背景技术
清扫车驾驶室作为清扫车整机的重要组成部分,用于承载驾驶员,并集成清扫车绝大部分的操作功能。
目前,很多清扫车驾驶室的框架结构设计过于复杂,外饰件安装不便,驾驶室密封性差,美观性差;受制于相关标准及运输过程对清扫车的整车高度的限制,清扫车驾驶室的内部高度空间不足,操作人员在驾驶室内工作时操作空间较为局限,人机操作体验差;清扫车驾驶室门窗尺寸不足,导致驾驶员视野较差,影响清扫工作;另外,现有驾驶室的门窗缺少限位装置,或者其限位装置设计不合理,开启和关闭不方便,驾驶室通风效果差,并且存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种清扫车驾驶室及清扫车,解决现有车辆上驾驶室内部高度空间不足,人机操作体验差的问题。

下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。

现阶段,我国清扫车受制于相关标准,在运输过程中,清扫车的整车不能超过一定的高度,而驾驶室内由于需要布置操作平台、驾驶座等诸多设备,因此驾驶室内的空间不足,严重影响了人机操作体验。
为了解决上述问题,如图1、2、6所示,本发明提出了一种清扫车驾驶室,包括两个侧框架5、两个前梁7、两个后梁17、外顶棚1、顶梁6和内饰顶15,两个所述侧框架5之间通过两个所述前梁7和两个所述后梁17进行连接,并共同形成所述清扫车驾驶室的主体框架,所述顶梁6位于所述主体框架的上方,并安装在两个所述侧框架5之间,所述顶梁6包括拱形结构,所述拱形结构部分或全部地高出所述侧框架5的上沿,所述内饰顶15紧贴所述顶梁6的下沿,所述外顶棚1罩在所述顶梁6的上方,并安装在所述侧框架5上。
其中,两个侧框架5可以为一体式结构,以提高驾驶室整体结构的强度。

其中,如图1所示,前梁7可以为与侧框架5的上沿平行的平直结构;也可以像顶梁6那样设置类似的拱形结构。如图7所示,顶梁6上所设置的拱形结构可以为完整的弧状结构,并具有最高点;也可以如图8所示,拱形结构在最高处具有平直段。当然,前梁和拱形结构还可以有其他结构形式,其中图8所示的拱形结构具有更好的人机操作体验,能够更大范围地加高驾驶室内部空间,使操作人员具有更大的操作空间。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述外顶棚1中间部分的厚度小于所述外顶棚1边缘部分的厚度。如图6所示,虽然外顶棚1的外表面为平的,但外顶棚1的厚度不是均匀的,中间部分较薄,一方面可以减轻驾驶室整车重量,另一方面还可以使得驾驶室的内部空间得到扩增,拱形结构可以架设的更高一些,进而内饰顶15也可以随之升高,从而加高驾驶室内部高度。
为了提高驾驶室的密封性,避免外部灰尘等进入驾驶室,如图6所示,清扫车驾驶室还可以包括密封层16,所述密封层16能够覆盖由位于上方的所述前梁7、位于上方的所述后梁17和所述侧框架5所围成的顶面,并紧贴所述顶梁6的上沿,所述外顶棚1罩在所述密封层16的上方。
侧框架5的材料选择可以有多种,优选地,所述侧框架5采用异型管,如图5所示,所述异型管的断面呈扇形,且具有第一缺口18和第二缺口19,所述第一缺口18在所述异型管的长度方向延伸形成第一卡槽,用于容纳第一外饰件,所述第二缺口19在所述异型管的长度方向延伸形成第二卡槽,用于容纳第二外饰件。其中第一缺口18和第二缺口19的最大深度可以为10mm20mm,只要能够形成卡槽并卡住外饰件即可。
上述异型管可以通过折弯、拼焊而成,结构强度高,周围形成的缺口,巧妙实现了驾驶室各种外饰件的连接和固定,不需在侧框架5上再专门设置外饰件的安装结构,利用缺口形成的卡槽进行卡合即可。另外,异型管的外侧面,即站在驾驶室的外面看异型管时,其外表面为圆弧过渡,这样一方面可以增加美观感受,另一方面可以避免刮伤,造成侧框架5的损坏。

另外,为了避免驾驶室的内部结构暴露在外面,如图1所示,驾驶室还可以设有后护板4,位于侧框架5的后部,以保护驾驶室的内部结构。如图3所示,为了便于操作箱等设备的安装和布置,侧框架5后侧的长度短于前侧的长度,为保证侧框架5的稳固性,驾驶室还设有后立柱14,用以支撑侧框架5。
如图3和4所示,所述第二外饰件包括车门8和车窗13,所述侧框架5设有将所述侧框架5分隔为两部分的侧框立柱10,以分别安装所述车门8和所述车窗13。
从图2可看出,两个侧框架5分别构成了驾驶室的左侧面和右侧面(从图示方向看上去的左侧和右侧),两个侧面上可以均设置侧板2,侧板2将两个侧面均分割成两部分,分别安装车门8和车窗13。其中侧框立柱10可以设置在侧板2上,以使车门8和车窗13可以绕侧框立柱10转动,方便打开或关闭车门8和车窗13。
车门8和车窗13可以分别铰接在不同的位置,也可以使得所述车门8和所述车窗13均铰接在所述侧框立柱10上,并共用同一套铰链11。这样可以节省一套铰链11,即节省了安装空间,增大了车窗13的视野范围,又可减轻整车重量。另外,车门13上可设置玻璃窗,以增大操作人员的视野范围,随时观察驾驶室室外的情况。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述车门8和所述车窗13均设有锁定装置,并且所述锁定装置具有限位功能,能够使得所述车门8和所述车窗13固定在预设的打开角度。如图3所示,车门锁定装置9和车窗锁定装置12可以在车门8和车窗13关闭时将其锁住,避免在车辆行驶过程中由于路面颠簸等问题使车门8或车窗13打开,避免驾驶人员的安全隐患。

锁定装置的具体结构形式可以有较为灵活的选择,只要能够实现上述作用即可,在一个优选的实施例中,所述车门8的锁定装置为带有气弹簧的门锁。其中门锁起到锁定作用,气弹簧具有限位功能。
上述各实施例中的清扫车驾驶室可应用于各类工程车辆上,比如清扫车、大型汽车等。该驾驶室的主体结构框架、侧框架和顶框架等均可以根据实际需要做调整,以适应不同的车辆和机型。
综上,本发明的清扫车驾驶室和清扫车实施例至少具有以下优点:
1、顶梁具有拱形结构,密封层紧贴顶梁的上沿,外顶棚紧贴密封层,内饰顶紧贴顶梁的下沿,有效增加驾驶室的内部高度空间,获得良好的人机操作体验;
2、顶梁与外顶棚之间加设密封层,密封效果好;
3、侧框架选用具有缺口的异型管,有利于驾驶室的外饰件的安装;
4、门窗使用方便,采用锁定装置,安全可靠;
5、门窗可全部打开,视野好,通风效果好;
6、门窗共用一套铰链,节省安装空间,减轻重量。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,包括两个侧框架(5)、两个前梁(7)、两个后梁(17)、外顶棚(1)、顶梁(6)和内饰顶(15),两个所述侧框架(5)之间通过两个所述前梁(7)和两个所述后梁(17)进行连接,并共同形成所述清扫车驾驶室的主体框架,所述顶梁(6)位于所述主体框架的上方,并安装在两个所述侧框架(5)之间,所述顶梁(6)包括拱形结构,所述拱形结构部分或全部地高出所述侧框架(5)的上沿,所述内饰顶(15)紧贴所述顶梁(6)的下沿,所述外顶棚(1)罩在所述顶梁(6)的上方,并安装在所述侧框架(5)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,所述外顶棚(1)中间部分的厚度小于所述外顶棚(1)边缘部分的厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,还包括密封层(16),所述密封层(16)能够覆盖由位于上方的所述前梁(7)、位于上方的所述后梁(17)和所述侧框架(5)所围成的顶面,并紧贴所述顶梁(6)的上沿,所述外顶棚(1)罩在所述密封层(16)的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,所述侧框架(5)采用异型管,所述异型管的断面呈扇形,且具有第一缺口(18)和第二缺口(19),所述第一缺口(18)在所述异型管的长度方向延伸形成第一卡槽,用于容纳第一外饰件,所述第二缺口(19)在所述异型管的长度方向延伸形成第二卡槽,用于容纳第二外饰件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,所述第一外饰件为位于两个所述侧框架(5)之间的前风挡(3),所述前风挡(3)嵌入所述第一卡槽内,并由两个所述前梁(7)进行限位,且用胶粘进行固定。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,所述第二外饰件包括车门(8)和车窗(13),所述侧框架(5)设有将所述侧框架(5)分隔为两部分的侧框立柱(10),以分别安装所述车门(8)和所述车窗(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,所述车门(8)和所述车窗(13)均铰接在所述侧框立柱(10)上,并共用同一套铰链(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,所述车门(8)和所述车窗(13)均设有锁定装置,并且所述锁定装置具有限位功能,能够使得所述车门(8)和所述车窗(13)固定在预设的打开角度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清扫车驾驶室,其特征在于,所述车门(8)的锁定装置为带有气弹簧的门锁。
  10. 一种清扫车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的清扫车驾驶室。
