Description

多功能组合锅 技术领域
本发明关于烹调器皿,其特征是通过一连接结构将至少两个相同功能或不同功能的器皿组合起来使用,以便于在一个烹煮设备上通过所述多功能组合锅实现分开调理食物的理念。
背景技术
按照亚洲地区惯用的蒸、煮、焖、涮、炸、煎、烤、炒等食物烹调手法,需准备各种不同形状的烹调器皿以因应之,久而久之,家庭中常备的烹调器皿愈来愈多,但因为选用上的不方便,以至于各器皿的使用率却愈来愈低。另外,外食人口增加,许多餐厅业者以提供餐桌上自由烹煮或烧烤的经营模式来吸引食客。然而,食材和烹调方式是多样化的,如何在一个平面空间有限的餐桌上提供各种烹调器皿和烹煮设备,则是餐厅业者所面临的挑战。
为了解决上述问题,市面上出现一种复合式烹调器皿,一边是供煎、烤、拌炒专用的盘器,另一边则是供蒸、煮、焖专用的锅具。这种复合式烹调器皿实现了在一个烹煮设备上以不同手法分开调理不同食物的理念。然而,复合式烹调器皿的盘器与锅具是一体的结构,两者不可分开,以至于在使用上还是有很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明针对先前技术中所提到的复合式烹调器皿因盘器与锅具为一体结构而产生使用限制的问题提出的多功能组合锅。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种多功能组合锅,包含一第一器皿和一第二器皿,所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿分别具有一并合面,所述第一器皿的并合面具有一第一连接结构,所述第二器皿的并合面具有一第二连接结构;所述第一连接结构与所述第二连接结构可相对结合或分离,通过所述第一连接结构和所述第二连接结构的结合,将所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿以所述的并合面相对并合起来,且并合后的第一器皿和第二器皿的底面保持相同水平。
进一步地,所述第一器皿为盘器,所述第二器皿为锅具。
进一步地,所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿均为盘器。
进一步地,所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿均为锅具。
进一步地,所述第一连接结构和第二连接结构分别为能够相互嵌合的槽与凸块。
进一步地,所述第一连接结构和第二连接结构分别为鸠尾槽和鸠尾块。
进一步地,所述并合面为垂直平面。
进一步地,所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿均具有向外凸伸的把手。
进一步地,所述把手为环绕所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿的周部且向外平展的结构。
进一步地,所述多功能组合锅更包含一能够盖合于所述第一器皿或所述第二器皿的盖体,所述盖体具有一持拿部和一通气孔;所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿均具有承托所述盖体的支托部。
相较于先前技术本发明的有益功效如下:
本发明多功能组合锅通过所述连接结构将至少两个相同功能或不同功能的器皿组合起来使用,以便于在一个烹煮设备上通过所述多功能组合锅实现不同烹调方式且分开调理食物的目的。
本发明多功能组合锅实现了在一个烹煮设备上进行多样化烹调的目的。
所述连接结构使所述第一器皿和第二器皿的组合和分离容易操作。
所述连接结构使所述第一器皿和第二器皿的并合稳定。
所述连接结构使所述第一器皿和第二器皿可以并合使用,也可以分离单独使用。
本发明多功能组合锅可按食材和烹调需求选择性的组合第一器皿和第二器皿。在第一器皿为盘器,第二器皿为锅具的组合实施例中,可在所述盘器上进行食材的煎、烤、拌、抄,可在所述锅具中进行蒸、煮、涮、炸。在第一器皿和第二器皿均为盘器或锅具的组合实施例中,仍然可以进行不同的食材和方式烹调。
所述的盖体附盖于第一器皿或第二器皿上,所述第一器皿和第二器皿不论为盘或锅具均可以进行食材的焖煮。
本发明多功能组合锅适用一般家庭及营业餐厅。特别是营业餐厅于平面空间有限的餐桌上透过多功能组合锅的使用可接受多样化食材和多样化烹煮。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1,本发明多功能组合锅,包含一第一器皿10和一第二器皿20,所述第一器皿10和所述第二器皿20分别具有一垂直的并合面11,21,所述第一器皿10的并合面11具有一第一连接结构12,所述第二器皿20的并合面21具有一第二连接结构22,所述第一连接结构12与所述第二连接结构22可相对结合或分离,通过所述第一连接结构12和所述第二连接结构22的结合,将所述第一器皿10和所述第二器皿20以所述的并合面11,21相对并合起来,且并合后的第一器皿10和第二器皿20的底面保持相同水平。
关于该第一连接结构12和第二连接结构22分别为可相互嵌合或脱离的槽与凸块。在图例中,所述的槽为鸠尾槽,所述的凸块为鸠尾块。所述的槽与凸块并非以鸠尾形式为限,其他形状的槽与凸块,亦可实现为本发明的第一连接结构12和第二连接结构22。
通过所述第一器皿10和所述第二器皿20的并合面11,21以上下方向或左右方向相对滑切移动,可使所述第一连接结构12和第二连接结构22的结合或分离。且当第一连接结构12和第二连接结构22结合时,所述第一器皿10和第二器皿20无法以前后方向脱离,从而确保其组合后的稳固性。
通过所述第一连接结构12和第二连接结构22的结合或分离,可以选择性的使用不同形式和不同功能的第一器皿10和第二器皿20。图1和图2所示的实施例,第一器皿10为盘器,第二器皿20为锅具。图3所示的实施例,第一器皿10和第二器皿20均为盘器。图4所示的实施例,第一器皿10和第二器皿20均为锅具。
如图1,所述的盘器,具有一底部31以及框围于底部31周围的短侧壁32,通过该底部31和短侧壁32构成所述盘器的浅容置空间33。在所述底部31相对于浅容置空间33的表面设有凸体34,所述的凸体34形式不限,可为肋条状的,可为圆点状的,可为圆块状的。盘器适用于煎、烤、拌、炒等烹调,各凸体34之间可供油或酱料流动,防止食材沾附太多油或酱料,也可防止食材沾黏于盘器。
如图1,所述的锅具,具有一底部41以及框围于底部41周围的长侧壁42,通过该底部41和长侧壁42构成所述锅具的深容置空间43。锅具适用于蒸、煮、涮、炸等烹调。
如图1至图4,所述第一器皿10和第二器皿20均具有一环绕其周部且向外平展的把手13,23。所述的把手13,23便于使用者端持第一器皿10和第二器皿20。
复如图5、6所示,本发明多功能组合锅更包括至少一盖体50,所述第一器皿10和第二器皿20均具有一用以支托所述盖体50的支托部14,24。所述盖体50盖合于第一器皿10或第二器皿20时,不论是盘器的浅容置空间33或锅具的深容置空间43均为密闭,所以可焖煮食材。所述盖体50具有一持拿部51,便于使用者拿取盖体50。所述的盖体50亦具有一通气孔52,使焖煮食材的热气向外排出。

  1. 一种多功能组合锅,其特征在于:
    包含一第一器皿和一第二器皿,所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿分别具有一并合面,所述第一器皿的并合面具有一第一连接结构,所述第二器皿的并合面具有一第二连接结构;所述第一连接结构与所述第二连接结构可相对结合或分离,通过所述第一连接结构和所述第二连接结构的结合,将所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿以所述的并合面相对并合起来,且并合后的第一器皿和第二器皿的底面保持相同水平。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能组合锅,其特征在于,所述第一器皿为盘器,所述第二器皿为锅具。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的多功能组合锅,其特征在于,所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿均为盘器。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的多功能组合锅,其特征在于,所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿均为锅具。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的多功能组合锅,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构和第二连接结构分别为能够相互嵌合的槽与凸块。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的多功能组合锅,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构和第二连接结构分别为鸠尾槽和鸠尾块。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的多功能组合锅,其特征在于,所述并合面为垂直平面。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的多功能组合锅,其特征在于,所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿均具有向外凸伸的把手。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的多功能组合锅,其特征在于,所述把手为环绕所述第一器皿和所述第二器皿的周部且向外平展的结构。
