Claims (10)
- 一种可溶性膳食纤维,其特征在于,低聚木糖纯度为70%以上;所述低聚木糖中,木二糖、木三糖总含量为45%以上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可溶性膳食纤维,其特征在于,所述低聚木糖水解后,单糖组分包括:木糖70wt%~86wt%,阿拉伯糖2wt%~15wt%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可溶性膳食纤维,其特征在于,所述低聚木糖纯度为80%以上;所述低聚木糖中,木二糖、木三糖总含量为55%以上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可溶性膳食纤维,其特征在于,所述低聚木糖水解后,单糖组分包括:木糖82wt%~88wt%,阿拉伯糖1wt%~12wt%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可溶性膳食纤维,其特征在于,所述低聚木糖纯度为90%以上;所述低聚木糖中,木二糖、木三糖总含量为50%以上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可溶性膳食纤维,其特征在于,所述低聚木糖水解后,单糖组分包括:木糖83wt%~99wt%,阿拉伯糖1wt%~5wt%。
- 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的可溶性膳食纤维,其特征在于,所述可溶性膳食纤维为低聚木糖糖浆或低聚木糖糖粉。
- 一种可溶性膳食纤维的制备方法,包括:(A)对木质纤维素进行连续逆流浸提,分离得到固体物料;(B)对步骤(A)得到的固体物料进行横管连蒸蒸煮,得到蒸煮后的物料;(C)将步骤(B)得到的蒸煮后的物料进行木聚糖酶酶解反应,得到可溶性膳食纤维糖液粗糖液;(D)对步骤(C)得到的粗糖液进行脱色、除盐、过滤,得到可溶性膳食纤维糖液;(E)浓缩或干燥,得到可溶性膳食纤维I;所述可溶性膳食纤维I中,低聚木糖纯度为80%以上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(E)之后还包括:(F)对步骤(E)制备的可溶性膳食纤维I进行色谱分离,得到可溶性膳食纤维II和提余液;所述可溶性膳食纤维II中,低聚木糖纯度为90%以上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(F)之后还包括:(G)将步骤(F)得到的提余液与步骤(D)得到的可溶性膳食纤维糖液复配,得到可溶性膳食纤维III;所述可溶性膳食纤维III中,低聚木糖纯度为70%以上。
