本申请要求于2019年08月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为2019214483284、申请名称为“移动终端保护装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及移动终端保护技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端保护装置。
随着技术的发展,出现了功能更为强大的可折叠的智能手机等移动终端。此种移动终端的可折叠的两个部分以及转轴处均可显示图像。
目前尚无可靠的保护装置对此种可折叠的移动终端在展开状态和折叠状态时进行保护。
实用新型内容
本申请的目的是提供一种移动终端保护装置,能对可折叠的移动终端进行保护。
本申请实施例提供一种移动终端保护装置,包括第一框体、第二框体、第一连接件和第二连接件;所述第一框体包括形成“匚”形的第一容纳空间的依次连接的第一边框、第二边框和第三边框;所述第二框体包括形成“匚”形的第二容纳空间的依次连接的第四边框、第五边框和第六边框,所述第一连接件连接在所述第一边框和所述第四边框之间,所述第二连接件连接在所述第三边框和所述第六边框之间,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件均为可弯折结构,以实现所述第一框体和所述第二框体之间的折叠和展开,所述第一容纳空间和所述第二容纳空间用于收容可折叠的移动终端。
通过设置第一框体、第二框体以及可弯折的第一连接件和第二连接件,能够将可折叠的移动终端收容,从而实现对可折叠的移动终端的保护,并且,由于保护装置是包覆在移动终端四周的框体结构,因此,第一框体和第二框体均不会遮挡移动终端显示画面,使得移动终端无论是折叠还是展开时的显示效果好。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接件包括第一端、主体部和第二端,所述第一端与所述第一边框的端部连接,所述第二端与所述第四边框的端部连接,所述主体部为弹性结构并连接在所述第一端和所述第二端之间,在所述第一边框的宽度方向上,所述主体部的宽度小于所述第一边框的宽度,以使所述第一边框和所述第四边框在所述主体部的位置形成第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于避免所述第四边框和所述第一边框折叠时的干涉。设置主体部的宽度比第一边框的宽度更小,能够使得第四边框和第一边框折叠时无干涉而能够紧贴,外观统一,对移动终端的保护效果好。
一种可能的实施方式中,在所述第一边框的宽度方向上,所述主体部的第一侧与所述第一边框的边沿平齐,与所述第一侧相对的第二侧形成所述第一凹槽,所述第四边框相对所述第一边框转动时,所述第一侧呈拉伸状,所述第二侧呈压缩状。使得折叠后的主体部的外侧轮廓与第一边框和第二边框圆滑过渡,外观统一。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第二侧开设有多个间隔设置的第二凹槽,相邻两个所述第二凹槽之间形成第一凸起部,当所述第一边框和所述第四边框相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个所述第一凸起部相向运动而使得所述第二凹槽的空间缩小。设置第二凹槽,能够使得第二侧的压力通过第二凹槽释放,减少第二侧被压缩时弹性过大而弹起脱离移动终端的风险。
一种可能的实施方式中,在所述第一边框的厚度方向上,所述第一侧设有多个间隔设置的第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部朝向所述第三边框突出,相邻的两个所述第二凸起部之间形成第三凹槽,当所述第一边框和所述第四边框相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个所述第二凸起部背向运动而使得所述第三凹槽的空间增大。设置第三凹槽,能够使得第一侧的拉力被释放,减少第一侧被拉伸时由于弹力过大而弹起脱离移动终端的风险。
一种可能的实施方式中,在所述第一边框的宽度方向上,所述第二凹槽和所述第三凹槽错开设置,所述第二凹槽对应所述第二凸起部,所述第三凹槽对应所述第一凸起部。错开设置第二凹槽和第三凹槽,能够保证主体部的结构强度,避免重叠设置时部分区域的宽度过窄而容易断裂。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接件包括第一连接板、第二连接板、第三连接板和桥接件,所述第一连接板与所述第一边框的端部连接,所述第二连接板与所述第四边框的端部连接,所述第三连接板设于所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板之间,所述第一连接板与所述第三连接板之间,以及所述第二连接板与所述第三连接板之间通过所述桥接件转动连接。通过多个连接板及桥接件实现可弯折结构,能够实现第一框体和第二框体之间的折叠,采用多个结构简单的连接板和桥接件,易于加工。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第三连接板的数量不小于两个,所述桥接件的数量不小于三个,所述桥接件还用于连接相邻的两个所述第三连接板。设置的第三连接板的数量越多,弯折时每相邻的两个板件之间的弯曲角度越小,使得第一连接件的整体外观突变更小,圆滑程度更好,与第一框体和第二框体之间形成的整体的外观统一。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接板与所述第三连接板的相对的端部呈半圆形,以及相邻的两个所述第三连接板相对的端部呈半圆形,使得两个连接板弯折时不会干涉。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接板和所述第三连接板相邻的一端均开设有通孔,所述桥接件与所述通孔配合而将所述第一连接板和所述第三连接板连接。通过桥接件与两个连接板的通孔配合实现两个连接板之间的弯折,结构简单。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述桥接件包括第一配合部、第二配合部和两个固定件,所述第一配合部和所述第二配合部分别设置在所述第一连接板的两侧,所述第一配合部和所述第二配合部开设有对应的连接孔,所述连接孔与所述第一连接板及所述第三连接板的通孔对应,所述固定件穿设在所述连接孔和所述通孔内而将所述第一配合部与所述第二配合部固定,且所述第一连接板和所述第三连接板分别与两个所述固定件转动连接。结构简单,易于安装。
一种可能的实施方式中,在所述第一边框的宽度方向上,所述第一配合部的宽度小于所述第一边框的宽度,以使所述第一边框和所述第四边框在所述第一配合部的位置形成第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于避免所述第四边框和所述第一边框折叠时的干涉。设置第一凹槽能够避免结构干涉,使得保护装置的外观统一,保护效果好。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一配合部的第一侧与所述第一边框的边沿平齐,与所述第 一侧相对的第二侧形成所述第一凹槽,所述第一配合部自所述第一侧向所述第二侧的尺寸逐渐缩小,以使相邻的两个所述第一配合部之间形成第二凹槽,当所述第四边框和所述第一边框相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个所述第一配合部的第二侧相向运动而使得所述第二凹槽的空间缩小。设置第二凹槽,能够使得相邻的第一配合部在弯折过程中不会干涉,使得第四边框和第一边框能够折叠。
一种可能的实施方式中,在所述第一边框的厚度方向上,所述第一侧设有延伸部,所述延伸部朝向所述第三边框突出。用于容纳移动终端的边框,以更好的保护移动终端。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一配合部设置在所述第一连接板背向所述第三边框的一侧,所述第一配合部背向所述第一连接板的表面贴设有遮挡部,所述遮挡部用于遮挡所述连接孔。将连接孔以及固定件遮挡,使得外观统一。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一边框朝向所述第一容纳空间的内侧设有固定件,所述固定件用于固定所述移动终端。
一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一边框的内侧的宽度方向的两个边沿设有突出的包围部,以使所述第一边框围合形成容纳槽,所述容纳槽用于收容所述移动终端的边框。

请参考图1,本申请实施例提供一种移动终端保护装置,包括第一框体10、第二框体20、第一连接件和第二连接件。第一框体10和第二框体20可以为金属材质或硅胶材质。第一连接件和第二连接件的结构可以相同或不同。图1的实施例示出的第一连接件和第二连接件结构相同,均采用附图标记30示之。
第一框体10包括形成“匚”形的第一容纳空间101的依次连接的第一边框11、第二边框12 和第三边框13。第二框体20包括形成“匚”形的第二容纳空间201的依次连接的第四边框21、第五边框22和第六边框23。换而言之,第一框体10为半包围的框架结构,第二框体20同样为半包围的框架结构。以第一框体10为例,第二框体20参照,一种实施例中,第一框体10为镂空结构,第一框体10未设置连接在第一边框11、第二边框12和第三边框13之间的板件。另一种实施例中,也可以在第一边框11、第二边框12和第三边框13之间设置透明膜。
第一连接件30连接在第一边框11和第四边框21之间,第二连接件30连接在第三边框13和第六边框23之间。
请结合图1和图3,第一连接件30和第二连接件30均为可弯折结构,以实现第一框体10和第二框体20之间的折叠和展开,第一容纳空间101和第二容纳空间201用于收容可折叠的移动终端。移动终端例如为智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器等。
移动终端可包括第一面板和第二面板,以及连接第一面板和第二面板的弯折部,弯折部通过内部的转轴实现弯折,转轴可以是铰链等可弯折结构。第一面板容纳在第一容纳空间101,第二面板容纳在第二容纳空间201,弯折部的位置对应第一连接件30和第二连接件30,弯折部中的转轴的轴线(即弯折过程的中心线,弯折部为以此中心线中心的对称分布结构)为第一连接件30和第二连接件30的中心的连线,即图1中的虚线M。
第一面板和第二面板上均可设置显示屏,显示屏例如为可弯折的OLED显示屏。并且,第一面板和第二面板的相背的两个表面均可设置显示屏。弯折部也可以设置显示屏,使得第一面板和第二面板展开为一个平面时,第一面板和第二面板以及连接的弯折部形成一体式显示屏。第一面板和第二面板折叠时,第一面板和第二面板上的显示屏还可单独显示。
通过设置第一框体10、第二框体20以及可弯折的第一连接件30和第二连接件30,能够将可折叠的移动终端收容,从而实现对可折叠的移动终端的保护,并且,由于保护装置是包覆在移动终端四周的框体结构,因此,第一框体10和第二框体20均不会遮挡移动终端显示画面,使得移动终端无论是折叠还是展开时的显示效果好。
一种实施例中,请参考图1,第一连接件30与第一边框11和第二边框21可为一体式结构,也可以为可拆卸的分体式结构。
一种实施例中,请参考图1,第一边框11朝向第一容纳空间101的内侧设有固定件115,固定件115例如为双面胶,固定件115也可以为磁条(具有磁性的条状结构),磁条结构可以吸附终端的金属边框,固定件115用于固定移动终端。第一框体10的三条边框,以及第二框体20的三条边框共六条边框,可以在其中任意一条或者多条边框设置固定件115。设置固定件115,能够将移动终端与本实施例的保护装置连接的更紧密,保护效果好。
第一边框11的内侧为朝向第一容纳空间101的一侧,当第一容纳空间101收容有移动终端时,第一边框11的宽度方向为垂直于移动终端的显示面的方向。此说明在后续叙述时同样引用。一种实施例中,请参考图1,第一边框11的内侧的宽度方向W的两个边沿设有突出的包围部,即包围部116和包围部117,以使第一边框11围合形成容纳槽105,从而使得第一边框11的横截面形成“匚”形,开口朝向第一容纳空间101。容纳槽105用于收容移动终端的边框。设置两个包围部116、117形成容纳槽105,以收容移动终端的边框,能够对移动终端有更好的保护效果。
一种实施例中,第一框体10和第二框体20上还可开设与移动终端的外接接口对应的通孔, 以便于与外接设备连接。例如,第一框体10的第三边框13上开设有第一通孔102,第一通孔102对应于移动终端的USB或Type-C接口。第二框体20的第六边框23开设有第二通孔202,第二通孔202可以对应移动终端的音量调节按键。当然,还可以有其他的通孔,与移动终端的各种接口对应,也可以设置装饰孔等,不再枚举。
一种实施例中,第一框体10和第二框体20的尺寸不同,换而言之,第一容纳空间101和第二容纳空间201的容积不同。如图1所示,第一框体10的尺寸大于第二框体20的尺寸。结合图1和图3,第一框体10和第二框体20相对折叠时,第四边框21与第一边框11重叠,第六边框23与第三边框13重叠,第五边框22位于第一容纳空间101内而与第二边框12具有间隔距离。
另一种实施例中,第一框体10和第二框体20的尺寸相同,折叠时,第一框体10和第二框体20的三个边框均重合。
下面对第一连接件的结构进行说明,第二连接件参照即可。
一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,第一连接件30包括主体部31、第一端32和第二端33。第一端32与第一边框11的端部111连接,第二端33与第四边框21的端部211连接,主体部31连接在第一端32和第二端33之间。
其中,第一端32的形状可以与第一边框11的形状对应(二者可以相同,或者二者对接之处形成一体化的圆滑过度),从而使得第一边框11到第一连接件30圆滑过渡,外观统一。当第一连接件30与第一边框11为可拆卸结构时,第一端32与第一边框11的端部111的连接方式可以为粘接、卡接等。第二端33与第二边框21的连接与此类似,参照即可。
请参考图1和图2,主体部31为一体成型的结构,例如通过软胶一体成型。主体部31具有弹性形变的能力,外力作用下可伸展或压缩,因此本申请定义主体部31为弹性结构。一种实施方式中,主体部31可以通过软性材质一体成型制成,如主体部31的材质为硅胶。其它实施方式中,主体部31也可以采用其它具有弹性形变能力的结构实现,如使用类似弹簧的结构。主体部31形成第一连接件30的中部,且连接在第一端32和第二端33之间。第一端32和第二端33可以与主体部31为一体式结构,第一端32和第二端33与主体部31可以为同样的材质,例如,三者都是硅胶材质。第一端32和第二端33与主体部31也可以为不同的材质,例如第一端32和第二端33为刚性材质,例如钢片,而主体部31为柔性(或作软性)材质,例如硅胶,这种情况下,第一端32和第二端33与主体部31之间也可以通过一体成型的方式制成,当然也可以将通过热熔等其它固定方式将主体部31固定连接在第一端32和第二端33之间。
请参考图1和图2,在第一边框11的宽度方向W上,主体部31的宽度小于第一边框11的宽度,以使第一边框11和第四边框21在主体部31的位置形成第一凹槽301,第一凹槽301用于避免第四边框21和第一边框11相对弯折(或折叠)时的干涉。
请参考图2并结合图3,如果主体部31的宽度和第一边框11的宽度相同而不形成第一凹槽301,第四边框21朝向第一边框11折叠时,折叠的一侧的主体部31会被压力压的扭曲变形,且第四边框21和第一边框11的同侧(图2中示出的上方一侧)侧边由于干涉而无法紧贴,折叠处的第一连接件30及部分第一边框11和第二边框21从移动终端脱离,不仅外观不统一,还可能导致折叠处的移动终端失去保护而易被损坏。因此,设置主体部31的宽度比第一边框 11的宽度更小,能够使得第四边框21和第一边框11折叠时无干涉而能够紧贴,外观统一,对移动终端的保护效果好。
一种实施例中,参考图1和图2,在第一边框11的宽度方向W上,主体部31的第一侧305(图2中第一边框11的下方一侧)与第一边框11的边沿平齐,与第一侧305相对的第二侧306形成第一凹槽301。第四边框21相对第一边框11转动时,第一侧305呈拉伸状,第二侧306呈压缩状。设置主体部31的一侧与第一边框11的边沿平齐,结合图4,使得折叠后的主体部31的外侧轮廓与第一边框11和第二边框21圆滑过渡,外观统一。
一种实施例中,请参考图2和图4,第二侧306开设有多个间隔设置的第二凹槽302,相邻两个第二凹槽302之间形成第一凸起部34。当第一边框11和第四边框21相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个第一凸起部34相向运动而使得第二凹槽302的空间缩小。当第一边框11和第四边框21相对折叠时,主体部31的第二侧306被压缩,设置第二凹槽302,能够使得第二侧306的压力通过第二凹槽302释放,减少第二侧306被压缩时弹性过大而弹起脱离移动终端的风险。
一种实施例中,请参考图1、图2和图4,第一边框11的厚度方向T为垂直于第一边框11的宽度的方向,即第一边框11的厚度方向T为第二边框12的延伸方向。在第一边框11的厚度方向上,第一侧305设有多个间隔设置的第二凸起部35。
第二凸起部35朝向第三边框13突出,相邻的两个第二凸起部35之间形成第三凹槽303。当第一边框11和第四边框21相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个第二凸起部35背向运动而使得第三凹槽303的空间增大。
第三凹槽303可部分延伸至在第一边框11的宽度方向W的边沿,即第一侧305的与第一边框11平齐的边沿上具有第三凹槽303的部分。当第一边框11和第二边框21相对折叠时,主体部31的第一侧305被拉伸。设置第三凹槽303,能够使得第一侧305的拉力被释放,减少第一侧305被拉伸时由于弹力过大而弹起脱离移动终端的风险。
一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,在第一边框11的宽度方向W上,第二凹槽302和第三凹槽303错开设置,第二凹槽302对应第二凸起部35,第三凹槽303对应第一凸起部34。错开设置第二凹槽302和第三凹槽303,能够保证主体部31的结构强度,避免重叠设置时部分区域的宽度过窄而容易断裂。第二凸起部35与第一边框11的包围部对应,由于包覆在移动终端的边框。
一种实施例中,第二凹槽302和第三凹槽303的形状为弧形,避免在第二凹槽302和第三凹槽303的位置形成应力集中,主体部31由于应力集中而容易断裂的风险。
另一种实施例中,请参考图5至图9,第一连接件40包括第一连接板41、第二连接板42、第三连接板43和桥接件。
第一连接板41与第一边框11的端部111连接,第二连接板42与第四边框21的端部211连接。第二连接板42的结构与第一连接板41的结构可以相同,后续对第一连接板41进行介绍,第二连接板42参照即可。
第三连接板43设于第一连接板41和第二连接板42之间。第一连接板41与第三连接板43之间,以及第二连接板42与第三连接板43之间通过桥接件转动连接。
不同于图2中实施例的弹性结构的一体式结构的主体部31的结构,本实施例的第一连接 件40通过多个连接板及桥接件实现可弯折结构,也能够实现第一框体10和第二框体20之间的折叠,采用多个结构简单的连接板和桥接件,易于加工。
本实施例中,各个连接板和桥接件的材质优选为金属,第一框体10和第二框体20的材质亦优选为金属。
一种实施例中,请参考图6、图8和图9,第三连接板43的数量不小于两个,桥接件的数量不小于三个,桥接件还用于连接相邻的两个第三连接板43。设置的第三连接板43的数量越多,弯折时每相邻的两个板件之间的弯曲角度越小,使得第一连接件40的整体外观突变更小,圆滑程度更好,与第一框体10和第二框体20之间形成的整体的外观统一。
一种实施例中,请参考图9,第一连接板41和第三连接板43相邻的一端均开设有通孔,即第一连接板41开设有通孔411,第三连接板43开设有通孔431。桥接件与通孔411和通孔431配合而将第一连接板41和第三连接板43连接。通过桥接件与两个连接板的通孔配合实现两个连接板之间的弯折,结构简单。
第一连接板41上还可设通孔412,通孔412用于与第一边框11连接配合,以实现第一连接板41与第一边框11的固定。
一种实施例中,第一连接板41与第三连接板43的相对的端部呈半圆形,以及相邻的两个第三连接板43相对的端部呈半圆形。当第一连接板41与第三连接板43相对弯折时,第一连接板41和第三连接板43的相对的端部可能会抵触而干涉,故设置两个连接板相对的端部呈半圆形,使得两个连接板弯折时不会干涉。
一种实施例中,请参考图9,桥接件包括第一配合部441、第二配合部45和两个固定件46。
第一配合部441和第二配合部45分别设置在第一连接板41的两侧,第一配合部441和第二配合部45开设有对应的连接孔443、452,连接孔443、452与第一连接板41及第三连接板43的通孔411、431对应。固定件46穿设在连接孔443、452和通孔411、431内而将第一配合部441与第二配合部45固定,且第一连接板41和第三连接板43分别与两个固定件46转动连接。
连接孔443可为通孔,连接孔452可为螺纹孔,固定件46为螺栓。第二配合部45上可设凸台451,连接孔452设置在凸台451上,可使得固定件46与第二配合部45固定的更稳固。将第一配合部441和第二配合部45安装完毕后,第一连接板41与其中一个固定件46转动连接,第三连接板43与另一个固定件46转动连接,从而实现第一连接板41和第三连接板43之间的弯折,结构简单,易于安装。
为了更稳定的固定第一配合部441和第二配合部45,第一配合部441和第二配合部45开设有对应的连接孔443、452的数量可为三个及以上,其中,两个连接孔分别与连接板上的通孔对应,其余的连接孔用于固定第一配合部441和第二配合部45。
一种实施例中,请参考图5和图6,在第一边框11的宽度方向W(宽度方向的定义参照前述说明,可参考图1中的附图标记)上,第一配合部441的宽度小于第一边框11的宽度,以使第一边框11和第四边框21在第一配合部441的位置形成第一凹槽401。结合图7和图8,第一凹槽401用于避免第四边框21和第一边框11折叠时的干涉。与前述的实施例类似,设置第一凹槽401能够避免结构干涉,使得保护装置的外观统一,保护效果好。
一种实施例中,请参考图5至图8,第一配合部441的第一侧(与前述的主体部31的第一侧305对应)与第一边框11的边沿平齐,与第一侧相对的第二侧(与前述的主体部31的第二侧306对应)形成第一凹槽401。第一配合部441自第一侧向第二侧的尺寸逐渐缩小,以使相邻的两个第一配合部441之间形成第二凹槽402。当第四边框21和第一边框11相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个第一配合部441的第二侧相向运动而使得第二凹槽402的空间缩小。设置第二凹槽402,能够使得相邻的第一配合部441在弯折过程中不会干涉,使得第四边框21和第一边框11能够折叠。
一种实施例中,请参考图5和图6,在第一边框11的厚度方向T(厚度方向的定义参照前述说明,可参考图1中的附图标记)上,第一侧设有延伸部442,延伸部442朝向第三边框13突出。延伸部442用于与第一边框11的包围部对应,用于容纳移动终端的边框,以更好的保护移动终端。
一种实施例中,请参考图6和图9,第一配合部441设置在第一连接板41背向第三边框13的一侧,第一配合部331背向第一连接板41的表面贴设有遮挡部47,遮挡部47用于遮挡连接孔443。遮挡部47可以为粘贴膜,将连接孔443以及固定件46遮挡,使得外观统一。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于申请所涵盖的范围。
Claims (17)
- 一种移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,包括第一框体、第二框体、第一连接件和第二连接件;所述第一框体包括形成“匚”形的第一容纳空间的依次连接的第一边框、第二边框和第三边框;所述第二框体包括形成“匚”形的第二容纳空间的依次连接的第四边框、第五边框和第六边框,所述第一连接件连接在所述第一边框和所述第四边框之间,所述第二连接件连接在所述第三边框和所述第六边框之间,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件均为可弯折结构,以实现所述第一框体和所述第二框体之间的折叠和展开,所述第一容纳空间和所述第二容纳空间用于收容可折叠的移动终端。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括第一端、主体部和第二端,所述第一端与所述第一边框的端部连接,所述第二端与所述第四边框的端部连接,所述主体部为一体成型的弹性结构并连接在所述第一端和所述第二端之间。
- 如权利要求2所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,在所述第一边框的宽度方向上,所述主体部的宽度小于所述第一边框的宽度,以使所述第一边框和所述第四边框在所述主体部的位置形成第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于避免所述第四边框和所述第一边框折叠时的干涉。
- 如权利要求3所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,在所述第一边框的宽度方向上,所述主体部的第一侧与所述第一边框的边沿平齐,与所述第一侧相对的第二侧形成所述第一凹槽,所述第四边框相对所述第一边框转动时,所述第一侧呈拉伸状,所述第二侧呈压缩状。
- 如权利要求4所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第二侧开设有多个间隔设置的第二凹槽,相邻两个所述第二凹槽之间形成第一凸起部,当所述第一边框和所述第四边框相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个所述第一凸起部相向运动而使得所述第二凹槽的空间缩小。
- 如权利要求5所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,在所述第一边框的厚度方向上,所述第一侧设有多个间隔设置的第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部朝向所述第三边框突出,相邻的两个所述第二凸起部之间形成第三凹槽,当所述第一边框和所述第四边框相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个所述第二凸起部背向运动而使得所述第三凹槽的空间增大。
- 如权利要求6所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,在所述第一边框的宽度方向上,所述第二凹槽和所述第三凹槽错开设置,所述第二凹槽对应所述第二凸起部,所述第三凹槽对应所述第一凸起部。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括第一连接板、第二连接板、第三连接板和桥接件,所述第一连接板与所述第一边框的端部连接,所述第二连接板与所述第四边框的端部连接,所述第三连接板设于所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板之间,所述第一连接板与所述第三连接板之间,以及所述第二连接板与所述第三连接板之间通过所述桥接件转动连接。
- 如权利要求8所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接板与所述第三连接板的相对的端部呈半圆形,以及相邻的两个所述第三连接板相对的端部呈半圆形。
- 如权利要求8所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接板和所述第三连接板相邻的一端均开设有通孔,所述桥接件与所述通孔配合而将所述第一连接板和所述第三连接板连接。
- 如权利要求10所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述桥接件包括第一配合部、第二配合部和两个固定件,所述第一配合部和所述第二配合部分别设置在所述第一连接板的两侧,所述第一配合部和所述第二配合部开设有对应的连接孔,所述连接孔与所述第一连接板及所述第三连接板的通孔对应,所述固定件穿设在所述连接孔和所述通孔内而将所述第一配合部与所述第二配合部固定,且所述第一连接板和所述第三连接板分别与两个所述固定件转动连接。
- 如权利要求11所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,在所述第一边框的宽度方向上,所述第一配合部的宽度小于所述第一边框的宽度,以使所述第一边框和所述第四边框在所述第一配合部的位置形成第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于避免所述第四边框和所述第一边框折叠时的干涉。
- 如权利要求12所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一配合部的第一侧与所述第一边框的边沿平齐,与所述第一侧相对的第二侧形成所述第一凹槽,所述第一配合部自所述第一侧向所述第二侧的尺寸逐渐缩小,以使相邻的两个所述第一配合部之间形成第二凹槽,当所述第四边框和所述第一边框相对转动而折叠时,相邻的两个所述第一配合部的第二侧相向运动而使得所述第二凹槽的空间缩小。
- 如权利要求13所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,在所述第一边框的厚度方向上,所述第一侧设有延伸部,所述延伸部朝向所述第三边框突出。
- 如权利要求11所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一配合部设置在所述第一连接板背向所述第三边框的一侧,所述第一配合部背向所述第一连接板的表面贴设有遮挡部,所述遮挡部用于遮挡所述连接孔。
- 如权利要求1至15任一项所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一边框朝向所述第一容纳空间的内侧设有固定件,所述固定件用于固定所述移动终端。
- 如权利要求1至15任一项所述的移动终端保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一边框的内侧的宽度方向的两个边沿设有突出的包围部,以使所述第一边框围合形成容纳槽,所述容纳槽用于收容所述移动终端的边框。
