所述第一电路板125设于所述第一壳体122内,并且所述第一电路板125电性连接于所述电池123。本实施例中,为了使得所述听筒组件12的整体结构更为紧凑,所述第一电路板125设于所述电池仓122a的一侧,以节省所述第一电路板125与所述电池123的走线空间。具体地,所述第一壳体122内设置有支撑台122b,所述支撑台122b与所述电池仓122a并排设置,所述第一电路板125固设于所述支撑台122b上。优选地,由于所述第一电路板125为方形板状结构,因此,为了便于所述第一电路板125的固定,所述第二壳体122内开设有卡槽122c,所述支撑台122b为延伸于所述卡槽122c内壁的台阶。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,还可将所述第一电路板125直接固设于所述支架124上,以进一步节省所述第一电路板125与所述电池123的走线空间。
所述扬声器126设于所述第一电路板125上,并电性连接于所述第一电路板125。本实施例中,所述扬声器126上设有两个引脚(图未示),并且该两 个引脚为金属弹片,所述两个引脚电性连接于所述第一电路板125上的对应引脚,以实现所述扬声器126与所述第一电路板125的电性连接。采用将所述扬声器126直接设于所述第一电路板125上的设计,能够节省所述第一壳体122的占用空间的同时,也能够使得所述扬声器126上的引脚直接压接于所述第一电路板125上,从而使得所述扬声器126与所述第一电路板125的连接更为紧密,防止在使用过程中所述扬声器126与所述第一电路板125出现分离现象而导致通话效果不佳的问题,进而确保所述听筒组件12的使用可靠性。具体地,所述第一电路板125的一表面与支撑台122b抵接,相对的另一表面与所述扬声器126连接,因此,所述扬声器126与支架124大致处于同一高度,换句话说,扬声器126与支架124并排设置。
所述听筒盖121可拆卸设于所述听筒腔111上。本实施例中,所述听筒盖121为与所述听筒腔111的腔体形状匹配的弧形板,并且所述听筒盖121为不透明板,以遮挡所述听筒腔111内的组件。优选地,为了与所述基板11配合使得所述主体1的整体外观效果较佳,所述听筒盖121可采用白色塑料制成或者在所述听筒盖121表面涂刷白色涂层。所述听筒盖121可通过螺钉固定的方式与所述听筒腔111连接,以保证其连接紧密性,防止所述听筒盖121与所述听筒腔111分离而导致杂物或者灰尘等进入所述听筒腔111,进而导致所述扬声器126以及所述第一电路板125出现使用异常的情况。
进一步地,所述听筒盖121上开设有若干个依次排列的出声孔121a,以保证所述扬声器126能够将声音传导出来,以供用户听到。具体地,所述若干个出声孔121a均开设与所述听筒盖121对应所述扬声器126的位置处,以进一步保证出声效果。优选地,所述若干个出声孔121a内部罩设有过滤网(图未示),以防止灰尘或者杂物等堵塞所述出声孔121a而导致出声效果不佳的问题。同时,在所述出声孔121a内部设置所述过滤网的设计,还可防止灰尘杂 物等通过所述出声孔121a进入所述扬声器126以及所述第一电路板125,保证所述第一电路板125上的器件以及所述扬声器126的使用可靠性。
请一并参阅图2、图3、图6以及图7,所述话筒组件13还包括第二壳体132、第二电路板133、麦克风134以及若干个LED灯135,所述第二电路板133固设于所述第二壳体132内。本实施例中,所述第二壳体132为与所述话筒腔112的腔体形状相匹配的弧形壳体。所述第二电路板133为方形板状结构,并且优选地,所述第二电路板133通过螺钉固设于所述第二壳体132内。具体地,所述第二电路板133上设置有多个供螺钉穿过的螺钉孔(图未示),所述第二壳体132内设置有多根螺柱(图未示),螺钉穿过所述螺钉孔以及所述螺柱上的螺孔,从而实现将所述第二电路板133固定于所述第二壳体132内。第二壳体132内部形成多个竖直延伸的支撑条132a,其靠近第二电路板133。第一电路板125为水平放置,第二电路板133相对第一电路板125倾斜放置。特别地,第二电路板133沿远离听筒腔111的方向朝话筒盖131倾斜。
所述麦克风134设于所述第二电路板133上,并且所述麦克风134电性连接于所述第二电路板133,以实现所述麦克风134的电性导通。本实施例中,所述麦克风134可通过连接线电性连接至所述第二电路板134上,也可通过在所述麦克风134上设置引脚,然后连接至所述第二电路板134上。麦克风134安装于第二电路板133朝向话筒盖131的表面。
所述若干个LED灯135并排设于所述第二壳体132内,并且所述若干个LED灯135电性连接于所述第二电路板133上。LED灯135夹设于支撑条132a与第二壳体132的内壁面之间,从而起到定位作用。本实施例中,所述若干个LED灯135通过弯折的柔性电路板135a电连接至第二电路板133。当然,LED灯135也可可设于铝基板上,然后再将所述铝基板固设于所述第二壳体132内。此外,为了节省所述第二壳体132的内部空间,所述若干个LED灯135 还可直接设于所述第二电路板133上。所述若干个LED灯135用以发射光线,以在光线较弱的环境或者黑暗的环境中照亮所述基板11,从而使得用户能够看到所述基板11上的拨号数字,进而实现拨号通话。具体地,为了便于将所述LED灯135发出的光线射入所述基板11上,所述第二壳体132上相对应所述若干个LED灯135的位置处开设有透光孔132b,所述若干个LED灯135发出光线并通过所述透光孔132b将光线射入所述基板11,从而实现在光线较弱或者黑暗的环境中依然能够使用所述终端100,增大其适用范围。所述若干个LED灯135可发出同样颜色的光线或者发出不同颜色的光线。例如,所述若干个LED灯135可同时发出白色的光线、红色的光线或黄色的光线。可以理解的是,所述LED灯135的个数可根据实际照明需求来设置,如两个、三个或者更多个等。
所述话筒组件13还进一步包括固定架136、第三电路板137以及震动元件138。所述固定架136固设于所述第二壳体132内。本实施例中,为了节省所述第二壳体132的内部空间,所述固定架136为与所述第二壳体132的形状相匹配的弧形支架,并且所述固定架136设于所述LED灯135的一侧。所述固定架136通过螺钉固定于所述第二壳体132内,以保证其连接的紧密性。
所述第三电路板137固设于第二壳体132的内部斜面上,并且所述第三电路板137通过弯折的柔性电路板137a电性连接至所述第二电路板133。并且第三电路板137相比于第二电路板134更加倾斜,即第三电路板137相对于第一电路板125的倾斜程度大于第二电路板134相对于第一电路板125的倾斜程度,也可以说,第三电路板137相对第一电路板125的倾角大于第二电路板134相对第一电路板125的倾角。本实施例中,所述第三电路板137用以与所述震动元件138电性连接,以实现所述震动元件138的电性导通,进而提醒用户。此外,采用所述第二电路板133以及第三电路板137分别连接不同电子元 件的设计,能够减少电子元件之间的干扰。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,如果有足够的空间,直接将所述震动元件138电性连接至所述第二电路板133上,那么所述第三电路板137可以省略,即,同时也能够省略所述柔性电路板137a,从而使得所述话筒组件13的整体结构更为紧凑的同时,也减少部件间的装配,降低生产成本以及装配成本。
此外,所述第三电路板137上还设置有通信模块(图未示)、蓝牙模块(图未示)以及控制模块(图未示),所述通信模块、蓝牙模块以及控制模块之间互相电性连接,并且所述通信模块、蓝牙模块以及控制模块均电性连接于所述第三电路板137。所述通话模块与所述麦克风134电性连接,以实现所述麦克风134的通话功能。所述蓝牙模块用以实现所述终端100的蓝牙功能,以使所述终端100能够与其他终端之间通过所述蓝牙模块进行数据传输或者数据共享等。所述控制模块用以控制所述通话模块以及所述蓝牙模块实现其各自的功能。
所述震动元件138固设于所述固定件136上。本实施例中,所述震动元件138固设于所述固定架136远离所述第二壳体132开口的一面上(在图7中为固定架136的底面),以节省所述震动元件138在所述第二壳体132内的占用空间。优选地,所述震动元件138通过螺钉固定于所述固定架138上,然后通过导线或者引线连接至所述第三电路板137上,以实现导通。第二壳体132内部形成收容震动元件138的震动腔。固定架136覆盖震动腔。固定架136还包括卡扣136a,其包括竖直的连接部1361及水平的卡勾1362。卡勾1362朝向听筒组件12延伸,其抵接第三电路板137以对第三电路板137定位。
所述话筒盖131可拆卸设于所述话筒腔112上。本实施例中,所述话筒盖131为与所述话筒腔112的腔体形状匹配的弧形板,并且所述话筒盖131为不透明板,以遮挡所述话筒腔112内的组件。优选地,为了与所述基板11配合 使得所述主体1的整体外观效果较佳,所述话筒盖131可采用白色塑料制成或者在所述话筒盖131表面涂刷白色涂层。所述话筒盖131可通过螺钉固定的方式与所述话筒腔112连接,以保证其连接紧密性,防止所述话筒盖131与所述话筒腔112分离而导致杂物或者灰尘等进入所述听筒腔112内,进而导致所述麦克风134以及所述第二电路板133出现使用异常的情况。
进一步地,所述话筒组件13还包括开关按键139,所述开关按键139用以控制所述终端100的开启或者关闭,如控制所述终端100的解锁屏幕、锁定屏幕或者开机、关机等。所述开关按键139包括开关部139a以及按键部139b,所述开关部139a设于所述第二电路板133上,并电性连接于所述第二电路板133,所述按键部139b设于所述开关部139a上,所述话筒盖131上相对应所述按键部139b开设有卡槽131a,以露出所述按键部139b。所述按键部139b为硅胶按键,以使用户在按压所述按键部139b时具有良好的按压手感。此外,所述按键部139b为圆形按键,从而能够具有良好的外观装饰效果,以进一步增强所述终端100的外观装饰性。
为了进一步地改进,所述基板11上开设有至少一条沟槽14,所述至少一条沟槽14沿所述基板11的长度方向延伸并连接至所述听筒腔111以及所述话筒腔112,所述至少一条沟槽14内设置有连接导线(图未示),所述连接导线连接所述听筒组件12以及话筒组件13。本实施例中,由于所述基板11为透明状并且其整体形状为弧形块状结构,为了防止所述听筒组件12以及话筒组件13之间的连接线在所述基板11上显现出来,影响所述终端100的整体外观装饰效果,因此,采用在所述基板11上开设至少一条沟槽14,并且使得所述至少一条沟槽14沿所述基板11的边缘设置。具体地,由于所述听筒组件12与所述话筒组件13之间需要4根所述连接导线连接,因此,为了防止所述连接导线集中在一条所述沟槽14内而容易在所述基板11上显现出来,所述沟槽 14设置为四条,并且所述沟槽14的宽度为仅能容置下一条所述连接导线。优选地,所述连接导线为直径为0.1mm的银线或者铜线,由于所述连接导线的直径较小,故而用户在观看时,能够忽略所述连接导线,进而实现保证所述终端100的外观装饰效果的同时,也保证了所述话筒组件13与所述听筒组件12之间的电性连接。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述沟槽14可根据实际连接情况调整设置,如两条或者三条等。可以理解地,由于柔性触摸板2本身即可导电,因而也可以作为导通话筒组件13及听筒组件12的导电路径,因而在其他一些实施例中也可不必设置连接导线。
所述柔性触摸板2为透明触摸板。本实施例中,由于所述基板11为弧形块状结构,因此,为了便于与所述基板11的外形匹配,所述柔性触摸板2能够弯折成与所述基板11相匹配的弧形状。所述柔性触摸板2贴设于所述基板11设有所述拨号数字的表面上,以实现通过柔性触摸板2即可看到所述拨号数字,进而在所述柔性触摸板2上通过触控即可实现拨号。由于所述柔性触摸板2以及所述基板11均为透明设计,因此使得所述终端100整体看上去为一个透明的终端,外观装饰效果较佳且用户体验性较佳。此外,采用所述柔性触摸板2的设计,其厚度较薄,因此,能够使得所述终端100的整体厚度可做到较薄。同时,由于该柔性触摸板2为柔性屏,故而其无需机壳保护而可以直接作为所述终端100的前盖,进一步减少所述终端100的部件组装。并且,由于柔性触摸板2的机械结构简单,在使用过程中不易损坏,从而确保终端100的正常使用。
进一步地,为了保护所述柔性触摸板2的表面不受损坏或者减少用户使用在所述柔性触摸板2表面留下指纹及灰尘等,所述终端100还包括保护膜3,所述保护膜3贴设于所述柔性触摸板2上,且包覆所述基板11的边缘,同时露出所述听筒盖121以及所述话筒盖131。具体地,所述保护膜3可为钢化膜 或者磨砂膜等,根据用户不同需求设置。
本发明实施例提供的终端100,通过设置所述基板11以及所述柔性触摸板2,从而使得所述终端100在整体外观上为透明终端,外观装饰效果佳。同时,由于所述柔性触摸板2能够使得用户实现触摸功能,因此,能够防止现有采用按键进行按压而出现的按键失效的问题,进一步保证所述终端100的使用可靠性。此外,由于所述基板11厚度较薄,并且所述听筒组件12以及话筒组件13分开设置,从而使得所述终端100的整体厚度较薄,故而具有良好的便携性,用户体验性较高。
请再次参阅图1、图8以及图9,为本发明实施例提供的底座200的结构示意图。所述底座200用以放置所述终端100,以对所述终端100进行充电。
具体而言,所述底座200包括底座本体201、第四电路板202以及盖板203,所述第四电路板202设于所述底座本体201上。本实施例中,为了进一步增强所述电子装置1000的外观装饰效果且便于所述终端100的放置,所述底座本体201为碗状结构,并且所述底座本体201的底面201a为平面,以便于所述底座本体201放置在桌面上、支撑台等地方。此外,为了便于与所述终端100的外观匹配,所述底座本体201也可采用透明的材料制成,如亚克力。优选地,为了降低所述电子装置1000的整体质量,所述底座本体201为中空的碗状结构,并且所述底座本体201的一端倾斜设置,以便于增大所述底座本体201的底面201a,进而便于所述底座本体201的放置固定。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述底座本体201还可为其他形状,如方形块状结构、圆形块状结构等。
所述底座本体201上设置有容置腔201b,所述第四电路板202容置于所述容置腔201b内。本实施例中,所述底座本体201的内部设置有圆形凸台201c,所述圆形凸台201c上开设有所述容置腔201b,并且所述容置腔201b内部设 置有支撑件2011,所述第四电路板202卡合于所述支撑件2011上以便于拆卸。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述第四电路板202还可通过螺钉固定于所述支撑件2011上。
所述盖板203盖设于所述容置腔201a,并封闭所述容置腔201b的开口。本实施例中,当所述底座本体201为透明材料制成时,所述盖板203采用非透明材料,以防止用户观看到所述容置腔201b内的连接线以及电子元件的连接情况,提高所述底座200的整体装饰效果。所述盖板203为与所述容置腔201b的腔体形状匹配的圆形板状结构,并且为了后续便于所述终端100的放置,所述盖板203的中部为凹陷设置,从而当所述终端100放置于所述盖板203上时,弧形结构的所述基板11能够与所述盖板203完全接触,以保证放置的可靠性。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述盖板203还可为方形板状结构、弧形板状结构等。
进一步地,所述盖板203朝向所述容置腔201b的一面上设置有与所述容置腔201b的形状相匹配的圆柱形凸台203a,并且所述圆柱形凸台203a为中空设计,所述圆柱形凸台203a上设置有螺纹,用以螺纹连接于所述容置腔201b,从而实现所述盖板203盖合所述容置腔201b的效果。此外,采用螺纹连接的方式,能够便于随时拆卸所述盖板203以查看所述第四电路板202的连接情况,便于维护以及检修。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述盖板203还可采用卡扣连接的方式与所述容置腔201b连接,或者通过螺钉固定于所述容置腔201b。
为了实现所述底座200对所述终端100进行充电,所述第四电路板202上设置有充电模块(图未示),所述充电模块电性连接于所述第四电路板202,用以对所述终端100进行充电。本实施例中,为了进一步便于充电,所述充电模块为无线充电模块,所述终端100内相对应所述无线充电模块设置有无线感 应模块(图未示),所述无线感应模块与所述无线充电模块感应连接,以实现充电。具体地,所述无线感应模块设于所述终端100的第二电路板125上,并且电性连接于所述第二电路板125。当需要对所述终端100进行充电时,只需将所述柔性触摸板2的一面放置于所述盖板203上即可实现感应充电。当然,所述无线感应模块还可以至于第一电路板125上,以减少电流传输至电池123的距离。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述充电模块还可为有线充电模块,所述底座本体201上设置有充电接口(图未示),所述充电接口电性连接于所述充电模块,所述终端100的基板11上相对应所述充电接口设置有插口(图未示),所述插口通过充电线连接于所述充电接口。当采用充电线的方式对所述终端100进行充电时,所述终端100可放置于所述盖板203上或者与所述盖板203分开设置,只要所述充电线连接所述充电接口以及所述插口即可。
此外,在其他实施例中,还可在所述基板11上设置充电连接触点,然后在所述底座本体201上相应设置充电触点,当将所述基板11上的充电连接触点与所述底座本体201上的充电触点相抵触时,即可实现所述底座200对所述基板11的充电导通。
本发明实施例提供的电子装置1000,通过利用所述底座200对所述终端100进行充电,从而使得所述终端100无需额外设置充电器,节约部件且节约成本。此外,由于所述底座200与所述终端100之间采用无线充电的方式,从而使得所述终端100的充电更为便捷,有利于提高用户使用体验性。
本发明提供的终端100及其电子装置1000,通过在基板11上设置柔性触摸板2,使得用户在使用过程中能够实现触控功能,替代了现有的采用机械按键的做法,避免了按键长期按压带来的损坏问题,大大地提高了终端100的使用可靠性。同时,由于该基板11整体厚度较薄,并且将该听筒组件12以及话 筒组件13分设于基板11两端,因此在实现通话的同时,还可提高终端100的整体结构紧凑性,进而能够减少终端100的整体厚度。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括主体以及柔性触摸板,所述主体包括基板、听筒组件以及话筒组件,所述听筒组件以及所述话筒组件分别设于所述基板的相对两端,所述柔性触摸板设于所述基板上,并且所述柔性触摸板位于所述听筒组件以及所述话筒组件之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述基板由透明材料一体成型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述基板上开设有听筒腔以及与所述听筒腔相对设置的话筒腔,所述听筒组件以及所述话筒组件分别设于所述听筒腔以及所述话筒腔内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述听筒组件包括第一壳体、扬声器及第一电路板,所述第一电路板安装于所述第一壳体内,所述扬声器与所述第一电路板电连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一壳体开设电池仓,所述听筒组件包括收容于所述电池仓内的电池及支架,所述支架将所述电池固定于所述电池仓内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的终端,其特征在于,所述支架包括卡设于所述电池仓开口的盖板及从所述盖板延伸的弹性抵压部,所述盖板覆盖所述电池的端面,所述抵压部弹性抵压所述电池上的与所述电池的端面相邻的侧面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述话筒组件包括第二壳体、第二电路板及麦克风,所述第二电路板固设于所述第二壳体内,所述麦克风设于所述第二电路板上并与所述第二电路板电性连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述话筒组件还包括固定架 以及震动元件,所述固定架固设于所述第二壳体内,所述震动元件固设于所述固定架上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述话筒组件还包括第三电路板,所述第三电路板与所述第二电路板电连接,所述震动元件电性连接于所述第三电路板。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述固定架包括朝向所述听筒组件延伸的卡勾,所述卡勾抵接于所述第三电路板。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二电路板及所述第三电路板相对所述第一电路板倾斜设置,并且所述第二电路板相对所述第一电路板的倾角小于所述第三电路板相对所述第一电路板的倾角。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述话筒组件还包括LED灯,所述第二壳体上对应所述LED灯的位置处开设有透光孔,所述LED灯发出光线通过所述透光孔射入所述基板。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二壳体内形成支撑条,所述LED灯夹设于所述支撑条与所述第二壳体的内壁面之间。
  14. 如权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述话筒组件还包括开关按键,所述开关按键包括按键部以及开关部,所述开关部设于所述第二电路板上并电性连接于所述第二电路板,所述按键部设于所述开关部上。
  15. 如权利要求1所述终端,其特征在于,所述基板上开设有沟槽,所述沟槽沿所述基板的长度方向延伸,所述沟槽内设置有连接导线,所述连接导线连接所述听筒组件以及话筒组件。
  16. 如权利要求1所述终端,其特征在于,所述柔性触摸板作为导电路径电连接所述话筒组件及所述听筒组件。
  17. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括底座以及如权利要求 1至16任意一项所述的终端,所述终端放置于所述底座上。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述底座包括底座本体、第四电路板以及盖板,所述底座本体上设置有容置腔,所述第四电路板容置于所述容置腔内,所述盖板盖设于所述容置腔,并封闭所述容置腔的开口。
