Abstract

一种仓储运输电动车,包括底座(4),底座(4)上表面设有一个承载板(10),底座(4)前部中心下方设有一个转向驱动轮(7),底座(4)后部两侧下方分别设有一个随动轮(9),转向驱动轮(7)设置在转向杆(2)下端,转向驱动轮(7)与直驱电机(18)传动连接,转向杆(2)穿过底座(4)向上伸出,转向杆(2)上端设有转向及加速控制器(1),用于控制直驱电机(18)的电池、电机驱动器以及给电池充电的充电器安装在底座(4)内。货运人员通过操纵转向及加速控制器(1),可将货物运输到适当地点。电池的电能消耗后,可充电补充。该仓储运输电动车可用于仓库、码头、机场、超市等场所的短距离货运,在工作场所没有污染物排放,具有环保、安全、高效、节省人力的优点。

Description

仓储运输电动车 技术领域
本发明涉及一种货运装置,特别涉及一种在仓库、商场、码头等场所使用的货运装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,有一种三轮仓储运输电动车,包括底座,底座上表面设有一个承载板,底座下侧设有三个或四个滚轮,其中至少前部的滚轮为万向轮,底座上向上伸出一拉臂,货物放置在承载板上,拉动拉臂可将仓储运输电动车拉走,达到移动运输货物的目的。其不足之处在于:这种货运车需要采用人力进行运输,费时、费力。现有仓储运输的技术中,也有采用铲车进行货物搬运的,铲车需要安装内燃机,在空间狭小的场所,其排出大量废气,会污染环境,同时,也会影响货物的安全和品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种仓储运输电动车,使其具有安全、环保、高效运输货物的能力,同时,可节省人力。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:仓储运输电动车,包括底座,底座上表面设有一个承载板,所述底座前部中心下方设有一个转向驱动轮,底座后部两侧下方分别设有一个随动轮,转向驱动轮设置在转向杆下端,转向驱动轮与直驱电机传动连接,转向杆穿过底座向上伸出,转向杆上端设有转向及加速控制器,用于控制直驱电机的电池、电机驱动器,以及给电池充电的充电器安装在底座内。
本发明工作时,将货物放置在承载板上,货运人员站立在转向杆后侧,通过操纵转向及加速控制器,将货物运输到适当地点,再进行卸货。电池的电消耗后,可充电补充;该装置在工作场所没有污染物排放,具有环保、安全、高效的优点,可以节省人力,该装置可用于仓库、码头、机场、超市等场所的短距离货运,尤其适用于室内环境的货物运输。
为进一步方便货运,所述底座前端设有前踏板,前踏板经铰链连接在底座前端。运输货物时,操作人员不仅可站在承载板上进行操纵,也可以站在前踏板上进行操纵。
为方便制动,所述底座上位于转向杆一侧设有主刹车踏板,所述主刹车踏板经刹车装置与任一随动轮相连。相应地,底座前端与前踏板位置对应设有辅助刹车踏板,所述辅助刹车踏板经刹车装置与任一随动轮相连。两踏板可共用一套刹车装置。
为避免可能造成的翻车,所述底座上位于转向驱动轮两侧设有脱离地面的辅助支撑 轮。在正常运输时辅助支撑轮脱离地面,当货物偏载,出现问题时,辅助支撑轮着地,避免了翻车、倾倒和货物移位。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在承载板上下侧设有升降机构,所述升降机构包括相互交叉铰接的两组支撑杆,其中一组支撑杆的一端与底座相铰接,其另一端设有滚轮支承在承载板下侧;另一组支撑杆的一端与承载板相铰接,其另一端设有滚轮支承在底座上,底座上还设有一可摆动的螺杆,螺杆与一举升电机传动连接,螺杆上啮合有螺母,所述螺母与其中一组支撑杆相铰接。工作时,将货物放置在承载板上,可方便将货物举升抬起,以便于装卸,具有环保、安全、高效的优点,可以节省人力。
为方便包装运输,所述转向杆为折叠式结构。在包装运输时,将转向杆折叠,可减小包装尺寸。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,为一种仓储运输电动车,包括底座4,底座4上表面设有一个承载板10,承载板10可以焊接或以螺钉固定连接在底座4上,底座4前部中心下方设有一个转向驱动轮7,底座4后部两侧下方分别设有一个随动轮9,转向驱动轮7设置在转向杆2下端,转向驱动轮7与直驱电机18传动连接,转向杆2穿过底座4向上伸出,转向杆2上端设有转向及加速控制器1,用于控制直驱电机18的电池、电机驱动器,以及给电池充电的充电器安装在底座4内。底座4前端设有前踏板5,前踏板5经铰链连接在底座4前端,必要时,前踏板5可以折叠到贴靠在底座4前端,以减小整体尺寸,方便了进入电梯、车厢等狭小场所内;底座4前端与前踏板5位置对应设有辅助刹车踏板19,所述辅助刹车踏板19经刹车装置与任一随动轮9相连;底座4上位于转向杆2一侧还设有主刹车踏板6,所述主刹车踏板6经刹车装置与任一随动轮9相连。转向杆2为折叠式结构,其分为两段,两段之间以两个连接销3相连,拔下一个连接销3后,上段的转向杆2连同转向及加速控制器1可折叠贴靠在承载板10上。底座4上位于转向驱动轮7两侧设有脱离地面的辅助支撑轮8。
实施例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于:承载板10经升降机构安装在底座4上,该升降机构包括相互交叉铰接的两组支撑杆14、15,其中一组支撑杆14的一端与底座4相铰接,其另一端设有滚轮16支承在承载板10下侧;另一组支撑杆15的一端与承载板10相铰接,其另一端设有滚轮17支承在底座4上,底座4上还设有一可摆动的螺杆12,螺杆12与一举升电机11传动连接,螺杆12上啮合有螺母13,螺母13与其中一组支撑杆15相铰接。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本实用新型公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 仓储运输电动车,包括底座,底座上表面设有一个承载板,其特征在于:所述底座前部中心下方设有一个转向驱动轮,底座后部两侧下方分别设有一个随动轮,转向驱动轮设置在转向杆下端,转向驱动轮与直驱电机传动连接,转向杆穿过底座向上伸出,转向杆上端设有转向及加速控制器,用于控制直驱电机的电池、电机驱动器,以及给电池充电的充电器安装在底座内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的仓储运输电动车,其特征在于:所述底座前端设有前踏板,前踏板经铰链连接在底座前端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的仓储运输电动车,其特征在于:所述底座前端与前踏板位置对应设有辅助刹车踏板,所述辅助刹车踏板经刹车装置与任一随动轮相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的仓储运输电动车,其特征在于:所述底座上位于转向杆一侧设有主刹车踏板,所述主刹车踏板经刹车装置与任一随动轮相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的仓储运输电动车,其特征在于:所述底座上位于转向驱动轮两侧设有脱离地面的辅助支撑轮。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的仓储运输电动车,其特征在于:承载板下方设有升降机构,所述升降机构包括相互交叉铰接的两组支撑杆,其中一组支撑杆的一端与底座相铰接,其另一端设有滚轮支承在承载板下侧;另一组支撑杆的一端与承载板相铰接,其另一端设有滚轮支承在底座上,底座上还设有一可摆动的螺杆,螺杆与一举升电机传动连接,螺杆上啮合有螺母,所述螺母与其中一组支撑杆相铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的仓储运输电动车,其特征在于:所述转向杆为折叠式结构。
