Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de décomposition et d'arrangement de modèle destiné à l'impression 3D, comprenant : soit un modèle S et un espace d'impression PV, calcul d'une décomposition en blocs d'attribut de pyramide initiaux du modèle S et exécution d'une voxélisation sur ces blocs d'attribut pyramidaux pour générer une première solution intermédiaire initiale isolu0 ; initialisation d'un ensemble de solutions intermédiaires ISolu = {isolu0} ; initialisation d'une solution complète optimale P* ; pour ce qui concerne chaque solution intermédiaire isolii dans l'ensemble de solutions intermédiaires ISolu, calcul d'une série de solutions intermédiaires candidates générées par la solution intermédiaire et résolution d'une solution optimale de décomposition et d'arrangement du modèle S ; et exécution d'une optimisation locale sur un maillage tridimensionnel d'une pluralité de blocs extraits et, par translation de chaque bloc dans le sens négatif de l'axe Z, arrangement ces blocs de manière plus compacte, ce qui permet d'obtenir la décomposition et l'arrangement optimaux pour ce qui concerne le modèle S. Un modèle est décomposé en moins de blocs de manière à être disposé de manière efficace dans un espace d'impression, ce qui permet d'exécuter le processus d'impression efficacement.
