本公开的实施例涉及一种包装箱,尤其涉及一种用于容纳板状物品的包装箱以及用于包装箱的内胆。
背景技术
现有技术中,用于容纳板状物包装箱一般包括一层外壳体,外壳体的尺寸基本上固定,不能同时对应多种尺寸的物品,包装成本、库存管理、回收利用成本较高。现有包装箱的尺寸是固定的,这样设计时一般要保留一定尺寸余量,以防止在运输、存储过程中由于受到环境温湿度等因素的影响而造成箱体变形,导致装箱困难,这样就可能导致物品和箱体之间有较大间隙。在箱体受到冲击时,物品之间会因为相对运动而造成划伤等不良,还可能因受到二次冲击而受损。最后,现有板状物包装箱普遍存在缓冲不足,运输不良很高。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供一种包装箱和用于包装箱的内胆,通过在外箱体内设置容积可调的内胆,可以将容纳在内胆中的物品完全固定,防止物品在内胆内移动。
根据本公开一个实施例,提供一种包装箱,包括:六面体形的外箱体;盖体,被构造成用于覆盖外箱体的开口;六面体形的内胆,放置在所述外箱体中,所述内胆的六个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁设置成可移动壁,每个可移动壁与 相邻的四个壁可滑动地结合,以改变所述内胆的容积;以及至少一个弹性构件,分别设置在每个所述可移动壁和与所述可移动壁面对的外箱体的壁之间、或者分别设置在每个所述可移动壁和盖体之间,以驱动每个所述可移动壁移动到与放置在所述内胆内的物品紧密接触。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,每个所述可移动壁的至少一对相对的边缘上设有至少一个凹槽或者至少一个突起,与所述可移动壁相邻的四个壁中的至少一对相对的壁的边缘设有至少一个配合突起或者至少一个配合凹槽,
其中,所述配合突起与所述凹槽在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合,所述配合凹槽与所述突起在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,所述凹槽和配合凹槽的深度、以及所述突起和配合突起的延伸长度中的至少一个大于所述侧壁的厚度。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,所述六个侧壁中的底壁或顶壁的每个边缘设有所述凹槽;所述六个侧壁中的一对纵向壁和一对横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘设有与所述底壁或顶壁的所述凹槽配合的配合突起;所述横向壁中与所述纵向壁相邻的边缘设有凹槽,所述纵向臂中与所述横向壁相邻的边缘设有与所述横向壁的凹槽配合的配合突起。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,设置在所述横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘上的突起的延伸长度等于所述侧壁的厚度。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,设置在所述横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘上的突起的延伸长度大于所述侧壁的厚度。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,六个所述侧壁都设置成弹性壁。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,所述弹性构件连接至所述内胆的外部、或所述外箱体和/或所述盖体的内侧。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,所述弹性构件包括:
固定筒体,所述固定筒体的一端设有安装到相应的所述可移动壁的外部上 或者安装到所述外箱体的相应壁上的固定座;
可移动部,从所述固定筒体的另一端伸出;以及
弹簧,安装在所述固定筒体中,以驱动所述可移动部相对于所述固定筒体移动。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,所述弹性构件包括波纹管或者空气弹簧。
根据本公开的一种实施例的包装箱,所述弹性构件包括在所述内胆的外部连接在两个相对的侧壁之间的拉簧。
根据本公开的另一方面的实施例,提供一种用于包装箱的内胆,具有六面体形,所述内胆的六个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁设置成可移动壁,每个可移动壁与相邻的四个壁可滑动地结合,以改变所述内胆的容积;以及至少一个弹性构件,分别设置在每个所述可移动壁的外部上,以驱动每个所述可移动壁移动到与放置在所述内胆内的物品紧密接触。
根据本公开的一种实施例的内胆,每个所述可移动壁的至少一对相对的边缘上设有至少一个凹槽或者至少一个突起,与所述可移动壁相邻的四个壁中的至少一对相对的壁的边缘设有至少一个配合突起或者至少一个配合凹槽,其中,所述配合突起与所述凹槽在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合,所述配合凹槽与所述突起在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合。
根据本公开的一种实施例的内胆,所述凹槽和配合凹槽的深度、以及所述突起和配合突起的延伸长度中的至少一个大于所述侧壁的厚度。
根据本公开的一种实施例的内胆,所述六个侧壁中的底壁或顶壁的每个边缘设有所述凹槽;所述六个侧壁中的一对纵向壁和一对横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘设有与所述底壁或顶壁的所述凹槽配合的配合突起;所述横向壁中与所述纵向壁相邻的边缘设有凹槽,所述纵向臂中与所述横向壁相邻的边缘设有与所述横向壁的凹槽配合的配合突起。

根据本公开上述实施例的包装箱和用于包装箱的内胆,通过在外箱体内设置容积可调的内胆,可以将容纳在内胆中的物品完全固定,防止物品在内胆内移动,由此可以防止物品由于受到冲击而造成损坏,避免物品相对运动造成划伤等不良现象,另外可以容纳具有多种尺寸物品。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本公开的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。在说明书中,相同或相似的附图标号指示相同或相似的部件。下述参照附图对本公开实施方式的说明旨在对本公开的总体构思进行解释,而不应当理解为对本公开的一种限制。
根据本公开总体上的构思,提供一种包装箱,包括:六面体形的外箱体;盖体,被构造成用于覆盖外箱体的开口;六面体形的内胆,放置在所述外箱体中,所述内胆的六个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁设置成可移动壁,每个可移动壁与相邻的四个壁可滑动地结合,以改变所述内胆的容积;以及至少一个弹性构件,分别设置在每个所述可移动壁和与所述可移动壁面对的外箱体的壁之间、或者分别设置在每个所述可移动壁和盖体之间,以驱动每个所述可移动壁移动到与放置在所述内胆内的物品紧密接触。
在下面的详细描述中,为便于解释,阐述了许多具体的细节以提供对本披露实施例的全面理解。然而明显地,一个或多个实施例在没有这些具体细节的情况下也可以被实施。在其他情况下,公知的结构和装置以图示的方式体现以简化附图。
图1是根据本公开的一种示例性实施例的包装箱的分解示意图;图2是根据本公开的一种示例性实施例的用于包装箱的内胆的立体示意图。如图1和2 所示,根据本公开一种示例性实施例的包装箱适用于容纳例如液晶面板、阵列基板、玻璃基板之类的板状物品,但本公开也并不局限于此。本领域的技术人员能够理解,本公开实施例的包装箱还可以容纳非板状物品,具有规则或者不规则形状的物品,例如,显示器、充电器等。
如图1和2所示,根据本公开一种示例性实施例的包装箱包括:由金属材料或者硬质塑料材料制成的六面体形(例如大致的长方体形或者正方体形)的外箱体1、被构造成用于覆盖外箱体1的开口的盖体2、六面体形(例如大致的长方体形或者正方体形)的内胆3、以及至少一个弹性构件4。内胆3放置在外箱体1中,盖体2罩在外箱体1上,从而形成封闭的箱体。内胆3的六个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁设置成可移动壁,每个可移动壁与相邻的四个壁可滑动地结合,以改变内胆3的容积。弹性构件分别设置在每个可移动壁和与所述可移动壁面对的外箱体1的壁之间或者设置在每个可移动壁和盖体2之间,以驱动每个可移动壁移动到与放置在所述内胆3内的物品(未示出)紧密接触。
由于六面体形的内胆具有6个侧壁,可以理解,两个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁在弹性构件4的弹力驱动相对于其它侧壁的移动都可以改变内胆的容积,直到被驱动的可移动壁与内胆中的物品接触。这样,通过在外箱体1内设置容积可调的内胆3,可以将容纳在内胆3中的物品(未示出)完全固定,防止物品在内胆3内移动,由此可以防止物品由于受到冲击而造成损坏,避免物品相对运动造成划伤等不良现象,另外可以在外箱体具有相同外形尺寸的情况下,通过改变内胆的容积容纳具有多种尺寸物品,扩大了包装箱的应用范围。
如图1-8所示,长方体形的内胆3包括两个纵向壁31、两个横向壁32以及两个顶壁或底壁33。为便于描述起见,将横向壁32作为可移动壁,则与可移动壁相邻的四个侧壁包括:两个纵向壁31和两个顶壁或底壁33。在一种示例性实施例中,如图2、4和6所示,每个所述可移动壁的至少一对相对的边缘上设有至少一个凹槽或者至少一个突起。例如,作为可移动壁的横向壁32的一对相对的边缘(例如横向边缘)上设有至少一个凹槽,另一对边缘(例如 纵向边缘)上设有至少一个突起322。与所述可移动壁相邻的四个侧壁中的至少一对相对的壁的边缘设有至少一个配合突起或者至少一个配合凹槽。例如,如图2、3和6所示,与作为可移动壁的横向壁32相邻的底壁或者顶壁33的横向边缘设有配合凹槽331;如图2、5和6所示,与作为可移动壁的横向壁32相邻的纵向壁31的横向边缘设有配合突起311。纵向壁31的配合突起311与横向壁32的凹槽321在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合,底壁或顶壁33的配合凹槽331与横向壁32的突起322在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合。本公开实施例的内胆采用凹槽和突起配合的方式连接在一起,其结构简单,便于制造、安装和拆卸,降低了制作和使用成本。
需要说明的是,仅仅为了便于描述,将凹槽结构分为凹槽和配合凹槽,将突起结构分为突起和配合突起。可以理解,配合凹槽也可以称为凹槽,配合突起也可以称为突起。
在一种实施例中,所述凹槽和配合凹槽的深度、以及所述突起和配合突起的延伸长度中的至少一个大于所述侧壁的厚度。可以理解,在凹槽与突起配合的结合方式中,如果凹槽的深度大于侧壁的厚度,则允许插入到凹槽中的突起可以在凹槽的深度方向移动预定的范围;如果配合突起的延伸长度大于侧壁的厚度,则允许插入到凹槽中的突起可以在侧壁的厚度方向移动预定的范围;进一步地,如果凹槽的深度大于侧壁的厚度且配合突起的延伸长度大于侧壁的厚度,则允许插入到凹槽中的突起可以在凹槽的深度方向和侧壁的厚度方向都可以移动预定的范围。这样,可以根据需要,使得突起可以在凹槽中在侧壁的厚度方向移动、和/或在凹槽的深度方向移动,以简单的结构,实现六个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁移动。
在一种实施例中,如图1-8所示,六个侧壁中的底壁或顶壁33的每个边缘设有凹槽;所述六个侧壁中的一对纵向壁31和一对横向壁32中与所述底壁或顶壁31相邻的边缘设有与所述底壁或顶壁33的所述凹槽配合的配合突起;所述横向壁32中与纵向壁相邻的边缘设有凹槽,所述纵向臂31中与所述横向 壁32相邻的边缘设有与所述横向壁32的凹槽配合的配合突起。
可以理解,在相邻侧壁之间通过凹槽和突起连接的方式中,保持配合凹槽和突起的设置位置是可以互换的。可以根据需要设定凹槽和突起的位置,在相邻的两个侧壁中,只要存在彼此配合的凹槽和凸起就可以将这两个侧壁结合在一起。因此,这种凹槽和突起的配合方式也增加了内胆设计的灵活性。
例如,如图4、7和8所示,设置在横向壁32中与底壁或顶壁33相邻的边缘上的突起322的延伸长度等于所述侧壁的厚度。这样,在横向壁32的突起322与底壁或顶壁33的配合凹槽331配合的情况下,限制了底壁或顶壁33的移动。
在一种可替换的实施例中,设置在横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘上的配合突起的延伸长度大于所述侧壁的厚度。这样,在横向壁32的突起322与底壁或顶壁33的配合凹槽331配合的情况下,可以允许底壁或顶壁33移动。
在一种实施例中,内胆3的六个侧壁都设置成弹性壁,例如由泡沫材料制成。这样,可以时内胆中的物品与内胆的侧壁弹性地接触,减少对物品的冲击,保护内胆中的物品不受损伤。
在一种实施例中,如图1和2所示,弹性构件4的一端连接至内胆3的外部。在一种可替换的实施例中,弹性构件4的一端连接至外箱体和/或盖体的内侧。这样,便于对于弹性构件进行固定,从而对内胆进行稳定地定位。
在一种实施例中,如图9和10所示,所述弹性构件4包括固定筒体41、可移动部42和弹簧43。固定筒体41的一端设有安装到相应的所述可移动壁的外部上或者安装到所述外箱体1的相应壁上的固定座44,以通过固定座44上的通孔441将弹性构件4安装到内胆3的外侧、或者外箱体1和或盖体2的内侧。也可以采用粘合的方式将弹性构件4安装到内胆3的外侧、或者外箱体1和或盖体2的内侧。可移动部42,从固定筒体41的另一端伸出。弹簧43安装在固定筒体41中,以驱动可移动部42相对于固定筒体41移动。在图9的实施例中,可移动部42包括空心圆筒部分422和连接在空心圆筒部分一端的实 心圆柱部分421。空心圆筒部分422从固定筒体41伸出,并且弹簧43部分地延伸到空心圆筒部分422中。在图10的实施例中,可移动部42’设置成空心圆筒部分并从固定筒体41伸出,弹簧43部分地延伸到空心圆筒部分中。在一种可替换的实施例中,弹性构件4包括波纹管或者空气弹簧。在另一种可替换的实施例中,所述弹性构件包括在所述内胆的外部连接在两个相对的侧壁之间的拉簧。
这样,在将物品放置在内胆中时,可以将内胆的相应侧壁向外撑开,弹性构件收缩,以增加内胆的容积,从而将物品顺利地放置在内胆中。之后,移除撑开侧壁的力,侧壁将在弹性构件的弹性恢复力的驱动下向内移动,并逐渐接触并压紧内胆中的物品,从而将物品稳定地保持在内胆中,防止物品移动。
根据本公开另一方面的实施例,提供一种用于包装箱的内胆3,内胆3具有六面体形,所述内胆3的六个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁设置成可移动壁,每个可移动壁与相邻的四个壁可滑动地结合,以改变所述内胆的容积;以及至少一个弹性构件4,分别设置在每个所述可移动壁的外部上,以驱动每个所述可移动壁移动到与放置在所述内胆3内的物品紧密接触,从而防止物品在内胆内移动,由此可以防止物品由于受到冲击而造成损坏,避免物品相对运动造成划伤等不良现象,另外可以容纳具有多种尺寸物品。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种包装箱,其特征在于,包括:
    六面体形的外箱体;
    盖体,被构造成用于覆盖外箱体的开口;
    六面体形的内胆,放置在所述外箱体中,所述内胆的六个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁设置成可移动壁,每个可移动壁与相邻的四个壁可滑动地结合,以改变所述内胆的容积;以及
    至少一个弹性构件,分别设置在每个所述可移动壁和与所述可移动壁面对的外箱体的壁之间、或者分别设置在每个所述可移动壁和盖体之间,以驱动每个所述可移动壁移动到与放置在所述内胆内的物品紧密接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,每个所述可移动壁的至少一对相对的边缘上设有至少一个凹槽或者至少一个突起,与所述可移动壁相邻的四个壁中的至少一对相对的壁的边缘设有至少一个配合突起或者至少一个配合凹槽,
    其中,所述配合突起与所述凹槽在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合,所述配合凹槽与所述突起在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述凹槽和配合凹槽的深度、以及所述突起和配合突起的延伸长度中的至少一个大于所述侧壁的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述六个侧壁中的底壁或顶壁的每个边缘设有所述凹槽;所述六个侧壁中的一对纵向壁和一对横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘设有与所述底壁或顶壁的所述凹槽配合的配合突起;所述横向壁中与所述纵向壁相邻的边缘设有凹槽,所述纵向臂中与所 述横向壁相邻的边缘设有与所述横向壁的凹槽配合的配合突起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包装箱,其特征在于,设置在所述横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘上的突起的延伸长度等于所述侧壁的厚度。
  6. 权利要求4所述的包装箱,其特征在于,设置在所述横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘上的突起的延伸长度大于所述侧壁的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中的任一项所述的包装箱,其特征在于,六个所述侧壁都设置成弹性壁。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6中的任一项所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述弹性构件连接至所述内胆的外部、或所述外箱体和/或所述盖体的内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述弹性构件包括:
    固定筒体,所述固定筒体的一端设有安装到相应的所述可移动壁的外部上或者安装到所述外箱体的相应壁上的固定座;
    可移动部,从所述固定筒体的另一端伸出;以及
    弹簧,安装在所述固定筒体中,以驱动所述可移动部相对于所述固定筒体移动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述弹性构件包括波纹管或者空气弹簧。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述弹性构件包括在所述内胆的外部连接在两个相对的侧壁之间的拉簧。
  12. 一种用于包装箱的内胆,其特征在于,所述内胆具有六面体形,所述内胆的六个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁设置成可移动壁,每个可移动壁与相邻的四个壁可滑动地结合,以改变所述内胆的容积;以及
    至少一个弹性构件,分别设置在每个所述可移动壁的外部上,以驱动每个所述可移动壁移动到与放置在所述内胆内的物品紧密接触。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的内胆,其特征在于,每个所述可移动壁的至少一对相对的边缘上设有至少一个凹槽或者至少一个突起,与所述可移动壁相邻的四个壁中的至少一对相对的壁的边缘设有至少一个配合突起或者至少一个配合凹槽,
    其中,所述配合突起与所述凹槽在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合,所述配合凹槽与所述突起在一个方向或者两个相互垂直的方向上可滑动地结合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的内胆,其特征在于,所述凹槽和配合凹槽的深度、以及所述突起和配合突起的延伸长度中的至少一个大于所述侧壁的厚度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的内胆,其特征在于,所述六个侧壁中的底壁或顶壁的每个边缘设有所述凹槽;所述六个侧壁中的一对纵向壁和一对横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘设有与所述底壁或顶壁的所述凹槽配合的配合突起;所述横向壁中与所述纵向壁相邻的边缘设有凹槽,所述纵向臂中与所述横向壁相邻的边缘设有与所述横向壁的凹槽配合的配合突起。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的内胆,其特征在于,设置在所述横向壁中与所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘上的突起的延伸长度等于所述侧壁的厚度。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的内胆,其特征在于,设置在所述横向壁中与 所述底壁或顶壁相邻的边缘上的突起的延伸长度大于所述侧壁的厚度。
  18. 根据权利要求12-17中的任一项所述的内胆,其特征在于,六个所述侧壁都设置成弹性壁。
  19. 根据权利要求12-17中的任一项所述的内胆,其特征在于,所述弹性构件包括:
    固定筒体,所述固定筒体的一端设有安装到相应的所述可移动壁的外部上的固定座;
    可移动部,从所述固定筒体的另一端伸出;以及
    弹簧,安装在所述固定筒体中,以驱动所述可移动部相对于所述固定筒体移动。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的内胆,其特征在于,所述弹性构件包括波纹管或者空气弹簧。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的内胆,其特征在于,所述弹性构件包括在所述内胆的外部连接在两个相对的侧壁之间的拉簧。
