一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，包括有支座（1），支座（1）上端设有支撑柱（2），支撑柱（2）上设有插槽（201），插槽（201）内插装有隔音板（4）；支撑柱（2）顶端设有横杆（6），横杆（6）上设有钢帽（601），钢帽（601）沉降到支撑柱（2）内；支撑柱（2）上设置有连接部件（3），连接部件（3）包括有挂钩（301）与U型金属扣件（303），挂钩（301）两侧设有凸耳（302），U型金属扣件（303）与凸耳（302）相连接；支撑柱（2）两侧设有撑杆（7），撑杆（7）两端分别设有环型扣（701）与接头（702），环型扣（701）与挂钩（301）相连接，接头（702）铰接在连接块（8）上，连接块（8）设置在连接板（9）上，连接板（9）通过地锚固定于地面上。隔音屏障通过撑杆的作用，稳定性得到了保障，装置由小部件组装而成，拆卸方便且易于施工安装、搬运，提高了吸音降噪的效果，实用性较强，可作为快速拆装的隔音屏障使用，使用安全可靠。

Description

一种快速拆装的隔音屏障 技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔音装置，特别涉及一种隔音屏障。
背景技术
在城市建设中，施工机械产生的噪音是一个难以克服的问题，其噪音源具有多点性、移动性的特点，目前没有更好的手段来解决施工机械的噪音扰民的问题。
在日常的生活中，经常会在高速公路、铁路沿线等噪音嘈杂的地方见到隔音屏障的应用，现有的隔音屏障一般包括有水泥浇筑的支座，支座上端设有竖直向上的支撑柱，支撑柱预埋在支座内，相邻两个支撑柱之间连接有隔音板，隔音板固定连接在支撑柱上。现有的隔音屏障为固定设施，其不足之处在于安装、拆卸都不方便，整体重量过重，不利于灵活地搬运、移动至不同的噪音源。因此，其不能有效地用于施工机械的噪音消除中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，使其能够达到隔绝噪音的目的，同时保障其连接稳固、方便拆卸。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，包括有支座，支座经地锚固定于地面上，支座上端设有竖直向上的支撑柱，沿所述支撑柱的长度方向设有插槽，插槽的横截面呈T型，相邻两个支撑柱之间连接有隔音板，隔音板边缘设置有插榫，插榫插装在插槽内，隔音板在插槽内的行程小于支撑柱的高度；所述支撑柱顶端设有横杆，横杆每间隔一段距离设有钢帽，钢帽沉降到支撑柱内；所述支撑柱中间偏上设置有连接部件，连接部件包括有设置在支撑柱上的挂钩与U型金属扣件，挂钩两侧设有凸耳，U型金属扣件与凸耳相连接；所述支撑柱两侧设有撑杆，撑杆两端分别设有环型扣与接头，环型扣与挂钩相连接，接头铰接在连接块上，连接块设置在连接板上，所述连接板通过地锚固定于地面上。
本发明工作时，地锚将连接有支撑柱的支座固定在地面上，隔音板通过插榫穿插在两个支撑柱的插槽内，横杆上的钢帽套装在支撑柱上。设置有连接块的连接板通过地锚固定在地面上，撑杆的接头铰接在连接块上，撑杆另一端的环型扣固定在支撑柱的挂钩上，U型金属扣件与凸耳相连接。与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：隔音屏障通过撑杆的作用，稳定性得到了保障，装置由小部件组装而成，拆卸方便且易于施工安装、搬运，提高了吸音降噪的效果，实用性较强。该装置可用于建筑、道路施工中，其可以快速构建成隔音屏障，及时调整隔音屏障与噪音源之间的距离，以达到降低噪音扰民的技术效果。
为了提高吸音降噪的效果，达到隔绝噪音的目的，所述隔音板表面设有若干吸音孔。
为了便于增加隔音板的拼装长度，每根支撑柱上相向设有两个插槽。
为了保障隔音屏障的连接稳固，所述挂钩设置在支撑柱两侧。
为了便于隔音板的拆卸、搬运，相邻两个支撑柱之间的隔音板由多块隔音块组成。
为了防止环型扣的脱落，所述U型金属扣件铰接在支撑柱两侧，且位于挂钩下方。
为了便于地锚对支座与连接板的固定，所述支座与连接板分别设置有2个以上的定位孔，优选4个。

具体实施方式
如图1，2，3所示，为一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，包括有支座1，支座1经地锚5固定于地面上，支座1上端设有竖直向上的支撑柱2，沿支撑柱2的长度方向设有插槽201，插槽201的横截面呈T型，每根支撑柱2上相向设有两个插槽201，相邻两个支撑柱2之间连接有隔音板4，隔音板4由多块隔音块组成，隔音板4边缘设置有插榫402，插榫402插装在插槽201内，隔音板4表面设有若干吸音孔401，隔音板4在插槽201内的行程小于支撑柱2的高度；支撑柱2顶端设有横杆6，横杆6每间隔一段距离设有钢帽601，钢帽601沉降到支撑柱2内；支撑柱2中间偏上设置有连接部件3，连接部件3包括有设置在支撑柱2两侧的挂钩301与U型金属扣件303，挂钩301两侧设有凸耳302，U型金属扣件303与凸耳302相连接；支撑柱2两侧设有撑杆7，撑杆7两端分别设有环型扣701与接头702，环型扣701与挂钩301相连接，接头702铰接在连接块8上，连接块8设置在连接板9上，连接板9通过地锚5固定于地面上。
工作时，地锚5将连接有支撑柱2的支座1固定在地面上，隔音板4通过插榫402穿插在两个支撑柱2的插槽201内，横杆6上的钢帽601套装在支撑柱2上。设置有连接块8的连接板9通过地锚5固定在地面上，撑杆7的接头702铰接在连接块8上，撑杆7上另 一端的环型扣701固定在支撑柱2的挂钩301上，U型金属扣件303与凸耳302相连接。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例，在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上，本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容，不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形，这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，包括有支座，支座经地锚固定于地面上，支座上端设有竖直向上的支撑柱，沿所述支撑柱的长度方向设有插槽，插槽的横截面呈T型，相邻两个支撑柱之间连接有隔音板，隔音板边缘设置有插榫，插榫插装在插槽内，隔音板在插槽内的行程小于支撑柱的高度；所述支撑柱顶端设有横杆，横杆每间隔一段距离设有钢帽，钢帽沉降到支撑柱内；其特征在于：所述支撑柱中间偏上设置有连接部件，连接部件包括有设置在支撑柱上的挂钩与U型金属扣件，挂钩两侧设有凸耳，U型金属扣件与凸耳相连接；所述支撑柱两侧设有撑杆，撑杆两端分别设有环型扣与接头，环型扣与挂钩相连接，接头铰接在连接块上，连接块设置在连接板上，所述连接板通过地锚固定于地面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，其特征在于：所述隔音板表面设有若干吸音孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，其特征在于：每根支撑柱上相向设有两个插槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，其特征在于：所述挂钩设置在支撑柱两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，其特征在于：相邻两个支撑柱之间的隔音板由多块隔音块组成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，其特征在于：所述U型金属扣件铰接在支撑柱两侧，且位于挂钩下方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速拆装的隔音屏障，其特征在于：所述支座与连接板分别设置有2个以上的定位孔，优选4个。
