轻薄化是当前手机发展的一个重要趋势,轻薄化最重要的特征之一就是手机的厚度方向尺寸急剧减小,因此,手机厚向的结构堆叠受到严峻挑战。在整机厚度减薄的同时,手机的拍照功能要求也越来越高,后摄需使用高度较小的大底摄像头来保证拍摄效果,最终摄像头装饰圈整体尺寸也有增大趋势。
为了使前置摄像头具有出众的拍摄效果,通常会采用双摄像头方案即包含一个主摄和副摄,这就导致在原先的水平空间内摄像头装饰圈部分裙边区域会压到前置摄像头,摄像头底部将处于两个结构件的过渡边缘处,在跌落过程中,由于前摄底部结构件不是一个整体,易导致边缘过渡处发生错位,边缘过渡的错位将导致摄像头底部受力不均匀,摄像头内蓝玻璃滤光片和小板上的感光芯片容易发生弯曲变形或开裂,进而导致前置摄像头拍照功能失效。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种电子设备,用以解决前置摄像头底部受力不均匀,导致摄像头损坏,影响拍摄效果的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括:
壳体,所述壳体上设有进光孔;
前摄像模组,所述前摄像模组的一端止抵在所述壳体上,所述前摄像模 组的镜头与所述进光孔相对应设置;
后壳组件,所述后壳组件与所述壳体相连,所述前摄像模组设置于所述壳体与所述后壳组件之间;
后摄像模组,所述后摄像模组设在所述后壳组件上;
支撑结构,所述支撑结构位于所述前摄像模组与所述后壳组件之间,所述前摄像模组的另一端的端面全部止抵在所述支撑结构上,所述支撑结构与所述壳体和/或所述后壳组件固定相连。
其中,所述支撑结构为板状,所述前摄像模组的镜头的光轴与所述支撑结构垂直。
其中,所述前摄像模组包括感光芯片,所述支撑结构上与所述感光芯片对应的区域设有沉槽,所述感光芯片与所述沉槽的底壁间隔设置。
其中,还包括:
缓冲层,所述缓冲层围绕所述沉槽的边沿延伸,所述缓冲层位于所述前摄像模组的另一端的端面与所述支撑结构之间。
其中,还包括:
散热膜,所述散热膜的至少部分设置于所述沉槽中且与所述沉槽的底壁之间间隔设置;和/或
所述散热膜的至少部分设置于所述支撑结构的远离所述前摄像模组的一侧。
其中,还包括:
散热膜,所述散热膜的至少部分设在所述支撑结构和/或所述前摄像模组上。
其中,所述支撑结构与所述后壳组件之间设有粘接层,所述支撑结构与所述后壳组件之间通过所述粘接层连接。
其中,所述粘接层密封所述支撑结构与所述后壳组件之间的间隙。
其中,所述后壳组件包括:装饰圈和电池盖,所述装饰圈设在所述电池盖上,所述支撑结构和所述装饰圈与所述电池盖中的至少一个固定相连。
其中,所述后壳组件包括:装饰圈和电池盖,所述装饰圈设在所述电池盖上,所述支撑结构与所述壳体连接,所述装饰圈上设有连接层,所述连接 层的至少部分位于所述电池盖与所述支撑结构之间,且所述连接层连接所述支撑结构与所述电池盖中的至少一个。
其中,所述连接层密封所述电池盖与所述支撑结构之间的间隙。
其中,所述前摄像模组包括:
感光芯片和滤光片,所述滤光片设置于所述感光芯片的远离所述支撑结构的一侧。
其中,所述前摄像模组还包括:
感光芯片和电路板,所述电路板设在所述感光芯片的靠近所述支撑结构的一侧,所述电路板与所述感光芯片电连接。
其中,所述壳体包括:
支架,所述支架上设有所述进光孔,所述前摄像模组设在所述支架上;
框体,所述框体与所述支架相连,所述支撑结构设在所述框体上,所述后壳组件设在所述框体上。
本申请实施例中的电子设备包括:壳体,所述壳体上设有进光孔;前摄像模组,所述前摄像模组的一端止抵在所述壳体上,所述前摄像模组的镜头与所述进光孔相对应设置;后壳组件,所述后壳组件与所述壳体相连,所述前摄像模组设置于所述壳体与所述后壳组件之间;后摄像模组,所述后摄像模组设在所述后壳组件上;支撑结构,所述支撑结构位于所述前摄像模组与所述后壳组件之间,所述前摄像模组的另一端的端面全部止抵在所述支撑结构上,所述支撑结构与所述壳体和/或所述后壳组件固定相连。在本申请实施例的电子设备中,前摄像模组的一端止抵在所述壳体上,所述支撑结构位于所述前摄像模组与所述后壳组件之间,所述前摄像模组的另一端的端面全部止抵在所述支撑结构上,使得所述前摄像模组的另一端的端面全部位于一个完整的支撑面上,由于支撑结构是一个整体,可以避免与前摄像模组的另一端的端面接触的位置发生错位或形变,使得前摄像模组的另一端的端面受力均匀,防止前摄像模组内的滤光片和感光芯片发生弯曲变形或开裂,通过支撑结构可以对前摄像模组具有保护作用,保证拍摄效果。

下面结合附图1至图10所示,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的电子设备进行详细地说明。
如图1至图10所示,本申请实施例的电子设备,包括:壳体、前摄像模组10、后壳组件、后摄像模组和支撑结构30,其中,前摄像模组10可以为设备(比如手机)的前置摄像头,前置摄像头可以包括两个摄像头,也即是主摄像头和副摄像头。壳体上设有进光孔72,前摄像模组10的一端止抵在壳体上,前摄像模组10的镜头与进光孔72相对应设置,前摄像模组10的镜头的光轴与进光孔72的轴线可以共线,以便于光线通过进光孔72进入前摄像模组10的镜头中。后壳组件与壳体可以相连,后壳组件与壳体可拆卸地相连,后壳组件可以包括电子设备的电池盖20,电池盖20可以为玻璃材料件、塑料材料件或金属材料件,前摄像模组10可以设置于所述壳体与后壳组件之间,通过后壳组件与壳体可以限定一容纳空间,可以将前摄像模组10设置于容纳空间中。后摄像模组可以设在后壳组件上,后壳组件可以包括电池盖20和装饰圈22,装饰圈22可以设在电池盖20上,装饰圈22可以与后摄像模组对应设置。
支撑结构30可以位于前摄像模组10与后壳组件之间,前摄像模组10的另一端的端面全部止抵在支撑结构30上,比如,前摄像模组10的另一端的端面可以为平面,支撑结构30上与前摄像模组10的另一端的端面接触的区域可以为平面,便于前摄像模组10的另一端的端面与支撑结构30稳定配合,使得前摄像模组10的另一端的端面受力均匀,前摄像模组10的另一端的端面部位可以采用金属材料,避免前摄像模组10的另一端的端面由于受力不均匀导致的前摄像模组10损坏。由于支撑结构30结构较宽,整机的防水防尘效果也较好。支撑结构30可以与壳体和/或后壳组件固定相连,以使得支撑结构30稳定牢固,比如支撑结构30可以与壳体连成一体,或者支撑结构30可以与后壳组件连成一体。后壳组件可以包括电池盖20和装饰圈22,装饰圈22可以设在电池盖20上,支撑结构30可以与装饰圈22连接在一起,支撑结构30可以与装饰圈22一体成型,增强整体性。
在本申请实施例的电子设备中,前摄像模组10的一端止抵在壳体上,支撑结构30位于前摄像模组10与后壳组件之间,前摄像模组10的另一端的端面全部止抵在支撑结构30上,使得前摄像模组10的另一端的端面全部位于一个完整的支撑面上,由于支撑结构30是一个整体,可以避免与前摄像模组10的另一端的端面接触的位置发生错位或形变,使得前摄像模组10的另一端的端面受力均匀,防止前摄像模组10内的滤光片和感光芯片发生弯曲变形或开裂,通过支撑结构30可以对前摄像模组10具有保护作用,防止前摄像模组10由于受力不均匀损坏,保证拍摄效果。在本申请中,可以充分利用轻薄机型的厚度空间,在水平空间有限的情况下可以改进结构,在整机跌落或受到外部冲击或挤压的情况下,通过支撑结构30可以对前摄像模组10产生最大程度的保护作用,从而降低摄像头本身的失效率。
在一些实施例中,支撑结构30可以为板状,前摄像模组10的镜头的光轴与支撑结构30可以垂直。前摄像模组10的另一端的端面可以为平面,支撑结构30上与前摄像模组10的另一端的端面接触的区域可以为平面,使得前摄像模组10的另一端的端面受力均匀,避免前摄像模组10的另一端的端面由于受力不均匀导致的前摄像模组10损坏。
在另一些实施例中,如图6和图10所示,前摄像模组10可以包括感光芯片50,支撑结构30上与感光芯片50对应的区域可以设有沉槽31,沉槽31的深度可以为0.1~0.15mm,感光芯片50与沉槽31的底壁间隔设置。通过设置沉槽31可以防止附近区域结构件发生变形时对感光芯片50造成高应力,从而避免感光芯片50的机械应力损坏。
在本申请实施例的电子设备中,如图6所示,还包括:缓冲层32,缓冲层32可以为橡胶层或泡棉层,缓冲层32可以围绕沉槽31的边沿延伸,缓冲层32可以位于前摄像模组10的另一端的端面与支撑结构30之间,缓冲层32具有缓冲作用,通过缓冲层32可以缓冲前摄像模组10的另一端的端面与支撑结构30之间的碰撞,减少由于碰撞带来的损坏。通过设置缓冲层32可以增加前摄像模组10的另一端的端面与支撑结构30之间的间距,进一步增加感光芯片50与沉槽31的底壁之间的间距,有效保护感光芯片50。
在一些实施例中,如图6和图10所示,电子设备还可以包括:散热膜 40,散热膜40的至少部分可以设置于沉槽31中且与沉槽31的底壁之间间隔设置,通过散热膜40有利于前摄像模组10散热,避免温度过高。
在另一些实施例中,散热膜40的至少部分可以设置于支撑结构30的远离前摄像模组10的一侧,支撑结构30可以为金属件或塑料件,通过散热膜40有利于前摄像模组10散热,避免温度过高。散热膜40的至少部分可以设置于支撑结构30与后壳组件之间,散热膜40的至少部分可以与后壳组件间隔设置,便于热量热散失。壳体可以包括支架70和框体71,支架70和框体71可以粘接相连,框体71可以为铝合金材料,由于铝合金框体71也有较好的导热效果,前摄像模组10的散热效果可以得到保证。
在一些实施例中,电子设备还可以包括:散热膜40,散热膜40的至少部分可以设在支撑结构30和/或前摄像模组10上,前摄像模组10产生的热量可以传导至支撑结构30和前摄像模组10,将散热膜40的至少部分设在支撑结构30和/或前摄像模组10上,有利于前摄像模组10散热,避免温度过高。散热膜40可以为石墨散热膜,石墨散热膜可以直接粘贴在前摄像模组10的底部铜箔上,可有效分散前摄像模组10工作状态时芯片产生的热量,起到很好的散热作用。
在本申请的实施例中,如图6所示,支撑结构30与后壳组件之间可以设有粘接层21,比如,支撑结构30与电池盖20之间可以设有粘接层21,支撑结构30与后壳组件之间可以通过粘接层21连接,粘接简单方便,可以有效增强支撑结构30与后壳组件之间的粘接力,使得支撑结构30与后壳组件之间稳定连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,粘接层21可以密封支撑结构30与后壳组件之间的间隙,比如,粘接层21可以密封支撑结构30与电池盖20之间的间隙,通过粘接层21可以粘接支撑结构30与后壳组件,同时还可以密封支撑结构30与后壳组件之间的间隙,提高防水能力,可以防止微尘进入。
在本申请的实施例中,如图6和图10所示,后壳组件可以包括:装饰圈22和电池盖20,装饰圈22设在电池盖20上,装饰圈22可以通过胶体粘接在电池盖20上,支撑结构30可以和装饰圈22与电池盖20中的至少一个固定相连,比如支撑结构30可以和装饰圈22或电池盖20固定相连,使得支撑 结构30稳定牢固性。比如,支撑结构30可以和装饰圈22一体成型,支撑结构30可以通过胶体粘接在电池盖20上,以提高支撑结构30的稳定牢固性。
在一些实施例中,后壳组件可以包括:装饰圈22和电池盖20,装饰圈22设在电池盖20上,支撑结构30与壳体连接,如图7所示,装饰圈22上可以设有连接层23,连接层23的至少部分可以位于电池盖20与支撑结构30之间,且连接层23可以连接支撑结构30与电池盖20中的至少一个,比如,连接层23可以连接在支撑结构30上。连接层23可以为胶层,通过连接层23可以连接支撑结构30与电池盖20。连接层23上也可以设有胶层,使得连接层23可以通过胶层来连接支撑结构30与电池盖20,增加支撑结构30与电池盖20之间的连接强度。装饰圈22与电池盖20粘胶面积增大,可以使得防水密封效果和粘接强度更佳。装饰圈22可以包括装饰圈金属部和围绕装饰圈金属部的外周延伸的塑胶部,连接层23可以与塑胶部连接,可以在塑胶部延伸出一部分作为连接层23。
可选地,连接层23可以密封电池盖20与支撑结构30之间的间隙,比如,连接层23可以为橡胶层,通过连接层23可以密封电池盖20与支撑结构30之间的间隙,提高防水能力,防止微尘进入。
在本申请的实施例中,如图6和图10所示,前摄像模组10可以包括:感光芯片50和滤光片60,感光芯片50和滤光片60可以间隔开设置,滤光片60可以设置于感光芯片50的远离支撑结构30的一侧,通过滤光片60可以过滤光线,通过感光芯片50可以获取图像。
在一些实施例中,如图6和图10所示,前摄像模组10还可以包括:感光芯片50和电路板51,电路板51可以设在感光芯片50的靠近支撑结构30的一侧,通过电路板51可以保护感光芯片50,电路板51与感光芯片50可以电连接,感光芯片50获取的信号可以传输至电路板51。
在本申请的实施例中,如图6和图10所示,壳体可以包括:支架70和框体71,其中,支架70上可以设有进光孔72,前摄像模组10可以设在支架70上。前摄像模组10的一端可以止抵在支架70上,前摄像模组10的镜头的光轴与进光孔72的轴线可以共线,以便于光线通过进光孔72进入前摄像模组10的镜头中。框体71与支架70可以相连,支撑结构30可以设在框体 71上,支撑结构30与框体71可以一体成型,支撑结构30与框体71可以为金属件,比如铝合金件,支撑结构30可以作为框体71的一部分,增强整体性,较好的力学性可以对摄像满足10的底部起到很好的保护作用。后壳组件设在框体71上,后壳组件可拆卸地设在框体71上,比如,电池盖20可以设在框体71上,电池盖20可拆卸地设在框体71上。前摄像模组10可以设置于支架70与后壳组件(比如电池盖20)之间,通过后壳组件与支架70可以限定一容纳空间,可以将前摄像模组10设置于容纳空间中。
在实际过程中,前摄像模组10可以为设备(比如手机)的前置摄像头,前置摄像头的装配过程中,可以按照正常装配顺序,先将电池盖20(比如电池盖)、装饰圈22及框体71之外的所有结构件和器件全部装配完毕,此时,前置摄像头的底部位置完全外露,设备中主板支架在此区域可以完全避空,以便于安装放置。
可以将带有支撑结构30的装饰圈22(如图2和图3所示)和电池盖20先通过背胶粘接起来,粘接完成后的装饰圈22和电池盖20可以如图4所示,支撑结构30与电池盖20之间是完全胶粘的,因此,支撑结构30与电池盖20粘胶面积增多,装饰圈22与电池盖20的密封性和粘接强度可以得到进一步加强。装饰圈22可以为塑胶件,支撑结构30可以与装饰圈22一体注塑成型。同时,框体71上与支撑结构30对应的区域可以进行避空,有助于降低框体71的加工成本。
可以将带有支撑结构30的装饰圈22及电池盖20遵循装配关系与框体71粘接装配,此时,支撑结构30将完全置于前置摄像头的上方,前摄像模组10的另一端的端面与支撑结构30之间设置缓冲层32(比如泡棉),泡棉可以置于前置摄像头上的小板上方区域,在整机遇到跌落和其他冲击作用时,通过支撑结构30可以对前置摄像头形成很好的保护作用。同时,为了保护前置摄像头中的感光芯片50,支撑结构30上正对感光芯片50的区域可以采取边缘避空方式,该结构可防止附近区域结构件发生变形时对感光芯片50造成高应力,从而避免感光芯片50的机械应力损坏。
装饰圈22的前摄像模组10区域可以进行局部减胶处理,可以在装饰圈22底部增贴连接层23,比如连接层23可以为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET), 以增加与电池盖20和铝合金框体71的粘接能力。由于前摄像模组10中的感光芯片50位于电路板51的中间区域,为了防止跌落过程中框体71变形挤压感光芯片50,可以将框体71上的支撑结构30的中间区域挖槽以形成沉槽(深度可以为0.1~0.15mm)。框体71上的支撑结构30可以如图8所示,可以在支撑结构30上安装前置主摄像头和副摄像头,框体71与支撑结构30一体,可以进一步增强该结构件的强度、缓冲性能及适用性(尤其是对于厚度小的情况)。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体上设有进光孔;
    前摄像模组,所述前摄像模组的一端止抵在所述壳体上,所述前摄像模组的镜头与所述进光孔相对应设置;
    后壳组件,所述后壳组件与所述壳体相连,所述前摄像模组设置于所述壳体与所述后壳组件之间;
    后摄像模组,所述后摄像模组设在所述后壳组件上;
    支撑结构,所述支撑结构位于所述前摄像模组与所述后壳组件之间,所述前摄像模组的另一端的端面全部止抵在所述支撑结构上,所述支撑结构与所述壳体和/或所述后壳组件固定相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述支撑结构为板状,所述前摄像模组的镜头的光轴与所述支撑结构垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述前摄像模组包括感光芯片,所述支撑结构上与所述感光芯片对应的区域设有沉槽,所述感光芯片与所述沉槽的底壁间隔设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,还包括:
    缓冲层,所述缓冲层围绕所述沉槽的边沿延伸,所述缓冲层位于所述前摄像模组的另一端的端面与所述支撑结构之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,还包括:
    散热膜,所述散热膜的至少部分设置于所述沉槽中且与所述沉槽的底壁之间间隔设置;和/或
    所述散热膜的至少部分设置于所述支撑结构的远离所述前摄像模组的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,还包括:
    散热膜,所述散热膜的至少部分设在所述支撑结构和/或所述前摄像模组上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述支撑结构与所述后壳组 件之间设有粘接层,所述支撑结构与所述后壳组件之间通过所述粘接层连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述粘接层密封所述支撑结构与所述后壳组件之间的间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述后壳组件包括:装饰圈和电池盖,所述装饰圈设在所述电池盖上,所述支撑结构和所述装饰圈与所述电池盖中的至少一个固定相连。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述后壳组件包括:装饰圈和电池盖,所述装饰圈设在所述电池盖上,所述支撑结构与所述壳体连接,所述装饰圈上设有连接层,所述连接层的至少部分位于所述电池盖与所述支撑结构之间,且所述连接层连接所述支撑结构与所述电池盖中的至少一个。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其中,所述连接层密封所述电池盖与所述支撑结构之间的间隙。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述前摄像模组包括:
    感光芯片和滤光片,所述滤光片设置于所述感光芯片的远离所述支撑结构的一侧。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述前摄像模组还包括:
    感光芯片和电路板,所述电路板设在所述感光芯片的靠近所述支撑结构的一侧,所述电路板与所述感光芯片电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述壳体包括:
    支架,所述支架上设有所述进光孔,所述前摄像模组设在所述支架上;
    框体,所述框体与所述支架相连,所述支撑结构设在所述框体上,所述后壳组件设在所述框体上。
