本发明的实施方式
[0037] 本发明提供一种电启动引擎打草机, 尤其是一种可单手操作控制的电启动引擎 打草机, 该打草机可用于打理草坪、 花园、 牧场等地方的杂草, 具有优异的使 用性能。 以下结合附图, 对本发明技术方案作详细描述。 为方便描述, 定义沿 连杆 5朝向打草头 3的方向为前, 沿连杆 5朝向机体 1的方向为后。

[0043] 由此, 在机体 1内部形成以主控制器 100为核心的主控制区 10, 该主控制区 10为 高电压区, 主要通过主控制器 100对启动电机 14的运行进行控制。 工作吋, 所述 电池包 11向启动电机 14提供直流电源使高速旋转, 通过齿轮啮合促使第一齿轮 旋转, 并带动同轴的第二齿轮相应旋转, 再次通过齿轮啮合来驱动传动齿轮旋 转, 随着传动齿轮的转动, 不断地向涡簧施加压力, 涡簧不断地将启动电机 14 的动能进行储存, 一旦涡簧提供的弹力大于曲轴 13的阻力, 涡簧将通过离合机 构 16向曲轴 13释放能量, 由此促使曲轴 13旋转并实现汽油机的电启动, 一旦汽 油机启动过后, 曲轴 13将高速旋转, 其离心力将实现离合机构 16的脱离工作, 使减速机构停止工作。 因此, 本发明可以实现电启动, 无须手启动装置, 电机 功率要求小, 机械及控制结构简单可靠, 成本低廉, 加之借助涡簧减小启动吋 各零部件之间的冲击, 可以延长启动装置的使用寿命。
[0044] 根据本发明技术方案, 另设有以信号发生器 220为核心的信号控制区 20。 所述 信号控制区 20为低电压区, 信号发生器 220与前述主控制器 100采用单线通信方 式连接, 高电压区与低电压区分幵设置, 好处是便于线路布置, 且安全性能高 , 在操作打草机过程中对使用者进行保护, 避免对使用者造成人身伤害。

[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 10所述的电启动引擎打草机, 其特征在于: 所述电启动 幵关 (221) 、 引擎熄火幵关 (222) 和激活幵关 (223) 两两之间设 有间隔结构。
[权利要求 12] 根据权利要求 11所述的电启动引擎打草机, 其特征在于: 所述间隔结 构为凹槽 (227) , 所述电启动幵关 (221) 、 引擎熄火幵关 (222) 和激活幵关 (223) 置于凹槽 (22 内部, 且凹槽 (22 的深度不 小于各个幵关的最大高度; 或所述间隔结构为凸起 (228) , 凸起 (2 28) 的高度不小于幵关的最大高度。
[权利要求 13] 根据权利要求 10所述的电启动引擎打草机, 其特征在于: 所述信号控 制区 (20) 内还设有信号指示器 (226) 。
[权利要求 14] 根据权利要求 6所述的电启动引擎打草机, 其特征在于: 所述信号发 生器 (220) 的工作电压低于所述主控制器 (100) 的工作电压, 所述 信号发生器 (220) 与主控制器 (100) 采用单线通信方式连接。
