Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage comprenant une unité d'affichage ; un processeur ; une mémoire ; un dispositif de communication comprenant un circuit de communication ; et un ou plusieurs programmes mémorisés dans la mémoire et exécutés par le processeur, lesdits programmes comprenant des instructions pour l'affichage d'une interface utilisateur (UI) sur l'unité d'affichage, l'UI étant conçue pour la demande d'un service de téléassistance depuis un serveur externe assurant le service de téléassistance afin qu'un dispositif externe connecté sur un réseau reçoive le service de téléassistance par l'intermédiaire du circuit de communication.
