本发明的有益效果在于,通过增加拖把滚筒支架两侧的短圆筒,清洁时避免了支架碰到家具对家具损伤的风险,以及存在清洁死角的问题,并且增加的弹性压辊克服了卷筒行走步进旋转的过程冲存在的对清洁布或清洁纸控制不稳定的问题。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种步进式旋转拖把滚筒,如图1河图2所示,所述步进式旋转拖把滚筒包括用于与拖把本体连接的两个支架,支架1、2;两个支架分别固定在两个轴座上,轴座3、4;至少有一个轴座上设置有步进控制装置,本实施例中是在轴座3上设置步进控制装置,其中,所述滚筒有长圆筒5和短圆筒6、7;所述轴座以支架为中间分为内轴座301、401和外轴座302、402;所述长圆筒5套在两个轴座之间的内轴座上,长圆筒是以两个内轴座为支撑旋转;在所述两个轴座的外轴座上分别套有所述短圆筒,短圆筒是以两个外轴座为支撑旋转,在长圆 筒和短圆筒之间轴向穿有中心轴杆8,中心轴杆带动长圆筒和短圆筒同步转动,这里的中心轴杆8不会受径向力,短圆筒的径向力作用在了两个外轴座上,因此,中心轴杆8的直径可以适当的减少。
实施例中:所述步进控制装置,也可以是在两侧轴座上同时设置,如果这样需要两个步进控制装置需同步,需要控制二者的同步安装精度;本实施例优选在一侧安装,减少安装精度要求。并且,所述步进控制装置还可以选择设置在轴座的内轴座上或外轴座上,当设置在内轴座上,则从长圆筒一侧推动长圆筒和短圆筒同步步进转动;当设置在外轴座上,则从一个短圆筒推动另一个短圆筒和长圆筒同步步进转动;本实施例优选的设置在了内轴座上。
实施例中所述的步进控制装置如图3所示,包括在内圆设有齿条901的齿环9,如图1所述,当步进控制装置设置在内轴座上时,所述齿环9被固定设置在长圆筒一侧,带动长圆筒步进转动;所述的步进控制包括相互呈90度设置的止动销902和驱动销903,止动销和驱动销前端设有坡度相互相反的斜坡面,一个拉簧904拉住止动销902向下带动驱动销903卡入齿槽,止动销902和驱动销903互动实现齿环9只能向一个方向转动,并且是步进式转动;例如,如果齿环9沿图中箭头a向转动,由于转动背向驱动销903的斜坡面,因此,被卡住无法转动,当齿环9沿图中箭头b向转动,转动面向驱动销903的斜坡面,驱动销903向前移动推动止动销902向前移动,由于止动销902的斜坡面朝前,止动销902除了向前,还向上移动,给驱动销903让出了移动空间,当移动了一个槽口后,由于拉簧904的作用将止动销902向下拉,带动驱动销903复位,进而实现一次步进转动,为了提高耐磨性和使用强度,其中的驱动销903使用金属材料制作,例如铝合金材料,而齿环9和止动销902为塑料制品。
实施例中:所述长圆筒和短圆筒是直径相同的圆筒,圆筒的表面以及两侧短圆筒外端面是通过硫化设置的柔性橡胶面,是通过在一个金属管筒上硫化橡胶,在两侧短圆筒外端面也同样硫化橡胶,而后加工设置的柔性橡胶面和两侧短圆筒外端面。
实施例2:
一种基于实施例1所述步进式旋转滚筒的拖把,如图4所示,包括拖把本体10和在本体上设置拖把柄接口11,所述本体上有相互对接用于存放抹布12的抹布释放仓10-1和抹布回收仓10-2;所述释放仓和回收仓分别设置有释放仓仓盖10-3和回收仓仓盖10-4;一个如实施例1所述的滚筒设置在本体上用于卷动存放在释放仓中出来的抹布,然后将抹布卷动送入回收仓;因此,所述滚筒包括用于与拖把本体连接的两个支架,两个支架分别固定在两个轴座 上,至少有一个轴座上设置有步进控制装置,所述滚筒有长圆筒和短圆筒,所述轴座以支架为中间分为内轴座和外轴座,所述长圆筒套在两个轴座之间的内轴座上,长圆筒是以两个内轴座为支撑旋转;在所述两个轴座的外轴座上分别套有所述短圆筒,短圆筒是以两个外轴座为支撑旋转,在长圆筒和短圆筒之间轴向穿有中心轴杆,中心轴杆带动长圆筒和短圆筒同步转动。
同理:所述长圆筒和短圆筒是直径相同的圆筒,在圆筒的表面是通过在一个金属管筒上硫化橡胶,而后加工设置的柔性橡胶面,在柔性橡胶面设置有增加摩擦性能的横向纹槽和便于盖板压迫抹布紧密与长圆筒和短圆筒接触,以及便于转动过程中清理长圆筒和短圆筒表面污物的多条径向沟槽501。
实施例中:如图4和5所示,所述释放仓仓盖和回收仓仓盖是两个可以向外旋转开启的仓盖,为了抹布顺利的进入回收仓,在所述回收仓仓盖的前端设置有与所述长圆筒和短圆筒表面弹性压紧接触的压辊13,压辊用于增加抹布与圆筒的接触。
实施例中:如图6所示,为了增加压辊强度与效率,所述压辊分为多段,每一段压辊13-1由压滚轴14卡入回收仓仓盖前端设置的支撑柱10-5定位固定,压辊与圆筒表面相切弹性压紧接触,压辊随圆筒转动而转动。
实施例中:实现弹性压紧接触可以从压辊和仓盖前端设置的支撑柱的节后采取措施,例如在支撑柱上增加弹片,但相对结构就要复杂,成本提高,作为优选方案,在本实施例中,结合图7所示,所述回收仓仓盖后端两侧分别设置有凸起的支撑耳10-4-1,支撑耳通过拉簧15拉入在本体上设置的凹槽10-6,凹槽中设置有平台10-7托住支撑耳,回收仓仓盖以支撑耳为支撑受拉簧作用可用手旋转开启或闭合,并以平台为支撑前后做弹性移动,实现压辊与圆筒表面的弹性压紧接触,本实施例中的释放仓仓盖10-3也同样设置有凸起的支撑耳10-3-1,支撑耳通过同一个拉簧拉15拉入在本体上设置的凹槽10-8,凹槽中设置有平台10-9托住支撑耳。
作为释放仓和回收仓的设置有两种方式:
第一种方式是:如图4所示,所述释放仓和回收仓是回收仓在前、释放仓在后的水平前后设置,滚筒设置在回收仓前端,所述回收仓上端板作为释放仓内抹布的释放引导版,在引导板的表面横向设置有三角形凸起16,用于疏导展开抹布。
在这种方式下:所述水平前后设置释放仓和回收仓是两套,两套水平前后设置释放仓和回收仓180度背对背设置,在两套水平前后设置释放仓和回收仓中间的衔接处设置有拖把臂接口。
第二种方式是:如图8所示,所述释放仓和回收仓是回收仓在下、释放仓在上的垂直上下设置,滚筒设置在回收仓前端,所述回收仓上端板作为释放仓内抹布的释放引导版,在引导板的表面横向设置有三角形凸起,用于疏导展开抹布;在这种方式下:如图9所示,所述垂直上下设置的释放仓和回收仓是两套,两套垂直上下设置的释放仓和回收仓180度背对背设置,在两套垂直上下设置的释放仓和回收仓中间衔接处设置有拖把臂接口。
作为第二种方式还可以是:所述释放仓和回收仓是回收仓在上释放仓在下的垂直上下设置,滚筒设置在释放仓前端,所述释放仓仓盖板前端为竖起的立板10-3-1,立板顶端是一个圆弧面,在立板内侧的释放仓顶板上设置有与立板相对的倒立柱17,立板和倒立柱用于疏导展开抹布,所述回收仓仓盖板前端为一个弧面10-4-1,弧面顶点搭在圆筒表面。在这种方式下:如图10所示,所述垂直上下设置的释放仓和回收仓是两套,两套垂直上下设置的释放仓和回收仓180度背对背设置,在两套垂直上下设置的释放仓和回收仓中间衔接处设置有拖把臂接口11,所述两套释放仓仓盖为一体结构,释放仓仓盖通过卡扣18可拆卸的安装在拖把本体上。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种步进式旋转拖把滚筒,包括用于与拖把本体连接的两个支架,两个支架分别固定在两个轴座上,至少有一个轴座上设置有步进控制装置,其特征在于,所述滚筒有长圆筒和短圆筒,所述轴座以支架为中间分为内轴座和外轴座,所述长圆筒套在两个轴座之间的内轴座上,长圆筒是以两个内轴座为支撑旋转;在所述两个轴座的外轴座上分别套有所述短圆筒,短圆筒是以两个外轴座为支撑旋转,在长圆筒和短圆筒之间轴向穿有中心轴杆,中心轴杆带动长圆筒和短圆筒同步转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒,其特征在于,所述步进控制装置设置在轴座的内轴座上或外轴座上,当设置在内轴座上,则从长圆筒一侧推动长圆筒和短圆筒同步步进转动;当设置在外轴座上,则从一个短圆筒推动另一个短圆筒和长圆筒同步步进转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的滚筒,其特征在于,所述长圆筒和短圆筒是直径相同的圆筒,圆筒的表面以及两侧短圆筒外端面是通过硫化设置的柔性橡胶面。
  4. 一种步进式旋转滚筒拖把,包括拖把本体,所述本体上有相互对接的抹布释放仓和抹布回收仓;所述释放仓和回收仓分别设置有释放仓仓盖和回收仓仓盖;一个滚筒设置在本体上用于卷动从释放仓出来的抹布,然后将抹布卷动送入回收仓;其特征在于,所述滚筒包括用于与拖把本体连接的两个支架,两个支架分别固定在两个轴座上,至少有一个轴座上设置有步进控制装置,所述滚筒有长圆筒和短圆筒,所述轴座以支架为中间分为内轴座和外轴座,所述长圆筒套在两个轴座之间的内轴座上,长圆筒是以两个内轴座为支撑旋转;在所述两个轴座的外轴座上分别套有所述短圆筒,短圆筒是以两个外轴座为支撑旋转,在长圆筒和短圆筒之间轴向穿有中心轴杆,中心轴杆带动长圆筒和短圆筒同步转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的步进式旋转滚筒拖把,其特征在于,所述长圆筒和短圆筒是直径相同的圆筒,圆筒的表面是通过硫化形成的柔性橡胶面,在柔性橡胶面设置有增加摩擦性能的横向纹槽以及多条径向沟槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的步进式旋转滚筒拖把,其特征在于,所述释放仓仓盖和回收仓仓盖是两个可以向外旋转开启的仓盖,在所述回收仓仓盖的前端设置有与所述长圆筒和短圆筒表面弹性压紧接触的压辊,压辊用于增加抹布与圆筒的接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的步进式旋转滚筒拖把,其特征在于,所述压辊分为多段,每一段压辊由压滚轴卡入回收仓仓盖前端设置的支撑柱定位固定,压辊与圆筒表面相切弹性压紧接触,压辊随圆筒转动而转动。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的步进式旋转滚筒拖把,其特征在于,所述回收仓仓盖后端两侧分别设置有凸起的支撑耳,支撑耳通过拉簧拉入在本体上设置的凹槽,凹槽中设置有平台 托住支撑耳,回收仓仓盖以支撑耳为支撑受拉簧作用可用手旋转开启或闭合,并以平台为支撑前后做弹性移动,实现压辊与圆筒表面的弹性压紧接触。
  9. 根据权利要求4或8所述的步进式旋转滚筒拖把,其特征在于,所述释放仓和回收仓是回收仓在前释放仓在后的水平前后设置,滚筒设置在回收仓前端,所述回收仓上端板作为释放仓内抹布的释放引导版,在引导板的表面横向设置有三角形凸起,用于疏导展开抹布。
