Abstract

一种用于仓库内空闲仓位的寻找系统,属于贮存作业技术领域。该系统包括后台服务器、移动终端、引导卡、设于仓库进出口处的管理终端和第一蓝牙电子标签、设于车辆行走通道处并用于校正车辆位置的第二蓝牙电子标签以及设于仓位处的第三蓝牙电子标签,移动终端设有存储有仓库地图信息的地图模块,引导卡内置有陀螺仪、加速度计和磁力传感器。该系统可以有效的寻找仓库内空闲仓位。

Description

用于仓库内空闲仓位的寻找系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于仓库内空闲仓位的寻找系统,属于贮存作业技术领域。
背景技术
对许多公司来说,通过人工把仓库分为不同的分区,然后以颜色或字母代码作为“标记”,需要存储时,需要记住物品存储标记,容易混淆不同时段的标记,很难辨别到其标记区域的方向和具体位置。存储空间都不能有效利用。
另外,大部分的商场仓库都是在室内或地库,无法收到全球定位系统(GPS)的信号。加上移动蜂窝网络(Cellular Network)或区域网络(WIFI)的定位精确度比较低,误差可能达到上百米,不能有效解决室内仓库的存储仓位定位的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种有效的寻找仓库内空闲仓位的系统。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种用于仓库内空闲仓位的寻找系统,包括后台服务器、移动终端、引导卡、设于仓库进出口处的管理终端和第一蓝牙电子标签、设于车辆行走通道处并用于校正车辆位置的第二蓝牙电子标签以及设于仓位处的第三蓝牙电子标签,所述移动终端设有存储有仓库地图信息的地图模块,所述引导卡内置有陀螺仪、加速度计和磁力传感器;
所述管理终端用于接收所述后台服务器发出的空闲仓位信息并生成空闲仓位信号,
当用于货柜运输的车辆进入仓库进出口处时,所述引导卡用于通 过蓝牙读写器接收所述管理终端生成的空闲仓位信号和第一蓝牙电子标签发出的位置信息并发出指定仓位信号和第一位置信号,
所述移动终端用于接收所述指定仓位信号、第一位置信号以及输入所述地图模块中的仓库地图信息从而生成指定仓位第一导航线路图,并显示在移动终端上;
当在仓库中行驶时,所述引导卡用于接收所述陀螺仪、加速度计和磁力传感器发出的状态信息和第二蓝牙电子标签发出的位置信息并生成发出惯性导航信号和第二位置信号,
所述移动终端用于接收所述惯性导航信号和第二位置信号,并再次输入所述地图模块中的仓库地图信息从而生成指定车位第二导航线路图,并显示在移动终端上;
所述引导卡用于接收第三蓝牙电子标签连续发出的位置信息,当车辆将货柜推进指定仓位以使货柜将第三蓝牙电子标签遮挡时,所述引导卡接收到的第三蓝牙电子标签第一时间发出的位置信息的强度急剧缩小,所述引导卡发出第三位置信号,
所述移动终端用于接收所述第三位置信号并生成占用仓位信息且将占用仓位信息传输到后台服务器。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:本发明通过设定后台服务器、移动终端、引导卡、设于仓库进出口处的管理终端和第一蓝牙电子标签、设于车辆行走通道处并用于校正车辆位置的第二蓝牙电子标签以及设于仓位处的第三蓝牙电子标签,所述移动终端设有存储有仓库地图信息的地图模块,所述引导卡内置有陀螺仪、加速度计和磁力传感器,具有如下优点:
1)当需要存储货柜时,协助工作人员自动寻找空闲仓位,将车辆导航到空闲仓位;从系统的层面解决室内仓库的正反向寻找空闲仓位 的难题,通过仓库导航服务系统可以管理一个或多个仓库,从而实现仓库仓位的区域内共享;2)部署简单,只需要根据建筑图纸,在指定的位置固定蓝牙电子标签即可。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述引导卡内置有声音模块。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述移动终端为手机、平板电脑或掌上电脑。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述管理终端是PC机。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述第一蓝牙电子标签、第二蓝牙电子标签和第三蓝牙电子标签均是基于蓝牙BLE技术的电子标签。

实施例
本实施例的用于仓库内空闲仓位的寻找系统,如图1所示,包括后台服务器、移动终端、引导卡、设于仓库进出口处的管理终端和第一蓝牙电子标签、设于车辆行走通道处并用于校正车辆位置的第二蓝牙电子标签以及设于仓位处的第三蓝牙电子标签,移动终端设有存储有仓库地图信息的地图模块,引导卡内置有陀螺仪、加速度计和磁力传感器。
管理终端用于接收后台服务器发出的空闲仓位信息并生成空闲仓位信号。
当用于货柜运输的车辆进入仓库进出口处时,引导卡用于通过蓝牙读写器接收管理终端生成的空闲仓位信号和第一蓝牙电子标签发出的位置信息并发出指定仓位信号和第一位置信号。
移动终端用于接收指定仓位信号、第一位置信号以及输入地图模块中的仓库地图信息从而生成指定仓位第一导航线路图,并显示在移动终端上。
当在仓库中行驶时,引导卡用于接收陀螺仪、加速度计和磁力传感器发出的状态信息和第二蓝牙电子标签发出的位置信息并生成发出惯性导航信号和第二位置信号。
移动终端用于接收惯性导航信号和第二位置信号,并再次输入地图模块中的仓库地图信息从而生成指定车位第二导航线路图,并显示在移动终端上。
引导卡用于接收第三蓝牙电子标签连续发出的位置信息,当车辆将货柜推进指定仓位以使货柜将第三蓝牙电子标签遮挡时,引导卡接收到的第三蓝牙电子标签第一时间发出的位置信息的强度急剧缩小,引导卡发出第三位置信号。
移动终端用于接收所述第三位置信号并生成占用仓位信息且将占用仓位信息传输到后台服务器。
本实施例的引导卡内置有声音模块。
本实施例的移动终端为手机、平板电脑或掌上电脑。
本实施例的管理终端是PC机。
本实施例的第一蓝牙电子标签、第二蓝牙电子标签和第三蓝牙电子标签均是基于蓝牙BLE技术的电子标签。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种用于仓库内空闲仓位的寻找系统,其特征在于:包括后台服务器、移动终端、引导卡、设于仓库进出口处的管理终端和第一蓝牙电子标签、设于车辆行走通道处并用于校正车辆位置的第二蓝牙电子标签以及设于仓位处的第三蓝牙电子标签,所述移动终端设有存储有仓库地图信息的地图模块,所述引导卡内置有陀螺仪、加速度计和磁力传感器;
    所述管理终端用于接收所述后台服务器发出的空闲仓位信息并生成空闲仓位信号,
    当用于货柜运输的车辆进入仓库进出口处时,所述引导卡用于通过蓝牙读写器接收所述管理终端生成的空闲仓位信号和第一蓝牙电子标签发出的位置信息并发出指定仓位信号和第一位置信号,
    所述移动终端用于接收所述指定仓位信号、第一位置信号以及输入所述地图模块中的仓库地图信息从而生成指定仓位第一导航线路图,并显示在移动终端上;

  5. 如权利要求1或2所述用于仓库内空闲仓位的寻找系统,其特征在于:所述第一蓝牙电子标签、第二蓝牙电子标签和第三蓝牙电子标签均是基于蓝牙BLE技术的电子标签。
