本申请要求申请日为:2015年11月20日,申请号为:201520935191.0,名称为:“摄像头封装件和电子产品封装壳”的中国专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本申请实施例属于电子产品技术领域,更具体地,本申请实施例涉及一种摄像头封装件和电子产品封装壳。
背景技术
消费类电子产品已成为现代生活的必需品,人们对电子产品的使用越来越多。相应的,电子产品的功能也变得越来越多样化,性能也越来越强。其中,摄像头是手机、平板电脑等手持电子产品的一项附加设备,为了能够为使用者提供更好的拍摄效果,安装在手机、平板电脑上的摄像头的性能也越来越强。但是,在微型摄像头技术中,通常通过加长镜头、增大直径的方法提高摄像头的性能。这就造成了需要在电子产品中放入体积更大的摄像头,才能够提升摄像性能。
但是,由于电子产品的发展趋势是更轻、更薄,所以较薄的手机、平板电脑无法容纳较大的摄像头。为了解决这个技术问题,本领域技术人员在电子产品的后壳上设置了单独用于容纳摄像头的凸起,以使长度大于电子产品厚度的摄像头能够封装在其中。然而,电子产品后壳上的凸起结构的成型难度较大,在加工凸起结构时易造成后壳的结构稳定性下降,后壳在后续的加工或者使用时,容易出现破损、变形等现象。另一方面,这种电子产品后壳上加工的凸起结构的容纳体积有限,并不能提供足够大的容纳空间。
所以,有必要对电子产品的后壳进行改进,以使电子产品中能够设置体积更大的摄像头,并且不会影响到后壳的结构稳定性。
发明内容
本申请实施例的一个目的是提供一种不会影响后盖结构稳定性的容纳摄像头的结构。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供一种摄像头封装件,所述摄像头封装件具有壳体,所述壳体包括侧壁和顶台,所述壳体形成半封闭的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的一端开口另一端由所述顶台半封闭,所述顶台中心具有摄像孔,所述顶台上设置有防护镜片。
可选地,所述侧壁外表面为倾斜的表面,在靠近所述顶台的一端,所述侧壁的外表面靠近所述容纳腔,在靠近所述容纳腔开口的一端,所述侧壁的外表面远离所述容纳腔。
可选地,所述侧壁的高度为1mm。
可选地,所述防护镜片上可以设置有镜片背胶,所述防护镜片与顶台之间通过镜片背胶粘接。
可选地,所述摄像孔为圆形。
本申请实施例提供一种电子产品封装壳,其中包括:
壳盖,所述壳盖具有用于为摄像头提供装配位置的摄像头槽;
上述摄像头封装件,所述摄像头封装件固定设置在所述壳盖的背面,所述容纳腔正对所述摄像头槽。
可选地,在所述壳盖的背面、所述摄像头槽的周围设置有卡槽,所述摄像头封装件卡在所述卡槽中。
可选地,所述摄像头槽与所述摄像头封装件之间设置有密封泡棉。
可选地,所述摄像头封装件通过粘接或超声焊接与所述壳盖固定连接。
可选地,所述侧壁靠近所述容纳腔开口一端的外表面与所述壳盖的背面平滑对接。
本申请实施例的一个技术效果在于,所述摄像头封装件能够为摄像头提供安装空间,电子设备的后壳上无需形成凸起结构,从而避免后壳的结构稳定性降低。

本申请实施例提供了一种摄像头封装件,如图1、2所示,该摄像头封装件具有壳体11,所述壳体11包括侧壁111和顶台112。所述侧壁111围成一个容纳腔113,所述顶台112设置在所述容纳腔113的一端,使容纳腔113形成一个半封闭的空间,所述容纳腔113的另一端是开口的。所述顶台112的中心具有摄像孔114,所述顶台112上设置有防护镜片12。本申请实施例提供的摄像头封装件可以安装在电子产品,如手机、平板电脑的后壳外表面上,用于封装设置在电子产品上的摄像头。所述容纳腔113开口的一端与电子产品的后壳相对,容纳腔113用于为安装在电子产品中设置的摄像头提供封装空间。特别地,所述顶台112中心的摄像孔114应正对所述摄像头,摄像头可以从摄像孔114中接收外部光线。所述顶台112上设置的防护镜片12为摄像头提供保护,同时能够使外部的光线射入摄像头。本申请实施例的优点在于,摄像头封装件能够为摄像头提供足够的安装空间,以在电子产品中设置体积更大的摄像头,并且,电子产品的后壳不必形成凸起结构,避免了后壳的结构稳定性下降。
可选地,为了提高摄像头封装件的外形美观程度,如图2所示,所述侧壁111的外表面可以为倾斜的表面。在靠近所述顶台112的一端,所述侧壁111的外表面可以靠近所述容纳腔113,例如,通过减薄侧壁111的壁厚实现这一点。而在靠近所述容纳腔113开口的一端,所述侧壁111的外表面可以远离所述容纳腔113,可以通过加厚侧壁111的壁厚实现。这样,所述侧壁111的外表面相对于所述容纳腔113的延伸方向是倾斜的,当所述摄像头封装件安装在电子设备后壳上时,倾斜的侧壁111外表面能够构成相对平滑的表面过度,提高美观程度。
为了提供足够的容纳空间,所述侧壁111的高度可以为1mm,侧壁111的宽度增加能够增大容纳腔113的体积。但是,如果侧壁111的高度过高,则会影响电子产品的外观和正常使用,所以,通常所述侧壁111的高度不高于1.5mm。
所述防护镜片12固定设置在所述顶台112上,可以通过粘接、卡接等方式进行装配。例如,如图1所示,所述防护镜片12背面可以设置有 镜片背胶13,所述镜片背胶13将所述防护镜片12粘接在所述顶台112上。
可选地,如图1所示,所述顶台112上的摄像孔114为圆形,以便摄像头通过摄像孔114进行拍摄。所述摄像孔114的形状和直径可以根据摄像头具体的情况进行设计,本申请实施例不对此进行限制。
进一步地,本申请实施例还提供了一种电子产品封装壳,所述封装壳可以用于对手机、平板电脑等电子设备的背面进行封装。在本实施例中,所述电子产品封装壳为手机的后壳,如图3所示,所述电子产品封装壳包括壳盖21和上述摄像头封装件,所述壳盖21具有摄像头槽211。所述壳盖21可以安装在电子产品的背面,用于将电子产品的背面封闭。所述摄像头槽211用于为摄像头提供装配位置,摄像头可以安装在电子产品中,并从所述摄像头槽211中伸出,穿过所述壳盖21。所述摄像头封装件固定设置在所述壳盖21的背面,用于将摄像头封住。特别地,如图4所示,所述容纳腔113开口的一端朝向所述封装壳,容纳腔113正对所述摄像头槽211。由于有摄像头封装件为摄像头进行封闭并提供容纳空间,所以所述壳盖21上不必设置凸起结构,从而降低了壳盖21的加工难度,提高了电子产品封装壳整体的结构稳定性。
可选地,为了能够使所述摄像头封装件能够对准所述摄像头槽211或摄像头,如图4所示,在所述壳盖21的背面、所述摄像头槽211的周围可以设置有卡槽212,所述摄像头封装件可以卡在所述卡槽212中,以实现准确的定位效果。通常,所述容纳腔113开口一端的侧壁111外表面直接卡在所述卡槽212中。本申请实施例并不对所述摄像头封装件的定位方式进行限制,本领域技术人员可以采用其它定位方式使摄像头封装件对准所述摄像头槽。
可选地,为了防止灰尘从所述摄像头槽211和所述摄像头封装件之间的缝隙处进入电子产品内,可以在两者之间设置密封泡棉22。如图4所示,所述密封泡棉22垫在所述摄像头槽211和摄像头封装件之间,所述密封泡棉22中间具有开口,以便摄像头能够从中穿过。本申请实施例 并不限制只能使用密封泡棉22达到防灰尘的目的,也可以采用胶圈等其它结构进行密封,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况进行选择。
可选地,所述摄像头封装件可以通过粘接、超声焊接等方式固定设置在所述壳盖21上。粘接方式工艺简单,装配便捷,但是可能出现胶层厚度不均等现象,影响电子产品的外观。超声焊接的加工工艺相对复杂,但能够将所述摄像头封装件稳固、可靠的固定在所述壳盖21上,也可以一定程度上防止灰尘进入。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况进行选择。
可选地,为了进一步提高电子产品的美观程度,所述摄像头封装件的侧壁111靠近所述容纳腔113开口一端的外表面可以与所述壳盖21的背面平滑对接,形成平滑的曲面。这样,所述摄像头封装件在所述壳盖21上能够形成连贯的表面。

  1. 一种摄像头封装件,其特征在于,所述摄像头封装件具有壳体(11),所述壳体(11)包括侧壁(111)和顶台(112),所述壳体(11)形成半封闭的容纳腔(113),所述容纳腔(113)的一端开口另一端由所述顶台(112)半封闭,所述顶台(112)中心具有摄像孔(114),所述顶台(112)上设置有防护镜片(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头封装件,其特征在于,所述侧壁(111)外表面为倾斜的表面,在靠近所述顶台(112)的一端,所述侧壁(111)的外表面靠近所述容纳腔(113),在靠近所述容纳腔(113)开口的一端,所述侧壁(111)的外表面远离所述容纳腔(113)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的摄像头封装件,其特征在于,所述侧壁(111)的高度为1mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意之一所述的摄像头封装件,其特征在于,所述防护镜片(12)上设置有镜片背胶(13),所述防护镜片(12)与顶台(112)之间通过镜片背胶(13)粘接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意之一所述的摄像头封装件,其特征在于,所述摄像孔(114)为圆形。
  6. 一种电子产品封装壳,其特征在于,包括:
    壳盖(21),所述壳盖(21)具有用于为摄像头提供装配位置的摄像头槽(211);
    权利要求1-5任意之一所述的摄像头封装件,所述摄像头封装件固定设置在所述壳盖(21)的背面,所述容纳腔(113)正对所述摄像头槽(211)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子产品封装壳,其特征在于,在所述壳盖(21)的背面、所述摄像头槽(211)的周围设置有卡槽(212),所述摄像头封装件卡在所述卡槽(212)中。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的电子产品封装壳,其特征在于,所述 摄像头槽(211)与所述摄像头封装件之间设置有密封泡棉(22)。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任意之一所述的电子产品封装壳,其特征在于,所述摄像头封装件通过粘接或超声焊接与所述壳盖(21)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任意之一所述的电子产品封装壳,其特征在于,所述侧壁(111)靠近所述容纳腔(113)开口一端的外表面与所述壳盖(21)的背面平滑对接。
