Abstract
本发明公开了一种磁性塑料材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:塑料基体50~80份;稀土磁钕铁硼磁粉15~30份;铁磁粉5~15份;增塑剂3~8份;润滑剂1~3份;氧化锌2~5份;稳定剂0.5~2份;抗氧剂0.3~1.2份。本发明具有优异的磁响应性能,磁稳定强,同时抗冲击性能好,对环境适应性强,而且质地轻,易加工,可广泛用于电子、光电、通信、生活等领域。
Description
本发明涉及新型技术领域,具体为一种磁性塑料材料。
磁性塑料主要是指以塑料或橡胶为粘合剂制成的磁体,具有密度小、耐冲击强度大等特点,其制品可进行切割、切削、钻孔、焊接、层压和压花等加工,被广泛应用于电子、电气、仪器仪表、通讯、文教、医疗卫生及日常生活中的诸多领域。同时,可加工成尺寸精度高、薄壁、复杂性状的制品,可成型带嵌件制品,实现电磁设备的小型化、轻量化、精密化和高性能化。因此,在某些新的领域,烧结磁体正在逐步被磁性塑料代替。同时,磁性塑料比烧结磁体耗能低,完全符合国家建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的战略部署。我国的磁性塑料发展较晚,但近年来发展迅速,已经进入了实用阶段,广泛用于航空航天、汽车、彩电、计算机、复印机等领域。在计算机软驱电机、复印机显影辊、定影辊、汽车集成仪表、机械手、机器人的控制元件等方面,磁性塑料已经取代了传统烧结磁体。
综上所述,磁性塑料已以其方便独特的性能和优越的新型功能成为当今科学技术领域的重要基础材料之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种稳定性强,磁响应性强,力学性能好
的磁性塑料材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种磁性塑料材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
优选地,所述塑料基体为EVA、EPS、PP、CEP、PE、尼龙6中的一种。
优选地,所述增塑剂为DEHP、DOP、DBP中的一种。
优选地,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸钡、脂肪酸酰胺、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种。
优选地,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钾、稀土稳定剂。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂TNP。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有优异的磁响应性能,磁稳定强,同时抗冲击性能好,对环境适应性强,而且质地轻,易加工,可广泛用于电子、光电、通信、生活等领域。
