带柔性屏的终端包括可折叠的主体1及柔性屏2。柔性屏2设置在主体1 上且能够随主体1折叠及展开。利用柔性屏2的可弯折性能,当主体1折叠或展开时,柔性屏2可以随之进行折叠或展开。当主体1折叠起来,可以缩小整个终端的体积,便于收起存放。当主体1展开时,柔性屏2展开成平整状,形成一个较大的屏幕,以显示更多信息内容,方便使用,提高用户体验。

第一连接耳31上远离第一主体11的端面为弧面,第二连接耳32上远离 第二主体12的端面为弧面,利用两个弧面的配合,可以利用第一连接耳31与第二连接耳32之间的相对位置变换,同时可以使得终端的外形更加美观。
第一主体11与第二主体12之间连接有柔性电路板,利用柔性电路板可以实现第一主体11与第二主体12之间的电连接,使得第一主体11与第二主体12之间可以进行信号传递。
如图5所示,在本发明第二实施例提供的带柔性屏的终端中,该终端是在第一实施例上的进一步改进,此处仅对终端中与第一实施例不同之处进行详细描述,其他与第一实施例相同的部分不再赘述。
终端还包括卡条204,卡条204滑动设置在主体20上。当主体20处于展开状态下时,卡条204的滑动方向为第二主体202至第一主体201的方向,卡条204的两端分别位于第一主体201和第二主体202上。当主体20处于折叠状态下时,卡条204整体滑动至第二主体202上。利用卡条204可以将第一主体201及第二主体202进行定位,使得终端在完全展开状态下第一主体201与第二主体202的位置相对固定,二者不会相对转动,从而方便使用。
卡条204为两个,分别用于两个第一主体201、203与第二主体202之间的定位。在本实施例中,主体20处于折叠状态下时,两个卡条204均整体滑动至第二主体202上。当然在其他实施方式中,两个卡条204可以整体分别滑动至两个第一主体201、203上,或者,一个卡条204整体滑动至第一主体201上,另一卡条204整体滑动至第二主体202上。
本实施例中,卡条204的横截面为U型,主体20夹持在卡条204的内腔中,可以方便卡条204与第一主体201或第二主体202之间的装配连接,可以直接将卡条204卡接在第一主体201、第二主体202的边缘处。此处,在其他实施方式中,第一主体及第二主体的端面上均设置有条形槽,卡条为杆状,且滑动设置在条形槽中,利用条形槽使得卡条可以在第一主体与第二主体之间进行滑动,以便将二者进行定位或者解除定位。
如图6所示,在本发明第三实施例提供的带柔性屏的终端中,该终端是在第一实施例上的进一步改进,此处仅对终端中与第一实施例不同之处进行详细 描述,其他与第一实施例相同的部分不再赘述。
在本实施例中,第一主体301上设置有挡板304,挡板304位于在主体20展开状态下第一主体301相对远离第二主体202的端部处,且自第一背面朝向远离第一正面的方向延伸设置。当主体处于折叠状态时,挡板304挡在弯折区323a远离第二主体202的一侧处。
利用挡板304可以将露在终端外侧的弯折区23a、23b进行遮挡,避免该弯折区23a、23b受外界物品挤压损伤或被刮伤。同时,利用挡板304可以在终端展开状态下形成拉手,便于使用者进行手持。两个第一主体301、303上可以均可以设置挡板304,或者仅其中仅其中一个第一主体301或303上设置挡板304。
作为优选,挡板304转动设置在第一主体301上,且与另一第一主体303可拆卸式固定连接。在终端处于折叠状态下时,挡板304可以将两个第一主体301、303进行连接,从而将终端锁定在折叠状态下,防止在折叠状态下使用时终端自行展开。
挡板304与另一第一主体303之间可以为卡扣连接,插接,或者通过磁吸进行连接。更具体地,挡板304可以与第一连接耳的端部进行可拆卸式固定连接,通过第一连接耳来实现挡板304与第一主体301、303之间的连接。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,包括可折叠的主体及柔性屏,所述柔性屏设置在所述主体上且能够随所述主体折叠及展开;
    当所述主体处于展开状态时,所述柔性屏位于所述主体的一侧表面;当所述主体处于折叠状态时,所述主体呈三层结构,所述柔性屏的一部分裸露在所述主体外,另一部分折叠在所述主体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述主体包括两个第一主体及一第二主体;所述第二主体的两端分别转动连接至两个所述第一主体;所述柔性屏设置在两个所述第一主体及第二主体的表面;
    当所述主体处于展开状态时,所述柔性屏位于两个所述第一主体及第二主体的同一侧表面;当所述主体处于折叠状态时,所述第二主体层叠在两个所述第一主体之间;所述柔性屏位于一所述第一主体的部分裸露在所述主体外,所述柔性屏位于所述第二主体及另一所述第一主体的部分折叠在所述主体内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述第一主体具有相对的第一正面和第一背面,所述第二主体具有相对的第二正面和第二背面;
    所述柔性屏包括一体成型的两个第一固定区、两个弯折区及第二固定区;所述第二固定区的两端分别通过两所述弯折区连接至两所述第一固定区,两个所述第一固定区分别固定于两个所述第一正面,所述第二固定区固定于所述第二正面,所述弯折区位于所述第一主体与第二主体的连接处;
    当所述主体处于折叠状态时,所述第二主体层叠在两个所述第一主体之间;一所述第一主体的所述第一背面与所述第二背面相互朝向设置,且该所述第一主体上的所述第一固定区位于所述终端的外表面上;另一所述第一主体的所述第一正面与所述第二正面相互朝向设置,且另一所述第一主体上的第一固定区及所述第二固定区夹持在另一所述第一主体与所述第二主体之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述带柔性屏的终端还包括连接机构,所述第一主体与所述第二主体通过所述连接机构转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述第一主体与所述第二主体之间设置有两个所述转动机构,所述柔性屏位于两个所述连接机构之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括第一连接耳、第二连接耳及连接件,所述第一连接耳固定于所述第一主体,所述第二连接耳固定于所述第二主体,所述连接件的两端分别转动连接于所述第一连接耳和第二连接耳。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述连接件为连接片,所述连接片的转动轴向平行于自身厚度方向。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述第一连接耳上设置有第一连接缝,所述第二连接耳上设置有第二连接缝,所述连接片的两端分别转动设置在所述第一连接缝及所述第二连接缝中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,当所述主体处于展开状态下时,所述第一连接耳由所述第一主体朝向所述第二主体延伸设置,所述第二连接耳由所述第二主体朝向所述第一主体延伸设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述第一连接耳上远离所述第一主体的端面为弧面,
    所述第二连接耳上远离所述第二主体的端面为弧面。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述第一主体与所述第二主体之间连接有柔性电路板。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括卡接件,所述卡接件活动设置在所述主体上;所述卡接件用于将所述主体定位在展开状态。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述卡接件为卡条,所述卡条滑动设置在所述主体上;
    当所述主体处于展开状态下时,所述卡条的滑动方向为所述第二主体至所述第一主体的方向,所述卡条的两端分别位于所述第一主体和第二主体上;
    当所述主体处于折叠状态下时,所述卡条整体滑动至所述第一主体上或所述第二主体上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述卡条的横截面为U型,所述主体夹持在所述卡条的内腔中。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述第一主体及所述第二主体的端面上均设置有条形槽,所述卡条滑动设置在所述条形槽中。
  16. 根据权利要求2所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述第一主体上设置有挡板,所述挡板位于在所述主体展开状态下所述第一主体相对远离所述第二主体的端部处,且朝向所述第二主体延伸设置;
    当所述主体处于折叠状态时,所述挡板挡在所述柔性屏远离所述第二主体的一侧处。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述挡板转动设置在所述第一主体上,且与另一所述第一主体可拆卸式固定连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述挡板与另一所述第一主体之间为卡扣连接、或插接、或通过磁吸进行连接。
  19. 一种带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,包括主体及柔性屏,所述主体上设置有至少两个连接机构,以使所述主体能够折叠及展开;所述柔性屏设置在所述主体上且能够随所述主体折叠及展开;
    当所述主体处于折叠状态时,所述主体呈三层结构,所述柔性屏的一部分裸露在所述主体外,另一部分折叠在所述主体内。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的带柔性屏的终端,其特征在于,所述主体包括两个第一主体及一第二主体;两个所述第一主体分别铰接在所述第二主体的两端;
    所述第一主体与所述第二主体之间设置有两个所述转动机构,所述柔性屏位于两个所述连接机构之间。
