一种具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜,罐身(1)上设有投料口(3)和出料口(4),罐盖(2)上圆周均布若干通孔,罐盖(2)上设有支架(5),支架(5)上固定安装有气缸(6),若干气缸(6)的伸出端均穿过通孔滑动设置在罐身(1)内,若干气缸(6)的伸出端铰接有抖料盘(7),抖料盘(7)的底部设有若干出料孔(8),抖料盘(7)的下表面转动安装有挡板,抖料盘(7)上设有用于固定挡板的自动锁定装置(9),投料口(3)内设有送料道(10),送料道(10)的出口位于抖料盘(7)的上方。

Description

具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜 技术领域
本发明涉及反应釜技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜。
背景技术
现在市面上大多数用于制备印染助剂的反应釜没有设置搅拌装置,使得反应的物料搅拌不充分和不均匀,这就直接导致反应速度慢。且反应不完全,浪费了资源,提高了生产成本,且反应后罐内残留下的一些反应介质容易腐蚀,影响了反应设备,不能提高经济效益。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术中的用于制备印染助剂的反应釜没有设置搅拌装置,使得反应的物料搅拌不充分和不均匀,导致反应速度慢且反应不完全的问题,提供一种具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜,包括罐身和罐盖,所述罐身上设有投料口和出料口,所述罐盖上圆周均布若干通孔,所述罐盖上设有支架,所述支架上固定安装有气缸,若干所述气缸的伸出端均穿过通孔滑动设置在所述罐身内,若干所述气缸的伸出端铰接有抖料盘,所述抖料盘的底部设有若干出料孔,所述抖料盘的下表面转动安装有挡板,所述抖料盘上设有用于固定挡板的自动锁定装置,所述投料口内设有送料道,所述送料道的出口位于所述抖料盘的上方。
进一步的,所述气缸具有三个,三个所述气缸的伸出端分别铰接在抖料盘的三等分点处。
进一步的,所述挡板分为第一挡板和第二挡板,所述第一挡板和第二挡板均为半圆形挡板,所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板的直边通过合页转动连接,所述合页固定安装在所述抖料盘的底部。
进一步的,为了方便控制自动锁定装置,所述自动锁定装置的开关设置在所述罐身的外壁上。
为了便于实时了解罐身内物料的情况,所述罐盖上设有可视窗口。
使用前,将第一挡板和第二挡板通过自动锁定装置固定在抖料盘的底部,使挡板将抖料盘底部的出料孔堵住;将整个装置安装完成后,在投料口放置物料,物料通过送料道进入抖料盘内,启动气缸,三个所述气缸伸出或收缩的速度和长度均不同,实现抖料盘抖动搅拌物料的功能,将物料充分的混合均匀后,启动自动锁定装置,使自动锁定装置打开,第一挡板和第二挡板在自身重力的作用下沿合页转动向下,出料孔打开,物料在抖动的同时沿出料孔自由下落,由于物料是粉尘状物料,物料在下落至达到罐身底部的过程中实现第二次混合,使混合更充分更均匀。从可视窗口观察物料,待抖料盘中的物料抖落干净后关闭气缸。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜通过三个伸出或收缩的速度和长度均不同的气缸对抖料盘进行抖动,使抖料盘实现抖动搅拌物料的功能;抖动均匀的物料在抖动的同时沿出料孔自由下落,由于物料是粉尘状物料,物料在下落至达到罐身底部的过程中实现第二次混合,使混合更充分更均匀。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-4所示的一种具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜,包括罐身1和罐盖2,罐身1上设有投料口3和出料口4,罐盖2上圆周均布若干通孔,罐盖2上设有支架5,支架5上固定安装有气缸6,三个气缸6的伸出端均穿过通孔滑动设置在罐身1内,三个气缸6的伸出端铰接有抖料盘7,三个气缸6的伸出端分别铰接在抖料盘7的三等分点处。抖料盘7的底部设有若干出料孔8,抖料盘7的下表面转动安装有挡板,挡板分为第一挡板11和第二挡板12,第一挡板11和第二挡板12均为半圆形挡板,第一挡板11和第二挡板12的直边通过合页13转动连接,合页13固定安装在抖料盘7的底部。抖料盘7上设有用于固定挡板的自动锁定装置9,投料口3内设有送料道10,送料道10的出口位于抖料盘7的上方。为了方便控制自动锁定装置9,自动锁定装置9的开关设置在罐身1的外壁上。为了便于实时了解罐身1内物料的情况,罐盖2上设有可视窗口14。
使用前,将第一挡板11和第二挡板12通过自动锁定装置9固定在抖料盘7的底部,使挡板将抖料盘7底部的出料孔8堵住;将整个装置安装完成后,在投料口3放置物料,物料通过送料道10进入抖料盘7内,启动气缸6,三个气缸6伸出或收缩的速度和长度均不同,实现抖料盘7抖动搅拌物料的功能,将物料充分的混合均匀后,启动自动锁定装置9,使自动锁定装置9打开,第一挡板11和第二挡板12在自身重力的作用下沿合页13转动向下,出料孔8打开,物料在抖动的同时沿出料孔8自由下落,由于物料是粉尘状物料,物料在下落至达到罐身1底部的过程中实现第二次混合,使混合更充分更均匀。从可视窗口14观察物料,待抖料盘7中的物料抖落干净后关闭气缸6。

  1. 一种具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜,包括罐身(1)和罐盖(2),所述罐身(1)上设有投料口(3)和出料口(4),其特征在于:所述罐盖(2)上圆周均布若干通孔,所述罐盖(2)上设有支架(5),所述支架(5)上固定安装有气缸(6),若干所述气缸(6)的伸出端均穿过通孔滑动设置在所述罐身(1)内,若干所述气缸(6)的伸出端铰接有抖料盘(7),所述抖料盘(7)的底部设有若干出料孔(8),所述抖料盘(7)的下表面转动安装有挡板,所述抖料盘(7)上设有用于固定挡板的自动锁定装置(9),所述投料口(3)内设有送料道(10),所述送料道(10)的出口位于所述抖料盘(7)的上方。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜,其特征在于:所述气缸(6)具有三个,三个所述气缸(6)的伸出端分别铰接在抖料盘(7)的三等分点处。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜,其特征在于:所述挡板分为第一挡板(11)和第二挡板(12),所述第一挡板(11)和第二挡板(12)均为半圆形挡板,所述第一挡板(11)和所述第二挡板(12)的直边通过合页(13)转动连接,所述合页(13)固定安装在所述抖料盘(7)的底部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜,其特征在于:所述自动锁定装置(9)的开关设置在所述罐身(1)的外壁上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有抖动搅拌装置的反应釜,其特征在于:所述罐盖(2)上设有可视窗口(14)。
