Claims (10)
- 一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:包括弹片和插脚,弹片安装在带有通孔的光源板上,弹片完全位于光源板的上面,弹片的一端为输出端与光源板电连接而另一端形成夹持端与通孔位置对应,插脚安装在驱动板上,插脚的一端为输入端与驱动板电连接而另一端为直插端可直接插入夹持端实现电连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述弹片的弹性部和夹持端的高度在输出端之上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述光源板上安装第一连接座,第一连接座上形成供弹片置入的安装腔,第一连接座的下方形成固定段插置在光源板的通孔中,固定段上形成直插孔与安装腔贯通;弹片跨设在安装腔的侧壁上,弹片的弹性部和夹持端位于安装腔中,且夹持端正对直插孔,弹片的输出端位于第一连接座的外侧且下方焊接在光源板上,使第一连接座固定在光源板上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述光源板上安装第一连接座,第一连接座上形成供弹片置入的横向贯通的安装腔,第一连接座的下方形成固定段插置在光源板的通孔中,固定段上形成直插孔与安装腔纵向贯通,第一连接座的顶部具有顶板,顶板对应夹持端和直插孔形成供插脚直插端穿过的穿孔也与安装腔纵向贯通;弹片的弹性部和夹持端横向穿置在安装腔中,夹持端正对直插孔和穿孔,弹片的输出端从安装腔两侧穿出再弯折至第一连接座的下方焊接在光源板上,使第一连接座固定在光源板上。
- 如权利要求3或4所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述直插孔呈下开口大上开口小的喇叭状。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述弹片为单一金属片,或由两个对称的金属片组成。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述插脚为针状,驱动板上安装第二连接座,第二连接座上形成安装柱与驱动板上的安装孔配合使第二连接座固定在驱动板上,第二连接座上形成供插脚穿插的插脚孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述插脚为导线,导线的一端与驱动板电连接,而另一端为直插端。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述插脚为PCB板,PCB板与驱动板集成为一体或分体成型再电连接,PCB板的直插端上设有导电片。
- 一种使用如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器的LED灯,其特征在于:在LED灯的内部安装驱动板和光源板,驱动板位于光源板的下方,光源板和驱动板之间通过如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器实现电连接。
