参见图3,当所述活动压块5位于所述第一位置时,过滤器组件17可自由取出和放入容纳腔11a。参见图4,当所述活动压块5由驱动装置从第一位置运动至第二位置时,且所述过滤器组件17位于所述容纳腔11a中时,由所述活动压块5、所述第一密封圈6和所述过滤器组件17一起形成酿造腔B,由于活动压块5的下端设置有向下突出的挤压部5a,所述挤压部5a伸入所述腔体12a内,将咖啡粉压紧,从而解决了现有咖啡粉预压紧方式存在的松紧程度不容易得到控制和费力的问题。较优地,当所述活动压块5位于所述第二位置且所述过滤器组件17位于所述容纳腔11a中时,所述挤压部5a下端面至所述腔体12a开口端的端面之间的距离为5mm~10mm。
在一个实施例中,所述活动压块5上设置有沿轴向延伸的进水孔51,在所述挤压部5a的下方设置有拦网30,所述拦网30的周缘固定在所述第一密封圈6的下端上,通过拦网30防止咖啡粉进入进水孔51中。
驱动活动压块5的驱动装置可以是液压驱动,参阅图6,活动压块5与入水头2通过密封元件3、密封元件4形成液压腔A,咖啡机包括有水泵19、锅炉20、管道系统21和液压控制装置22和单向阀23,水泵19工作时产生压力水流通过管道系统接入液压腔A驱动活动压块5运动,将咖啡粉压紧。活动压块5运动到压紧位置后停止移动,这时水路系统压力开始增大,当压力开始大于单向阀23设定的压力值时,单向阀23接通,热水通过进水孔51进入酿造腔B制作咖啡饮品。释放液压腔A内的液体,活动压块5能在弹簧8的推力作用下回 复到起始位置。在其他实施例中,驱动活动压块5的驱动装置也可以是机电驱动,参阅图7,活动压块5采用机电驱动装置驱动,活动压块5运动至压紧位置后,水泵19开始工作,酿造咖啡饮品。
本实用新型实施例的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置的工作原理如下:
第一步:在过滤器组件17的腔体12a内装入足量的咖啡粉,并将其沿着滑槽11d插入到酿造位置,刮粉片10将装载过量的咖啡粉移除;
第二步:通过液压驱动,或者机电驱动活动压块5朝向过滤器组件支撑架11运动,实现自动压粉,同时活动压块5、第一密封圈6和过滤器组件17一起形成封闭的酿造腔B;
第三步:向进水孔51注入压力热水流,该压力热水流进入酿造腔(B)制作咖啡饮品,设置在酿造腔B与咖啡出口间的增压装置增加酿造咖啡的压力;
第四步:咖啡饮品制作完成后,水泵19停止工作,液压控制装置22接通管路释放液压腔A的压力,活动压块5在弹簧力的作用下回复至初始位置,或者驱动机构驱动活动压块5回复至初始位置,最后取出过滤器组件17,将咖啡粉倒掉完成整个制作咖啡饮品的过程。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,包括:
    容纳腔(11a),所述容纳腔(11a)包括位于侧壁的侧开口(11b)和位于顶部的顶开口(11c);
    过滤器组件(17),所述过滤器组件(17)可从所述侧开口(11b)放入所述容纳腔(11a)中和从所述容纳腔(11a)中取出,所述过滤器组件(17)包括用于装载咖啡粉的腔体(12a);
    活动压块(5),所述活动压块(5)的下端位于所述容纳腔(11a)的顶开口(11c)中,且所述活动压块(5)可在第一位置与第二位置之间往复运动,当所述活动压块(5)位于所述第二位置且所述过滤器组件(17)位于所述容纳腔(11a)中时,所述活动压块(5)的下端将所述腔体(12a)的开口端封闭;
    第一密封圈(6),所述第一密封圈(6)设置于所述活动压块(5)下端与所述腔体(12a)的开口端之间,所述第一密封圈(6)、所述活动压块(5)和所述过滤器组件(17)一起形成酿造腔(B);
    其特征在于,
    所述活动压块(5)的下端设置有向下突出的挤压部(5a),当所述活动压块(5)位于所述第二位置且所述过滤器组件(17)位于所述容纳腔(11a)中时,所述挤压部(5a)伸入所述腔体(12a)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,其特征在于,当所述活动压块(5)位于所述第二位置且所述过滤器组件(17)位于所述容纳腔(11a)中时,所述挤压部(5a)下端面至所述腔体(12a)开口端的端面之间的距离为5mm~10mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一密封圈(6)固定在所述活动压块(5)下端,所述第一密封圈(6)的外周面上设置有与所述腔体(12a)的开口端配合的限位台阶。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,其特征在于,在所述挤压部(5a)的下方设置有拦网(30),所述拦网(30)的周缘固定于所述第一密封圈(6)的下端。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    刮粉片(10),所述刮粉片(10)设置于所述侧开口(11b)的顶部,所述刮粉片(10)具有至少一个横贯所述侧开口(11b)的用于刮落咖啡粉的刮粉面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,其特征在于,所述刮粉片(10)与所述容纳腔(11a)的侧壁为一体结构,或者,所述刮粉片(10)为一单独零件,所述刮粉片(10)固定 在所述容纳腔(11a)的侧壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,其特征在于,所述容纳腔(11a)两个相对内壁上设置有沿所述过滤器组件(17)插入或取出方向延伸的滑槽(11d),所述过滤器组件(17)的两侧设置有与所述滑槽(11d)配合的凸缘(12d)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器组件(17)包括过滤器主体(12)、过滤片(13)和增压机构,所述过滤器主体(12)上设置有所述腔体(12a)和咖啡流出口(12b),所述腔体(12a)的底面设置有咖啡液出口(12c),所述过滤片(13)设置在所述腔体(12a)的底部,所述增压机构设置于所述咖啡液出口(12c)与所述咖啡流出口(12b)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置,其特征在于,所述活动压块(5)通过液压驱动装置或者机电驱动装置驱动。
  10. 一种咖啡机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的咖啡机的咖啡粉压紧装置。
