一种照明角度可调的LED路灯,包括电源、立柱、灯体(1)以及灯罩(2),灯体(1)内部设有隔板(3),隔板(3)上方设有驱动器(5),隔板(3)下方设有控制箱(6),控制箱(6)内部设有控制器(7),控制箱(6)与固定灯板(14)固定连接,通过传动机构与活动灯板(15)连接,活动灯板(15)与固定灯板(14)之间通过连接铰链(16)活动连接,固定灯板(14)和活动灯板(15)下方均设有LED灯珠(17),驱动器(5)和控制器(7)均与电源电气连接,驱动器(5)与LED灯珠(17)电气连接,控制器(7)与伸缩件(10)电气连接。上述路灯根据不同需要调整活动灯板(15)的具体角度,便于调节照明的角度,满足光线集中与扩散的效果要求。

Description

照明角度可调的LED路灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED路灯技术领域,具体地说是一种照明角度可调的LED路灯。
背景技术
LED路灯是城市建设、广场、港口、货物集散地不可缺少的重要设施,但是现有的路灯,结构复杂,安装不方便。安装好之后,很难调整各个模块之间的组装关系,进而导致整个LED路灯的照明的角度。因此一种型号的LED路灯只能应用于特定的场合,不能根据不同场合进行调整。另外,其照明角度单一,不能根据同一应用位置的不同环境进行调整。现有的路灯在使用的时候存在诸多不便。
以上缺陷,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种照明角度可调的LED路灯。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
照明角度可调的LED路灯,包括电源、立柱、设于所述立柱上方的灯体以及灯罩,其特征在于,所述灯体内部设有横向设置的隔板,所述隔板与所述灯体围成的上方的空腔内设有驱动器,所述隔板下方设有控制箱,所述控制箱内部设有控制器,所述控制箱下方设有固定灯板和活动灯板,所述控制箱通过固定杆与所述固定灯板固定连接,所述控制箱通过传动机构与所述活动灯板连接,所述传动机构包括设 于所述控制箱上的第一铰链、与所述第一铰链连接的上伸缩杆、与所述上伸缩杆通过伸缩件连接的下伸缩杆以及设于所述活动灯板上的第二铰链,所述活动灯板与所述固定灯板之间通过连接铰链活动连接,所述固定灯板和所述活动灯板下方均设有LED灯珠,所述驱动器和所述控制器均与所述电源电气连接,所述驱动器与所述LED灯珠电气连接,所述控制器与所述伸缩件电气连接。
进一步的,所述驱动器和所述隔板之间设有散热片。
进一步的,所述活动灯板设于所述固定灯板的两侧,且每一侧的所述活动灯板均通过相应的所述传动机构与所述控制箱连接。
更进一步的,所述固定灯板和所述活动灯板宽度比例为2:3。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型可以根据不同需要调整活动灯板的具体角度,便于调节照明的角度,满足的光线集中与扩散的效果要求;生产安装成本低,照明亮度强,散热快,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1-3所示,本实用新型提供一种照明角度可调的LED路灯,包括电源、立柱、设于立柱上方的灯体1以及灯罩2,灯体1内部设有横向设置的隔板3,隔板3与灯体1围成的上方的空腔内设有驱动器5,驱动器5和隔板3之间设有散热片4。
隔板3下方设有控制箱6,控制箱6内部设有控制器7,控制箱6下方设有固定灯板14和活动灯板15,控制箱6通过固定杆13与固定灯板14固定连接,控制箱6通过传动机构与活动灯板15连接,传动机构包括设于控制箱6上的第一铰链8、与第一铰链8连接的上伸缩杆9、与上伸缩杆9通过伸缩件10连接的下伸缩杆11以及设于活动灯板15上的第二铰链12,活动灯板15与固定灯板14之间通过连接铰链16活动连接,固定灯板14和活动灯板15下方均设有LED灯珠17。
优选的,固定灯板14和活动灯板15宽度比例为2:3。活动灯板15设于固定灯板14的两侧,且每一侧的活动灯板15均通过相应的传动机构与控制箱6连接。
驱动器5和控制器7均与电源电气连接,驱动器5与LED灯珠17电气连接,控制器7与伸缩件10电气连接。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 照明角度可调的LED路灯,包括电源、立柱、设于所述立柱上方的灯体以及灯罩,其特征在于,所述灯体内部设有横向设置的隔板,所述隔板与所述灯体围成的上方的空腔内设有驱动器,所述隔板下方设有控制箱,所述控制箱内部设有控制器,
    所述控制箱下方设有固定灯板和活动灯板,所述控制箱通过固定杆与所述固定灯板固定连接,所述控制箱通过传动机构与所述活动灯板连接,所述传动机构包括设于所述控制箱上的第一铰链、与所述第一铰链连接的上伸缩杆、与所述上伸缩杆通过伸缩件连接的下伸缩杆以及设于所述活动灯板上的第二铰链,所述活动灯板与所述固定灯板之间通过连接铰链活动连接,所述固定灯板和所述活动灯板下方均设有LED灯珠,
    所述驱动器和所述控制器均与所述电源电气连接,所述驱动器与所述LED灯珠电气连接,所述控制器与所述伸缩件电气连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明角度可调的LED路灯,其特征在于,所述驱动器和所述隔板之间设有散热片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的照明角度可调的LED路灯,其特征在于,所述活动灯板设于所述固定灯板的两侧,且每一侧的所述活动灯板均通过相应的所述传动机构与所述控制箱连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的照明角度可调的LED路灯,其特征在于,所述固定灯板和所述活动灯板宽度比例为2:3。
