本发明针对目前半自动三面切书机浪费人力,效率低下的不足,提供一种三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构,该三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构利用自动堆积机将待切书籍堆积,利用自动拍齐模块将堆积的书籍拍齐,然后利用送书机构将拍齐的书籍传送到三面切书机的工作平台上,三面切刀的下面,然后进行切书,实现全自动三面切书。

本发明的有益效果是:能以较小的成本使半自动三面切书机升级为全自动,堆积机计数准确,送书精确平稳,能与三面切书机主机精确同步。目前很多印刷厂都购置有国内或者国外品牌的半自动三面切书机,通过本发明协助其改造升级设备,能使原拥有半自动三面切书机的生产线节省2~3个工人,效率提高80%~120%。

一、双层接书手堆积机:解决计数堆积问题。接书手由一排杆组成,每一层接书手分别由两个气缸控制其张开及闭合,实现堆书及放书的功能。第一层用于堆积计数,当书本堆到设定本数时,两侧气缸驱使接书手张开,让书本落下至第二层接书手。因书本的夹书送书机构推进动作需与三面切书机切刀动作同步,若书本直接由第一层接书手落至夹书机构,则无法解决同步问题,故设第二层接书手,用于接住计数完成后由第一层落下的书本。第二层接书手等待夹书机构回到原位后方张开放书,通过此方法可实现计数及与三面切书机切刀同步的目的。以上描述的接书手并不限于用一排杆,可以改用一块板,此外,驱动接书手张开的动力并不限于气缸,改用电机(如伺服电机、三相异步电机、直流电机、步进电机)也可以实现同样功能。
二、自动拍齐模块:自动拍齐模块包含前拍机构,右拍机构,靠书规机 构。前拍机构将书本拍至小车推书板,右拍机构将书本拍至靠书规机构,通过前拍机构与右拍机构,使书本向靠书规和小车推书板靠齐,达到自动拍齐的目的。
三、夹书机构:夹书机构处有压书板,压书板通过气缸(或者液压缸)提供夹紧力,控制其在导轨上作上下运动,达到夹紧书本的目的。
四、送书机构:送书机构由伺服电机通过同步带驱使夹书机构在直线导轨上滑动,将书本快速送至三面切书机切刀处。其具有输送平稳、反应迅速、定位准确等特点。以上描述的同步带,选用滚珠丝杠也可以实现同样的目的。
本技术领域中的技术人员应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明,并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,凡依照本发明之形状、结构所作的等效变化都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构,对将待切的书进行全自动堆积、拍齐以及送往半自动的三面切书机的切刀下面,其特征在于:包括堆积机(2)、自动拍齐模块、自动夹书模块(5)和自动送书模块;
    所述的堆积机(2)设置在机架(1)上,包括完成堆积计数的第一层接书手(10)、控制放书与三面切书机切刀(8)同步的第二层接书手(11)和接书手导杆(12);所述的接书手导杆(12)包括两端安装在机架(1)两侧壁(35)上的上下导杆,第一层接书手(10)包括一对可在上导杆上相对滑动的接书手,第二层接书手(11)包括一对可在下导杆上相对滑动的接书手;
    所述的夹书机构(5)包括设置在所述的第二层接书手(11)下的水平设置的支撑板和设置在支撑板上的相互垂直的推书板(32);
    所述的自动拍齐模块包括与将落入到支撑板上的书(4)拍齐至推书板(32)的前拍齐机构(14)、将落入到支撑板上的书(4)拍齐至靠书规机构(15)右拍齐机构(16)和与所述的前拍齐机构(14)相对的靠书规机构(15);
    所述的自动送书模块实现夹书机构(5)从第二层接书手(11)下面与三面切书机切刀(8)底下的工作面之间来回移动,包括连接于第二层接书手(11)下面与三面切书机切刀(8)底下之间的直线导轨(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构,其特征在于:所述的前拍齐机构(14)包括前拍齐横向气缸(17)、前拍齐纵向气缸(18)、横向导杆(19)、前拍毛刷(20)、纵向导杆(21)、纵向连接板(37)、横向连接板(38);所述的前拍齐纵向气缸(18)与纵向导杆(21)分别固定在纵向连接板(37)上,横向连接板(38)可滑动地安装在纵向导杆(21)上,所述的前拍齐纵向气缸(18)的顶杆与横向连接板(38)连动;所述的前拍齐横向气缸(17)与横向导杆(19)固定在横向连接板(38)两侧,前拍毛刷(20)可滑动地安装在横向 导杆(19)上,所述的前拍齐横向气缸(17)的顶杆与前拍毛刷(20)连动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构,其特征在于:所述的右拍齐机构(16)与前拍齐机构(14)相连,包括右拍气缸(25)、拍齐板(26)、右拍齐安装机架(27);右拍气缸(25)安装在右拍齐安装架(27)上,拍齐板(26)连接在右拍气缸(25)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构,其特征在于:所述的靠书规机构(15)包括靠书规摆轴(22)、靠书规安装板(23)和靠书规(24),所述的靠书规摆轴(22)和靠书规(24)安装在靠书规安装板(23)上,所述的靠书规安装板(23)与前拍齐机构(14)、右拍齐机构(16)固定,靠书规(24)可绕着靠书规摆轴(22)摆动。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构,其特征在于:所述的自动夹书模块(5)包括夹书气缸(28)、导向轴承(29)、夹书导杆(30)、夹书块(31)、推书板(32)、夹书机架(39);所述的夹书气缸(28)、夹书导杆(30)、推书板(32)均固定在夹书机架(39)上;夹书块(31)连接于导向轴承(29)上,导向轴承(29)与推书板(32)可来回滑动地安装在夹书导杆(30)上,导向轴承(29)与夹书气缸(28)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构,其特征在于:所述的接书手可以是一排杆或者一块平板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的三面切书机的自动堆积、拍齐及夹书送书机构,其特征在于:所述的送书动力为伺服电机(6),还包括同步带(9),所述的同步带(9)与直线导轨(7)平行设置,伺服电机(6)与同步带(9)相连,所述的自动夹书模块(5)通过同步带夹块(34)与同步带(9)连接。
