Description

空调器、室外机及其电机支架
本申请要求于2016年1月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610026917.8、发明名称为“空调器、室外机及其电机支架”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及空调设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种室外机及其电机支架。
背景技术
空调室外机风机系统的主要支撑件为电机支架,如图1所示,电机支架包括支架本体01和设置在支架本体01顶端的顶板02,顶板02用于与电机的外壳固定连接,由于顶板02的前端与室外机面板连接,若顶板02的刚度不足,则风机振动会通过电机支架传递,使得室外机噪音较高。
现有技术中,为了提高顶板02的刚度,一般在顶板02上设置压筋等结构,但是受到结构和工艺等条件限制,压筋深度有限,电机支架顶板刚度的提高也相应的受到限制。
综上所述,如何有效地提高电机支架的顶板的刚度,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种电机支架,该电机支架的结构设计可以有效地解决提高电机支架的顶板的刚度,本发明的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述电机支架的室外机和一种包括上述室外机的空调器。
为了达到上述第一个目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电机支架,包括支架本体和设置于所述支架本体顶端的顶板,所述顶板上开设有通孔,且所述通孔的边缘设置有翻边。
优选地,上述电机支架中,所述通孔为长方形孔。
优选地,上述电机支架中,所述长方形孔的长度方向与该电机支架支撑的 电机的轴向平行。
优选地,上述电机支架中,所述长方形孔的数量为两个,且两个所述长方形孔沿着其宽度方向排布。
优选地,上述电机支架中,所述翻边的高度为5mm-8mm。
优选地,上述电机支架中,所述翻边和所述支架本体均位于所述顶板的下侧。
优选地,上述电机支架中,所述通孔周围还设置有压筋,且所述压筋的深度为2mm-5mm。
一种室外机,包括电机支架,所述电机支架为如上述中任一项所述的电机支架。
优选地,上述室外机中,所述顶板的后侧设置有能够与室外机的换热器连接的连接片,所述顶板的前侧设置有能够与室外机面板连接钩板。
一种空调器,包括如上述中任一项所述的室外机。
本发明提供的电机支架包括支架本体和设置于支架本体顶端的顶板,其中支架本体的结构与现有技术相同。顶板与支架本体的顶端固定连接。重点在于,顶板上开设有通孔,并且通孔的边缘设置有翻边,即在通孔的边缘设置有一圈翻边。
本发明提供的电机支架中,其顶板上开设有通孔,通孔的边缘设置了一圈翻边,如此翻边的高度不受结构和工艺的限制,可以保证顶板的刚度。经过申请人的多次试验,本发明提供的电机支架的顶板的刚度大大提高,进而减小了振动,降低了噪音。
为了达到上述第二个目的,本发明还提供了一种室外机,该室外机包括上述任一种电机支架。由于上述的电机支架具有上述技术效果,具有该电机支架的室外机也应具有相应的技术效果。本发明还提供了一种包括上述室外机的空调器,该空调器也应具有相应的技术效果,在此不再赘述。

具体实施方式
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种电机支架,该电机支架的结构设计可以有效地解决提高电机支架的顶板2的刚度,本发明的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述电机支架的室外机和一种包括上述室外机的空调器。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图2-图4,本发明实施例提供的电机支架包括支架本体4和设置于支架本体4顶端的顶板2,其中支架本体4的结构与现有技术相同。顶板2与支架本体4的顶端固定连接。重点在于,顶板2上开设有通孔,并且通孔的边缘设置有翻边2c,即在通孔的边缘设置有一圈翻边2c。
本发明实施例提供的电机支架中,其顶板2上开设有通孔,通孔的边缘设置了一圈翻边2c,如此翻边2c的高度不受结构和工艺的限制,可以保证顶板2的刚度。经过申请人的多次试验,本发明提供的电机支架的顶板2的刚度大大提高,进而减小了振动,降低了噪音。
其中,通孔可以为长方形孔2b。进一步地,长方形孔2b的长度方向可以与该电机支架支撑的电机的轴向平行。即,长方形孔2b的长度方向与电机支架的前后方向一致,本文中的前后方向均与室外机的前后一致,如此设置使得顶板2的刚度更高。当然,长方形孔2b的长度方向也可以与该电机支架支撑的电机的轴向之间具有夹角,在此不作限定。
为了进一步优化上述实施例,其中长方形孔2b的数量为多个。优选地,长方形孔2b的数量为两个,并且两个长方形孔2b沿着其宽度方向排布,即两个长方形孔2b沿着长方形孔2b本身的宽度方向排布。
当然,通孔还可以为椭圆孔、圆孔等形状,在此不作限定。
根据通孔的大小,其中翻边2c的高度可以为5mm-8mm。其中,翻边2c的高度是指其与通孔边缘连接的一端至远离通孔边缘的一端的距离。当然,根据实际情况,翻边2c的高度还可以为4mm、9mm等,在此不作限定。
在本实施例中,翻边2c和支架本体4均位于顶板2的下侧。即翻边2c是由通孔的边缘向下侧延伸,该处的下侧与室外机的下侧同向。当然,翻边2c也可以位于顶板2的上侧,在此不作限定。
为了进一步提高顶板2的刚度,其中通孔周围还可以设置有压筋2a,即在通孔周围设置筋条,该筋条可以由冲压形成。根据实际情况,压筋2a的深度可以为2mm-5mm,即在顶板2一侧压筋2a形成的凹槽的深度为2mm-5mm,在顶板2的另一侧压筋2a形成的凸起的高度为2mm-5mm。当然,压筋2a的深度还可以为6mm等,在此不作限定。
基于上述实施例中提供的电机支架,本发明还提供了一种室外机,该室外机包括上述实施例中任意一种电机支架。由于该室外机采用了上述实施例中的电机支架,所以该室外机的有益效果请参考上述实施例。
进一步地,顶板2的后侧设置有能够与室外机的换热器连接的连接片1,如此连接片1与室外机的换热器固定连接,顶板2与电机外壳固定连接。具体地,连接片1可以为弓形片。
顶板2的前侧设置有能够与室外机面板连接钩板3,该钩板3直接与室外机面板连接,具体地,该钩板3为竖直板。
本发明还提供了一种空调器,该空调器包括上述任意一种室外机,因此该空调器的有益效果请参考上述实施例。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电机支架,包括支架本体(4)和设置于所述支架本体(4)顶端的顶板(2),其特征在于,所述顶板(2)上开设有通孔,且所述通孔的边缘设置有翻边(2c)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电机支架,其特征在于,所述通孔为长方形孔(2b)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电机支架,其特征在于,所述长方形孔(2b)的长度方向与该电机支架支撑的电机的轴向平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电机支架,其特征在于,所述长方形孔(2b)的数量为两个,且两个所述长方形孔(2b)沿着其宽度方向排布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电机支架,其特征在于,所述翻边(2c)的高度为5mm-8mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电机支架,其特征在于,所述翻边(2c)和所述支架本体(4)均位于所述顶板(2)的下侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的电机支架,其特征在于,所述通孔周围还设置有压筋(2a),且所述压筋(2a)的深度为2mm-5mm。
  8. 一种室外机,包括电机支架,其特征在于,所述电机支架为如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电机支架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述顶板(2)的后侧设置有能够与室外机的换热器连接的连接片(1),所述顶板(2)的前侧设置有能够与室外机面板连接钩板(3)。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求8-9中任一项所述的室外机。
