此外本发明优选的是,所述洗衣店内的部分设备是内容播放设备,接收内容数据的发布并进行向来店者提供视听环境的服务,所述服务器还具有内容数据管理部,管理提供给顾客的内容数据,所述服务器通过所述顾客定制应对信息生成部,从所述内容数据管理部提取与个人信息相应的内容数据,并将包括该内容数据的顾客定制应对信息发送给所述店铺控制器,该店铺控制器通过所述顾客定制应对处理部,使所述设备按每个顾客播放内容数据。
此外本发明优选的是,所述洗衣店内的另一部分设备是洗衣设备,所述店铺控制器通过所述洗衣设备的操作,获取使用时间并发送给所述服务器,所述服务器根据所述使用时间进行内容数据的提取/编辑。
此外本发明优选的是,所述信息管理装置是存储使用者特定信息并且与所述店铺控制器之间能进行通信的移动信息终端,并具有:注册请求部,通过所述店铺控制器所拥有的注册受理部,请求所述服务器注册个人信息,以及内容接收部,通过所述店铺控制器的顾客定制应对处理部,接收按每个顾客进行的内容数据的发布。
发明效果
根据以上说明的本发明,由于根据从信息记录装置获取的使用者特定信息,从服务器提取与每个顾客相符的信息并使设备工作,因而在服务单一的洗衣店中,能进行以往没有的个性化应对服务。
此外,根据切换洗衣设备的引导模式的本发明,洗衣设备与顾客相匹配地,以与国籍相应的引导语言、与年龄相应的引导显示大小、推荐程序进行引导,对于顾客而言变得容易使用。
此外,根据按使用者切换内容数据的本发明,由于能在等待期间提供适合顾客的视听环境,因此能给顾客提供舒适的等待时间。
此外,只要根据洗衣设备的使用时间提取内容数据,就能提供相对于等待时间不会过量或不足的内容。
此外,只要使用移动信息终端,就能在等待期间进行注册,即使多人在洗衣店中也能进行按每个顾客进行应对的内容发布。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示本发明的一实施方式的洗衣店系统的系统概要的概念图。
该洗衣店系统包括:多个洗衣设备2…(洗衣机、干衣机),设置于在街上等经营的洗衣店1;以及店铺控制器3,按每个洗衣店1设置,并与设置于洗衣店1内的多个洗衣设备2以可通信的方式连接。进而,该洗衣店系统具备管理用服务器5,能经由通信网4(例如,公用线路网)与洗衣店1的店铺控制器3进行通信。需要说明的是,与服务器5可通信的洗衣店1的店铺控制器3存在于多个洗衣店。
洗衣设备2如图2所示,除了操作受理部21之外,还具备显示装置22、语音装置23,具有根据操作来通过显示装置22、语音装置23进行引导的功能。
店铺控制器3具有定期确认设置于洗衣店1的多个洗衣设备2…的运转状况,并根据需要将运转状况等发送至使用中的会员的移动信息终端(智能手机、 移动计算机等)6,并将使用者特定信息ID发送给服务器5的功能。
服务器5具有由个人信息管理部31管理进行了会员注册的个人信息,并在接收到会员的使用者特定信息ID时,将其储存并用于各种服务的功能。
在这样的普通洗衣店系统中,当洗衣设备2的引导模式单一时,例如对于语言不同的人而言无法理解操作方法等,或者,作为等待时间对策内容仅仅在洗衣店1内设置电视等的话,内容片面且单一,那么对于在较长时间的期间内被一个劲地播放的使用者而言未免太过无聊。
因此,本实施方式在洗衣设备2中具有多个引导模式,并且在洗衣店1内设置独立于洗衣设备2的显示设备24、语音设备25,并在店铺控制器3中以多个模式准备了图像数据、语音数据以便能以多种语言进行店内广播。另一方面,事先设置为能通过服务器5按使用者来生成顾客定制应对信息。而且,在使用者使用作为信息记录装置的移动信息终端6、信息记录卡(IC卡、预付卡等磁卡)7想要使用洗衣设备2…时,根据使用者特定信息ID,个人的信息查询经由店铺控制器3被发送给服务器5,服务器5根据预先注册的个人信息,使得洗衣店1内的设备22~25等的引导变为适合顾客的语音、显示大小,或者使通过洗衣店1内的显示设备24、语音设备25播放的内容变得适合顾客,或者使发布的电影、音乐等服务变成适合顾客的内容。
图2是表示为了实现该目的的结构的功能框图。洗衣设备2是设置于洗衣店1内的洗衣机、干衣机,除了操作受理部21之外,还具备上述的显示装置22、语音装置23,具有菜单、对操作流程进行引导的功能,并且,在引导模式保持部24中,具备按语言的引导模式,对于显示大小而言具备大、中、小引导模式,对于速度而言具备快、中、慢引导模式。此外,洗衣设备2…具有运转时间检查部27。该运转时间检查部27具有通过使用者对洗衣设备2…的操作来获取洗衣机、干衣机的使用时间,并将该使用时间和使用者特定信息ID一起发送给店铺控制器3的功能。
店铺控制器3除了随使用者特定信息ID一起受理使用者的使用的受理部31之外,还具备:查询部32,根据使用者特定信息ID向服务器3查询后述的个人信息;以及顾客定制应对处理部33,在从服务器5接收到了顾客定制应对信息的情况下切换洗衣设备2…中相应的设备的模式或发布内容信息。
顾客定制应对处理部33根据引导模式的选择信息,向相应的洗衣设备2…输出引导模式信息,或者对作为洗衣店1内的内容播放设备的显示装置24、语音装置25切换店内广播用的语言并输出图像数据、语音数据。
服务器5除了查询受理部51,还具备个人信息受理部52、个人信息管理部53、内容数据管理部54、以及顾客定制应对信息生成部55。
查询受理部51从店铺控制器3的查询部32受理与使用者特定信息ID相伴的查询请求,并从个人信息管理部53提取与使用者特定信息ID关联的个人信息。
在个人信息管理部53中,注册、管理有预先由个人信息受理部52受理了注册请求的个人信息。个人信息包括如图3的(a)所示的住址、年龄、性别、国籍、家庭成员、兴趣等。注册通过网络、或从移动信息终端6、或通过纸介质被受理,发行的使用者特定信息ID被记录到信息记录卡7、移动信息终端6等信息记录装置中。此外,注册时,如图3的(b)所示,作为希望发布的内容,受理音乐、电影、电视剧这些内容信息的注册。
个人信息管理部53注册、管理上述的个人信息作为与使用者特定信息ID关联的档案。
内容数据管理部54如图3的(b)所示,将音乐、电影、电视剧、广告等内容数据与语言、年龄、男女等属性信息以及播放时间关联起来进行管理。
顾客定制应对信息生成部55如图4的(a)、(b)所示,具有与国籍和语言、年龄和显示大小/引导速度等关联的表格,并设置如下算法:生成与提取的个人信息相应的引导模式的选择信息。例如,当国籍为日本且年龄为30~50时,生成语言为日语,显示大小为中,显示、语音的速度为中的选择信息。此外,当国籍为美国、年龄为55岁时,生成语言为英语,显示大小为大,显示、语音的速度为慢的选择信息。此外,设置如下算法:在提取的使用者希望发布图3的(b)所示的内容的情况下,从内容数据管理部54提取/编辑预先注册的内容信息当中与使用者的属性、运转时间相应的内容,并生成发布数据。例如,在使用者想要音乐,并且运转时间为1小时的情况下,从与年龄、性别关联的乐曲中提取、编辑乐曲数据。
在移动信息终端6中,通过预先下载服务提供应用程序,加入会员注册请求部61、访问受理部62、以及内容接收部63的功能。
会员注册请求部61能将从会员注册开始到结束的流程显示到画面上,通过店铺控制器3或直接通过与服务器5的信息收发,利用等待期间等注册上述的个人信息、内容信息等。
访问受理部62设置为:除了随着持有该移动信息终端6的使用者走进洗衣店1内,店铺控制器3向服务器5查询使用者特定信息ID并从服务器5获取顾客定制应对信息,并将与语言、年龄等相应的引导反映到显示设备24、语音设备25之外,还能提供推荐信息、服务信息等。
只要使用移动信息终端6,即使多人在洗衣店1中,也能按每个顾客来接收内容的发布。
需要说明的是,具备如下功能:当洗衣设备的运转于电影、电视剧的中途结束时,服务器5能将日志信息记录到个人信息管理部53的使用者特定信息ID的记录中,下次进店时能使用日志信息继续进行数据发布。
图5是表示本系统中洗衣设备2所执行的流程的流程图,图6是表示店铺控制器3所执行的流程的流程图,图7是表示服务器5所执行的流程的流程图。
在洗衣设备2中,当在步骤S1中开始使用设备后,在步骤S2a中获取使用者特定信息ID,在步骤S2b中检查运转时间,在步骤S3中将它们发送给店铺控制器4,在步骤S4中进入答复等待。
店铺控制器3在步骤S11中处于等待受理的状态,当被洗衣设备2呼叫时,在步骤S12中使用接收到的使用者特定信息ID和运转时间对服务器5发出查询请求。
服务器5在步骤S21中处于等待查询的状态,当有查询请求时,在步骤S22中查询受理部52将受理该查询请求并从个人信息管理部53提取个人信息,在步骤S23中顾客定制应对信息生成部55生成引导模式的选择信息,并返回店铺控制器3。当店铺控制器3在步骤S13中接收到该选择信息时,在步骤S14中将接收到的引导模式的选择信息送入相应的洗衣设备2…。
洗衣设备2在步骤S4中接收到答复后,在步骤S5中将内部设定切换至引 导模式保持部26当中相应的引导模式。
由此,以适合使用洗衣设备2的使用者的语言、显示大小等方式进行引导,避免因语言不同导致无法理解的不便、因高齢导致的难以看清显示等这些不便。
另一方面,服务器5在步骤S23之后在步骤S24中判断个人信息当中是否有内容注册信息,在“是”的情况下,在后面的步骤S25中,顾客应对信息生成部55根据规定的算法从内容数据管理部54提取相应的内容数据,在步骤S26中发布给店铺控制器3。
店铺控制器3在步骤S14之后为了分发内容而待机,当从服务器5接收到在步骤S24中没有内容请求的意思时结束处理,但是当从服务器5接收到在步骤S26中发布的内容数据时,在步骤S17中向作为内容播放设备的上述显示设备24、语音设备25、移动信息终端6发布内容数据,使内容播放,完成工作。
因此,位于洗衣店的使用者能在等待期间享受符合自己的爱好的电影、音乐、电视剧等。
如上所述,本洗衣店系统与现有的洗衣店的统一的服务环境不同,能有效地构建适合每个使用者的使用方便的引导环境、与等待期间的使用者的爱好相符的视听环境。
而且,随着这样的对于顾客的便利性的提高,能实现与其他店的差别化、并增加客流量。
此外,由于能发布适合使用者的推荐信息、广告,因此还可以活用于更高效的店铺经営。
以上,虽然对本发明的一实施方式进行了说明,但是各部分的具体结构不局限于上述的实施方式,可以在不脱离本发明的技术精神的范围内进行各种变形。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种洗衣店系统,其特征在于,具有:
    服务器;
    多台设备,配备于洗衣店,用于引导、服务等顾客应对;以及
    店铺控制器,能在与所述服务器以及所述设备之间收发数据,
    所述店铺控制器构成为管控所述洗衣店的设备的工作,并且,
    所述店铺控制器具有查询部,从来店者所拥有的信息记录装置获取使用者特定信息并查询服务器,
    所述服务器具有:个人信息管理部,管理与使用者特定信息关联的个人信息;以及顾客定制应对信息生成部,根据来自所述店铺控制器的查询,生成与提取自所述个人信息管理部的个人信息相应的顾客定制应对信息,并发送给所述店铺控制器,
    所述店铺控制器还具有顾客定制应对处理部,根据从所述服务器接收的顾客定制应对信息,使所述设备按每个顾客进行工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣店系统,其特征在于,
    所述洗衣店内的部分设备是以多个引导模式进行工作的洗衣设备,
    所述服务器通过所述顾客定制应对信息生成部,生成与个人信息相应的包括引导模式的选择信息的顾客定制应对信息,并发送给所述店铺控制器,该店铺控制器通过所述顾客定制应对处理部,根据所述选择信息使所述设备按每个顾客的引导模式进行工作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣店系统,其特征在于,
    所述洗衣店内的部分设备是内容播放设备,接收内容数据的发布并进行向来店者提供视听环境的服务,
    所述服务器还具有内容数据管理部,管理提供给顾客的内容数据,
    所述服务器通过所述顾客定制应对信息生成部,从所述内容数据管理部提 取与个人信息相应的内容数据,并将包括该内容数据的顾客定制应对信息发送给所述店铺控制器,该店铺控制器通过所述顾客定制应对处理部,使所述设备按每个顾客播放内容数据。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣店系统,其特征在于,
    所述洗衣店内的另一部分设备是洗衣设备,
    所述店铺控制器通过所述洗衣设备的操作,获取使用时间并发送给所述服务器,所述服务器根据所述使用时间进行内容数据的提取/编辑。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的洗衣店系统,其特征在于,
    所述信息管理装置是存储使用者特定信息并且与所述店铺控制器之间能进行通信的移动信息终端,并具有:注册请求部,通过所述店铺控制器所拥有的注册受理部,请求所述服务器注册个人信息;以及内容接收部,通过所述店铺控制器的顾客定制应对处理部,接收按每个顾客进行的内容数据的发布。
