Description

一种同步发声触发播放的发声互动平台及其同步发声方法
技术领域
本发明涉及发声互动平台,尤其是一种同步发声触发播放的发声互动平台及其同步发声方法。
背景技术
电子发声书是一种有助儿童发展视觉、听觉和动手能力的益智产品。儿童可以透过按键播放与阅读内容相对应的声音或音乐,市场上大部分的发声互动平台类的产品是一个按键控制单一的播放开关,设计较为简单,可玩性较低,并且该类产品的互动性较低,使用者不能对其进行操作控制。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种成本低、可轻易按键和/或自动感应、容易组装、重量较轻、按键部份可以随安装空间灵活布局的发声互动平台及其同步发声方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种同步发声触发播放的发声互动平台,包括平台本体以及设置在该平台本体上的发声装置和按键装置,所述发声装置包括电源模块以及分别与电源模块连接的扬声器、语音芯片、感应电路板,该扬声器的输入端与语音芯片的输出端连接,该感应电路板的输出端与语音芯片的输入端连接,该语音芯片预存有N种音源,感应电路板上设置有与所述N种音源一一对应且触发语音芯片输出对应音源至扬声器播放的N个感应区,所述按键装置包括与所述N个感应区一一对应且触发对应感应区响应的N个按键,其中N≥2。
优选的,所述平台本体为电子书书体或舞台本体或其他不同形式的装置。
进一步,所述感应区为具有独立编码图案的印刷导电油墨、冷烫金属、热烫金属或硬质PCB等, 但不限于此,所述按键底部设置有与感应区编码图案对应的印刷导电油墨、冷烫金属、热烫金属或硬质PCB等, 但不限于此。
进一步,所述按键为拼图、卡片或塑胶玩偶等, 但不限于此。
进一步,所述编码图案为心形、圆形、矩形、椭圆形或三角形或任何规则或不规则形状。
进一步,所述按键底部的导电油墨外部设置有一层表纸以遮蔽导电油墨。当然, 亦可以选择不设置表纸遮蔽导电油墨, 功能上不会受到影响。

进一步,所述步骤(B)与(C)中已发声音源对应的按键若离开感应区,则该音源无声播放。
本发明的有益效果:
1) 本发明的互动平台及其同步发声方法使用有特定图案的拼图作为开关连接点,用户可以通过组合使用拼图使平台发出不同的声音,增强趣味性及互动性;
2) 本发明的感应电路板能准确识别拼图所对应的声音,感应芯片通过感应、检测拼图、卡片或塑胶玩偶所特有的导电油墨、冷烫金属、热烫金属或硬质PCB等导电介质电容值,来实现对介质导电图案的读取,即使把拼图放在不同的位置也能准确发声;
3) 本发明采用印刷技术,通过印刷呈内容不同的拼图,操作简单、互动性强。

具体实施方式
参考图1-图7所示,为本发明的一种同步发声触发播放的电子发声书,包括书体以及设置在该书体上的发声装置20和按键装置。该书体设有书面、书底及若干书页;所述发声装置20安装并固定在书底内或书侧。
如图2所示,所述发声装置20包括电源模块以及分别电源模块连接的扬声器201、语音芯片202、感应电路板203,本实施例中电源模块为电池204,该扬声器201的输入端与语音芯片202的输出端连接,该感应电路板203的输出端与语音芯片202的输入端连接,该语音芯片202预存有A、B、C、D种音源。
感应电路板203上设置有与4种音源一一对应且触发语音芯片202输出对应音源至扬声器201播放的A、B、C、D感应区205,所述按键装置包括与所述4个感应区205一一对应且触发对应感应区205响应的4个按键206,本实施例中按键206为拼图,分别为拼图A,拼图B,拼图C,拼图D,如图3所示。
与此同时,所述互动平台的同步发声方法,包括以下步骤:
(A)启动电源,感应电路板203上N个感应区205进入等待模式;
(B)当任意一个按键206放入对应的感应区205,感应电路板203与语音芯片202之间的N条音源通道全部启动,感应区205有响应的语音通道输出对应音源至扬声器201有声播放,其余通道无声播放;
(C)当其余感应区205被对应按键206触发时,相应通道转为有声播放,相应音源与上一步已输出音源同步发声。
所述步骤(B)与(C)中已发声音源对应的按键206若离开感应区205,则该音源无声播放。
如本例体的拼图书,当中有四个不同的拼图(拼图A,拼图B,拼图C,拼图D),他们分别控制四个不同的音源(音源A,音源B,音源C,音源D),只要将拼图A放置在感应区205A,音源A就播放发声,再将拼图B放置在感应区205B,音源A及音源B就同步播放发声,如此类推,直至所有拼图(拼图A,拼图B,拼图C,拼图D) 放在感应区205A、感应区205B、感应区205C、感应区205D上,音源A、音源B、音源C及音源D就同步播放发声。如果中途把位拼图B从感应区205B拿走,那音源B就不发声,只剩下音源A、音源C及音源D同步发声。
本实施例中感应板是以柔性印刷电路板,印刷电路板是把导电油墨印刷到介质面上,介质包括但不限于PET, 胶、木、纸等… 感应板不限于柔性印刷电路板,可以是硬质PCB等,但不限于此。所述感应区205为具有独立编码图案的印刷导电油墨,所述按键206底部设置有与感应区205编码图案对应的印刷导电油墨(也可以是冷烫金属、热烫金属或硬质PCB等,但不限于此),按键206底部的导电油墨外部设置有一层表纸207以遮蔽导电油墨,如图7。导电油墨可以是将整个拼图的底部全印,亦可以印一些图案或形状,但图案或形状必须和感应区205的图案或形状大致吻合,但不一定完全相同。
本实施例中感应区205的形状是正方型的,而且带有纲格的,但感应区205的形状亦可以是正方型、矩型、圆型、或是什麽形状都可以(图4)。还有,感应区205可以是以纲格或实心的。每个音源通道是以2个感应区205触发的(可以是1个感应区205或多个感应区205(图5))。感应区205的大小及形态是可以调节 (图6),一般根据表纸的厚度、导电油墨的阻抗等的因素而决定。
如图8-图13所示,为本发明的第二实施例,一种同步发声触发播放的互动舞台,包括舞台本体30以及发声装置20、按键模块,该电源模块可以是转化市电的驱动器,本实施例中发声装置20在这个舞台中有四个圆型感应板207、感应板207可以是印刷导电油墨、冷烫金属、热烫金属、或用传统的PCB等,但不限于此,每个感应板可以是一个独立的阅读器(图8)。

再把另一个带有独立的编码的卡片或玩偶 (识别码B) 放到其余任何一个的阅读器上,这阅读器就能识别这卡片或玩偶的身份,通知电子配件把相对应的音源播放发声(播放音源B声),其余的音源播放但不发声(音源CD只播放,但不发声),因为有2个卡片或玩偶(识别码A及B) 已经放在2个不同的阅读器上,所以音源A及音源B同时在发声播放。
同样地,只要把识别码C、识别码D的卡片或玩偶放置到不同的阅读器上,就可以做出更多的同步音源。这技术的识别码和阅读器是可以无限扩充的。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,本发明并不限定于上述实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种同步发声触发播放的发声互动平台,包括平台本体以及设置在该平台本体上的发声装置和按键装置,其特征在于:所述发声装置包括电源模块以及分别与电源模块连接的扬声器、语音芯片、感应电路板,该扬声器的输入端与语音芯片的输出端连接,该感应电路板的输出端与语音芯片的输入端连接,该语音芯片预存有N种音源,感应电路板上设置有与所述N种音源一一对应且触发语音芯片输出对应音源至扬声器播放的N个感应区,所述按键装置包括与所述N个感应区一一对应且触发对应感应区响应的N个按键,其中N≥2。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种同步发声触发播放的发声互动平台,其特征在于:所述平台本体为电子书书体或舞台本体。
