本发明涉及瓶装液体加注技术领域,尤其涉及一种注液装置,主要用于向电子烟加注烟液,也可以用于对其他液体的加注。
【背景技术】
现代人类已经意识到香烟对人体健康的危害,以及香烟烟雾对大气环境尤其是室内环境的污染,且随着生活品质的提高,对自身身体健康的重视以及社会对外在环境尤其是室内环境污染的重视,戒烟势在必行。为了解决“瘾君子”对传统香烟的过度依赖,近年来电子烟则应运而生。
电子烟主要用于替代传统香烟,在电子烟中容纳有无毒副作用的烟液。在使用时将烟液雾化成雾化汽,通过雾化汽使烟民获得香烟作用的一种刺激感。在使用一段时间后,烟液就会耗尽,此时需要再次将烟液再次注入电子烟。然而,目前市场上销售的注液装置,主要包括注射器、滴管、带有注液针的胶瓶等;这几种注液装置都无法对烟液进行自动关断,并解决漏液或渗液问题;这样,在对电子烟加液体过程中容易使烟液滴到手上、电子烟上或其它地方,甚至烟液加完后还会不断溢出烟液,造成烟液漏液。

参照图1,一实施例的注液装置11包括用于瓶体22和注液器21。瓶体22主要是用来盛装烟液,通过该注液装置可以对电子烟实现多次加注烟液,或者实现电子烟首次使用时加注烟液。
在一实施例中,瓶体22为塑性或弹性材质制备得到,通过挤压瓶体22,使瓶体22内的烟液由加注装置21导流出来,实现对电子烟加注。采用弹性或塑性材质的瓶体22,在烟液加注时,可以通过用手挤压瓶体22将瓶体22中的烟液通过注液装置挤压出来。
瓶体22包括瓶身222以及与瓶身222一体成型的瓶口部221,瓶身222用于盛装烟液,瓶口部221用于适配安装注液装置21。加注烟液时,主要是挤压具有塑性或弹性的瓶身222,使瓶体22内的烟液因受到挤压后通过注液装置21导流出来。瓶口部221的长度以注液装置的固定高度相一致,这样可以保证在瓶身222内烟液量较少时也能进行烟液的加注,并在烟液最少使尽可能实现加注。本实施例中,瓶口部221是具有一定长度的中空圆柱形状,其他实施例中也可以正常的瓶口长度尺寸。
注液器21与瓶体22的瓶口部221固定连接。挤压瓶身222,可以使瓶体22内的烟液通过该注射器21导流出来,其中注液器21的一部分容置在瓶口部221中,而其另一部分从瓶口部221伸出。
如图2至8所示,注液器21包括注液针110和弹性装置,注液针110设有导通管111,弹性装置与瓶口部221固定密封连接,注液针110设置在弹性装置上,且注液针110的导通管111在外力以及弹性装置的作用下,可以使瓶体22内与外界之间形成烟液流通管路导通或关断两种状态,从而实现瓶体22内的烟液导流出来或关断。如果往注液针110施加一压力,使注液针111往瓶体22内回缩,此时导通管111导通,瓶体22内的烟液则通过导通管111导流出注液针110至瓶体22外;如果撤除外界施加压力,则注液针110在弹性装置的作用下,借助弹性回复力使注液针110恢复到初始态,此时导通管111与瓶体22之间呈关断状态,则在瓶体22内的烟液无法通过导通管111导流出注液针110至瓶体22外。这样可以保证加注烟液时,瓶体内的烟液能导流出来;使用完毕后,确保瓶体22内的烟液不导流出来或不渗漏出来,以达到关断导通管路,提升密封效果。
弹性装置包括顶盖120、注液底盖17和弹性部件16,顶盖120或注液底盖17之一为一具有内腔的柱状结构;本实施例中,顶盖120为一具有内腔的柱状结构;其中,顶盖120与瓶口部221密封固定连接,注液底盖17与顶盖120密封固定连接后,注液底盖17与顶盖120的柱状内腔之间则形成一注液腔223。在注液底盖17上开设有挤液孔171,与注液腔223导通,从而使瓶体22内的烟液可通过挤液孔171流入注液腔223。
弹性部件16呈弹性压缩状设置在注液腔223内,本发明中,弹性部件16可以是螺旋弹簧,也可是塔形弹簧,也可以是其他构型的弹性部件。本实施例中,弹性部件16优选螺旋弹簧。
在安装时,注液针110一端穿过顶盖120外露,另一端与弹性部件16形成抵顶接触。进一步地,为了使注液针110与弹性部件16形成有效稳固抵顶;此时,可以在注液针110的抵顶端外壁上设置一沿注液针110向外凸的抵挡部112,且在注液针110与顶盖120接触位置开设有与抵挡部112导通的导油孔113,如图9所示;该抵挡部112可以与弹性部件16形成弹性回复抵触。
在进行注液时,施压注液针110向注液腔223内回缩,此时,注液针110的导油孔113脱离顶盖120内壁的密封接触,导通管111通过导油孔113与注液腔223形成液路导通,使注液腔223中的烟液导流出来;去除施压力,注液针110在弹性部件16的弹性回复力作用下回位至初始状态,并使注液针110上的导油孔113与顶盖120壁形成密封接触,关断导通管111,阻止注液腔223中的烟液进一步导流出来。
在另一实施例中,如图2至8所示,弹性装置还包括导液件15,导液件15置于注液腔223中并与弹性部件16抵顶接触,注液针110设置在导液件15上并通过导液件15使注液腔223与外界形成导通或关断两种状态。因此,在使用时,瓶体22中的烟液将依次通过注液底盖17、注液腔223、导液件15和注液针110流出,最后注入到电子烟中。可以理解的是,为了实现在使用时注液而在不使用时不漏液,如图8所示,烟液从注液底盖17到导液件15之间的烟液流通管路是可导通或关断的。具体地,朝注液底盖17的外力直接施加到注液针110,注液针110在外力的驱动下向注液底盖17的方向弹性回缩、由此注液针110的移动将使导液件15朝注液底盖17弹性回缩,从而导通烟液流通管路,使烟液经由注液底盖17、注液腔223、导液件15和注液针110导流出来,以及在去除外力后,导液件15将在弹性回复力的作用下通过弹性部件16的弹性回复进行反向移动同时注液针110也会进行反向移动,即导液件15和注液针110将会回复到初始位置,从而关断烟液的流通管路,主要是关断导液件15中的烟液流通管路。
如图4和5所示,导液件15包括柱状结构的导液部155和阻挡部153。其中,导液部155设有导液内管151,注液针110密封插入导液内管151中,且导液内管151与注液针110的导通管111形成烟液管路贯通;在导液部151侧壁上开设有与导液内管151导通的进液口152。阻挡部153可以是圆盘结构,也可以是设置在导液部155上阻挡块或其他阻挡构造。本实施例中为圆盘状结构。导液部15可以穿过顶盖120外露,也可以不穿过顶盖120;如果导液部15可以穿过顶盖120外露,则可以对导液件15起到有效的固定作用。
阻挡部153与导液部155可以一体成型,也可以分体成型后再进行组装。
弹性部件16位于阻挡部153和注液底盖17之间。可以理解的是,如图8所示,弹性部件16一端与注液底盖17接触,另一端与阻挡部153接触,且弹性部件16始终处于弹性压缩状态。
如图7所示,当需要对电子烟加注烟液时,施加一外力,使注液针110向瓶体22内移,此时阻挡部153朝注液底盖17移动来进一步弹性压缩弹性部件16,当阻挡部153朝注液底盖17移动后,阻挡部153与顶盖120的内底表面之间出现离隙状态,此时导液件15上的进液口152与注液腔223形成烟液流通管路导通,以使烟液从注液底盖17通过注液腔223流到导液部155,在经由注液针110上的导通管111导流出来。以及在注液完成后,去除外力,然后通过弹性部件16借助弹性回复力驱动阻挡部153朝远离注液底盖17移动,并使导液件15上的液口152被顶盖120的内壁封闭,以关断烟液流通管路,防止烟液导流或渗漏出来。
如图4所示,导液件15还包括第一密封圈18。第一密封圈18套设在导液部155上阻挡部153与顶盖120的内壁之间,第一密封圈18的外表面与顶盖120的内壁紧密贴合,形成密封无间隙。
如图5所示,弹性部件16是套设在导液件15上的螺旋弹簧,导液件15还包括用于安装螺旋弹簧的连接部154。连接部154与导液部155分别位于阻挡部的153的两侧,且连接部154套插入螺旋弹簧的中空,用以稳定或定位螺旋弹簧;该连接部154还可以穿套在注液底盖17上的中心孔,用以定位、固定导液件15。
注液底盖17的底部形成与注液腔223导通的至少一个挤液孔171。在图6所示的实施例中,形成多个挤液孔171,同时在杯体的底部中间位置形成固定孔172,固定孔172的形状与导液件15的连接部154相匹配,以便导液件15压缩螺旋弹簧移动时,连接部154可以穿过固定孔172朝瓶体22的内移动,用于定位导液件15,防止其在向瓶内移动时偏离轴向方向而损坏整个注液装置。
如图4所示,顶盖120上开设有安装孔130,注液装置11还包括设有固定孔101的固定头10,注液针110通过固定孔101与固定头10形成穿套式连接,且该固定头10套插在顶盖120的安装孔130内,固定头10与顶盖120之间形成相对轴向移动套接。该固定头10主要在向电子烟加注烟液时,作为抵挡部件与电子烟的烟油腔壳形成抵挡并使注液针110向瓶体22内缩,使注瓶体22内腔、液腔223、导液件15的导液部155、注液针110之间形成烟液导通通道,以确保烟液导流出来,加注成功。
在固定头10的外表面套设第二密封圈14,第二密封圈14位于导液件15和顶盖120之间,进一步增强密封效果。另外,为了进一步密封瓶体22与注液器21,在顶盖120的外壁上设有第三密封圈13,第三密封圈13位于顶盖120与瓶口部221之间,其数量可以是多个且并排设置。
在一实施例中,如图10所示,为方便注液装置与瓶体22的瓶口部221安装,将瓶口部221的内表面设置成上大下小的斜面结构或楔面结构224,相应地,将注液装置中的顶盖120与瓶口部221连接部位的外表面液设置成斜面结构或楔面结构,此时的顶盖120类似于瓶塞。这种结构可以非常方便的使顶盖120与瓶体22的瓶口部221形成密封加塞连接。为了更进一步地密封,顶盖120可以采用食品级硅橡胶材质制得。
进一步地,在挤压瓶体22加注烟液时,为了防止斜面结构的顶盖120因瓶体22受挤压产生内应力而使顶盖120从瓶口部221中松脱出来,本实施例中还增加一瓶盖121,如图10所示;注液装置的注液针110穿过瓶盖上的通孔且该瓶盖121将顶盖120抵顶罩住并与瓶口部221的外壁形成螺纹紧固连接;通过螺纹旋紧,还可以使顶盖120与瓶口部221形成更好的密封效果。
请同时参阅图7和图8,在使用时,将注液针110插入电子烟的液体腔(图未示),通过沿注液针110轴向方向垂直下压瓶体22,使弹性部件16进一步受压。同时用力挤压瓶体22,瓶体22中的烟液将通过注液底盖17的挤液孔171流入顶盖120的内腔中。此时,导液件15的阻挡部153与顶盖120的底表面形成离隙状(即非密封状),烟液将通过缝隙经导液件15上的进液口152并通过导液内管151流入注液针110,烟液最后注入电子烟的液体腔中。注液完成后,松开对瓶体22的下压后,此时,导液件15在弹性部件16的弹性回复力作用下,带动阻挡部153移动与顶盖120的底表面形成密封接触,关闭导通。
上述注液装置通过外力推动注液针110压缩弹性部件16实现注液通道的导通,然后挤压瓶体22开始注液。当外力消失后注液针110在弹性部件16的作用下复位,同时注液通道的导通自动关闭,烟液不再流出,实现良好的液体密封效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种注液装置,其特征在于,包括:
    瓶体,用于容纳液体,所述瓶体包括具有弹性的瓶身和位于所述瓶身上的瓶口部;以及
    注液器,包括注液针以及弹性装置;所述注液针设有导通管;所述弹性装置与所述瓶口部密封固定连接,所述注液针设置在弹性装置上,且所述注液针的导通管在外力以及弹性装置的作用下使所述瓶体内与外界之间形成液体流通管路导通或关断两种状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的注液装置,其特征在于,所述弹性装置包括:
    顶盖,与所述瓶口部密封设置;
    注液底盖,与所述顶盖固定连接并形成一注液腔,所述注液底盖上开设有挤液孔,所述瓶体内的液体通过所述挤液孔流入所述注液腔;
    弹性部件,呈弹性压缩状设置在所述注液腔内;
    所述注液针一端穿过所述顶盖外露,另一端与所述弹性部件形成抵顶接触;
    其中,施压所述注液针向所述注液腔内回缩,并通过所述注液针的导通管导通,使所述注液腔中的液体导流出来;去除施压,所述注液针在所述弹性部件的弹性回复力作用下回位至初始状态,并使所述顶盖壁关断导通管,阻止所述注液腔中的液体进一步导流出来。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的注液装置,其特征在于,所述弹性装置还包括:
    导液件,置于所述注液腔中并与所述弹性部件抵顶接触,所述注液针设置在所述导液件上并通过该导液件使所述注液腔的液体与外界形成导通或关断两种状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的注液装置,其特征在于,所述导液件包括:
    导液部,呈柱状结构,所述导液部设有导液内管以及侧壁上开设有与所述导液内管导通的进液口,所述注液针密封插接在所述导液内管上;以及
    阻挡部,与所述导液部一体成型,所述弹性部件位于所述阻挡部和所述注液底盖之间;
    其中,所述导液件朝所述注液底盖方向移动使得所述进液口与所述注液腔相通;所述导液件朝远离所述注液底盖方向移动使得所述进液口被所述顶盖的内壁封闭。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的注液装置,其特征在于,所述导液件还包括连接部,与所述导液部一起分设在所述阻挡部的两侧;所述弹性部件设置在所述连接部上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的注液装置,其特征在于,所述导液件还包括第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈套设在所述导液部上并位于所述阻挡部与所述顶盖的内壁之间。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的注液装置,其特征在于,所述弹性部件是为螺旋弹簧或塔形弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的注液装置,其特征在于,所述注液器还包括固定头,该固定头与所述顶盖上的安装孔形成相对轴向移动套接,所述注液针穿过所述固定头安装在所述弹性装置上。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的注液装置,其特征在于,所述瓶口部的内表面设置成上大下小的斜面结构,相应地,所述顶盖的外表面也适配设置成上大下小的斜面结构;装配时,所述顶盖适配插塞在所述瓶口部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的注液装置,其特征在于,还包括设有开孔的瓶盖;所述注液针穿过开孔外露且该瓶盖与所述瓶体的瓶口部螺纹连接,用以紧固设置在所述瓶口部的所述顶盖。
