Abstract

一种灯头电连接结构,包括驱动板及灯头体,该灯头体为顶部开口的壳体结构,该灯头体的侧壁构成第一电极端,该驱动板的底部设置在该灯头体的内侧,还包括连接座及第一电极,该连接座固定在该驱动板上,该连接座上设置有嵌槽,该第一电极具有固定端及连接端,该第一电极的固定端穿过该嵌槽与该驱动板电连接,该第一电极的连接端为弹性结构,该第一电极的连接端弹性的抵接在该第一电极端的内侧壁上。该灯头电连接结构具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。

灯头电连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,特别涉及一种灯头电连接结构。
背景技术
随着全球环保意识的提高,LED照明灯运用于室内照明领域得到快速的发展。目前的灯头结构中,从灯头电极到驱动板的导电连接多采用人工焊接导线的方式来实现,在驱动板上连接两根导线穿过电极插针铆紧及通过挂边线以达到连接驱动电源两极的目的。这样的连接方式由于需人工穿导线及焊线、挂线,生产工序复杂化、生产效率低,过程费时繁琐且不好定位安装,不利于自动化生产。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单、便于自动化组装的灯头电连接结构。
本发明采用的技术方案为:包括驱动板及灯头体,该灯头体为顶部开口的壳体结构,该灯头体的侧壁构成第一电极端,该驱动板的底部设置在该灯头体的内侧,还包括连接座及第一电极,该连接座固定在该驱动板上,该连接座上设置有嵌槽,该第一电极具有固定端及连接端,该第一电极的固定端穿过该嵌槽与该驱动板电连接,该第一电极的连接端为弹性结构,该第一电极的连接端弹性的抵接在该第一电极端的内侧壁上。
与现有技术相比,该灯头电连接结构设置插接座,该插接座固定于该驱动板上,该插接座上设置有第一电极,该第一电极的固定端与该驱动板电连接,组装时,仅需使该第一电极的连接端弹性地抵接在该第一电极端的侧壁上,就可实现灯头的电连接,由于该灯头电连接结构组装时无需人工焊线、挂线等工艺,安装简便,使得该灯头电连接结构具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述:
图1是本发明灯头电连接结构第一实施例的立体分解图,该灯头电连接结构包括驱动板10及灯头体20,该灯头体20为顶部开口的壳体结构,该灯头体20的侧壁构成第一电极端30,该驱动板10的底部设置在该灯头体20的内侧。该灯头电连接结构还包括连接座40及第一电极50。
请参考图3、图4,该连接座40固定在该驱动板20上,具体的,该连接座40上设置有安装柱43,这些安装柱43的自由端设置有弹性防脱倒钩431,该驱动板10上设置有安装通孔(图未示),这些安装柱43分别插入这些安装通孔(图未示)内而将这些防脱倒钩431扣住该驱动板10以将该连接座40固定在该驱动板10上。此外,该连接座40由绝缘材料制成。
该连接座40上设置有嵌槽41,该第一电极50具有固定端51及连接端52,该第一电极50的固定端51穿过该嵌槽41与该驱动板10电连接,本实施例中,该第一电极50的固定端51为插针结构,该驱动板10上设置有插孔,该固定端51穿过该嵌槽41焊接在该插孔内以与该驱动板10上驱动电路电连接。该第一电极50的连接端52为弹性结构,优选的,该第一电极50的连接端52为弯折的金属弹片结构,且该第一电极50的连接端52尾部为梳状结构,该第一电极50的连接端52弹性的抵接在该第一电极端30的内侧壁上。该第一电极50的固定端51与连接端52之间圆滑过渡连接有缓冲段53,该缓冲段53为“U”形弧或类似“U”形弧的弧形结构,该缓冲段53具有蓄力作用,该缓冲段53的设置使得该第一电极50的连接端52与该第一电极端30的内侧壁抵接时具有较大的弹性变形空间,使得该连接端52不易失效且便于该第一电极50的组装。此外,该连接座40上还设有挡止杆42,该挡止杆42与该连接端52的弯折部位抵接以限制该连接端52的变形。
请参考图2、图4,还包括第二电极端60及第二电极70。该第二电极70固定在该连接座40上,该第二电极70的一端与该驱动板10电连接,该第二电极70的另一端为弹性连接端71。该第二电极端60的一端固定在该灯头体20上且与该第一电极端30相互绝缘,本实施例中,该第二电极端60的一端设置有齿状结构61,该灯头体20上设有绝缘环21,该绝缘环21固定在该第二电极端60的底部,该第二电极端60通过这些齿状结构61扣接在该绝缘环21上。该第二电极端60的另一端与该第二电极70的弹性连接端71电连接,具体的,该连接座40的中部设有凹槽44,该第二电极70的弹性连接端71伸入该凹槽44内,该第二电极端60的另一端伸入该凹槽44并抵靠在该凹槽44的内侧壁与该第二电极70的弹性连接端72之间,这样,使得该第二电极端60与该第二电极70的连接更为可靠。
综上所述,该灯头电连接结构设置插接座40,该插接座40固定于该驱动板10上,该插接座40上设置有第一电极50,该第一电极50的固定端51与该驱动板10电连接,组装时,仅需使该第一电极50的连接端52弹性地抵接在该第一电极端30的侧壁上,就可实现灯头的电连接,由于该灯头电连接结构组装时无需人工焊线、挂线等工艺,安装简便,使得该灯头电连接结构具有结构简单、便于自动化组装的优点。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (11)

1.一种灯头电连接结构,包括驱动板及灯头体,该灯头体为顶部开口的壳体结构,该灯头体的侧壁构成第一电极端,该驱动板的底部设置在该灯头体的内侧,其特征在于:还包括连接座及第一电极,该连接座固定在该驱动板上,该连接座上设置有嵌槽,该第一电极具有固定端及连接端,该第一电极的固定端穿过该嵌槽与该驱动板电连接,该第一电极的连接端为弹性结构,该第一电极的连接端弹性的抵接在该第一电极端的内侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该第一电极的连接端为弯折的金属弹片结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该第一电极的固定端为插针结构,该驱动板上设置有插孔,该固定端穿过该嵌槽焊接在该插孔内以与该驱动板上驱动电路电连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一电极的连接端尾部为梳状结构。
5.根据权利要求2所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该连接座上设有挡止杆,该挡止杆与该连接端的弯折部位抵接以限制该连接端的变形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该连接座设置有安装柱,所述安装柱的自由端设置有弹性防脱倒钩,该驱动板上设置有安装通孔,所述安装柱分别插入所述安装通孔内而将所述防脱倒钩扣住该驱动板以将该连接座固定在该驱动板上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:还包括第二电极端及第二电极,该第二电极固定在该连接座上,该第二电极的一端与该驱动板电连接,该第二电极的另一端为弹性连接端,该第二电极端的一端固定在该灯头体上且与该第一电极端相互绝缘,该第二电极端的另一端与该第二电极的弹性连接端电连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该第二电极端的一端设置有齿状结构,该灯头体上设有绝缘环,该绝缘环固定在该第一电极端的底部,该第二电极端通过所述齿状结构扣接在该绝缘环上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该连接座由绝缘材料制成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该第一电极的固定端与连接端之间圆滑过渡连接有缓冲段,该缓冲段为“U”形弧结构。
11.根据权利要求7所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该连接座的中部设有凹槽,该第二电极的弹性连接端伸入该凹槽内,该第二电极端的另一端伸入该凹槽并抵靠在该凹槽的内侧壁与该第二电极的弹性连接端之间。
