一种脉冲式振动冻结器,主要由进料支架(1)、输送网带(2)、电控箱(3)、库体(4)、打链装置(5)、冷风机(6)、防逃冷板(7)、出料支架(8)、出料斗(9)、中间支架(10)和传动电机(11)组成。库体(4)下侧设有中间支架(10)。库体(4)左侧设有输送网带(2)。输送网带(2)左侧连接进料支架(1)。库体(4)上设有电控箱(3)。库体(4)内底端设有打链装置(5)。库体(4)内打链装置(5)上设有冷风机(6)。库体(4)右侧壁上设有防逃冷板(7)。防逃冷板(7)右侧设有出料斗(9)。出料斗(9)左侧设有传动电机(11)。该冻结器提高产品表面风速和增加脉冲振动装置,适用范围广,能采用单体、盘装、块冻等多种冻结方式,使食品冻结质量和效率更高;采用空气对流,效果佳;配用双速电机既扩大了使用范围又节约了能源。
Description
本实用新型属于冻结器术领域,具体涉及一种脉冲式振动冻结器。
现有的速冻机是直接向钢带上的冻结物上面吹冷风,冻结物下部没有吹冷风,因此只有冻结物上面受到低温冷风的作用,而且冷风没有经过喷嘴与下喷风板的加速作用,风速很低,导致冻结时间长,耗能量大,生产效率低,冻结物质量差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种脉冲式振动冻结器,以解决上述方案中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案为:
一种脉冲式振动冻结器,主要有进料支架、输送网带、电控箱、库体、打链装置、冷风机、防逃冷板、出料支架、出料斗、中间支架和传动电机组成,所述的库体下侧设有中间支架,库体左侧设有输送网带,输送网带左侧连接进料支架,库体上设有电控箱,库体内底端设有打链装置,库体内打链装置上设有冷风机,库体右侧壁上设有防逃冷板,防逃冷板右侧设有出料斗,出料斗左侧设有传动电机。
所述的冷风机设有多个。
所述的库体上设有观察窗。
本实用新型提高产品表面风速和增加脉冲振动装置,适用范围广,能采用单体、盘装、块冻等多种冻结方式,使食品的冻结质量和效率更高,冻结时间短,采用空气对流,效果佳。配用双速电机既扩大了使用范围又节约能源。采用变频驱动系统,速度可在一定范围内随意调节。冷风机采用整体铝管铝套片,变片距设计,提高了食品的卫生程度及速冻效率。保温系统采用优质双面不锈钢聚胺脂夹芯板作为外围库体。具有隔热效果显著、外形美观大方等特点。采用脉冲振动装置,实现产品的单体冻结,冻结悬浮受冻,全方位冻结,产量高,品质好。

如图1所示,一种脉冲式振动冻结器,主要有进料支架1、输送网带2、电控箱3、库体4、打链装置5、冷风机6、防逃冷板7、出料支架8、出料斗9、中间支架10和传动电机11组成,所述的库体4下侧设有中间支架10,库体4左侧设有输送网带2,输送网带2左侧连接进料支架1,库体4上设有电控箱3,库体4内底端设有打链装置5库体4内打链装置5上设有冷风机6,库体4右侧壁上设有防逃冷板7,防逃冷板7右侧设有出料斗9,出料斗9左侧设有传动电机11;所述的冷风机6设有多个;所述的库体4上设有观察窗。

- 一种脉冲式振动冻结器,主要有进料支架、输送网带、电控箱、库体、打链装置、冷风机、防逃冷板、出料支架、出料斗、中间支架和传动电机组成,其特征在于:所述的库体下侧设有中间支架,库体左侧设有输送网带,输送网带左侧连接进料支架,库体上设有电控箱,库体内底端设有打链装置,库体内打链装置上设有冷风机,库体右侧壁上设有防逃冷板,防逃冷板右侧设有出料斗,出料斗左侧设有传动电机。
