Abstract

본 발명은 소재 준비 단계와, 소재에 치형을 절삭하여 복수의 기어치를 가지는 기어 반제품을 제조하는 단계(치형 절삭 단계)와, 치형 절삭된 기어 반제품을 열처리하는 단계(열처리 단계)와, 열처리 된 기어 반제품을 전조하는 단계(전조 단계)로 이루어지며; 상기 치형 절삭된 기어 반제품의 기어치에는 원주 방향 양측으로 여유살부가 구비되며, 상기 전조 단계에서는 전조 다이에 의하여 여유살부가 가압되어 기어 반제품이 기어로 제조되는 기어 제조 방법 및 그 제조 방법에 의해서 제조된 기어에 관한 것이다.
