Description

LED灯一体式电连接结构
本发明涉及照明领域,特别涉及一种LED灯一体式电连接结构。
随着全球环保意识的提高,LED照明灯运用于室内照明领域得到快速的发展。传统的LED灯具结构主要包括灯头、设有驱动的驱动板、散热器、设有LED光源的光源板、灯泡壳等,其中,光源板、驱动板、灯头采用分体式,光源板与驱动板之间、驱动板与灯头之间分别采用导线焊线形成电连接,生产效率低,过程费时繁琐且不好定位安装,不利于自动化生产。目前已有改进的方案采用连接件实现灯头与驱动板、驱动板与光源板之间的电连接,但这些连接件往往结构复杂,组装工序较为复杂,制造成本高,且通常灯头与驱动板、驱动板与光源板之间需要分别采用不同的电连接件,使得制造工序多,不利于自动化生产。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单、便于自动化组装的LED灯一体式电连接结构。
本发明采用的技术方案为: 一种LED灯一体式电连接结构,包括光源板、支撑板、灯头及至少一个导电件,该支撑板设置在该光源板及该灯头之间,所述导电件包括导电脚、固定部及插头,该固定部固定在该支撑板上,该导电脚与该灯头电连接,该插头与该光源板电连接从而将该灯头与该光源板电连接。
与现有技术相比,该LED灯一体式电连接结构设有导电件,其中还设有可以固定该导电件该支撑板,组装时,仅需将支撑板固定后而使得该导电件的导电脚与该灯头电连接、该导电件的插头与该光源板电连接,即可将该灯头与该光源板电连接,由于该LED灯一体式电连接结构组装时无需将光源板、驱动板及灯头依次电连接,省略了中间分别将光源板与驱动板、驱动板与灯头电连接的安装步骤,安装简便,且无需复杂的结构,制造工序简单,具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。

图1是本发明LED灯一体式电连接结构第一实施例的立体分解图,该LED灯一体式电连接结构,包括光源板10、支撑板20、灯头30及至少一个导电件40,该支撑板20设置在该光源板10及该灯头30之间。该支撑部20有绝缘材料制成。

  8. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯一体式电连接结构,其特征在于:该支撑板上对应每个导电件的固定部分别设有收容槽,该支撑板对应每个导电件的插头设有固定槽,该固定槽与该收容槽连通,所述插头的一端固定在该固定槽内,所述插头的另一端与该第一端子或第二端子电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯一体式电连接结构,其特征在于:该光源板上设有LED光源及驱动电子元件,该LED光源及驱动电子元件通过该第一端子及第二端子与所述插头电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯一体式电连接结构,其特征在于:还包括中空壳状的灯杯,该光源板固定在该灯杯的顶部,该灯头固定在该灯杯的底部,该支撑板固定在该灯杯内。
