本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种轨道车辆照明装置。
背景技术
随着铁路客运车辆的发展,人们不仅对车辆营运时速有更高的要求,同时对乘坐舒适性、车内美观等方面有了更高的要求。目前有不少车辆车厢内采用异型内装提高车厢美观程度,例如波浪形内饰,但传统车厢内照明设备所采用的LED灯、荧光灯均是作为线、面或点光源实现照明的,对于新型的波浪形内饰结构,都无法实现较好的照明效果。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于解决针对异型内饰结构,如何满足车内照明要求的问题,提供一种轨道车辆照明装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种轨道车辆照明装置,包括若干个短灯具,若干短灯具拼接成形状与异型内饰形状吻合的长灯具;
在所述短灯具内设置有型材体,在所述型材体上设置有光源,所述型材体扭曲使每段光源与水平面夹角的照射角度一致。
进一步,所述异型内饰形状为上下和前后起伏的波浪形。
进一步,所述短灯具包括由灯体和灯罩组成的壳体,在壳体内设置所述型材体。
进一步,所述短灯具通过安装卡座与L形安装片固定,所述L形安装片与异型内饰固定。
进一步,在L形安装片与异型内饰之间设置有垫片,调整所述垫片的厚度使每段光源与车体顶板的距离相同。
进一步,在所述型材体上设置有两条照射角度不同的光源,一条光源照射车体顶板,另一条光源向车厢内照射。

本发明所述的轨道车辆照明装置,主要用于采用异型内饰的车厢照明,本实施例中异型内饰为水平方向、垂直方向均有起伏的波浪形内饰1,在波浪形内饰1与车体顶板2之间设置本发明所述的轨道车辆照明装置。
如图1和图2所示,轨道车辆照明装置是由若干个短灯具3组成的,按照波浪形内饰1的形状将短灯具3拼接成长灯具4,长灯具4的形状与波浪形内饰1的形状吻合。通过拼接形式不仅满足灯具形状上的要求,还有利于灯具散热。
短灯具3包括由灯体6和灯罩7组成的壳体、设置在壳体内部的型材体5。
在灯体6上设置有灯罩卡扣9、安装卡座扣10、电源安装座、走线槽,灯罩7卡固在灯罩卡扣9上。电源11安装在电源安装座上,在短灯具3内部设置走线槽,电源11与灯体固定,使走线槽、电源11与灯具集成一体,方便安装。各短灯具之间采用端子进行链接。
在型材体5上设置有光源安装座8,在本实施例中设置有两条光源安装座8,两条光源12分别安装在光源安装座8上,两条光源12的照射角度不同,一条光源12照射车体顶板2,另一条光源12向车厢内照射。通过采用两条不同照射范围的光源,使车厢内不仅具备了与内饰相呼应的光线,还提高了车厢照明亮度和美观程度。
在本实施例中光源12采用LED光源。照射车体顶板2的光源12使波浪形内饰1通过灯光显现出来,实现了波浪形照明效果,照射车厢内的光源12进一步提高照明效果。
由于波浪形内饰1在水平方向、垂直方向均有起伏,会使得两条光源12与水平面夹角不同,故通过计算角度,将型材体5进行“拧麻花”式的扭曲塑性,使两条光源12在铺设在光源安装座8上后,每段或没点光源12与水平面的夹角均一致,即使得整条光源12的照射角度是一致的。由于整条光源12与水平面夹角的照射角度是一致的,因此照射在车体顶板2上的灯光可显现出波浪形内饰1的形状,满足车厢内饰波浪形的照明效果,实现了一种温和波浪形内装顶板的照明效果,进一步提高了车厢美化程度。
短灯具3通过安装卡座13与L形安装片14固定,L形安装片14与波浪形内饰1固定,在本实施例中,短灯具3通过灯体6上的安装卡座扣10卡固在安装卡座13上,安装卡座13与L形安装片14的一个面栓接固定,L形安装片14的另一个面与波浪形内饰1栓接固定。
在波浪形内饰1上按安装位置预先固定好L形安装片14和在L形安装片14上的安装卡座13,短灯具3在安装时,只需将灯体6卡扣在安装卡座13上即可。
如图3所示,由于车体顶板2是中间高度高、两侧高度低的结构,若呈波浪形形状的光源12在各段与车体顶板2之间的距离不同,会使得照明效果变差,并且向车厢内照射的光源12会产生黑洞,影响照明效果,因此在L形安装片14与波浪形内饰1之间设置有垫片15,通过调整垫片15的厚度,使每段光源12与车体顶板2的距离相同,保证了照明效果。
本发明实施例所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,通过短灯具拼接成与异型内饰相符形状的长灯具,不仅满足灯具形状上的要求,还有利于灯具散热。通过内部设置的经扭曲的型材体,使长灯具各点的光源照射角度一致,满足了异性内饰车厢内照明效果的要求,进一步提高了车厢美化程度。
实施例二
本发明所述的一种照明装置,主要用于采用异型内饰的车厢照明,本实施例中异型内饰为水平方向、垂直方向均有起伏的波浪形内饰1,在波浪形内饰1与车体顶板2之间设置本发明所述的照明装置。
如图4和图5所示,一种照明装置包括灯管部分16和灯体部分17,灯管部分16包括灯管型材22,按照波浪形内饰1的形状将灯管型材22拉伸塑形,经拉伸塑形后的灯管型材22的形状与波浪形内饰1的形状吻合。经拉伸塑形使灯具在形状上满足与波浪形内饰1吻合的要求,并且有利于灯具散热。
灯管部分16也可以分两段,每段分别拉伸塑形后再拼接形成波浪形内饰1的形状。
灯管部分16的截面形状呈圆形,在灯管型材22上设置有光源安装座8和灯罩安装座19,灯罩7固定在灯罩安装座19上。
光源12安装在光源安装座8上,光源12为一整条LED光线,光源12照射车体顶板2,光源12使波浪形内饰1通过灯光显现出来,实现了波浪形照明效果。
由于波浪形内饰1在水平方向、垂直方向均有起伏,会使得光源12与水平面夹角不同,故通过计算角度,将灯管型材22进行“拧麻花”式的扭曲塑性,使光源12在铺设在光源安装座8上后,每段或每点光源12与水平面的夹角均一致,即使得整条光源12的照射角度是一致的。由于整条光源12与水平面夹角的照射角度是一致的,因此照射在车体顶板2上的灯光可显现出波浪形内饰1的形状,满足车厢内饰波浪形的照明效果,实现了一种温和波浪形内装顶板的照明效果,进一步提高了车厢美化程度。
灯体部分17包括V形底板18,V形底板18的一个侧面上固定有多个安装卡座13,V形底板18的另一个侧面与波浪形内饰1固定。
安装卡座13顶部为一圆柱形开口结构,底部为U型结构,在灯管型材22的外表面上设置有安装卡座扣10,安装卡座扣10可固定在安装卡座13顶部的开口处。
灯管部分16通过安装卡座13固定在灯体部分17,在波浪形内饰1上按安装位置预先固定好灯体部分17,灯管部分16在安装时,只需将灯管部分16卡扣在安装卡座13上即可完成安装。
在V形底板18与波浪形内饰1固定的一侧面端部固定有多个安装板21,在安装板21上设置有走线槽20以及电源(图中未示出)。走线槽20以及电源均与灯体部分17集成一体,方便安装。
由于车体顶板2是中间高度高、两侧高度低的结构,若呈波浪形形状的光源12在各段与车体顶板2之间的距离不同,会使得照明效果变差,因此通过调整安装卡座13的高度,使每段光源12与车体顶板2的距离相同,保证了照明效果。
本发明所述的一种照明装置,通过灯管型材拉伸扭曲塑形成与异型内饰相同形状的灯具,不仅满足灯具形状上的要求,还有利于灯具散热。通过灯管型材扭曲塑形,使灯具各点的光源照射角度一致,满足了异性内饰车厢内照明效果的要求,进一步提高了车厢美化程度。
如上所述,结合附图所给出的方案内容,可以衍生出类似的技术方案。但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述照明装置包括灯具,所述灯具的形状与异型内饰形状相吻合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯具包括若干个短灯具,若干短灯具拼接成形状与所述异型内饰形状吻合的长灯具。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:在所述短灯具内设置有型材体,在所述型材体上设置有光源,所述型材体扭曲使每段光源与水平面夹角的照射角度一致。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述异型内饰形状为水平方向和/或垂直方向起伏的波浪形。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述短灯具包括由灯体和灯罩组成的壳体,在壳体内设置所述型材体。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述短灯具通过第一安装卡座与L形安装片固定,所述L形安装片与异型内饰固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:在L形安装片与异型内饰之间设置有垫片,调整所述垫片的厚度使每段光源与车体顶板的距离相同。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:在所述型材体上设置有两条照射角度不同的光源,一条光源照射车体顶板,另一条光源向车厢内照射。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:在短灯具内部设置有走线槽。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述短灯具与电源固定集成一体。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:各所述短灯具之间通过端子链接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯具包括灯管和灯体部分;所述灯管部分包括拉伸塑形后形状与异型内饰形状相吻合的灯管型材;在所述灯管型材上设置有光源,所述灯管型材扭曲塑形使每段光源与水平面夹角的照射角度一致。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述异型内饰形状为水平方向和/或垂直方向起伏的波浪形。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯管部分通过第二安装卡座与灯体部分固定,所述灯体部分与所述异型内饰形状固定。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:调整所述第二安装卡座的高度使每段光源与车体顶板的距离相同。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯体部分包括V形底板,所述V形底板一侧面上固定有第二安装卡座,所述V形底板另一侧面与所述异型内饰形状固定。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:在V形底板上还设置有多个安装板,在所述安装板上设置有走线槽。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:在所述安装板上设置有电源。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的一种轨道车辆照明装置,其特征在于:在所述灯管型材上设置有光源安装座和灯罩安装座。
