(実施形態1)
図1に示すように、インパネリインフォースメント1は、車両を構成する締結構造体である。インパネリインフォースメント1は、インストルメントパネル(図示略)内において車両幅方向(車両左右方向)に沿って、運転席側ピラー(図示略)と助手席側ピラー(図示略)との間に配設されている。
実施形態1では、ブレース部材3は、少なくとも2つの部材(第1ブレース31、第2ブレース32)で構成されている。そのため、一方の部材(第1ブレース31の第1取付部311)にカラー51を取り付け、他方の部材(第2ブレース32の第2取付部321)にナット部材53を取り付けることができる。
実施形態2は、図3に示すように、ブレース部材3と車体側部材4とを締結固定する構成が上述の実施形態1と異なる。その他、基本的な構成は実施形態1と同様であり、実施形態1と共通する構成については、同一の符号を用いて説明を省略する。
第1ブレース31の車両前方側の端部には、車両下方側に折れ曲がって形成された締結部313が設けられている。締結部313には、後述する締結用部材62を挿通させる締結挿通孔314が形成されている。車体側部材4には、後述するボルト部材61を挿通させるボルト挿通孔42が形成されている。
実施形態2では、ブレース部材3の第1ブレース31に、カラー部621とナット部622とが一体となった締結用部材62が固定部材63によって固定されている。そして、ブレース部材3の第1ブレース31と車体側部材4とは、ボルト部材61と第1ブレース31に固定された締結用部材62とを用いて締結固定されている。そのため、部材同士の組み付け精度を高めることができ、品質の向上を図ることができる。また、締結部分の剛性を向上させることができる。
本開示は、上述の実施形態等に何ら限定されるものではなく、本開示を逸脱しない範囲において種々の態様で実施しうることはいうまでもない。

- 車両用の締結構造体であって、
取付部材と、
該取付部材が取り付けられる被取付部材と、
前記取付部材と前記被取付部材との間に配置されるスペーサ部材と、
前記取付部材と前記被取付部材とを締結するためのボルト部材及びナット部材と、を備え、
前記取付部材は、第1部材と、第2部材と、を有し、
前記第1部材は、前記第2部材と重ね合わされる第1取付部と、該第1取付部に形成され、前記ボルト部材を挿通させる第1挿通孔と、を有し、
前記第2部材は、前記第1部材と重ね合わされる第2取付部と、該第2取付部に形成され、前記ボルト部材を挿通させる第2挿通孔と、を有し、
前記第1取付部は、前記第2取付部の前記被取付部材側に重ね合わされ、
前記被取付部材は、前記ボルト部材を挿通させるボルト挿通孔を有し、
前記スペーサ部材は、前記第1取付部の前記被取付部材側に取り付けられ、かつ、前記第1取付部と前記被取付部材との間に配置され、
前記ナット部材は、前記第2取付部の前記被取付部材側とは反対側に取り付けられ、
前記ボルト部材は、前記第1挿通孔、前記第2挿通孔及び前記ボルト挿通孔に挿通され、かつ、前記ナット部材に螺合された状態で、前記取付部材と前記被取付部材とを固定する、車両用の締結構造体。 - 車両用の締結構造体であって、
取付部材と、
該取付部材が取り付けられる被取付部材と、
前記取付部材と前記被取付部材とを締結するためのボルト部材及び締結用部材と、
前記締結用部材を前記取付部材に固定するための固定部材と、を備え、
前記取付部材は、前記締結用部材を挿通させる締結挿通孔が形成された締結部を有し、
前記被取付部材は、前記ボルト部材を挿通させるボルト挿通孔を有し、
前記締結用部材は、前記締結部と前記被取付部材との間に配置されるスペーサ部と、前記ボルト部材を螺合させるナット部と、を有する共に、前記締結挿通孔に挿通された状態で、前記固定部材によって前記締結部に固定され、
前記ボルト部材は、前記ボルト挿通孔に挿通され、かつ、前記ナット部に螺合された状態で、前記取付部材と前記被取付部材とを固定する、車両用の締結構造体。 - 前記ナット部は、前記締結部の前記被取付部材側とは反対側に配置される挟持部を有し、前記固定部材は、前記締結部の前記被取付部材側に配置され、前記締結部は、前記挟持部と前記固定部材とにより挟持されている、請求項2に記載の車両用の締結構造体。
- 車両に配設されるインパネリインフォースメントに用いられる、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用の締結構造体。
