Description

一种直插小连接器及使用该连接器的LED灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种直插小连接器,并涉及使用该直插小连接器的LED灯。
背景技术
现有技术中,LED灯的电源连接是利用导线来实现,即将导线的两端分别焊接在光源板和驱动板上,实现为光源板上的LED芯片供电。这种电连接操作十分麻烦,造成LED灯组装成本高,无法实现自动化组装。
为此,有业者研发了一种直插式连接器,如图1所示,在光源板100上开设通孔110,在通孔110中安装第一连接座200,第一连接座200中安装弹片300,弹片300的一端为输出端310与光源板100电连接而另一端形成夹持端320,在驱动板400上安装第二连接座600,在第二连接座600中安装插脚500,插脚500的一端为输入端510与驱动板400电连接而另一端为直插端520可通过直接插入夹持端320实现LED灯的电源连接。这种直插式连接代替导线连接,简化了LED灯的光源板和驱动板的电连接结构,连接操作更加方便,组装加工更加容易,可以实现自动化生产。
但是,仔细分析图8所示的电连接器,发现其还存在如下缺失需要改进:弹片300的输出端310位于弹片300的中间高度位置,弹片300的弹性部330位于第一连接座200的固定段210(对应于光源板100的通孔110)中,为了保证弹性部330的弹性距离D1和插脚500的插入距离D2,弹片300的体积设计得较大,相应的第一连接座200的固定部210体积较大,特别是光源板100通孔110也就开设得大,这样的结构不适应制造小型LED灯,应用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种直插小连接器,使其安装结构更紧凑,适于制造大小不同型号的LED灯,应用范围更广。
本发明同时还提供一种使用该直插小连接器的LED灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种直插小连接器,包括弹片和插脚,弹片安装在带有通孔的光源板上,弹片完全位于光源板的上面,弹片的一端为输出端与光源板电连接而另一端形成夹持端与通孔位置对应,插脚安装在驱动板上,插脚的一端为输入端与驱动板电连接而另一端为直插端可直接插入夹持端实现电连接。
所述弹片的弹性部和夹持端的高度在输出端之上。
所述光源板上安装第一连接座,第一连接座上形成供弹片置入的安装腔,第一连接座的下方形成固定段插置在光源板的通孔中,固定段上形成直插孔与安装腔贯通;弹片跨设在安装腔的侧壁上,弹片的弹性部和夹持端位于安装腔中,且夹持端正对直插孔,弹片的输出端位于第一连接座的外侧且下方焊接在光源板上,使第一连接座固定在光源板上。
所述光源板上安装第一连接座,第一连接座上形成供弹片置入的横向贯通的安装腔,第一连接座的下方形成固定段插置在光源板的通孔中,固定段上形成直插孔与安装腔纵向贯通,第一连接座的顶部具有顶板,顶板对应夹持端和直插孔形成供插脚直插端穿过的穿孔也与安装腔纵向贯通;弹片的弹性部和夹持端横向穿置在安装腔中,夹持端正对直插孔和穿孔,弹片的输出端从安装腔两侧穿出再弯折至第一连接座的下方焊接在光源板上,使第一连接座固定在光源板上。
所述直插孔呈下开口大上开口小的喇叭状。
所述弹片为单一金属片,或由两个对称的金属片组成。
所述插脚为针状,驱动板上安装第二连接座,第二连接座上形成安装柱与驱动板上的安装孔配合使第二连接座固定在驱动板上,第二连接座上形成供插脚穿插的插脚孔。
所述插脚为导线,导线的一端与驱动板电连接,而另一端为直插端。
所述插脚为PCB板(印刷电路板),PCB板与驱动板集成为一体或分体成型再电连接,PCB板的直插端上设有导电片。
一种使用该直插小连接器的LED灯,在LED灯的内部安装驱动板和光源板,驱动板位于光源板的下方,光源板和驱动板之间通过直插小连接器实现电连接。
所述光源板上布置LED光源。
采用上述方案后,本发明与现有技术相比,因为弹片完全位于光源板的上面,使弹片的弹性部和夹持端位于光源板的上面而不是光源板的通孔中,这样,通孔的开设大小不受弹性部的弹性距离和插脚的插入距离影响,也不受弹片的体积影响,通孔可以开设得足够小,安装结构更紧凑,可以适于制造大小不同型号的LED灯,特别是小型LED灯,应用范围更广,而且,同样大小的LED灯,因本发明的安装结构更紧凑,使光源板上可以布置更多的LED光源,适于制造大功率的LED灯。
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图2至图6和图8至图10所示,是本发明揭示的一种直插小连接器的两个实施例,包括弹片1和插脚2。
弹片1安装在带有通孔31的光源板3上。弹片1完全位于光源板3的上面。弹片1的一端为输出端11与光源板3电连接而另一端形成夹持端12与通孔31位置对应。两个实施例中,弹片1的输出端11位于最低处,弹片1的弹性部13和夹持端12的高度在输出端11之上,使弹片1完全位于光源板3的上面。弹片1可以为单一金属片,或者如此实施例由两个对称的金属片组成。
插脚2安装在驱动板4上,插脚2的一端为输入端21与驱动板4电连接,而另一端为直插端22可直接插入夹持端12实现电连接。
为了方便弹片1组装定位,图2至图6所示的实施例一在光源板3上还安装第一连接座5,第一连接座5上形成安装腔51供弹片1置入,第一连接座5的下方形成固定段52可插置在光源板3的通孔31中,固定段52上形成直插孔53与安装腔51贯通以供插脚2插入,直插孔53呈下开口大上开口小的喇叭状使插脚2插入更顺畅。此实施例具体是将弹片1跨设在安装腔51的侧壁上,弹片1的弹性部13和夹持端12位于安装腔51中,且夹持端12正对直插孔53,弹片1的输出端11位于第一连接座1的外侧且下方焊接在光源板3上,使第一连接座5固定在光源板3上。
而图8和图9所示的实施例二在光源板3上也安装第一连接座5,第一连接座5上形成横向贯通的安装腔51供弹片1置入,第一连接座5的下方形成固定段52可插置在光源板3的通孔31中,固定段52上形成与安装腔51纵向贯通的直插孔53供插脚2插入,直插孔53呈下开口大上开口小的喇叭状使插脚2插入更顺畅,第一连接座5的顶部还具有顶板,顶板对应夹持端12和直插孔53还形成穿孔54供插脚2的直插端22穿过,穿孔54也与安装腔51纵向贯通。此实施例具体是将弹片1的弹性部13和夹持端12横向穿置在安装腔51中,弹性部13的下端抵在安装腔51上,夹持端12正对直插孔53和穿孔54,弹片1的输出端11从安装腔51两侧穿出再弯折至第一连接座5的下方焊接在光源板3上,使第一连接座5固定在光源板3上。
为了方便插脚2组装定位,实施例一和实施例二在驱动板4上还安装第二连接座6,第二连接座6上形成安装柱61与驱动板4上的安装孔41配合使第二连接座6固定在驱动板4上,第二连接座6上形成供插脚2穿插的插脚孔62。当然,前述插脚2是指针状插脚,若插脚2为PCB板,则不需要第二连接座6,PCB板可与驱动板4集成于一体,或者PCB板可与驱动板4分体再电连接,PCB板的直插端22上设有导电片。插脚2也可以为导线,导线的一端与驱动板4电连接,而另一端为直插端22,以与弹片1的夹持端12配合,实现电连接。
这样两个实施例的直插小连接器运用于LED灯时,如图7和图11所示,对应于LED灯的内部安装驱动板4和光源板3,驱动板4位于光源板3的下方,光源板3上布置LED光源7,光源板3和驱动板4之间直接通过上述直插小连接器实现电连接,向LED光源7供电,达到照明功效。
本发明的直插小连接器安装结构更紧凑,使光源板3的通孔31可以开设得足够小,占用光源板3的面积小,光源板3也可以相对缩小,适于制造小型LED灯,而且,同样大小的LED灯,光源板3上可以布置更多的LED光源7,也适于制造大功率的LED灯。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施例,并非对本发明的保护范围的限定。凡依本案的设计思路所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:包括弹片和插脚,弹片安装在带有通孔的光源板上,弹片完全位于光源板的上面,弹片的一端为输出端与光源板电连接而另一端形成夹持端与通孔位置对应,插脚安装在驱动板上,插脚的一端为输入端与驱动板电连接而另一端为直插端可直接插入夹持端实现电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述弹片的弹性部和夹持端的高度在输出端之上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述光源板上安装第一连接座,第一连接座上形成供弹片置入的安装腔,第一连接座的下方形成固定段插置在光源板的通孔中,固定段上形成直插孔与安装腔贯通;弹片跨设在安装腔的侧壁上,弹片的弹性部和夹持端位于安装腔中,且夹持端正对直插孔,弹片的输出端位于第一连接座的外侧且下方焊接在光源板上,使第一连接座固定在光源板上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述光源板上安装第一连接座,第一连接座上形成供弹片置入的横向贯通的安装腔,第一连接座的下方形成固定段插置在光源板的通孔中,固定段上形成直插孔与安装腔纵向贯通,第一连接座的顶部具有顶板,顶板对应夹持端和直插孔形成供插脚直插端穿过的穿孔也与安装腔纵向贯通;弹片的弹性部和夹持端横向穿置在安装腔中,夹持端正对直插孔和穿孔,弹片的输出端从安装腔两侧穿出再弯折至第一连接座的下方焊接在光源板上,使第一连接座固定在光源板上。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述直插孔呈下开口大上开口小的喇叭状。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述弹片为单一金属片,或由两个对称的金属片组成。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述插脚为针状,驱动板上安装第二连接座,第二连接座上形成安装柱与驱动板上的安装孔配合使第二连接座固定在驱动板上,第二连接座上形成供插脚穿插的插脚孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述插脚为导线,导线的一端与驱动板电连接,而另一端为直插端。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器,其特征在于:所述插脚为PCB板,PCB板与驱动板集成为一体或分体成型再电连接,PCB板的直插端上设有导电片。
  10. 一种使用如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器的LED灯,其特征在于:在LED灯的内部安装驱动板和光源板,驱动板位于光源板的下方,光源板和驱动板之间通过如权利要求1所述的一种直插小连接器实现电连接。
