技术领域

背景技术
众所周知,手持式吸尘器其基本包括吸尘器主体、吸尘头(地刷)、以及将吸尘头与吸尘器主体相连通的吸尘管,其中吸尘管吸尘管内还设有导电组件,在吸尘器主体的控制下,通过导电组件将电力导向吸尘头,使得吸尘头开始工作。
然而,目前的吸尘管都是一整节的,且尺寸长度均大于吸尘器主体和吸尘头的长度或宽度,故从携带方面考虑,十分的不方便,因此,很难受到消费者的青睐;同时给销售时的包装带来极大的不便。

如图1至9所示,本实施例提供的手持式吸尘器,其包括吸尘器主体1、洗尘头2、以及吸尘管3,其中吸尘管3为导电伸缩管,且两端部分别与吸尘器主体1和洗尘头2相连通。
具体的,上述的手持式吸尘器还包括分别设置在导电伸缩管3的两端部、且分别与吸尘器本体1和吸尘头2相卡接的连接头4;以及分别设置在连接头4内的导电插接件5,其中导电伸缩管3分别与吸尘器本体1和吸尘头2卡接时,导电插接件5分别与吸尘器本体1和吸尘头2的电路相连通。
进一步的,导电伸缩管3包括能够相对伸缩的多节套管30、设置在每节套管30上的能够相连通的导电组件31,该导电组件31包括沿着每节套管30长度方向设置在套管30一侧的安装座310、沿着安装座310长度方向设置的接触条311、以及分别将每相邻两个接触条311相导电连接的导电接头312,其中每相邻的两个安装座310之间伸缩设置,导电接头312的两端部分别位于相邻的两个安装座310内,且能够随着相邻两个安装座310的伸缩运动始终将相邻两个接触条311相导电连接。
本例中,在每节安装座310的两侧设有沿其自身长度方向设置的安装槽a,接触条311包括分别设置在安装槽a内的两条导电片311a,导电接头312的两端部分别与相邻两个接触条311的两个导电片311a相连通。
进一步的,两条导电片311a之间相平行设置,且分别为正极导电片和负极导电片,导电接头312的端部位于正极导电片和负极导电片之间将正极导电片和负极导电片相连通。
相邻的两个安装座310分别为第一安装座310a和第二安装座310b,相邻两个接触条311分别为第一接触条311b和第二接触条311c,导电接头312的一端部设置在第二安装座310b内并与第二接触条311c的正极导电片和负极导电片相导电连通;另一端部伸入第一安装座310b中与第一接触条311b的正极导电片和负极导电片相导电连通,当第一安装座310a和第二安装座310b相对伸缩时,导电接头312的另一端部与第一接触条311b相对运动,且两者保持相接触设置。
具体的,导电组件31还包括设置在导电接头312的另一端部并趋向于两侧张开运动的弹性片313,该弹性片313两侧抵触在第一接触条311b的正极导电片和负极导电片之间、并将第一接触条311b的正极导电片和负极导电片相导电连通。
同时,上述的导电伸缩管3还包括用于将相对伸缩调节后的两个套管30相对锁定的锁定机构32。
相邻的两个套管30分别为第一管体30a和第二管体30b,锁定机构32包括设置在第一管体30a上的锁定件320、设置在第二管体30b上的锁合部321、以及解锁件322,其中当锁定机构32锁定时,锁定件320与锁合部321锁合;当锁定机构32解锁时,锁定件320与锁合部321分离。
进一步的,锁合部321包括自第二管体30b表面向内凹陷形成的凹槽321a、设置在凹槽321a内的锁条321b,其中凹槽321a和锁条321b均沿着第二管体30b的长度方向延伸,且在锁条321b上设有多个锁槽b,该多个锁槽b沿着锁条321b的长度方向间隔分布。
更进一步的,锁定件320包括固定在第一管体30a端部的锁座320a、活动设置在锁座320a内的锁销320b,解锁件322包括自中部转动设置在锁座320a内的解锁按钮322a、以及设置在解锁按钮322a与锁座320a之间使得解锁按钮322a复位的复位件322b,其中锁销320b与复位件分别位于解锁按钮322a的两端,当按动解锁按钮322a时,复位件322b被压缩形变,锁销320b向锁座320a外运动、并与锁槽b脱离,实现解锁;当按松开解锁按钮322a时,复位件322b恢复形变,锁销320b向锁座320a内运动、并插入锁槽b内,实现锁定。
本例中,弹性片313、正极导电片和负极导电片的材质均为铜。
综上所述,本实施例具有以下优势:
1)、将整根吸尘管变成了伸缩式,从而便于携带,同时也缩小了销售时包装的体积,给消费者留下良好的印象。
2)、采用独特的锁定机构,将两根伸缩的第一管体和第二管体相对锁定,当按动解锁按钮时,复位件被压缩形变,锁销向锁座外运动、并与锁槽脱离,实现解锁;当按松开解锁按钮时,复位件恢复形变,锁销向锁座内运动、并插入锁槽内,实现自行锁定。整个过程操作简单,实施方便,且成本低。
3)、由导电组件的外置、以及能够随着导电伸缩管的伸缩运动始终将相邻两个接触条相导电连接,结构简单,设计巧妙,且维修更换方便。
4)、采用相对张开的弹性片,从而使得正极导电片和负极导电片时刻相连通,不易出现接触不良或断线的现象发生,确保吸尘器安全使用。
以上对本发明做了详尽的描述,其目的在于让熟悉此领域技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种导电伸缩管,其包括能够相对伸缩的多节套管、设置在每节所述套管上的能够相连通的导电组件,其特征在于:所述的导电组件包括沿着每节所述套管长度方向设置在所述套管一侧的安装座、沿着所述安装座长度方向设置的接触条、以及分别将每相邻两个所述接触条相导电连接的导电接头,其中每相邻的两个所述安装座之间伸缩设置,所述导电接头的两端部分别位于相邻的两个所述安装座内,且能够随着相邻两个所述安装座的伸缩运动始终将相邻两个所述接触条相导电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导电伸缩管,其特征在于:在每节所述安装座的两侧设有沿其自身长度方向设置的安装槽,所述的接触条包括分别设置在所述安装槽内的两条导电片,所述导电接头的两端部分别与相邻两个所述接触条的两个导电片相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的导电伸缩管,其特征在于:两条所述导电片之间相平行设置,且分别为正极导电片和负极导电片,所述的导电接头的端部位于所述正极导电片和所述负极导电片之间将所述正极导电片和所述负极导电片相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的导电伸缩管,其特征在于:相邻的两个所述安装座分别为第一安装座和第二安装座,相邻两个所述接触条分别为第一接触条和第二接触条,所述导电接头的一端部设置在所述第二安装座内并与所述第二接触条的正极导电片和负极导电片相导电连通;另一端部伸入所述的第一安装座中与所述第一接触条的正极导电片和负极导电片相导电连通,当所述第一安装座和所述第二安装座相对伸缩时,所述导电接头的所述另一端部与所述第一接触条相对运动,且两者保持相接触设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的导电伸缩管,其特征在于:所述的导电组件还包括设置在所述导电接头的所述另一端部并趋向于两侧张开运动的弹性片,所述的弹性片两侧抵触在所述第一接触条的正极导电片和负极导电片之间、并将所述第一接触条的正极导电片和负极导电片相导电连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的导电伸缩管,其特征在于:所述的导电伸缩管还包括用于将相对伸缩调节后的两个所述套管相对锁定的锁定机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的导电伸缩管,其特征在于:相邻的两个套管分别为第一管体和第二管体,所述的锁定机构包括设置在所述第一管体上的锁定件、设置在所述第二管体上的锁合部、以及解锁件,其中当所述锁定机构锁定时,所述的锁定件与所述锁合部锁合;当所述锁定机构解锁时,所述的锁定件与所述锁合部分离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的导电伸缩管,其特征在于:所述锁合部包括自所述第二管体表面向内凹陷形成的凹槽、设置在所述凹槽内的锁条,其中所述凹槽和所述锁条均沿着所述第二管体的长度方向延伸,且在所述的锁条上设有多个锁槽,所述多个锁槽沿着所述锁条的长度方向间隔分布。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的导电伸缩管,其特征在于:所述锁定件包括固定在所述第一管体端部的锁座、活动设置在所述锁座内的锁销,所述的解锁件包括自中部转动设置在所述锁座内的解锁按钮、以及设置在所述解锁按钮与所述锁座之间使得所述解锁按钮复位的复位件,其中所述的锁销与所述复位件分别位于所述解锁按钮的两端,当按动所述解锁按钮时,所述的复位件被压缩形变,所述的锁销向所述锁座外运动、并与所述锁槽脱离,实现解锁;当按松开所述解锁按钮时,所述的复位件恢复形变,所述的锁销向所述锁座内运动、并插入所述锁槽内,实现锁定。
  10. 一种手持式吸尘器,其包括吸尘器本体、吸尘头、以及吸尘管,其特征在于:所述的吸尘管为权利要求1至8中任一项所述的导电伸缩管,所述的手持式吸尘器还包括分别设置在所述导电伸缩管的两端部、且分别与所述吸尘器本体和所述吸尘头相卡接的连接头;以及分别设置在所述连接头内的导电插接件,其中所述导电伸缩管分别与所述吸尘器本体和所述吸尘头卡接时,所述的导电插接件分别与所述吸尘器本体和所述吸尘头的电路相连通。
