Description

高速高精度剪板机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种高速高精度剪板机,属于剪板机技术领域。
背景技术
剪板机是用一个刀片相对另一刀片作往复直线运动剪切板材的机器。是借于运动的上刀片和固定的下刀片,采用合理的刀片间隙,对各种厚度的金属板材施加剪切力,使板材按所需要的尺寸断裂分离。剪板机属于锻压机械中的一种,主要作用就是金属加工行业。产品广泛适用于航空、轻工、冶金、化工、建筑、船舶、汽车、电力、电器、装潢等行业提供所需的专用机械和成套设备。其工作原理如下:剪板机的上刀片固定在刀架上,下刀片固定在工作台上。工作台上安装有托料球,以便于板料的在上面滑动时不被划伤。后挡料用于板料定位,位置由电机进行调节。压料缸用于压紧板料,以防止板料在剪切时移动。护栏是安全装置,以防止发生工伤事故。回程一般靠氮气,速度快,冲击小。
现有的剪板机主要靠人工画线,然后进行剪切,既浪费了时间,同时加工精度也不高。板材生产加工企业迫切需要高精度、高效率的生产设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种高速高精度剪板机。
本发明的高速高精度剪板机,包括剪板机主体、PLC控制系统和液压系统;
所述的剪板机主体包括用于压紧板料的压块、用于剪切板料的剪刀、设在压块和剪刀下方的送料机和设在送料机下方的料架,所述的压块上设有一号电气行程开关,所述的剪刀上设有二号电气行程开关,所述的送料机的两端分别设有三号和四号电气行程开关,所述的料架上设有五号电气行程开关;
所述的液压系统包括压块液压缸和剪刀液压缸,用于驱动对应的压块和剪刀;
所述的PLC控制系统的输入点数为16点,输出点数为16点,通过输入、输出接口分别与数控系统和电气行程开关电相连。
本发明的高速高精度剪板机,具有如下技术效果:PLC和数控系统实现了剪 板机的数控,具有定位精确度高,运行自动化程度高,性能比传统的控制方案有了很大的提高。

所述的液压系统包括压块液压缸和剪刀液压缸,用于驱动对应的压块和剪刀;
所述的PLC控制系统的输入点数为16点,输出点数为16点,通过输入、输出接口分别与数控系统和电气行程开关电相连。

  1. 高速高精度剪板机,其特征在于,包括剪板机主体、PLC控制系统和液压系统;
    所述的剪板机主体包括用于压紧板料的压块、用于剪切板料的剪刀、设在压块和剪刀下方的送料机和设在送料机下方的料架,所述的压块上设有一号电气行程开关,所述的剪刀上设有二号电气行程开关,所述的送料机的两端分别设有三号和四号电气行程开关,所述的料架上设有五号电气行程开关;
    所述的液压系统包括压块液压缸和剪刀液压缸,用于驱动对应的压块和剪刀;
