付けた呼出テーブルを有し、前記棟集合玄関機からは住戸番号の入力による呼び出しを実施できると共に、
前記棟制御機は、前記集中集合玄関機から送出されるID確認要求信号を監視し、前記棟制御機が管理する棟に該当するIDの住戸親機があり、且つ通話路が使用中である場合には、前記集中集合玄関機に対して呼出対象の住戸親機が存在することを通知する通話路監視部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の集合住宅インターホンシステム。 - 前記棟制御機は、前記集中集合玄関機から送出される呼出信号を監視し、前記棟制御機が管理する棟に呼出先の住戸番号があっても、呼出対象の住戸親機が通話中である場合は、前記集中集合玄関機に対して通話中であることを通知する住戸親機監視部を有し、
通話中とする通知を受けた前記集中集合玄関機の前記呼出制御部は、通話中の報知を実施することを特徴とする請求項2記載の集合住宅インターホンシステム。 - 集合住宅の各棟のエントランスには、棟内の居住者を呼び出すための棟集合玄関機が設置されると共に、前記棟集合玄関機と前記住戸親機との間の通信を制御する棟制御機を有し、
