Description

一种快速拆装的环型围挡 技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔离防护装置,特别涉及一种围挡。
背景技术
在日常的生活中,经常会在施工危险区域,会议,警戒等需要隔离的地方见到围挡的应用,现有的围挡一般包括有支座,支座上端设有竖直向上的支撑柱,支撑柱内设有隔离带与挂环,隔离带连接有挂钩,隔离带将相邻两个支撑柱相连,形成封闭的区域。现有的隔离区域具有多点性,多样性,其不足之处在于支座与支撑柱为一体的,整体重量过重,不利于灵活地搬运,同时在漆黑的夜晚现有的隔离带,不能起到提醒他人注意,隔离危险的目的。因此,其不能有效地保护他人的人身财产安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速拆装的环型围挡,使其能够达到隔离危险区域,保护他人安全的目的,同时保障其连接稳固、方便拆卸。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种快速拆装的环型围挡,包括有支座,支座经地锚固定于地面上,支座上端设有竖直向上的支撑柱,沿所述支撑柱的长度方向自上向下依次设置有第一插槽、光滑段和第二插槽,相邻两个支撑柱之间连接有挡板,挡板边缘设置有插榫,插榫插装在第一插槽内,挡板将相邻两个支撑柱两两相连并整体围成封闭的环形;所述支撑柱顶端设有沉降到支撑柱内的钢帽,钢帽上方设有发光部件;所述光滑段的中间偏上的位置设有撑板,支撑柱侧面设有撑杆,撑杆顶端设有接头,中间设有连接块,接头与撑板铰接,连接块铰接有连杆;所述第二插槽内设有滑动部件,滑动部件与连杆铰接。
本发明工作时,地锚将连接有支撑柱的支座固定在地面上,挡板通过插榫穿插在两个相邻的支撑柱的第一插槽内,钢帽套装在支撑柱上,钢帽上方的发光部件通电后发光;支撑柱上的撑板铰接有撑杆,撑杆的连接块铰接有连杆,连杆与滑动部件铰接,滑动部件设置在第二插槽内,随着滑动部件在第二插槽内的运动,撑杆改变张开的角度,从而适应不同的地貌,挡板将相邻两个支撑柱两两相连围成封闭的环形。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:围挡通过撑杆的作用,稳定性得到了保障,装置由小部件组装而成,拆卸方便且易于安装、搬运,实用性较强,同时围挡将危险的区域隔绝,保护了他人的安全。该装置可用于建筑、道路施工、警戒等区域中,其可以快速构建成围挡,提醒他人注意避让。
为了提醒过往车辆注意避让,所述挡板表面设有反光的交通标志。
为了便于增加挡板的拼装长度,每根支撑柱中间偏上的侧面相向设有两个第一插槽,第一插槽的横截面呈T型。
为了保障撑杆对围挡支撑的稳固,每根支撑柱中间偏下的侧面设有四个第二插槽,第二插槽的横截面呈T型。
为了便于地锚对支座的固定,所述支座设置有2个以上的定位孔,优选4个。

具体实施方式
如图1,2,3,4所示,为一种快速拆装的环型围挡,包括有支座1,支座1经地锚5固定于地面上,支座1设置有2个以上的定位孔,优选4个,支座1上端设有竖直向上的支撑柱2,沿支撑柱2的长度方向自上向下依次设置有第一插槽201、光滑段202和第二插槽203,每根支撑柱2中间偏上的侧面相向设有两个第一插槽201,第一插槽201的横截面呈T型,每根支撑柱2中间偏下的侧面设有四个第二插槽203,第二插槽203的横截面呈T型,相邻两个支撑柱2之间连接有挡板4,挡板4表面设有反光的交通标志401,挡板4边缘设置有插榫402,插榫402插装在第一插槽201内,挡板4将相邻两个支撑柱2两两相连围成封闭的环形;支撑柱2顶端设有沉降到支撑柱2内的钢帽6,钢帽6上方设有发光部件8;光滑段202的中间偏上的位置设有撑板3,支撑柱2侧面设有撑杆7,撑杆7顶端设有接头701,撑杆7中间设有连接块702,接头701与撑板3铰接,连接块702铰接有连杆703;第二插槽203内设有滑动部件704,滑动部件704与连杆703铰接。
工作时,地锚5将连接有支撑柱2的支座1固定在地面上,挡板4通过插榫402穿插在两个相邻的支撑柱2的第一插槽201内,钢帽6套装在支撑柱2上,钢帽6上方的发光部件8通电后发光;支撑柱2上的撑板3铰接有撑杆7,撑杆7的连接块702铰接有连杆703,连杆703与滑动部件704铰接,滑动部件704设置在第二插槽203内,随着滑动部件704在第二插槽203内的运动,撑杆7改变张开的角度,从而适应不同的地貌,挡板4将相 邻两个支撑柱2两两相连围成封闭的环形。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种快速拆装的环型围挡,包括有支座,支座经地锚固定于地面上,支座上端设有竖直向上的支撑柱,其特征在于:沿所述支撑柱的长度方向自上向下依次设置有第一插槽、光滑段和第二插槽,相邻两个支撑柱之间连接有挡板,挡板边缘设置有插榫,插榫插装在第一插槽内,挡板将相邻两个支撑柱两两相连并整体围成封闭的环形;所述支撑柱顶端设有沉降到支撑柱内的钢帽,钢帽上方设有发光部件;所述光滑段的中间偏上的位置设有撑板,支撑柱侧面设有撑杆,撑杆顶端设有接头,中间设有连接块,接头与撑板铰接,连接块铰接有连杆;所述第二插槽内设有滑动部件,滑动部件与连杆铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的环型围挡,其特征在于:所述挡板表面设有反光的交通标志。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的环型围挡,其特征在于:每根支撑柱中间偏上的侧面相向设有两个第一插槽,第一插槽的横截面呈T型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的环型围挡,其特征在于:每根支撑柱中间偏下的侧面设有四个第二插槽,第二插槽的横截面呈T型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的环型围挡,其特征在于:所述撑杆与第二插槽一一对应设置,且每个支撑柱连接的四根撑杆长度相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的环型围挡,其特征在于:所述支座设置有2个以上的定位孔,优选4个。
