Abstract
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料、制备方法和用途,该材料由热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布或热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布与薄膜的复合材料,经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成。制得的材料大大降低了厚度和克重,提供了一种轻薄透气、舒适柔软、美观的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料。由于使用了热转印涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺,大大提升了用于个人护理卫生用品的材料的美观度、防伪效果,柔软舒适度,填补了用于个人护理卫生用品的材料全球领域的空白。
Description
本发明涉及个人护理卫生用品领域,特别是涉及一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料、其制备方法及用途。
无纺布(英文名:Non Woven Fabric或者Nonwoven cloth)又称不织布、非织造布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用高聚物粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。耐久性,一次性。绝缘,导电。柔软性,刚挺性。细密性,膨胀性。
无纺布由于其透气不透水、柔韧、质轻、耐磨、耐褶皱等优点,目前被广泛的应用于个人护理卫生用品中,如卫生巾和婴儿纸尿裤中。随着人们生活质量的提高,人们对个人护理卫生用品的要求也越来越高,消费者及生产厂家对其轻薄性、柔软性、透气性、美观性等均有较高要求。
个人护理卫生用品包括卫生巾、纸尿裤、手帕纸等,用于个人护理卫生用品的材料可以应用于卫生巾外包无纺布、卫生巾易撕贴、纸尿裤外表层无纺布、纸尿裤前腰贴、纸尿裤魔术贴、盒抽纸巾提把等。
例如,婴幼儿纸尿裤一般包括面层、透气薄膜层、外表层以及用于吸收液体的芯体,所述面层与透气薄膜层的内表面贴合连接,面层与透气薄膜层内表面之间设有空腔,空腔内设有芯体,外表层设置在透气薄膜层的外表面。目前市场上的纸尿裤为了在其外表层上进行图案的印刷热压烫印等工艺,通常采用较厚的材料来制作才能承受热压机的热压工艺,因此,不够轻薄、柔软、美观、亲肤。
例如,女性卫生巾为了确保其卫生性,通常是用外包膜一个个地单独实施包装的,一般所用的材料为树脂薄膜等。这种传统的包装方式不够轻薄、美观,且很容易在卫生巾上形成严重折痕,影响卫生巾的使用。通过传统的包装方式,当女性拿出卫生巾时,使女性显得非
常尴尬,所以一种外观美观,折叠包装方式不严重损伤卫生巾的卫生巾外包膜,能够使女性避免心里以及生理上的诸多痛苦。
又比如在纸尿裤前腰贴中的应用,魔术勾是一种常见的连接件,分魔术贴(勾面体)和纸尿裤前腰贴(毛面体)两部分,其通过将勾面体和毛面体分别固定在需要贴合的两个物件上,在使用时,将勾面体和毛面体贴紧,就可以使得两个物件贴合,拉开勾面体和毛面体,就可以使得两个物件分开,如此,可反复开合多次。由于魔术勾具有使用简单方便、美观舒适、可重复使用等优点,目前也被作为粘贴结构应用于部分婴幼儿纸尿裤的设计中。这种纸尿裤一般包括外包覆材料、内置吸收层、防漏底膜和魔术前腰贴、魔术扣组成。外包覆材料一般为无纺布,起渗透、隔离的作用;内置吸收层为绒毛浆和高分子吸水树脂混合而成,主要起吸收作用;防漏底膜的作用是防止渗漏,避免污染衣物,部分产品使用透气底膜来增强纸尿裤的透气性;魔术前腰贴(毛面体)和魔术贴(勾面体)则形成闭合利于婴幼儿穿戴。
由于纸尿布属于婴幼儿用品,因此对其舒适性、安全性、方便性等要求较高,魔术前腰贴需要柔软舒适、轻便可亲肤、凸感强、与魔术贴(勾面体)粘扣贴合后牢固不易分开。目前市场上的魔术前腰贴为了保证反复粘贴性好,一般由无纺布与塑料薄膜复合而成,通常比较厚重,比较硬,会导致婴幼儿穿戴后不够柔软舒适、轻薄、透气,印刷图案也不够美观。
CN 203425131 U公开了一种纸尿裤前腰贴复合结构,包括由高分子薄膜复合形成的衬底层,衬底层表面复合有热塑性聚合物的纤维层;衬底层表面具有若干凸部,在凸部上的纤维层呈蓬松状,复合在两两凸部间形成的凹部的纤维层呈紧密粘接状。由于它由衬底层和热塑性聚合物的纤维层复合而成,因此不够轻薄、柔软、透气。
CN 204218131 U公开了一种气垫魔术贴,包括底膜层和无纺布层,该无纺布层贴合至底膜层上表面,并形成有多个具有空腔且间隔分布的气垫区及多个紧密贴合的固定区,该固定区设置于相邻两气垫区之间。气垫区不会被永久性地压扁,展开进行加工时,气垫区的无纺布回弹依然能紧扣对应的钩形构件。该专利的魔术贴使用了无纺布和底膜层复合而成,因此不够轻薄、柔软、透气。
CN 204072506 U公开了一种纸尿裤无纺布膜与PE膜热压粘合结构,包括无纺布膜与PE膜,所述无纺布膜与PE膜连接部为电热压“线”粘合,所述连接部交叉形成“网状”结构,网眼内无纺布膜与PE膜不连接。该专利的粘合结构使用了无纺布和PE膜复合而成,因此不够轻薄、柔软、透气。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种轻薄透气、舒适柔软、美观的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由于使用了热转印涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺,大大提升了用于个人护理卫生用品的材料的美观度、轻薄透气性、柔软舒适度,填补了用于个人护理卫生用品的材料全球领域的空白。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由由热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布或热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布与薄膜的复合材料,经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成。
所述热塑性聚合物纤维选自聚丙烯(PP)纤维、聚乙烯(PE)纤维中的一种或多种;所述纤维可以为长纤维或短纤维。
所述热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布为1-3层无纺布,每层无纺布独立的为PP纤维制成的无纺布,或PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布。
当由PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成无纺布时,无纺布中PP纤维的重量百分比为20-80%,PE纤维的重量百分比为20-80%。
所述薄膜为PET薄膜、PE薄膜、BOPET薄膜或BOPP薄膜;所述薄膜复合在无纺布的下方。
优选的,所述薄膜为PE薄膜或BOPP薄膜;所述PE薄膜的厚度优选为10-50μm;所述BOPP薄膜的厚度优选为10-25μm。
当所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料由热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布与薄膜的复合材料,经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成时,优选的,所述热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布为1层无纺布,所述薄膜为1层薄膜。
本发明还提供了所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布或热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布与薄膜的复合材料,置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)将一卷已经由油墨印刷的涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜。
优选的,
所述涂布印刷热转印膜为BOPP薄膜或BOPET薄膜;
所述涂布印刷热转印膜的厚度为8-100μm,优选为10-70μm。
步骤(3)所述的凸版热压转印工艺,具体是指在热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上。
所述热压可以采用气压、油压或液压等常规方式;热压温度为50-200℃,加热方式为电加热、油加热或电磁加热,热压压力为0.5-10MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为10-200m/min。
进一步优选的,热压温度为80-180℃,热压压力为2-10MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为20-120m/min。
本发明还提供了所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料的用途,其可以用于卫生巾外包无纺布、卫生巾易撕贴、纸尿裤外表层无纺布、纸尿裤前腰贴、纸尿裤魔术贴、盒抽纸巾提把等。
本发明还提供了一种纸尿裤前腰贴,其由所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经过剪裁而成,纸尿裤前腰贴的克重为35-50g/m2。
当用于个人护理卫生用品的材料用于制备纸尿裤前腰贴时,本发明的几种具体技术方案如下:
(A)所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料由热塑性聚合物纤维制
成的无纺布经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成,无纺布的总克重为35-50g/m2:
①所述无纺布为PP纤维制成的无纺布1-3层或PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布1-3层。
②所述无纺布为2层,自上而下依次为(本纸尿裤前腰贴的应用中定义靠近纸尿裤一侧为下方、与魔术贴勾面体接触的一侧为上方):
第1层:PP纤维制成的无纺布;
第2层:PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布。
③所述无纺布为3层,自上而下依次为:
第1层:PP纤维制成的无纺布;
第2层:PP纤维制成的无纺布或PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布;
第3层:PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布。
④所述无纺布为2层,自上而下依次为:
第1层:PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布;
第2层:PP纤维制成的无纺布。
⑤所述无纺布为3层,自上而下依次为:
第1层:PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布;
第2层:PP纤维制成的无纺布或PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布;
第3层:PP纤维制成的无纺布。
(B)所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料由热塑性聚合物纤维制成的1层无纺布与1层薄膜的复合材料,经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成;所述薄膜复合在无纺布的下方,无纺布与薄膜通过热熔胶或溶剂型胶涂布等工艺进行复合得到复合材料,复合材料的总克重优选为35-50g/m2;所述复合材料自上而下依次为:
第1层:PP纤维制成的无纺布或PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布;
第2层:PE薄膜或BOPP薄膜。
使用本发明的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料剪裁出的纸尿裤前腰贴的克重为35-50g/m2,与现有技术中的克重为60-70g/m2的纸尿裤
前腰贴相比,明显更加轻薄、柔软、美观、透气。
本发明还提供了一种卫生巾外包无纺布,其由所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经过剪裁而成,卫生巾外包无纺布的克重为7-15g/m2。
当用于个人护理卫生用品的材料用于制备卫生巾外包无纺布时,具体技术方案如下:所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料由PP纤维制成的1层无纺布或PP纤维与PE纤维混纺制成的1层无纺布经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成,无纺布的总克重为7-15g/m2。
现有技术中的卫生巾外包膜一般为PE薄膜制备而成,克重为20-25g/m2,使用本发明的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料剪裁出的卫生巾外包无纺布的克重为7-15g/m2,明显更加轻薄、柔软、美观、透气,而且无纺布与现有技术中的PE薄膜有着明显不同的质感,而且无纺布通过本工艺而成,印刷图案具有防伪作用。
本发明还提供了一种纸尿裤外表层无纺布,其由所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经过剪裁而成,纸尿裤外表层无纺布的克重为7-15g/m2。
当用于个人护理卫生用品的材料用于制备纸尿裤外表层无纺布时,具体技术方案如下:所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料由PP纤维制成的1层无纺布或PP纤维与PE纤维混纺制成的1层无纺布经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成,无纺布的总克重为7-15g/m2。
现有技术中的纸尿裤外表层一般为PE薄膜制备而成,克重为13-20g/m2,且没有印刷图案,使用本发明的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料剪裁出的纸尿裤外表层无纺布的克重为7-15g/m2,明显更加轻薄、柔软、美观、透气,而且无纺布通过本工艺而成,印刷图案具有防伪作用。
本发明还提供了一种卫生巾易撕贴,其由所述的用于个人护理卫
生用品的材料经过剪裁而成,卫生巾易撕贴的克重为48-55g/m2。
当用于个人护理卫生用品的材料用于制备卫生巾易撕贴时,具体技术方案如下:所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料由1层无纺布(PP纤维制成的无纺布或PP纤维与PE纤维混纺制成的无纺布)与1层BOPP或BOPET薄膜的复合材料经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成,无纺布的克重约为25g/m2,卫生巾易撕贴的的克重约为48-55g/m2。
现有技术中的卫生巾易撕贴一般为PP薄膜制备而成,克重>75g/m2,且没有印刷图案,使用本发明的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料剪裁出的卫生巾易撕贴的克重为48-55g/m2,明显更加轻薄、柔软、美观、透气,而且无纺布通过本工艺而成,印刷图案具有防伪作用。
本发明还提供了一种纸尿裤魔术贴,其由所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经过剪裁而成,纸尿裤魔术贴的克重为45-60g/m2。
当用于个人护理卫生用品的材料用于制备纸尿裤魔术贴时,具体技术方案如下:所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料是由1-2层无纺布或其与1层薄膜(PE或BOPP薄膜)的复合材料经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成;每层无纺布独立的为PP纤维制成的无纺布或PP纤维与PE纤维混纺制成的;纸尿裤魔术贴的总克重为45-60g/m2。
现有技术中的纸尿裤魔术贴一般为无纺布淋PP薄膜等制备而成,克重为70-85g/m2,且没有印刷图案,使用本发明的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料剪裁出的纸尿裤魔术贴的克重为45-60g/m2,明显更加轻薄、柔软、美观、透气,而且无纺布通过本工艺而成,印刷图案具有防伪作用。而且无论是Y型魔术贴还是S切魔术贴,本发明的纸尿裤魔术贴与前腰贴之间的剥离力明显增大。
本发明还提供了一种盒抽纸巾提把,其由所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经过剪裁而成,盒抽纸巾提把的克重为38-50g/m2。
当用于个人护理卫生用品的材料用于制备盒抽纸巾提把时,具体技术方案如下:所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料由1层无纺布(PP
纤维制成的无纺布或PP纤维与PE纤维混纺制成的无纺布)与1层BOPP薄膜的复合材料经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成,盒抽纸巾提把的的克重约为38-50g/m2。
现有技术中的盒抽纸巾提把一般为BOPP薄膜制备而成,克重为45-50g/m2,很硬,割手,不够结实,仅有薄膜传统的印刷图案,不能防伪也不够美观,使用本发明的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料剪裁出的盒抽纸巾提把的克重为38-50g/m2,更加轻薄,而且本发明以无纺布为主要原料,明显柔软、美观、透气,而且无纺布通过本工艺而成,印刷图案具有防伪作用。
本发明采取在无纺布上覆盖一层涂布印刷热转印膜的方式进行凸版热压转印等工艺,使得本发明使用轻薄甚至单层的热塑性聚合物纤维层制成的无纺布就可以承受热压的温度和压力,从而使得本发明的制得的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料大大降低了厚度和克重;更加轻薄、透气、柔软、舒适。
同时,制备过程还可以将复合、印刷、热压、烫印工艺合并为一步,减少工序,缩短了无纺布承受的加热、加压的时间,提高了制得的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料的质量,由于涂布印刷(热转印)、凸版热压转印工艺的诞生,填补了用于个人护理卫生用品的材料全球领域的空白,最为突出的特点:大大提升个人护理卫生用品用品的美观度和防伪效果的一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料。
当其应用于卫生巾外包无纺布时,将每个卫生巾单独包装起来,比现有技术中的树脂薄膜更加轻薄,携带方便,而且无纺布的弹性佳,卫生巾放入无纺布外包无纺布后所受到的折叠损伤要低于树脂薄膜的外包膜;而且在其表面进行凸版热压转印工艺后,会形成有凹凸感的立体图案,更加美观,可以减少女性使用携带卫生巾时的尴尬感,这种凸版热压转印工艺还可以将商标、防伪标识、卡通图案,公益宣传用语,个性化设计等印刷在外包无纺布上。
当其应用于纸尿裤外表层无纺布时,纸尿裤包括面层、透气薄膜层、外表层以及用于吸收液体的芯体,所述面层与透气薄膜层的内表
面贴合连接,面层与透气薄膜层内表面之间设有空腔,空腔内设有芯体,外表层设置在透气薄膜层的外表面。使用本发明的材料作为纸尿裤外表层无纺布,更加轻薄、柔软、美观、亲肤。
当其应用于纸尿裤前腰贴时,大大降低了厚度度和克重,从现有技术的60-70g/m2降低到了35-50g/m2;更加轻薄、柔软、舒适。同时,制备过程还可以将复合、印刷、热压、烫印工艺合并为一步,减少工序,缩短了无纺布承受的加热、加压的时间,提高了制得的纸尿裤前腰贴的质量,同时还增强了纸尿裤前腰贴与纸尿裤魔术贴之间的剥离力,大大提升纸尿裤产品的美观度的一种纸尿裤前腰贴。

下面将结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:
(1)将PP切片在短纤维熔纺设备上经过纺丝、卷绕、牵伸等工艺制成PP短纤维,规格为6.45dtex×48mm,将PP短纤维通过喷丝、铺网,针刺加固,制成PP短纤维无纺布,将PP短纤维无纺布置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPP薄膜,厚度10μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对PP短纤维无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为80℃,加热方式为电磁
加热,热压压力为2MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为50m/min;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜,得到的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,克重为7g/m2。
当其应用于卫生巾外包无纺布时,如图1所示,人卫生护理用品外包无纺布1将每个卫生巾3单独包装起来,比现有技术中的树脂薄膜更加轻薄,携带方便,而且无纺布的弹性佳,卫生巾放入无纺布外包无纺布后所受到的折叠损伤要低于树脂薄膜的外包膜;而且在其表面进行凸版热压转印工艺后,会形成有凹凸感的立体图案,更加美观,可以减少女性使用携带卫生巾时的尴尬感,这种凸版热压转印工艺还可以将商标、防伪标识、广告宣传用语等印刷在外包无纺布上。
实施例2
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:
(1)将PP切片在长纤维熔纺设备上经过纺丝、卷绕、牵伸等工艺制成PP长纤维,规格为2.78dtex×75mm,将PP长纤维通过喷丝、铺网,水刺加固,制成PP长纤维无纺布,将PP长纤维无纺布置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPP薄膜,厚度80μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对PP长纤维无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为100℃,加热方式为电磁加热,热压压力为8MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为50m/min;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜,得到的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,克重为12g/m2。
当其应用于纸尿裤外表层无纺布时,如图2-3所示,纸尿裤包括面层41、透气薄膜层43、用于吸收液体的芯体42,所述面层41与透气薄膜层42内表面之间设有空腔,空腔内设有用于吸收液体的芯
体芯体42,用于个人护理卫生用品的材料1设置在透气薄膜层的外表面作为纸尿裤的外表层无纺布。使用本发明的材料作为纸尿裤外表层无纺布,更加轻薄、柔软、美观、亲肤。
实施例3
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:
(1)将PE切片在短纤维熔纺设备上经过纺丝、卷绕、牵伸等工艺制成PE短纤维,规格为5.49dtex×46mm,将PP短纤维(6.45dtex×48mm)与PE短纤维按质量比1:1开松混匀,通过喷丝、铺网,水刺加固,制成PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布,将PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPET薄膜,厚度20μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为180℃,加热方式为电磁加热,热压压力为2MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为120m/min;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜,得到的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,克重为15g/m2。
实施例4

(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPP薄膜,厚度10μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对PP/PE长纤维混纺无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为100℃,加热方式为电磁加热,热压压力为2MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为20m/min;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜,得到的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,克重为15g/m2。
实施例5
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:
(1)将PE长纤维(2.98dtex×70mm)与PP长纤维(2.78dtex×75mm)按质量比1:2开松混匀,通过喷丝、铺网,针刺加固,制成PP/PE长纤维混纺无纺布,克重为15g/m2,将PP长纤维(2.78dtex×75mm)通过喷丝、铺网,针刺加固,制成PP长纤维无纺布,克重为18g/m2,将一层PP/PE长纤维混纺无纺布与两层PP长纤维无纺布按照自上而下的顺序针刺复合后,置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPP薄膜,厚度50μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为110℃,加热方式为电磁加热,热压压力为10MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为120m/min;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜,得到的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,克重为48g/m2。
实施例6
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:
(1)将PE短纤维(5.49dtex×46mm)与PP短纤维(6.45dtex×48mm)按质量比1:4开松混匀,通过喷丝、铺网,针刺
加固,制成PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布,克重为15g/m2,将PP短纤维(6.45dtex×48mm)通过喷丝、铺网,针刺加固,制成PP短纤维无纺布,克重为18g/m2,将两层PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布与一层PP短纤维无纺布按照自上而下的顺序针刺复合后,置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPET薄膜,厚度80μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为110℃,加热方式为电磁加热,热压压力为10MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为120m/min;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜,得到的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,克重为48g/m2。
实施例7
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:
(1)将PP切片在短纤维熔纺设备上经过纺丝、卷绕、牵伸等工艺制成PP短纤维,规格为6.45dtex×48mm,将PP短纤维通过喷丝、铺网,针刺加固,制成1层PP短纤维无纺布,将PP短纤维无纺布置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPP薄膜,厚度10μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对PP短纤维无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为80℃,加热方式为电磁加热,热压压力为2MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为50m/min;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜,得到的用于个人
护理卫生用品的材料,克重为35g/m2。
实施例8
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:
(1)将PP切片在长纤维熔纺设备上经过纺丝、卷绕、牵伸等工艺制成PP长纤维,规格为2.78dtex×75mm,将PP长纤维通过喷丝、铺网,水刺加固,制成1层PP长纤维无纺布,将PP长纤维无纺布置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPET薄膜,厚度80μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对PP长纤维无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为100℃,加热方式为电磁加热,热压压力为8MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为50m/min;
(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜,得到的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,克重为35g/m2。
实施例9
一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:
(1)将PE切片在短纤维熔纺设备上经过纺丝、卷绕、牵伸等工艺制成PE短纤维,规格为5.49dtex×46mm,将PP短纤维(6.45dtex×48mm)与PE短纤维按质量比1:1开松混匀,通过喷丝、铺网,水刺加固,制成1层PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布,将PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPET薄膜,厚度20μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷

一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其由如下步骤制备:

(1)将PE短纤维(5.49dtex×46mm)与PP短纤维(6.45dtex×48mm)按质量比1:1开松混匀,通过喷丝、铺网,针刺加固,制成PP/PE短纤维混纺无纺布作为上层,克重为20g/m2,将PP短纤维(6.45dtex×48mm)制成的无纺布作为下层,克重为15g/m2,将两层无纺布针刺复合后,置于热压机的热压辊下;
(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPP薄膜,厚度20μm)
的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;

(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPP薄膜,厚度50μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;

(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPET薄膜,厚度50μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;

(2)用油墨在涂布印刷热转印膜(BOPP薄膜,厚度20μm)的一面涂布印刷制作图案,然后将涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;
(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺,热压机的热压辊上具有凹凸花纹,热压辊通过对涂布印刷热转印膜和无纺布的热压,将步骤(2)涂布印刷热转印膜上的油墨图案转印到无纺布上;热压温度为180℃,加热方式为电磁加热,热压压力为2MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为120m/min;

测试例
将实施例5-17以及对比文件1-2的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料均应用于纸尿裤前腰贴,位于最上层的PP/PE长纤维混纺无纺布的上表面由于凸版热压转印技术形成有图案和凸部,如线条状、鱼鳞状、菱形、音符,脚丫等,该凸部的表面纤维呈蓬松装,用于与纸尿裤魔术贴粘扣相结合达到足够的剥离力。
将实施例5-17以及对比文件1-2的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料制得纸尿裤前腰贴,对纸尿裤前腰贴(毛面体)和魔术贴(勾面体)之间的90°剥离力和180°剪切力进行测试。测试结果见表1。

样品的处理:将待测试的纸尿裤前腰贴和魔术贴(勾面体)试样在23±2℃,相对湿度50±5%条件下放置24小时以上;沿着魔术贴(勾面体)试样的CD方向(交叉方向)将魔术贴(勾面体)裁剪成25mm宽的试样条;用双面胶带将纸尿裤前腰贴平贴固定于不锈钢板上,并在其上覆盖一层薄纸作为保护,用手辊将之平整,并在其上标注CD方向。
(1)90°剥离力的测试方法:
①将制得的魔术贴(勾面体)平贴到纸尿裤前腰贴上,标记纸尿裤前腰贴左右侧,用自动滚压机来回滚压一次;
②将贴有纸尿裤前腰贴的钢板固定在桌面上,在左右两侧的魔术贴(勾面体)上自由悬挂1kg砝码,5秒后取下;
③将贴有纸尿裤前腰贴的钢板固定在拉力机下夹头处的支撑平台上,魔术贴(勾面体)的自由端夹于拉力机上夹头,启动拉力机,上夹头以300mm/min的速度向上运动;
④记录剥离曲线20%~80%部分的剥离力的平均值,测试结果取5次的平均数,保留到小数点后一位;
(2)180°剪切力的测试方法:
①将制得的魔术贴(勾面体)平贴到纸尿裤前腰贴上,标记纸尿裤前腰贴左右侧,用自动滚压机来回滚压一次;
②将魔术贴(勾面体)自由端夹于拉力机上夹头,贴有纸尿裤前腰贴的钢板固定于拉力机下夹头,启动拉力机,上夹头以300mm/min的速度向上运动,测试结果取5次的平均数,保留到小数点后一位。
由上表数据可见,使用本发明的纸尿裤前腰贴,可以将克重降低
到35-50g/m2,更加轻薄,柔软,透气,美观,且制备工艺简单,与S切魔术贴(勾面体)搭配使用时,符合纸尿裤前腰贴的规定:90°剥离力0.6-6N/25mm,180°剪切力大于等于35N/25mm;与Y型魔术贴(勾面体)搭配使用时,符合纸尿裤前腰贴的规定:90°剥离力0.6-6N/25mm,180°剪切力大于等于22.5N/25mm。

- 一种用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其特征在于:其由热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布或热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布与薄膜的复合材料,经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成。
- 如权利要求1所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其特征在于:所述热塑性聚合物纤维选自PP纤维、PE纤维中的一种或多种。
- 如权利要求2所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其特征在于:所述热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布为1-3层无纺布,每层无纺布独立的为PP纤维制成的无纺布,或PE纤维与PP纤维混纺制成的无纺布。
- 如权利要求1所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料,其特征在于:其由热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布与薄膜的复合材料,经过热转印膜涂布印刷、凸版热压转印工艺而成;所述无纺布为1层,所述薄膜为1层,所述薄膜复合在无纺布的下方;所述薄膜为PE薄膜或BOPP薄膜;所述PE薄膜的厚度优选为10-50μm;所述BOPP薄膜的厚度优选为10-25μm。
- 权利要求1-4中任一项所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)将热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布或热塑性聚合物纤维制成的无纺布与薄膜的复合材料,置于热压机的热压辊下;(2)将一卷已经由油墨印刷的涂布印刷热转印膜覆盖在步骤(1)的无纺布上,使得油墨与无纺布相接触;(3)热压辊隔着所述涂布印刷热转印膜对无纺布进行凸版热压转印工艺;(4)剥离收卷步骤(2)的涂布印刷热转印膜。

- 如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热压采用气压、油压或液压方式;热压温度为50-200℃,加热方式为电加热、油加热或电磁加热,热压压力为0.5-10MPa,热压辊与无纺布之间的相对移动速度为10-200m/min。
- 权利要求1-4中任一项所述用于个人护理卫生用品的材料的用途,其用于卫生巾外包无纺布、卫生巾易撕贴、纸尿裤外表层无纺布、纸尿裤前腰贴、纸尿裤魔术贴、盒抽纸巾提把。
- 一种纸尿裤前腰贴,其由权利要求1-4中任一项所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经剪裁而成,纸尿裤前腰贴的总克重为35-50g/m2。
- 一种卫生巾外包无纺布,其由权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经剪裁而成,卫生巾外包无纺布的总克重为7-15g/m2。
- 一种纸尿裤外表层无纺布,其由权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经剪裁而成,纸尿裤外表层无纺布的总克重为7-15g/m2。
- 一种卫生巾易撕贴,其由其由权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经剪裁而成,卫生巾易撕贴的克重为48-55g/m2。
- 一种纸尿裤魔术贴,其由权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经过剪裁而成,纸尿裤魔术贴的克重为 45-60g/m2。
- 一种盒抽纸巾提把,其由权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于个人护理卫生用品的材料经过剪裁而成,盒抽纸巾提把的克重为38-50g/m2。
