Abstract

一种灯头电连接结构,包括驱动板、灯头体及第一电极插脚,该灯头体为壳体结构,该驱动板至少部分设置在该灯头体的上方或内侧,该第一电极插脚的一端固定在该灯头体上,还包括插接座,该插接座设置在该驱动板上,该插接座包括连接座及第一电极,所述第一电极设置在该连接座上,所述第一电极具有固定端及连接端,所述第一电极的固定端与该驱动板电连接,所述第一电极的连接端为弹性结构,所述第一电极插脚的另一端插入该灯头体内与所述第一电极的连接端弹性抵接形成电连接。该灯头电连接结构具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。

灯头电连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,特别涉及一种灯头电连接结构。
背景技术
随着全球环保意识的提高,LED照明灯运用于室内照明领域得到快速的发展。目前的灯头结构中,从灯头电极插针到驱动板的导电连接多采用人工焊接导线的方式来实现,在驱动板上连接两根导线穿过电极插针,铆紧以达到连接驱动电源的目的。这样的连接方式由于需人工穿导线及焊线,生产工序复杂化、生产效率低,过程费时繁琐且不好定位安装,不利于自动化生产。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单、便于自动化组装的灯头电连接结构。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种灯头电连接结构,包括驱动板、灯头体及第一电极插脚,该灯头体为壳体结构,该驱动板至少部分设置在该灯头体的上方或内侧,该第一电极插脚的一端固定在该灯头体上,还包括插接座,该插接座设置在该驱动板上,该插接座包括连接座及第一电极,所述第一电极设置在该连接座上,所述第一电极具有固定端及连接端,所述第一电极的固定端与该驱动板电连接,所述第一电极的连接端为弹性结构,该第一电极插脚的另一端插入该灯头体内与所述第一电极的连接端弹性抵接形成电连接。
与现有技术相比,该灯头电连接结构在该驱动板上设置插接座,该插接座上设置有连接座将该插接座固定于该驱动板上及设置于该连接座上的第一电极,该第一电极与该驱动板电连接,组装时,仅需使该第一电极的连接端弹性地抵接在该第一电极插脚上,就可实现灯头的电连接,由于该灯头电连接结构组装时无需人工焊线、穿线等工艺,安装简便,使得该灯头电连接结构具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述:
图1是本发明灯头电连接结构第一实施例的立体分解图,该灯头电连接结构包括驱动板10、灯头体20及第一电极插脚30,该灯头体20为壳体结构,该驱动板10至少部分设置在该灯头体20的上方或内侧。
请参考图5、图6,该第一电极插脚30的一端固定在该灯头体20上,该第一电极插脚30的外端末尾设置有眼片31,该灯头体20的底部对应该眼片31设置有安装槽21。进一步的,该眼片31可设置为椭圆形或矩形结构,只要使得该眼片31固定时不易旋转。该第一电极插脚30的一端设置有齿状结构32,该第一电极插脚30通过这些齿状结构32扣接在该灯头体20上。
请参考图1至图4,该灯头电连接结构还包括插接座40,该插接座40设置在该驱动板10上,该插接座40包括连接座41及第一电极42,该第一电极42设置在该连接座41上。该连接座41设置有安装柱412,这些安装柱412的自由端设置有弹性防脱倒钩4122,该驱动板上设置有安装通孔102,这些安装柱412分别插入这些安装通孔102内而将这些防脱倒钩4122扣住该驱动板10以将该连接座41固定在该驱动板10上。
请参考图1至图4,该第一电极42具有固定端421及连接端422,该连接座41上设置有嵌槽411,该第一电极的固定端421对应嵌入一个嵌槽411内,该第一电极42的固定端421与该驱动板10电连接。具体的,该第一电极42的固定端421为插针结构,该驱动板上设置有插孔101,该第一电极的固定端421分别对应插入插孔101内与该驱动板10上驱动电路电连接。该第一电极42的连接端422为弹性结构,该第一电极42的连接端422为弯折的金属弹片结构,该第一电极42的连接端422尾部为梳状结构,以使得该连接端422具有更好的弹性,该第一电极插脚30的另一端插入该灯头体20内与该第一电极42的连接端422弹性抵接形成电连接。
请参考图2、图6,还包括第二电极插脚50及第二电极44,该第二电极44与该第一电极42的结构相同且均固定在该连接座41上,该第二电极插脚50与该第一电极插脚30相互间隔绝缘固定在该灯头体20上,该第二电极插脚50与该第二电极44电连接。
综上所述,该灯头电连接结构在该驱动板10上设置插接座40,该插接座40上设置有连接座41将该插接座固定于该驱动板10上及设置于该连接座41上的第一电极42,该第一电极42与该驱动板10电连接,组装时,仅需使该第一电极42的连接端422弹性地抵接在该第一电极插脚30上,就可实现灯头的电连接,由于该灯头电连接结构组装时无需人工焊线、穿线等工艺,安装简便,使得该灯头电连接结构具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。

Claims (9)

1.一种灯头电连接结构,包括驱动板、灯头体及第一电极插脚,该灯头体为壳体结构,该驱动板至少部分设置在该灯头体的上方或内侧,该第一电极插脚的一端固定在该灯头体上,其特征在于:还包括插接座,该插接座设置在该驱动板上,该插接座包括连接座及第一电极,所述第一电极设置在该连接座上,所述第一电极具有固定端及连接端,所述第一电极的固定端与该驱动板电连接,所述第一电极的连接端为弹性结构,所述第一电极插脚的另一端插入该灯头体内与所述第一电极的连接端弹性抵接形成电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一电极的连接端为弯折的金属弹片结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一电极的连接端尾部为梳状结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一电极的固定端为插针结构,该驱动板上设置有插孔,所述电极的固定端分别对应插入所述插孔内与该驱动板上驱动电路电连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该连接座上设置有嵌槽,该第一电极的固定端对应嵌入一个嵌槽内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该连接座设置有安装柱,所述安装柱的自由端设置有弹性防脱倒钩,该驱动板上设置有安装通孔,所述安装柱分别插入所述安装通孔内而将所述防脱倒钩扣住该驱动板以将该连接座固定在该驱动板上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一电极插脚的外端末尾设置有眼片,该灯头体的底部对应所述眼片设置有安装槽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该第一电极插脚的一端设置有齿状结构,该第一电极插脚通过所述齿状结构扣接在该灯头体上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:还包括第二电极插脚及第二电极,该第二电极与该第一电极的结构相同且均固定在该连接座上,该第二电极插脚与该第一电极插脚相互间隔绝缘固定在该灯头体上,该第二电极插脚与该第二电极电连接。
